The government’s efforts to provide protection for trademark rights holders have been implemented by enacting and updating laws on trademarks. However, in reality, crimes against trademark rights continue to occur, including in the jurisdiction of the Tanjung Karang District Court. This research addresses the following issues: What are the judges' considerations in cases of unauthorized use of registered trademarks, and how is the criminal analysis of such offenses reflected in Decision Number: 381/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Tjk? This study uses normative and empirical legal research methods, with statutory and conceptual approaches. The data type used is secondary data obtained through literature study. Data processing involved selection, classification, and organization. The data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this research indicate that the judge's legal basis in sentencing the defendant for the unauthorized use of a registered trademark in Decision Number: 381/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Tjk includes juridical considerations—specifically that the defendant was legally and convincingly proven to have committed a criminal offense as regulated under Article 100 paragraph (1) of Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. Philosophically, the judge considered the imposed sentence as a means of rehabilitation and deterrence. Sociologically, the judge weighed both aggravating and mitigating factors in the sentencing. Criminal liability for the offender was based on the fulfillment of criminal responsibility elements, namely that the defendant was an adult and legally capable of committing the act. The element of fault was fulfilled, as the defendant knowingly and intentionally used a registered trademark without authorization, fully aware that such an act constitutes a criminal offense. The element of the absence of justification or excuse was also met, as the defendant committed the offense in a conscious and sound state of mind, without coercion.

This study examines the perceptions of the Pucangadi Village community towards the educational children's program "SiBobo" broadcast by TVRI Central Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with fifteen informants selected purposively. Informants consisted of parents, teachers, and local residents who have views regarding the program. The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which the program "SiBobo" is accepted and has a positive impact on the development of children in the community. The results showed that the program "SiBobo" is considered an entertaining and educational learning medium by the majority of informants. This program successfully conveys moral and social messages relevant to children's lives, such as the values of togetherness, social awareness, and the importance of protecting the environment. This program is also considered able to attract children's attention in a fun way, making them interested in learning while playing. In addition, the content presented in this program can increase children's knowledge about local culture and wisdom, which is expected to increase their love for Indonesian culture. However, despite "SiBobo"'s high educational value, the presence of gadgets and children's preference for digital content, such as YouTube videos and game apps, often divert their attention from public television. Children are more interested in shows they can access anytime through their devices. This suggests that while television shows like "SiBobo" still play a significant role, competition from digital media presents a significant challenge. This study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing children's programming based on local values and the need for more adaptive communication strategies to optimally convey educational messages.

This research aims to formulate an inclusive Christian Religious Education (CRE) strategy by making love the core pedagogical principle in responding to the challenges of diversity in the modern era. The problem addressed is the prevalent tendency toward exclusive and normative CRE approaches, which are often less relevant in diverse societies. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive through a literature review of theological and pedagogical works. The novelty of this study lies in integrating love as an educational approach that is not only a taught value but also a teaching method and a transformative goal. The findings indicate that love can foster dialogical and empathetic relationships in the learning process, strengthen Christian identity without being exclusive, and empower teachers to act as facilitators of reconciliation. Thus, this approach enables CRE to be relevant and contextual, shaping students with Christian character who are ready to be agents of peace in a pluralistic society.

Drug abuse among adolescents is a serious problem that requires comprehensive and sustainable prevention efforts. Adolescence is a developmental phase characterized by the search for identity, emotional instability, and high levels of influence from the social environment, including peers. In this context, family education plays a central role as the first line of defense in protecting adolescents from the negative influence of drugs. Through open communication, wise supervision, and consistent love and emotional support, parents can create a safe and supportive environment for their children's mental development. Effective family education includes strengthening moral, religious, and social values, aiming to shape adolescents' character and resilience to environmental pressures. In certain situations, family education also needs to be supported by a scientific approach, one of which is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a psychological approach that focuses on improving negative thought patterns and behaviors. In the context of discussing drugs, CBT can help adolescents identify the emotional and social triggers that lead them to try illicit substances and equip them with strategies to cope healthily. The integration of family education and CBT therapy creates a comprehensive approach—from the home to professional support—to strengthen adolescents' mental resilience. This collaboration not only reduces the risk of addiction but also encourages adolescents to become more self-aware, emotionally healthy, and productive individuals. Therefore, synergy between families, schools, and mental health professionals is crucial in creating a drug-free generation of young people ready to face the challenges of modern life. Therefore, the active involvement of all parties, including educational institutions and the community, is essential to creating an environment that supports early drug prevention.

The Titanic drama contains many figurative expressions that reflect deep emotions, life values, and internal conflicts. These figures of speech are used to describe love, fear, sadness, and hope in a more vivid and memorable way. The emotional experiences of the characters, especially Jack and Rose, are shown not only through direct dialogues but also through creative figurative language. This study aims to examine the types of figures of speech found in Titanic, a drama film directed by James Cameron. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study analyzes the film's dialogues based on the conceptual figurative theory proposed by Lakoff and Johnson. This study identified three main types of figures of speech: structural, ontological (including personification and metonymy), and orientational figures of speech. The results showed that structural figures of speech were the most dominant type, appearing in 45.9% of the total data, followed by ontological figures of speech at 29.7%, and orientational figures of speech at 24.3%. This finding proves that figures of speech are not only used to beautify language but also to express feelings and views on life in a deeper and more emotional way. The allusions in Titanic help the audience understand the characters' thoughts and experiences better.

This study aims to analyze the process of preparing operational budgets in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of Pempek Love Palembang, which are engaged in the culinary sector typical of South Sumatra. Pempek Love Palembang is one of the business actors that plays a role in maintaining culinary traditions while contributing to the local economy. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through direct interviews with business owners. Interviews are focused on operational activities that cover all stages of production to sales. The scope of analysis includes the preparation of various budget components, including sales budgets, production and inventory costs, raw material budgets, direct labor budgets, overhead costs, operational costs, cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit and loss budgets. Based on the findings, it is known that Pempek Love Palembang has not prepared a budget systematically and well documented. This is due to the limited knowledge of owners and employees about the concept of budget planning, so that the financial management process runs less than optimally. The absence of a structured budget makes it difficult to evaluate performance in a measurable manner and limits the ability of businesses to project profits accurately. This study confirms that the implementation of a good operational budget is not only beneficial for setting clear targets, but also serves as a cost control tool and a basis for strategic decision-making. With proper budget planning, MSMEs such as Pempek Love Palembang can increase efficiency, maintain financial stability, and expand business development opportunities in the future. The recommendation of this study is simple financial management training for MSME actors to be able to prepare budgets independently, accurately, and sustainably for more sustainable and stable business growth.

This study aims to uncover the meaning of loyalty and sacrifice in the lyrics of the song "Sumpah dan Cinta Matiku" by Nidji through Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The analysis is conducted at three levels of meaning, namely denotative, connotative, and myth, to understand how song lyrics form emotional messages as well as ideologies in Indonesian popular culture. At the denotative level, a literal meaning is found regarding the pledge of loyalty and commitment of love between two people who are emotionally bound to each other. The connotative level displays emotional and cultural meanings in the form of a willingness to sacrifice and steadfastness in maintaining love, which is often depicted as a heroic and struggle-filled act. Meanwhile, at the mythical level, this song brings up the ideology of romantic love that is absolute, eternal, and demands unconditional sacrifice, as often found in love narratives in other popular media. Lyrics such as "Sumpah mati hanya kau yang kucinta" and "Meski badanku has become one with the ground, cintaku tetap hidup bagi bagi" reflect the cultural construction that true love must be proven by suffering, extreme loyalty, and even sacrifice of life. This meaning emphasizes that love is not merely an emotional connection, but a form of total devotion that cannot be shaken by any circumstances. This song indirectly instills the idea that love means being willing to lose everything, including one's life, to maintain that love. The results of this study indicate that these songs not only convey personal messages of love but also play a role in shaping and perpetuating the myth of love in society. This finding is reinforced by various previous studies that state that popular music plays a role as a medium for reproducing cultural values, particularly regarding idealized, sacrificial, and irrational love.

This article aims to examine in depth the implementation of moral values in Islamic educational institutions as a strategic step in shaping students who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also excel morally and spiritually. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library study type, through analysis of Islamic literature, articles on moral education, and relevant research results that discuss moral values. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of moral values in Islamic education includes three main aspects. First, morals towards Allah, including instilling piety, sincerity, and obedience through worship, spiritual habits, and strengthening religious ethics. Second, morals towards fellow human beings, which are realized by fostering honesty, justice, tolerance, empathy, and social responsibility through daily interactions, cooperation, and social activities. Third, morals towards nature, which includes instilling an attitude of love for the environment, preserving God's creation, and building ecological awareness as part of a Muslim's moral responsibility. Strategies for implementing moral values include integrating values into all subjects, providing role models by teachers and other educational staff, fostering positive behavior within the school environment, and continuously evaluating student attitudes and behavior. This strategy is designed to instill moral values not only at the cognitive level but also as concrete habits in daily life. This article's contribution lies in developing a conceptual and practical framework for building an Islamic education system oriented toward holistic character formation. With this approach, moral values are expected to be thoroughly internalized in students' personal, social, and environmental lives.

Mission constitutes a fundamental dimension of the Catholic Church’s identity, intrinsically linked to the divine mandate to participate in God’s work of salvation in the world. Within this framework, the consecrated life of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit (SSpS) embodies a distinctive expression of Trinitarian spirituality and a prophetic missionary vocation. In the context of Timor Island, this charism is concretely manifested through ministries that directly engage with the realities of local communities. This study adopts a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach, drawing on theological sources, congregational spirituality, and the SSpS Constitution to explore the theological and practical dimensions of the sisters’ mission. The research aims to analyze how the life and apostolate of the SSpS Sisters serve as a tangible witness to the presence of the Triune God, particularly through works in education, healthcare, social services, and pastoral ministry. The findings indicate that the sisters’ mission is deeply rooted in a faith experience centered on the Most Holy Trinity, which shapes their incarnational and intercultural approach to ministry. Their service reflects a prophetic commitment to empowering marginalized communities, promoting human dignity, and fostering social transformation. Furthermore, the integration of religious vows with active engagement in societal issues illustrates a spirituality that bridges contemplation and action, grounded in both fidelity to the Gospel and responsiveness to contextual needs. In conclusion, the consecrated life of the SSpS Sisters on Timor Island stands as a visible and dynamic sign of God’s salvific and prophetic presence. Through their holistic and transformative ministries, they contribute significantly to the mission of the Church and the common good of society, embodying a vision of the “civilization of love” rooted in Trinitarian communion and expressed in concrete service to humanity.

Environmental character education from an early age is a strategic step in developing a generation that cares about the natural world. Instilling this value is crucial in concrete ways so that children can understand and directly experience the benefits of protecting the environment. One effort undertaken is through a simple hydroponic learning activity involving children from TKS Kartika V 16. The activity was held once at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic with the support of lecturers as resource persons. Through a hands-on learning method, the children were introduced to how to grow lettuce and bok choy using a simple hydroponic system. The learning process included an introduction to tools and materials, an explanation of the planting stages, and plant care. Observations throughout the activity showed high enthusiasm among the children. They were actively involved, from preparing the planting medium, planting the seeds, to providing air and nutrients to the plants. This activity fostered a sense of care and responsibility for the plants they grew themselves. Furthermore, the children's fine motor skills were also demonstrated through activities such as arranging the planting medium, sowing the seeds, and assembling the hydroponic equipment. This activity not only developed individual skills but also taught social values such as cooperation and mutual assistance. Children learn to work in groups, help each other, and appreciate each other's roles in the planting process. This hands-on, hands-on approach has proven effective in strengthening environmental awareness in a fun and contextual way. Therefore, environmental education through hydroponics can be a practical, inspiring, and easy-to-implement learning medium for young children, while also serving as a concrete example of how character education can go hand-in-hand with the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies.

Pempek is a traditional Indonesian food that is widely loved by people because of its delicious taste and easy availability in various regions, especially in coastal areas. However, although pempek is made from ingredients that are generally safe for consumption, the unhygienic production process has the potential to cause contamination by pathogenic bacteria. The process of making pempek involves many hands, unsterile processing, and inadequate storage can increase the risk of bacterial proliferation, especially in food served by street vendors. This study aims to identify the presence of pathogenic bacteria in pempek sold by street vendors around the campus environment. By using sample dilution methods, inoculation onto Nutrient Agar (NA) media, as well as colony morphology differentiation and Gram staining, this study successfully identified several pathogenic bacteria that have the potential to harm health. The bacteria found included Staphylococcus sp., known as a pathogen causing food poisoning, E. coli which can cause gastrointestinal disorders, and Pseudomonas sp. which can cause skin and respiratory infections. Based on the results of this study, it is important for local food producers to maintain cleanliness and ensure hygienic production processes so that the food sold is safe for consumption. Furthermore, food quality monitoring by authorities and education for producers on the importance of hygiene in food preparation need to be strengthened to prevent the risk of foodborne illnesses. Furthermore, regular inspections of food sold by street vendors are crucial to ensure it is free from harmful microbial contamination. Implementing proper sanitation procedures at every stage of pempek production, from selecting raw materials to serving, can minimize the risk of microbial contamination.

The formation of a perfect character is the main goal for every believer, as stated in Matthew 5:48. The perfect phrase in this verse comes from the word τέλειος (teleios), and based on this, it is important to understand the word τέλειος (teleios) holistically, so that the congregation can understand correctly what God wants in their lives. The research method used in this study is the library research method, and therefore there is no population and sample used in this study, however, in this study the researcher will use various kinds of literature as references, such as: the Bible in various translations; Bible Dictionary; Language Dictionary; Encyclopedia; Concordance; Bible Interpretation Books; Other books related to the research theme; Journals and other literature related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this study is Theoretical Hermeneutics. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is known that the phrase τέλειος does not refer to a state of sinlessness, but to a real and profound transformation of life as a result of knowing God. The demand to be perfect in Matthew 5:48 means that God's people are called to emulate God's character, namely love that comes from a loving heart must be expressed concretely in everyday social life. The impact of implementing the Matthew 5:48 teaching model on the GSKI congregation in Medan City is seen in: The congregation's increasing strength in facing life's processes and worldly temptations; Firmness of faith marked by increased joy and strength in facing life's challenges; Spiritual independence seen from the congregation's ability to control ego/flesh, as well as growing a deep longing to live close to God.

Moral education is the main pillar in shaping the character of children who have integrity, empathy, and have high moral awareness, especially in terms of filial devotion to parents. In the midst of the advancement of the times and the rapid development of technology, children face great challenges in maintaining noble moral values. The unstoppable flow of digital information often presents content that is contrary to family and religious values. Therefore, moral education is present as a systematic effort to instill good values in a sustainable and contextual manner with the development of the times. This study uses a library research approach to explore the role of moral education in shaping the character of children who are devoted to their parents. Data sources are collected from scientific journals, textbooks, and current academic articles relevant to the theme. The results of the study show that the formation of filial character is greatly influenced by the example of parents and teachers, habituation of positive behaviors such as good manners, worship together, and affectionate communication. In addition, the integration of moral values in the school environment, explicit curriculum policy support for character education, and the wise use of digital media are important factors in supporting the success of moral education. Furthermore, strengthening the school culture and the active involvement of the community in internalizing moral values also strengthen the moral education process. This study concludes that moral education cannot run in isolation, but must be the result of synergy between family, school, and community. Thus, children not only grow up as intellectually intelligent individuals, but also have emotional and spiritual intelligence that reflects an attitude of respect and love for parents. Strong moral education from an early age is a long-term investment for the formation of a generation with noble character.

This study examines the primary motivations of authors in creating erotic slash fanfiction using Thai boys-in-love actors on the app X. Adopting a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, and interpreted through the lens of Symbolic Interactionism Theory and Labeling Theory, this study highlights how authors understand and interact with this phenomenon. The findings indicate that authors perceive their work as a form of self-expression, art, and entertainment, despite being aware of the potential for labeling as pornography or violating legal norms. Their primary motivation stems from the fulfillment of personal imagination and self-satisfaction, which is significantly strengthened by the validation and support of a supportive online community. This community also plays a crucial role in shaping unwritten norms and providing psychological buffers against potential external negative views. Authors demonstrate various strategic responses, including the use of disclaimers and a realistic acceptance of societal perceptions. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a nuanced understanding of online subcultural practices, fostering digital literacy, and suggesting a wise and adaptive approach to content regulation in the digital age. This study also provides insights into how authors of erotic fanfiction on online platforms like X interact with popular cultural values and gender identity. The authors in this study are not only connected to their communities but also engaged in a broader process of identity construction through the characters they create. The Thai boy-love actor, a frequent inspiration in their work, serves as a symbol that reinforces the representation of non-heteronormative relationships, providing space for a more free and inclusive exploration of sexual identity.

This study explores the semantic fields of love and loss in Lord Huron’s song "The Night We Met," using a lexical semantics framework. Song lyrics, known for their emotional depth, serve as a rich source for analyzing affective meaning, particularly through word selection and repetition. The primary research question addresses how semantic fields are constructed within minimalist lyrical compositions to convey complex emotional states. In this analysis, a qualitative descriptive method is applied to examine the song's lexical items and group them into thematic semantic fields. The study finds that the song uses a concise set of lexemes connected to themes of memory, temporal disorientation, grief, and love. These thematic fields intertwine, interacting to depict a narrative that encapsulates unresolved emotional pain. Love and loss are not presented in isolation but are embedded in a broader emotional context, where words evoke both the sweetness of past affection and the sorrow of its absence. The overlap of these semantic fields reflects the internal conflict experienced by the narrator, torn between cherished memories and the painful realization of loss. The study concludes that despite the song’s brevity, the lyrics effectively evoke profound emotional responses through a meticulous choice of words and thematic consistency. The semantic fields constructed within the song illustrate how even minimal language can convey intense emotional content, providing valuable linguistic insight into the function of lyricism in popular music. The research demonstrates the ability of short, poignant lyrics to engage listeners emotionally, revealing how lyricists use limited language to encapsulate complex feelings of love and loss.

the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt, marking God's intervention in the history of His people and the beginning of a new grain harvest. On the other hand, Easter marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ, a symbol of victory over sin and death, and the culmination of salvation provided through His sacrifice on the cross. In this context, the Eucharist becomes an important sacrament symbolizing the body and Passover and Easter have deep meanings in their respective religious traditions. Passover (Pesach) celebrates blood of Christ. The bread, as a symbol of His broken body, and the cup, as a symbol of His shed blood, remind Christians of God's infinite sacrifice and love. However, in the early days of Christianity, the practice of the Eucharist was often misunderstood, leading to accusations of cannibalism against Christians. This misunderstanding arose because the terms "body" and "blood" were interpreted literally by outsiders. To counter these accusations, Christian apologists, such as Justin Martyr and Tertullian, attempted to provide a theological explanation for the symbolism, emphasizing that the Eucharist was a spiritual and not a physical act. Thus, both Easter and the Eucharist reflect the profound themes of liberation and hope, as well as the importance of a correct understanding of the symbolism of Christian teaching to avoid harmful misunderstandings. This shows that a proper understanding of religious traditions can strengthen faith and strengthen relationships among believers.

In the contemporary Christian context, many churches face a leadership crisis marked by corruption, arrogance, lack of integrity, and resistance to criticism—traits that starkly contrast with the servant-hearted leadership exemplified by Jesus Christ. This study aims to explore the biblical foundation of Jesus’ leadership, both in character and technical dimensions, as portrayed in the Gospel of John, and to examine its implementation within GPdI Betesda Kabanjahe. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research integrates two primary approaches: a theological-biblical analysis and a case study of leadership practices in the local church. The theological dimension focuses on Jesus as the Good Shepherd, emphasizing relational depth, sacrificial service, and intentional character formation of His disciples. The case study approach investigates how these principles are understood and applied by church leaders in GPdI Betesda. Findings reveal two key insights. First, the pastoral leadership model in the Gospel of John presents Jesus as a shepherd who leads through personal connection, selfless sacrifice, and transformative discipleship. While these values are normatively acknowledged by church leaders, their practical application in GPdI Betesda remains partial and lacks systemic integration into the church’s organizational and ministerial structures. Second, pastoral leadership at GPdI Betesda is marked by exemplary behavior and love in service. However, inconsistencies persist in leadership stability, spiritual maturity, and character development. The absence of structured ministry management and leadership formation contributes to these gaps. In conclusion, the study underscores the need for churches to realign leadership practices with the biblical model of Jesus, fostering integrity, humility, and servant leadership. Strengthening character development and implementing structured leadership systems are essential steps toward resolving the leadership crisis and embodying Christ-like shepherding in the church context.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Tahfidzul Qur’an teacher in improving the quality of Qur’an memorization among students at SMP-T Darul ‘Amal. The background of this research highlights the importance of tahfidz education as an integral part of Islamic character development, which emphasizes not only the quantity of memorization but also the quality of internalizing Qur’anic values in students’ daily lives. The objective is to examine how tahfidz teachers carry out their roles in the Qur’an learning process and how this impacts students’ memorization abilities and religious attitudes.  The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of teaching activities. The findings reveal that the role of tahfidz teachers is highly significant in guiding students through methods such as talaqqi (direct transmission), structured muraja’ah (review), discipline development, and spiritual motivation. The learning environment created by these teachers also fosters a conducive and religious atmosphere. The study concludes that the success of improving Qur’an memorization quality greatly depends on the teacher’s competence, emotional connection with students, and the teaching strategies applied. These elements collectively contribute to shaping a generation that loves the Qur’an, upholds strong morals, and demonstrates a sense of responsibility.
