Indonesia is the country with the fourth largest number of internet users in the world, after the United States, with 212.9 million users in 2023. The development of technology and the internet has had a significant impact on people's lives, especially in terms of online shopping. E-commerce users in Indonesia have increased significantly in recent years. Shopee is one of the platforms that is often used by Indonesians to shop online easily, safely, and quickly. This platform supports customers with strong payments and logistics services, and can be easily accessed via smartphones. Shopee Express, as part of Shopee's e-commerce service, has advantages over other platforms because of the various offers provided. However, a number of Shopee consumers have complained about the delivery service, ranging from damaged goods to packages that arrive late. This study aims to determine the effect of  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality on Shopee Express Customer Satisfaction in Bandung City. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with quantitative methods, and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed were then analyzed using research instrument analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The statistical analysis tool used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The number of samples in this study was 385 people, selected through simple random sampling techniques. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially,  Customer Experience has an effect of 11.953, Security of 5.466, and Punctuality of 8.647, which have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously,  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of 389.559, with a coefficient of determination of 75.2%.

By leveraging efficient logistics systems, these platforms have enabled them to tap into broader markets. Furthermore, they have proven instrumental in enhancing rural farmers' growth, efficiency, and market access. As rural areas undergo revitalization, e-commerce platforms play a pivotal role in the development of agriculture. Their impact is far-reaching, fostering diversification, adopting intelligent agricultural practices, and establishing e-commerce trading and delivery platforms. The number of respondents for this study was 390, with its focus on the intricacies of the e-commerce development strategy for consumer satisfaction in rural areas is of utmost importance. It aims to spotlight the logistics model and specific development strategies that will further the advancement of e-commerce in rural regions, all within the broader context of rural revitalization.

Combinatorial optimization is a fundamental area in operations research and computer science, focusing on identifying optimal solutions from a finite set of possibilities. This study explores the integration of branch and bound methods with heuristic algorithms to address optimization problems in graph theory and discrete mathematics. Python was employed for algorithm implementation due to its flexibility and comprehensive computational libraries, enabling efficient data analysis and visualization. Several benchmark problems were examined, including the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), Minimum Spanning Tree (MST), and Graph Coloring. Simulations were conducted using datasets of varying sizes (small, medium, and large) to evaluate performance across different scales. The results demonstrate that the hybrid approach achieves a balance between solution quality and computational efficiency, outperforming brute-force methods in terms of speed while maintaining near-optimal accuracy. Tabulated results and graphical comparisons highlight the reduction in computation time and improved scalability of the proposed method. The findings suggest that combining systematic search strategies with heuristics offers a practical and effective framework for solving complex combinatorial optimization problems. Recommendations for future research include testing scalability with larger datasets, incorporating advanced metaheuristics, and applying the approach to real-world domains such as logistics and network design.

Effective and efficient logistics management at the Nutrition Installation is an important factor in ensuring the availability and quality of food for patients. This study aims to analyze logistics management in nutritional installations. The method used is the content analysis method by searching 10 reviews in various health journal sources in Indonesia for the past 10 years. The results of an integrated literature review explain that logistics management in the Nutrition Installation ensures the availability and quality of food for patients. Logistics management includes storage systems, distribution systems, budget systems required annually or monthly. Several logistics management processes in each hospital are different but run well, even though there are many shortcomings. Logistics management at Nutritional Installations is carried out optimally by increasing the accuracy of planning food needs, procuring food ingredients appropriately, improving food storage standards, timely distribution of food, and carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, making it easier for health workers to carry out their duties and minimize undesirable events.

The sharia economy offers a different approach from conventional economics, prioritizing the principles of justice, transparency, and sustainability. In the sharia economic system, there are various instruments that must be understood in depth by the actors. One of these instruments is sharia tax or known as Al-Kharaj. Al-Kharaj is a type of tax levied on land conquered by Muslims and administered by the government. This concept not only contains financial aspects but also has high social values and justice. This community service activity uses a lecture and discussion method aimed at STIE Ganesha Semester 4 Regular A. Management S1 students A. This activity is prepared for approximately 3 (three) months which includes the preparation, planning and implementation stages. The implementation of the activity was carried out for 1 (one) day, where the PKM team consisted of 4 (four) STIE Ganesha dsen and 8 (eight) students, where the lecturer was responsible for compiling the material and giving lectures, while students assisted in logistics and documentation to ensure that the activity ran smoothly and effectively. With a clear and interactive presentation, the lecture session succeeded in providing participants with a deep understanding of Al-Kharaj sharia tax  and with an interactive and collaborative atmosphere, the discussion session succeeded in deepening the participants' understanding and giving them the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned in practical situations.

The Hajj and Umrah industry is an important sector involving millions of pilgrims every year. The complexity of organizing this worship service requires improved services and effective risk management to ensure the smooth running and comfort of the congregation. This research aims to explore strategies for improving services and risk management in the Hajj and Umrah industry. The research method used is qualitative with literature studies from various trusted sources. The research results show that service quality is greatly influenced by staff friendliness, service reliability, facility cleanliness, and timeliness. In addition, identifying and mitigating health, security and logistics risks is critical to reducing negative impacts on congregations. Technological innovations, such as mobile applications, have also been proven to improve efficiency and service quality. This research provides recommendations for the government and Hajj and Umrah organizers to improve service quality and risk management, so that pilgrims can carry out their worship more safely and comfortably.

The research aims to analyze the trading strategies implemented by PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras to enhance sales performance. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, data processing, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed thematically to identify the strategies used by the company to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.Based on the analysis of data from PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras for the period 2021-2023, it is observed that Market Share, Market Growth, and Revenue Growth have increased based on the calculation of revenue. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that Market Share and Market Growth have a significant impact on Revenue Growth. It is expected that the research findings will provide a deep understanding of PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras's ability to effectively understand and respond to consumer preferences. This understanding will serve as a foundation for formulating strategic analysis to enhance sales performance, helping the company to maintain and increase market share, and strengthen its reputation as a trusted provider of logistics solutions, trading services, and industrial needs.

This study examines the use of dynamic programming in the context of container filling optimization, known as the knapsack problem. This problem requires selecting a number of goods with a certain volume and value to be loaded into a container with a certain capacity. We develop a knapsack-based algorithm using dynamic programming techniques to maximize container space utilization. By considering the volume and value of goods, our algorithm is able to achieve optimal results. Through a case study involving 25 items with predetermined volumes and values, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm in improving container space utilization. Our experimental results show significant improvements in container space utilization compared to naive filling methods. This research shows that the knapsack approach with dynamic programming can be an effective solution to the container filling problem in the context of logistics and optimization.

This study aims to examine the effect of cyberloafing, work stress, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Putra Srikaton Logistics Semarang. Data was collected from respondents in the form of employee data of PT. Putra Srikaton Logistics Semarang. This study used a saturated sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis approach applied is a validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test, and t-test in the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that cyberloafing and work stress have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. While compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

PT.Eka Multi Logistik is a land and sea transportation management (JPT) service company that has been involved in the field of goods transportation for Export, Import and Local since 2018, located on Jl. Kalimantan NO.65/67 Makassar City, South Sulawesi Consumer or customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors that are closely related, including price and service quality. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

In the growing digital era, the use of TikTok by local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises has become a significant concern in an effort to expand markets and increase sales. This article analyzes the challenges and strategies that can be adopted by  in facing e-commerce dynamics and utilizing the TikTok Platform as E-Commerce effectively. The research method used is using a qualitative approach method by conducting literature studies and literature studies. The method for data collection is obtained from the official website (e-commerce usage data) and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results show the importance of efficient advertising budget management, optimization of logistics and delivery, improved skills in content creation, strategic collaboration, and campaign performance monitoring as key steps in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in TikTok Commerce. This study aims to find out the strategy of utilizing the management of the Motaain border area in an effort to alleviate poverty in Silawan Village. This research was conducted at the Motaain Border of Silawan Village, Belu Regency using primary and secondary data. The results of this study show how the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy uses adequate natural resources, locations close to PLBN and the existence of animal feed factories by taking advantage of opportunities such as in the agriculture and plantation, tourism and trade and logistics sectors to increase the economic activities of the local community and be able to reduce poverty in Silawan Village. The obstacles that are often faced in poverty alleviation in Silawan Village are limited resources, economic activities that occur are more dominant in the outside community and security that is still weak so that smuggling often occurs. The location close to PLBN and the existence of a animal feed factory are expected to provide alternative solutions for farmers to manage agricultural products into animal feed and revive the culture of livestock in border areas.

Customer loyalty is the mst important key in a company, because it can increase profits and determine the survival of a company. Loyalty can be formed by good quality service and customer satisfaction resulting from the services provided by the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement Bogor Branch Ciriung Mayor Oking. This research uses quantitative methods with SPSS Version 25 software. The samples used for data collection were customer of PT.Wahana Achievement Logistics consisted of 60 respondents with sampling using random sampling. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) use an adjusted R-square value of 0,677, wich means that 67,7% of service quality (X1) and costomer satisfaction (X2) have an influence on costomer loyalty, and the remaining 32,3% is influenced by variables not researched by the author. The results of the f test simultaneously show that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction and positive effect with a sig value of 0,000 < 0,05 and Fcount of 62,722 > 4,007 Ftable on the costomer loyalty variable. From the calculation of the results of the multiple linear regression test, it shows that costomer loyalty is influenced by the service quality variable equal to b1 = 0,620 and the costomer satisfaction variable b2 = 0,301

PT Platinum Jaya Logistic is a company engaged in logistics. Problems related to compensation are that some employees feel that they do not get compensation in accordance with their workload, so they are not maximally motivated to do their job. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Platinum Jaya Logistic. The research method is to apply a quantitative design. Sampling was done with a saturated sample technique of 50 employees. The data processing method starts from the data quality test which consists of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this study indicate that the questionnaire variables are valid and reliable and free from econometric problems. The compensation variable partially affects employee performance at PT Platinum Jaya Logistic is positive and significant. The motivation variable partially influences employee performance at PT. Platinum Jaya Logistic is also positive and significant. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Platinum Jaya Logistic. The results of this study can be the basis for developing a broader human resource management strategy, which involves aspects of compensation and motivation as the main key in improving employee performance.

The current of globalization has made technological and digital developments change the way business and communication are carried out. The digital era is currently the foundation of the business world and opens up new opportunities, including expedition delivery services or what can be called logistics. The expedition delivery service itself not only plays a role in delivering packages to the customer's hands but also must gain the customer's trust so that the customer has an interest in using the delivery service again. The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction in using expedition delivery services. The research used is descriptive qualitative research, using an approach that involves collecting relevant data sources, such as journal articles, books, publications and so on. The research data obtained is then analyzed systematically so that they can be continuous with each other in increasing satisfaction with the use of delivery services.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the performance of employees in the logistics and distribution department at CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa, located at Central Dawuan, Cikampek, Karawang, West Java 41373. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results of the interviews and observations were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The preliminary study results show that the implementation of SOP in the logistics and distribution department at CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa has been effective. The preparation of SOPs was carried out by making field notes on mentoring activities and compiling SOP formats. Meanwhile, the implementation of SOP preparation assistance was carried out in six stages, namely the preparation stage, the formation of an implementation team, planning, drafting, testing SOP drafts, and implementing SOPs. SOPs are needed to regulate the quality assurance of organizational management.

This study explores the integration of predictive analytics into supply chain management within national e-commerce enterprises. Predictive analytics, which utilizes historical data combined with machine learning algorithms, regression analysis, and time series forecasting, has shown significant improvements in operational efficiency. The study focuses on four key areas: demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation optimization, and customer satisfaction. By predicting demand more accurately, e-commerce platforms can reduce stockouts and overstock situations, streamline logistics routes, and lower logistics costs. The implementation of predictive analytics led to a 20% reduction in delivery times and a 15% decrease in logistics costs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. However, the study also highlights challenges in integrating real-time data from multiple sources and scaling predictive models across diverse product categories and geographic regions. The results emphasize the need for e-commerce platforms to invest in technology that enables seamless data integration and the development of region-specific predictive models. The findings are compared with industry benchmarks, showing that the improvements in logistics and supply chain performance align with global trends. Based on these results, the study recommends best practices for implementing predictive analytics, including effective data collection, machine learning model training, and scalability considerations. By following these practices, e-commerce companies can optimize their supply chains, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction, positioning them for greater competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This research investigates the impact of English language acquisition on transportation literacy among transportation management students. Through qualitative analysis of interviews and document analysis, the study explores how proficiency in English influences students' comprehension of key transportation concepts. The findings reveal that English language proficiency significantly enhances students' understanding of complex transportation topics, such as logistics, safety regulations, and multimodal transportation systems. Integrating effective language learning strategies, such as real-world scenarios and interactive activities, into transportation management courses can bridge the gap between language proficiency and transportation literacy. Additionally, innovative assessment methods, such as performance-based assessments, offer a more comprehensive approach to evaluating students' language proficiency and its application in transportation contexts. The study recommends ongoing professional development for educators, collaboration with industry partners, and the promotion of multilingualism to enhance transportation literacy among students. By adopting these recommendations, educational institutions can ensure that transportation management students are equipped with the necessary language skills to succeed in an increasingly globalised and diverse transportation industry.
