This study aims to determine whether there is effect from the work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population used in this study were 60 people. The sample used is Proportionate Random Sampling and obtained 52 people as respondents. This study used statistical tests and used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (XI) Work Environment, (X2) Work Stress and (Y) Performance seen from the fcount of 15.069 with a ftable of 3.187 or 15.069 > 3.187 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0.05. It can be stated that the variables of Work Environment and Work Stress have an effect on Employee Performance at PT  Cakra Transport Utama. And based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.381 or 38.1%. So it can be concluded that the work environment and work stress together have an effect of 38.1% on employee performance, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The research that has been conducted is entitled "The Relationship Between Principal Transformational Leadership and Increasing Teacher Work Motivation in the Modern Education Era at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan" which is based on the fact that Principal Transformational Leadership is a leadership model that allows a leader to change the energy of resources, both human, instrument, and situation, to achieve targeted goals. In the context of education, Principal Transformational Leadership is very important to improve the quality of education and increase teacher job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative approach with the type of field research. The population of this study were teachers at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan with a sample size of 40 teachers. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data management tools by conducting several tests such as validity and reliability tests, normality and homogeneity tests, linearity tests and simple linear regression tests. And for the results of the hypothesis test using the Pearson correlation test method and the paired sample T-Test test. The results of the study revealed that the results of the Pearson correlation test analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and the work motivation of teachers in the modern education era at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan, which was 0.018< 0.05. This shows that variables X and Y are correlated. Then the degree of relationship between variables X and Y of 0.374 shows that the Pearson correlation value of 0.21 to 0.40 between variables X and Y is a weak correlation. And in the second test, namely the paired sample T-Test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between variables X and Y.

Leadership is the ability to persuade or influence others to achieve certain goals and the authority to establish responsibility. The role and community is consciously and voluntarily in the stage of decision making, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation, as well as the use of development results from the development process is called "community participation". The population used is the community of Sruwi village with a sample of 100 respondents with a sampling technique using non probability techniques with slovin formulas, the division method using Random sampling Technique where researchers divided into several groups. Analysts used are Instrument Test, Description Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient Determinant Analysis, Koofisien Correlation And Hypothesis Tests. The results showed that 1) Leadership had a partial effect on community participation with a value of sig.0,000 <0.05 and the value of count> t table is 15.763> 1.984 2) There is a relationship and influence between leadership variables and participation with a value of 0,000 <0.05. With the value of pearson correlation 0,847 which means correlation relations rates are very strong.

This study aims to determine the effect of distribution costs on increasing sales volume in food and beverage sector manufacturing industry companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. This research uses quantitative methods, this research was carried out on Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Industry Companies Listed on the IDX, and data taken for three years starting from 2020-2022 and the calculation uses data per semester consisting of Distribution Costs and Sales Volume. Data collection is carried out by documentation method. The population in this study is all Financial Statements of Food Sector Manufacturing Companies and Minimums Listed on the IDX from 2020-2022 totaling 78 Financial Statements Where the sample processed is part of the total population in the Income Financial Statements per semester in the 2020-2022 period which amounts to 24 Income Financial Statements. The data analysis carried out was by descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis while for significant testing using the t test. The results showed that: Distribution costs have a significant effect on sales volume in Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Industry Companies Listed on the IDX.

Mulya Happenny. This study aims to get an in-depth picture of the effect on improving the performance and motivation of Bappeda employees of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. The place that became the object of research was the Bappeda of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency which was located on Merdeka Street, Handayani Mulya Village, Talang Ubi District. The background of the problem in this study is the decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. Since 2020 in PALI Regency there are many echelon 2 positions. The Head of Division at Bappeda also holds the position of Head of Service in another place. So the researchers tried to examine whether there is an effect on improving the performance and motivation of employees under these conditions. The method used is a quantitative analysis method using the SPSS v 25 application. Data collection uses a Likert questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 50 employees using the saturated sample method or using the total population. Data analysis used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression as well as t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square). The results of the study indicate that leadership has a varied effect on increasing employee motivation and performance. Leadership in the Infrastructure Sector on improving performance with the magnitude of the influence of 25.67%, 74.5% from the Head of the Ecososbud Sector, and 26.6% from the Head of the Program. The difference in the magnitude of the effect is also shown in the employee motivation variable, namely 27.6% from the Head of the Infrastructure Division, 25.6% from the Division Head, and 30% from the Program Head. The simultaneous influence shows that leadership will affect performance improvement by 90% and 33.4% effect on employee motivation. From the results of the study, it can be suggested to the leadership to improve the quality of good leadership and make improvements in terms of coordination and communication with subordinates.

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam Zami Alget. Promotions have a significant impact on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam-Zami- Alget, through effective promotional strategies, such as advertising, discounts, or loyalty programs, consumers become more aware of products and tend to choose them because of the perceived added value offered. This research was carried out at CV. Zam Zami Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method used is quantitative by describing the data using numbers. The sample of this research was 30 people using a quantitative approach. The results of simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 produced the equation Y=17.394+ 0.524. Data analysis using the t test obtained a calculated t result of 3,790 and a t table at the 5% significance level of 1.701, so t calculated > t table and the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that there is a promotional influence on the decision to purchase CV drinking water. Zam Zami Alget Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

The aim of this research is to find out whether behavioral accounting has an effect on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The data used in this research uses primary data where primary data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling using the Simple Random Sampling Technique method, namely sampling is carried out randomly without paying attention to strata in the population so that the number of samples obtained in this research is 43 employees of the Main Branch of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Where the research instrument uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research show that behavioral accounting variables have a significant effect on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. This can be seen from the results of the partial test (t test) with a significant value of 0.001 ≤ 0.005. The results of this research are also supported by the results of descriptive analysis of variables, the average score of the behavioral accounting variable is 83.13%, while the average score of the employee performance variable is 79.41%.

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on the income of clothing businesses in Pasar Baru Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra. Data collection was carried out through a survey of 56 respondents consisting of market traders, where 35.71% of the respondents were men and 64.29% were women. The majority of respondents were aged between 26-40 years (35.71) and had a high school education or equivalent (62.50%). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that promotion has a significant influence on income, with a regression coefficient of 0.484. This means that every one unit increase in the promotion variable has the potential to increase revenue by 0.484 units. The regression model obtained is Y= 82.586 + 0.484 The validity test shows that all statement items are valid with a calculated r value greater than r table (0.2221), while the reliability test with Cronbach alpha shows a value of 0.685 for promotion and 0.839 for income, which means the instrument used is reliable. In addition, the classical assumption test ensures that the data is normally distributed and there is no heteroscedasticity. The research also identifies challenges such as intense competition and environmental issues in the market. These findings emphasize the importance of effective promotional strategies, supported by government policies that encourage sustainable economic growth in traditional markets.

This research aims to determine whether leadership style can influence the progress and decline of employee performance at the Sirime Rice Refinery Business, Pidoli Lombang Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The number of samples used was 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research uses the Saturated Sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method for this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests, partial tests and coefficient of determination tests. All of these tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sirime Rice Refinery Business. Pidoli Lombang Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency is indicated by a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05, the R Square value is 0.817, which means that the independent variable or leadership style variable (X) is able to explain the dividend variable or employee performance variable (Y) of 81, 7% while the remaining 18.3% is influenced by other factors. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table (11,169 > 1.701) on employee performance at the Sirime rice factory, Pidoli Lembang village, Panyabungan sub-district, Mandailing Natal district.

This research aims to determine the effect of price on jewelry purchasing decisions at the Amir Syah gold shop, using price as an independent variable and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population used in the research were consumers who made purchases at the Amir Syah gold shop in 2023 and the sample was 84 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative, data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis method for this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. All of these tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the t test, tcount = 6.579 ttable > 1.664 and the sig value = 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions because the results of the t test fulfill all of the first conditions, namely tcount > ttable (6.579 > 1.664) and the sig number <005 (0.000<0.05). Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.345 or 34.5%. This means that the ups and downs in decisions to purchase jewelry at the Amir Syah gold shop in Panyabungan District due to the influence of prices can be anticipated. Through this regression equation, the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other factors or variables outside this research.

Communication plays a crucial role in influencing employee performance. Performance decline is often caused by communication issues, particularly in the hotel back office, such as the lack of effectiveness in information delivery and miscommunication among employees. This study aims to analyze the impact of communication on employee performance at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. The data used includes quantitative data from employee performance evaluations in 2023, the number of employees, employee communication levels from 2019-2023, and qualitative data from interviews with human resources. The study population consists of 241 employees at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. Data was collected using documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, heteroskedasticity testing, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The study findings show that the calculated t value (38.728) is greater than the t table value (0.1264) with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. The coefficient of determination value of 0.863 indicates that 86.3% of the impact on employee performance is due to communication, while 13.7% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

This research aims to find out how much influence Shopee promotions have on consumer behavior among STAIN Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management students. The sample used came from 75 MBS students using a purposive sampling method. The approach used is quantitative and in collecting primary data observation and questionnaire methods are used. Meanwhile, the data analysis that researchers used in this research was analysis using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests, namely the t test and R Square test (with the help of the SPSS Version 24 program). The results of the research show that there is an influence of shopee promotional variables on consumer behavior among Mandailing Natal Sharia Business Management Students. Shown by the significance value of t 0.000 which is smaller than sig = 0.05 (0.000>0.05) the value of R = 0.629 and R Square = 3.96 means that Shopee promotion is able to explain the dependent variable or consumer behavior of 0.396 x 100 = 39.6 message while the other 60.4 percent is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Shopee promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior with a value of tcount < ttable or tcount > ttable (6.916 < 1.666 or 6.916 > 1.666). There is a positive and significant relationship between Shopee promotions and consumer behavior among students.

This research aims to determine the quality of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI Mobile) mobile banking services in providing customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers. Meanwhile, the sample in this research is some BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers who use the BSI Mobile application. Considering the large population so that the exact number cannot be known and the limited time in conducting research, this research uses the Lemeshow formula with a maximum estimate of 7% and an error rate of 5% as a guideline in finding the number of samples used. So through this technique a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis process uses simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the quality of BSI Mobile services has an influence on customer satisfaction. The influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 79.2%, while 20.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. This research can help increase customer satisfaction in using the BSI Mobile application.

This research was carried out at UD. Alame Mandailing Rozi Nasution in Kotasiantar, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency with the aim of finding out the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Alame Mandailing Rozi Nasution. To achieve the objectives, research was conducted using a sample of 96 people. The research method uses quantitative by describing data using accidental sampling techniques.  The research analysis is an analysis of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests, namely the t test and R square test (with the help of the SPSS Version 21 program). The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Alame Mandailing Rozi Nasution. Indicated by a significant value of t 0.000 which is smaller than sig = 0.005 (0.000 < 0.05) the value of R = 0.791 and R Square = 0.626 means that product quality is able to explain the dependent variable or consumer satisfaction of 0.626 × 100% = 62.6% while Another 35.4% is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of tcount > ttable (12.535 > 1.664). And product quality has a strong relationship with consumer satisfaction of 0.791.

This research aims to determine the professional competence of teachers on student learning achievement at Al-Ulum Terpadu Islamic Middle School, Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was 32 teachers, so the sample size in this study was 32 teachers, because the population was less than 100, based on Suharsimi Arikunto's opinion, the entire population was used (population study). The main data collection technique uses a 5 Likert scale answer choice form. Data is analyzed using simple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. Based on the data processing carried out, statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, which explains that there is an influence of teacher professional competence on student learning achievement. This is obtained from the results of the F test which shows Fcount is 19.072 and Ftable = (k-1; nk) namely (2-1; 32-2) = (1;30) = 4.17, so the value of Fcount > Ftable is 19.072 > 4.17 with a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05 which means there is an influence of teacher professional competence on student learning achievement in the F statistical significance test. Apart from that, a simple linear regression test was carried out to obtain the regression equation Y' = 105.683 – 1.44 1.44. However, if the teacher's professional competency value is 105.683 when X is 0, then student learning achievement will decrease by 0.144 for every one unit increase in %. Meanwhile, the remaining 61.1% is explained by other variables not studied.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of business location on purchasing decisions at Tomyam 59 Cafe & Resto. To achieve this aim, research was conducted using samples from 99 Tomyam 59 consumers using the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis methods are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, namely the t test and R square test. All tests were carried out using the SPSS Version 21 program. The results of this research show that there is an influence of business location on purchasing decisions in Sipolu-polu, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Indicated by a significant value of t 0.000 which is smaller than sig = 0.005 (0.000 < 0.05) the value of R = 0.676 and R Square = 0.457 means that the business location is able to explain the dependent variable or consumer buyer decision of 0.457 × 100% = 45.7 % while another 54.3% is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that business location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of tcount < ttable or tcount > ttable (9.030 < 1.664 or 9.030 > 1.664). And business location has a strong relationship with purchasing decisions of 0.680.

This research aims to determine the effect of free shipping promotions on buying interest at Shopee (case study in the Pasar Maga sub-district community. Type of quantitative research, data collection techniques using observation and distributing questionnaires. The sample consisted of 60 respondents using the observation method and distributing questionnaires. Slovin Formula. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, p-plot graphs, heteroscedasticity tests, scatterplot graphs, simple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests using the SPSS version 25 program on buying interest at Shopee (Case Study in Pasar Maga Village Community), the tcount value for the Free Shipping Promo variable (X) is 5.604 with a ttable value of 1.671. So the tcount value is greater than ttable (5.604 > 1.671. This means that the free shipping promo has a positive effect on buying interest as proven by this research with The R Square value is 0.351 x 100% = 35.1%. while the remaining 64.9% is explained by other variables. Apart from that, the free shipping promo variable has a moderate relationship with shopee buying interest among the people of Pasar Maga Village, Mandailing Natal Regency, amounting to 0.593 which is in the correlation interval of 0.40 – 0.599 according to table 3.7.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers, what is consumer satisfaction with the services provided by e-ticketing, and to find out the effect of e-ticketing quality on consumer satisfaction at PT ASDP Ketapang Branch. The population of this study is all passengers who purchased tickets online at PT ASDP Ketapang branch, the sample used was 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers or passengers who use ship services belonging to PT ASDP ketapang branch Banyuwangi, apart from that consumers/passengers are satisfied with the services provided by PT ASDP Ketapang branch Banyuwangi related to the existence of e-ticketing. ticketing or purchasing tickets online. Based on the calculation results, it is known that R square has a value of 0.667 or 66%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of E-Ticketing Quality on PT ASDP Ketapang branch , Banyuwangi (Y) is 66%, the remaining 34% is the influence of other factors.

Sampling was carried out using the Sevila (Slovin) formula with a precision of (5%). The sample size is 80 employees, using the survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing using correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the t test obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table = 0.632, then t-count = 19.447 > t-table 0.632. By comparing the t-table with the t-count, the compensation variable (X) influences employee work motivation.  The results of the F test obtained F-count = 378.174 > F-table 3.951 with a significance value of 0.05, which was proven by the effect through the t test, obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table 1.66462, so H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Trade Center Megamas Manado.

Indonesia is the country with the fourth largest number of internet users in the world, after the United States, with 212.9 million users in 2023. The development of technology and the internet has had a significant impact on people's lives, especially in terms of online shopping. E-commerce users in Indonesia have increased significantly in recent years. Shopee is one of the platforms that is often used by Indonesians to shop online easily, safely, and quickly. This platform supports customers with strong payments and logistics services, and can be easily accessed via smartphones. Shopee Express, as part of Shopee's e-commerce service, has advantages over other platforms because of the various offers provided. However, a number of Shopee consumers have complained about the delivery service, ranging from damaged goods to packages that arrive late. This study aims to determine the effect of  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality on Shopee Express Customer Satisfaction in Bandung City. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with quantitative methods, and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed were then analyzed using research instrument analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The statistical analysis tool used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The number of samples in this study was 385 people, selected through simple random sampling techniques. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially,  Customer Experience has an effect of 11.953, Security of 5.466, and Punctuality of 8.647, which have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously,  Customer Experience, Security, and Punctuality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of 389.559, with a coefficient of determination of 75.2%.
