The increasing demand for efficient data management in higher education has highlighted the need for advanced information systems that support research and community service activities. At Universitas Jambi, the Sistem Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (SIMLPPM) is the primary platform for managing research data. However, its usability remains limited due to restricted accessibility, unstructured data categorization, and inadequate visualization tools. This study aims to enhance SIMLPPM by developing an interactive dashboard to improve data presentation, user trust, and decision-making efficiency. The research employs the Human-Organization-Technology FIT (HOT-FIT) model to evaluate user satisfaction and system effectiveness by surveying 128 faculty members. The findings indicate that leadership support, organizational structure, and facilities significantly influence user satisfaction and system adoption, while information and service quality have minimal impact. The study underscores the importance of system usability and administrative support over purely technical attributes. Future research should explore AI-driven analytics and expand the evaluation across multiple institutions to enhance data accessibility and user engagement in research management.

Currently, the problem of consumer behavior is the low level of consumer awareness of the needs of the goods they buy. Some consumers admit that the goods they buy are not what they really need, but they still make purchases. There are also those who reveal that they order goods on the marketplace just because they are visually tempted. This certainly contradicts the purchasing decision theory which explains that the higher the consumer's awareness of the need for the goods needed, the higher the purchasing decision will be, and vice versa. This research aims to analyze the influence of cultural factors, social factors and personal factors on purchasing decisions. The approach used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a total of 99 respondents, who were users of the Shopee application. Data was collected via an online questionnaire and processed using SPSS with multiple regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that simultaneously, cultural, social and personal variables have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, as indicated by the significant value of the F test < sig value, namely <,0.001 < 0.05. And partially, social and personal variables have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, which is aimed at the significance value of the t test for each variable < sig value, namely (0.005 and <0.001 < 0.5). Meanwhile, cultural factors are rejected which is aimed at the significance value of the t test variable > sig value, namely (0.132 > 0.05). They feel that although communities such as those for music lovers, gamers, or fashion can be a forum for sharing the same interests, not everyone feels the need or is interested in being active in the online environment in discussions or activities within it.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of package price and network quality on customer loyalty of Telkomsel cards in the Kaliglagah Village area. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability technique, namely the incidental sampling technique. The population of Telkomsel card users is infinite so that the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Lemeshow formula with the results of 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were the Likert scale, validity and reliability tests. Correlation coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, determination analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the multiple linear regression test calculation number Y = 6.105 + 0.411X1 + 0.252X2 showed that every increase in one score for the package price variable is an increase in customer loyalty by 0.411, every increase in one score for the network quality variable will be an increase in customer loyalty by 0.252. The determination test obtained a determination coefficient of 0.559 that the customer loyalty variable can be influenced by the package price and network quality variables by 55.9%. From the t-test, it can be concluded that the package price variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty variable because it has a significance of 0.000 (P>0.05) and a calculated t value> t table (4.601> 1.984), meaning that the package price variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). The same applies to the network quality variable (X2) which has a significance of 0.000 (P>0.05) and a calculated t value> t table (3.086> 1.984), so it can be concluded that the network quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Customer loyalty can be increased by providing additional facilities on the card in the form of affordable Telkomsel card prices, and maintaining stable network quality.

The purpose of this study is to examine how service quality and product availability impact customer reviews on the TokoteknoPro e-commerce platform. Customer reviews play a crucial role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions in today's market. Customer perceptions and satisfaction are significantly influenced by two key factors: service quality and product availability. This research employed quantitative methods, using a survey distributed to one hundred active TokoteknoPro users to gather data. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to explore the relationship and impact between the independent variables—service quality and product availability—and the dependent variable, customer reviews. The findings reveal that both product availability and service quality positively and significantly affect customer reviews. Interestingly, service quality has a stronger influence compared to product availability. These results suggest that enhancing service quality, alongside ensuring adequate product availability, is crucial for increasing positive customer reviews on TokoteknoPro. The insights from this study can help TokoteknoPro's management develop more effective strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize customer reviews.
