This study aims to evaluate the Quran Tahfidz program at Bahrul Hikmah Islamic Junior High School using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model introduced by Stufflebeam. The findings of the research are as follows: First, the evaluation of the context aspect indicates that the program objectives have been comprehensively formulated. Data analysis confirms that the program implementation is well-aligned with the established goals, placing it in the 'good' category. Second, the evaluation of the input component reveals that the managerial competence of the administrators and the pedagogical capabilities of the educators have met the expected standards. Nevertheless, the infrastructure aspects require further optimization to foster a more conducive learning environment for students. Third, regarding the process aspect, the program implementation has generally achieved the targeted outcomes. However, observations identified obstacles predominantly stemming from students' internal factors; this implies the crucial role of teachers in integrating motivational stimuli as a preventive measure against declining learning enthusiasm. Fourth, the product evaluation shows that the daily memorization targets are generally achieved, although some students require remedial sessions. Ultimately, students are capable of completing the memorization of three juz within the three-year period.

The mining sector is widely recognized as a high-risk industry characterized by complex social, environmental, and organizational challenges. In response, sustainability governance in mining has predominantly relied on institutional mechanisms such as regulations, voluntary standards, and sustainability reporting frameworks. However, growing evidence indicates that these approaches often fail to generate substantive sustainability outcomes because they insufficiently address human and organizational dimensions. This literature review aims to synthesize existing research on sustainability governance in the mining sector by shifting the analytical focus from institutional sustainability to human behavioral engagement. Using a systematic and thematic literature review approach, this study analyzes peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus that examine sustainability governance, human behavior, and organizational dynamics in the mining sector. The findings reveal a persistent gap between formal sustainability commitments and actual practices, frequently manifested in symbolic compliance and greenwashing. The review further demonstrates that human behavior—shaped by employee engagement, trust, perceived justice, and organizational culture—plays a decisive role in determining the effectiveness of sustainability governance. Moreover, the literature highlights the limitations of rigid, top-down governance models in managing the complexity and uncertainty inherent in mining systems, emphasizing the relevance of adaptive governance approaches that promote learning, flexibility, and stakeholder participation. This study contributes to the literature by integrating institutional, behavioral, and adaptive governance perspectives into a human-centered framework. Practically, it underscores the strategic role of human resource management in translating sustainability commitments into meaningful behavioral change and long-term sustainability outcomes in the mining sector.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' teaching styles on the formation of student character in the school environment. The study focuses on comparing democratic-humanist and authoritarian teaching styles, and their implications for student character development. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach, through a systematic analysis of books, scientific articles, and previous research results relevant to the topic of teaching styles and character education. The results and discussion indicate that education is not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also on the formation of moral values, attitudes, and personality of students. Teachers have a strategic role as educators, mentors, and role models whose behavior and teaching styles greatly influence student character. Democratic and humanist teaching styles have been shown to encourage the growth of self-confidence, courage to express opinions, independence, empathy, and moral integrity in students. Conversely, authoritarian teaching styles tend to instill fear, reduce creativity, weaken self-confidence, and shape students' character under pressure. This study confirms that student character formation is strongly influenced by the quality of teacher-student interactions, the emotional atmosphere in the classroom, role models, and moral communication established by teachers. Therefore, a balance is needed in implementing a firm but humanistic teaching style in order to create a learning environment that is conducive to optimal character formation of students.

This meta-analytic study aims to comprehensively examine the relationship between mental health, learning capacity among health education students, and competencies in nosocomial disease risk management through cross-contextual empirical synthesis. An analysis of 47 studies involving 12,847 participants from 15 countries demonstrates a strong, statistically significant association between students' mental health and competencies in nosocomial infection prevention, as reflected by a correlation coefficient of r=0.68 (p<0.001) and a 95% confidence interval of 0.61-0.74. Students with high mental health scores (M=78.4; SD=8.2) exhibited substantially superior understanding of infection prevention protocols, namely 43% higher than the control group (M=54.7; SD=12.1; t(846)=18.42; p<0.001; d=2.31). Structural equation modeling confirmed learning capacity as a significant partial mediator (β=0.52; p<0.001), with an indirect effect reaching 35.4% and a 95% CI range of 28.6-42.1%. Mindfulness-based psychoeducational interventions were shown to enhance nosocomial risk identification abilities by 38.7% (F(2,564)=42.18; p<0.001; η²=0.41) while reducing clinical anxiety by 31.2% (t(382)=9.84; p<0.001). These findings extend the frameworks proposed by Song (2024) and Schutte et al. (2025), which primarily emphasize cognitive aspects, by demonstrating that the integration of psychological dimensions yields a multidimensional predictive model explaining 64.3% of the variance in risk management competence (R²=0.643; F(5,841)=304.76; p<0.001), surpassing conventional models that account for only 38-45% of the variance.
