Farmer regeneration is a strategic element in achieving sustainable agricultural development, especially amid the overall decline in the farming population. This study aims to identify the demographic trends of young farmers and examine their readiness in adopting agricultural technology in Tasikmalaya City. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Agriculture, and various scientific literature. The findings reveal that despite the overall decrease in the number of farmers, the number of young farmers has increased in recent years, indicating potential for regeneration in the agricultural sector. Young farmers tend to be more open to innovation and possess relatively strong digital literacy; however, the adoption of agricultural technology remains limited to specific aspects and has not fully integrated into the entire production process. The main challenges include limited access to capital, underdeveloped digital infrastructure, and a lack of technical training and mentoring. Therefore, comprehensive policy interventions are necessary, including strengthening farmer regeneration policies, improving supporting infrastructure, and promoting community-based mentoring to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology among young generations.

The increasing number of elderly people living in nursing homes is an important concern, given that their psychosocial and spiritual needs are often not optimally met. This study aims to analyze the life satisfaction of elderly people living in Omega Nursing Home in Semarang City. Some seniors showed resignation, regret and loneliness, while others felt comfortable, grateful and retained a zest for life. The main findings suggest that social relationships, spirituality, and communication with family are key determinants in shaping older adults' life satisfaction. This study emphasizes the important role of the nursing home in facilitating activities that build the social and spiritual relationships of the elderly, as well as the need to improve communication between the elderly and their families. The study suggests that elderly services should not only focus on physical needs, but also on psychosocial dimensions and self-actualization, to support the overall well-being of the elderly.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) at Firdaus Farm, a tilapia farming business in Tasikmalaya, and its effectiveness in enhancing the business's competitiveness and profitability. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study through observations, interviews, and direct documentation at the business location. The research findings indicate that the product strategy, which emphasizes tilapia quality—such as freshness, uniform size, clean packaging, and quality certification—constitutes the primary factor in attracting consumer interest. The flexible and competitive pricing strategy, adjusted according to market conditions and consumer purchasing power, along with bonuses for loyal customers, proved to increase customer loyalty and sales. Product distribution is carried out through traditional channels and has begun utilizing digital platforms to expand market reach, with the strategic location of the business supporting distribution efficiency. Promotion, still mainly traditional, is starting to develop into digital promotion through social media, which effectively increases product visibility and appeal. This study concludes that the consistent and adaptive application of the 4P marketing mix can enhance Firdaus Farm’s competitiveness in the tilapia market. It is recommended that business practitioners continue to develop product innovations, evaluate pricing, expand digital distribution, and optimize digital promotion in order to face increasingly intense market competition.

This article examines the concept of wisdom in Proverbs 1:7 as an ethical guideline for the growth of Christian faith. In the midst of modern challenges such as moral relativism, secularization, and the crisis of spiritual authority, a re-understanding of Biblical wisdom becomes a significant theological urgency. Through a hermeneutical-theological approach, this study integrates exegesis of the text of Proverbs 1:7 with contextual analysis and ethical reflection to show that the “fear of the LORD” is the epistemological and moral foundation of the believer's life. Wisdom, in the biblical sense, functions not only as a rational faculty, but also as a divine gift that shapes character, deepens relationship with God, and enables believers to live ethically in society. The results show that the growth of true Christian faith is reflected in an active spirituality and ethical actions that are rooted in a God-fearing relationship. Thus, Proverbs 1:7 is not only a theological basis, but also relevant as a practical principle in shaping an authentic and transformative Christian life in the contemporary era.

This paper discusses legal protection for children as offenders in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia through a restorative justice approach. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of this approach and the challenges faced in its implementation. The method used is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual approach. The research findings indicate that the restorative justice approach offers a more child-friendly resolution mechanism, protects children from social stigma, and focuses on restoring social relationships. However, its implementation is still hindered by a lack of understanding among law enforcement officials, limited resources, and a legal culture that predominantly favors a retributive approach. A synergy among various parties is needed to enhance the effectiveness of legal protection for child offenders.

Therefore, this study aims to explore the application of the Lagrange Interpolation method in forecasting the monthly number of electricity customers at PT PLN Tasikmalaya. In this study, historical electricity customer data was used as the basis for constructing an interpolation polynomial, which was then utilized to forecast the number of customers from January 2024 to May 2024. The forecasting results indicate an increase in the number of electricity customers each month. After rounding, the estimated number of customers is 274,952 in January 2024, 278,142 in February 2024, 284,402 in March 2024, 296,031 in April 2024, and 316,391 in May 2024.The findings of this study demonstrate that the Lagrange Interpolation method can be applied to forecast the monthly number of electricity customers at PT PLN Tasikmalaya.
