Acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs) indicate a higher prevalence among children compared to other infections, contributing to over 870,000 deaths of children under five years of age each year, or approximately 2,320 children every day. Eucalyptus oil contains chemical compounds such as eucalyptol, cineole, linalool, and terpineol, which produce a warming sensation when applied to the skin. Inhaling eucalyptus oil can relieve respiratory problems because the vapor acts as a decongestant, helping reduce nasal congestion, ease breathing, thin mucus for easier expulsion, and maintain moisture in the respiratory mucosa. The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing care for children with acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs) experiencing ineffective airway clearance using the intervention of warm water vapor and eucalyptus oil inhalation. The method used was a case study, with data collected through interviews with the patient’s family, observation, physical examination, and nursing documentation. The coloring therapy intervention was given once daily for three consecutive days during the implementation phase. After the administration of warm water vapor and eucalyptus oil therapy to patient An.D, who had an acute respiratory tract infection with ineffective airway clearance, there was an observable improvement in cough intensity and mucus expulsion. The patient’s respiratory rate decreased from 42 breaths per minute to 30 breaths per minute, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂) returned to normal. It can therefore be concluded that warm water vapor and eucalyptus oil therapy has a positive effect on children with acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs) who experience ineffective airway clearance.

Development in Banten Province has created conflict in development due to the dominance of a minimalist modern science approach, which prioritizes economic growth while ignoring environmental carrying capacity and socio-cultural values. As a result, Banten faces a serious environmental crisis, as evidenced by high emissions of air pollutants (PM2.5, SO2) and river water pollution by industrial waste. This study aims to analyze the negative impacts of this disorganized model and propose a comprehensive solution framework. This study formulates the Holistic Development Model (HDM). The HDM is a transformative solution that synergistically integrates three pillars: Modern Science (providing technology and data), the Ecosystem Approach (providing a systemic framework and nature-based solutions), and Local Cultural Values (forming the basis of ethics and social motivation) through a Systematic Literature Review and Conceptual-Case Analysis. The implementation of MPH in case studies such as Integrated Coastal Management and Integrated Agriculture demonstrates that this integration produces high-yielding, equitable, and sustainable systems. In conclusion, MPH is a crucial strategy for Banten to shift from destructive development to equitable, resilient, and locally rooted development, making ecosystem health a key measure of success.

Production quantity planning is a crucial component in the bottled water industry (AMDK) to ensure that consumer demand is met efficiently. Inaccuracies in determining the amount of production can lead to overproduction and supply shortages, which ultimately leads to increased operational costs and decreased customer satisfaction. This study applies the Sugeno fuzzy logic method to predict the amount of production based on two main variables, namely weekly demand and raw material stock. The analysis stages include the fuzzification process, the preparation of the rule base, inference using the zero-order Sugeno method, and defuzzification using the Weighted Average (WA) method. The data used is synthetic data that represents the operational conditions of the medium-scale bottled water industry. The results show that the Sugeno fuzzy system is able to produce production predictions that are adaptive and responsive to fluctuations in demand and stock availability. This model provides consistent and stable output, so it can help companies in determining the optimal production amount. These findings confirm that Sugino's fuzzy approach can be an effective decision support tool in bottled water production management, especially in the face of uncertainty and variability in market demand.

Hypothermia during surgery is a common occurrence among pediatric patients due to their immature thermoregulation system, higher body surface area-to-weight ratio, and thinner subcutaneous fat layer. This condition can lead to several complications, including increased bleeding, coagulation disorders, surgical wound infections, and delayed healing. Prevention strategies include active and passive warming methods. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of active and passive warming in preventing intraoperative hypothermia in pediatric patients. A scoping review approach was applied to interpret the evidence based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria, followed by data exploration, analysis, and synthesis of findings. The results indicate that active warming methods—such as forced-air warming, blanket warming, and warmed intravenous fluids—are more effective than passive warming in maintaining normothermia during surgery. Moreover, combining both approaches provides optimal prevention against hypothermia. Overall, active warming plays a vital role in stabilizing body temperature and enhancing patient safety during pediatric surgery. Therefore, its implementation should be considered a standard practice in perioperative nursing care.
