The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is an endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle at both the individual and communal levels. In the current pandemic era, it is crucial to focus on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in order to avoid various viruses and diseases. The necessity of Clean and Healthy Behavior must continue to be emphasized to all segments of society. Youth is a group that need attention. According to a situational analysis conducted at SMA Kalam Kudus II in Jakarta, there is a problem with poor levels of cleanliness and health consciousness. To raise high school students' understanding of clean and healthy lives, it is required to conduct activities such as lectures, discussions, and outreach. This service activity takes place in Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. This service action was accomplished by performing a survey of service sites, preparing service locations, and delivering Clean and Healthy Behavior support resources. Youth members have participated in Clean and Healthy Living Behavior socialization activities using lecture, discussion, and question and answer formats. This service activity worked smoothly overall. The conclusion that can be derived from this is that service activity participants recognize the significance of clean and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing various diseases.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

Tujuan untuk melihat hubungan bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa komponen indikator yang berkaitan dan membentuk suatu hubungan yang berpengaruh antara bimbingan kegamaan rohis dengan akhlak karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi dan instrument yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner). Variabel yang diteliti adalah bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Penyebaran angket diberikan dengan pernyataan sebanyak 27 butir soal yang di berikan kepada 30 sampel dari 30 populasi. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, tingkat kualitas bimbingan keagamaan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 79.8 %. Kedua, tingkat kualitas akhlak karyawan dalam penerapannya di lingkungan peruahaan dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 81.0 %. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan cukup signifikan antara bimbingan keagamaan rohis  dengan akhlak karyawan  dengan nilai korelasi 0,402 dan persentase hubungan sebesar 16.1% dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif  bimbingan keagamaan rohis (X) dengan akhlak karyawan (Y) pada karyawan yang mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia  berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan software , di peroleh nilai Sig 0.028 < 0.05 dan t hitung 2.322 > 1.699 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian variabel Bimbingan Keagamaan Rohis berpengaruh terhadap variabel akhlak karyawan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh antara keterampilan menulis naskah drama dengan menggunakan model Circuit Learning dan Direct Instruction pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Curug. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Curug. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik simple random sampling. Terpilih siswa kelas VIII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian berupa lembar hasil kerja siswa dalam menulis naskah drama yang diberikan pada saat pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat dalam penerapan model Circuit Learning terhadap keterampilan menulis naskah drama, dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 62,43 dan skor posttest sebesar 80,5. Sedangkan, pengaruh model Direct Instruction terhadap keterampilan menulis naskah drama dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 59,26 dan skor posttest sebesar 72,3. Berdasarkan data hasil pembelajaran memiliki peningkatan pada nilai posttest di kelas eksperimen yang memiliki selisih 8,2 point, dari hasil tersebut terlihat adanya perbedaan yang signifikan yakni nilai yang menggunakan model Circuit Learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan model Direct Instruction terhadap hasil menulis naskah drama. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Circuit Learning lebih baik dibanding dengan model Direct Instruction untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis naskah drama.  

Seluruh daerah Indonesia mengalami dampak dari covid-19 di semua sektor terutama sektor pendidikan. Pada saat ini telah memasuki pembelajaran pasca covid-19 yaitu new normal, yang memasuki pada pembelajaran secara tatap muka atau nomal serta tetap memadukannya dengan pembelajaran virtual / daring dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Penerapan Blended Learning, memiliki lima kunci proses, antara lain: Live-Event yakni mampu mengintegrasikan proses pembelajaran dengan jadwal pembelajaran luring dengan daring. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan pendidik agar peser terbiasa  dengan pembelajaran tatap muka dan tatap maya. Pendidik dapat mengemas dengan 2 cara  yaitu daring dan luring belum pendidik terlatih dalam menciptakan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan teknologi informasi secara tatap muka secara langsung dan tatap muka maya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan dan angket. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama 2 hari. Hasil angket sebelum dilakukan pealtihan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta masih sangat kurang, sedangkan hasil angket setelah dilakukannya pelatihan menunjukkan pemahaman peserta sangat baik selama pelatihan. Dampak pelatihan ini memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peserta yaitu 1) Pendidik dapat mengemas pembelajaran yang melibatkan teknologi informasi secara daring dan luring, 2) Pendidik menjadi terbiasa menerapkan model pembelajaran daring dan luring dengan baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan guru PAUD terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD di desa Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul. Untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia yang berkulitas, dibutuhkan etos kerja dari setiap sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi termasuk dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan  semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linierdengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesejahteraan guru PAUD berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui kekuasaan yang dimiliki dengan memberikan kompensasi atau penghargaan terhadap pegawainya.    

Educational game is a game which is specifically designed as a tool to accomplish educational needs. Therefore, it has to be projected in an exact precision to achieve its goal: educating, and increasing the user knowledge and skills. There are some problems which frequently happened at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, firstly, the number of props of traffic signs is limited so it is not proportional to the number of meetings in the existing curriculum and students must repeat the same material. Secondly, there isn’t suitable learning support media to add props to traffic signs that are still lacking. The software used in this game development was Adobe Flash CS6. The research was conducted through R&D; Research and Development method by processed through some stages. First, problem identification stage, then, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and the final step was the product trials. The validation was carried out by the expert validators and product user. Based on the research conducted, it concluded that this game has 43 signs which fulfill the number of signs that must be taught to students according to the curriculum at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 31 Salatiga, 18% which is most often found on the road from the total number of traffic signs in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 13 years 2014.  

The object of this research is Economic Growth in Central Java. This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment, inflation, and the consumer price index on economic growth in Central Java. The data used is time series data from 2015-2019 published by Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and the World Bank. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis tool with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method approach. Based on this study it was concluded that inflation has a significant effect on economic growth in Central Java, while the exchange rate and investment have no significant effect on inflation in Central Java.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

Computer network technology is developing rapidly, and wired networks are being replaced by WiFi technology. The limitation of the WiFi coverage area is the main problem with this technology. Therefore, it is necessary to design for optimal placement of access points. This study analyzes the need for access point placement at KSOP Tanjung Mas Port, Semarang, where the need for internet connection via WiFi is very high. Simulation Annealing and Trilateration method is used in this study to determine the position of the access point. With the point blankspot method can be reduced.

Tokopedia didirikan sejak 2009, tokopedia mampu menyediakan suatu sarana penjualan kepada customer untuk customer sehingga siapa pun bisa membuka toko online milik sendiri yang mampu melayani calon pembeli di seluruh Indonesia dan memiliki fasilitas untuk mempertemukan penjual dengan pembeli, memberikan informasi dari customer ke customer, sarana mencari referensi produk. Produk yang dapat dijual pada Tokopedia merupakan barang baru yang dijual dengan harga yang sudah ditentukan oleh tokopedia sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi-dimensi tersebut terhadap kepuasan para pelanggan dengan melihat kepada setiap indikator yang ada pada Service Quality beserta besaran dari pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia di kabupaten karawang. jenis penelitian yang dipakai yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner dan di olah dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS statistic. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan signifikan.

Analysis of the title of the song "One Eye" by the band The Greenhouse Effect is backgrounded by the rapid development of this music among teenagers, therefore it aims to analyze the title of the song "Next to the Eye" by the Greenhouse Effect band using a semiotic approach and hermeutic reading to understand the meaning implied in the fragments of the lyrics. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this study was that the form of signifier and sginified was found in the version of the song with a certain meaning. The lyrics of this song "One Eye" by ERK use a very good selection of language, not easy enough to capture the meaning but the lyrics contained can be directly touching when read.

One of Ahmad Tohari's short stories is The Bright House, in the collection of short stories Smile Karyamin (2013). The short story records the incident of electricity entering a village. As narrated in the short story, the existence of electricity has a significant impact on society, both positively and negatively. The positive side brings physical changes with the presence of lights and other facilities to support people's lives. The formulation of the problem in this paper concerns the problems that exist in society related to the existence of technology and information after the presence of electricity which allows people to experience dependency and changes in mindset due to interaction with the outside world. This writing method is by showing forms of inhumanism in the short story. The theory used is the theory of postmodernism by Jean Francois Lyotard as explained by Struart Sim regarding the Inhuman condition. The result of this discussion is Inhumanism in rural communities caused by the presence of electricity as the initial foundation for the presence of technology in the form of the loss of cultural habits for the local community, both in terms of habits of responding to nature or new conflicts after the presence of electricity in society. This happens because of the presence of artificial life, replacing the role of nature which has been a part of people's lives like the existence of the moon. Access to information is obtained by the community after getting to know technology which presents new values and is different from the values they previously had as a communal society

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Seribu Saudara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Dalam pelaksanaan nya, perhitungan dan pengelolaan data dilakukan melalui SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y  = 3,375 + 0,701 (X), koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,893 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat, nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 0,797 atau sebesar 79,7% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (10,522 > 2,010). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Seribu Saudara.

Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

From the problems that occur above, it is necessary to have a learning media that can help children with disabilities, especially the deaf, especially for the introduction of numbers and letters so that they can easily understand and understand letters and numbers. not bored, bored and lazy in learning. Learning media in the form of an android application so that it can be used on smartphones which are currently very widely used by both teachers and parents of students with disabilities.

Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan adalah kedisiplinan pada karyawannya. Karena secara umum setiap perusahaan bertujuan untuk memperoleh laba dan profit yang memuaskan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut harus didukung dengan kedisiplinan para karyawannya. Waktu penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan Oktober 2021 s.d Mei 2022. Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.  Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uju regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan uji regresi linier sederhana didapatkan persamaan regresi Y= 34.612 + 0,668 X1. Hal ini berarti disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini dapat dilihat dari uji t dengan nilai thitung 6.609 > 1,6605 dengan tingkat tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).

This research was conducted because the poverty rate in 2020 increased to 0.67%. Therefore this study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Open Unemployment and Average Length of School on the Poor Population Rate in Indonesia in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The analytical method used in this study is the normality test and hypothesis testing, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the study show that partially (1) there is no significant effect of open unemployment on the poverty rate in Indonesia in 2020, while simultaneously (2) there is no effect on the average length of schooling on poverty in Indonesia in 2020, (3) there is no significant effect Open Unemployment and Average Length of School to poverty in Indonesia in 2020.
