Introduction: Elderly is a life where from babies, toddlers, teenagers, adults and the elderly. In this process there are significant Bio-Psycho-Social changes in his life such as social changes, namely the breaking of relationships with colleagues, loss of status or role (tasks, authorities and responsibilities) in the workplace environment, changes in individual roles in the family and public. Method: The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The collection techniques for this research were interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation. Results: The results showed that before giving dhikr and meditation therapy, 4 patients (80%) were in the moderate stress category, and 1 patient (20%) was in the severe stress category. After giving dhikr and meditation therapy, 4 patients (80%) were found with mild stress category, and 1 patient (20%) with moderate stress category. Conclusion: Prior to the remembrance therapy, the mental condition of the elderly at the Peni Griya Jannati experienced depression due to the pressures of daily life, experiencing loneliness due to living with family or loved ones, mental emotional disorders that were not yet stable, and anxiety disorders. So that the process of dhikr therapy must be carried out in the elderly.  

Abstract. The background of this research is the students' low memory for class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman, which the researchers can see from the low UTS scores and the way students learn during the SKI learning process. In learning the teacher still uses the lecture method so that students tend to feel bored and not focus on following the learning process. One effort that is thought to be able to overcome this is by applying mind maps to the SKI subject for class VIII students at MTsN 3 Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of applying mind maps to students' memory in class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research with a true experimental research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Pasaman. Sampling was done randomly or Random Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 68 students. Students of class VIII 3 as the experimental class and students of class VIII 6 as the control class. The instrument used by the researcher was the results of the students' SKI posttest in the form of multiple choice of 25 questions with the material on the Intellectual Glory of Muslim and Ulama Sciences during the Abbasid Daulah period. The results showed that the proportion of mastery of the experimental class students was higher than the proportion of mastery of the control class students. In the experimental class, the number of students who completed there were 27 people with a proportion of 79% and those who did not complete were 7 people with a proportion of 21% of the number of students in the experimental class, namely 34 students. Whereas in the control class, 1 person completed with a proportion of 3% and students did not complete 33 students with a proportion of 97% of 34 students. so that there is a 35.5% effect of applying the mind map on students' memory in grade VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. From the results of the hypothesis test tcount = 8.762 and ttable 1.6909. Because tcount > ttable means that H0 is rejected at the significant level α = 0.05. From these results it can be written reject H0 and accept H1, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the mind map media on students' memory on the intellectual triumph of Muslim scientists and scholars during the Abbasid dynasty in class VIII MTsN 3 Pasaman.

The research explains the relationship between employee recruitment and work placement on employee performance at CV Trans Berjaya, the research sample used is a saturated sample because population under 100. The research instrument used a questionnaire, tested data through partial and simultaneous tests, multiple regression test using SPSS 25 software. Partial test results revealed that variabel X1 recruitment affected employee performance by 0,722 or 72,2% and variable X2 work placement influenced performance employees by 0,631 0r 63,1%. And the simultaneous test of recruitment and work placement variables on employee performance has an impact of 0,731 or 73,1%. Thus, the performance of Trans Berjaya employees is influenced by recruitment and job placement. Variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect variable Y.  

Competency tests organized by universities in collaboration with professional organizations, health care training institutions become a requirement for vocational and professional education graduation. Based on the results of the 2019 competency test, 19.66% of competency test participants were declared competent which means it is still far from the expected target. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of web-based competency test models against increasing the confidence of midwifery students in the face of competency tests. The method used in this study is the Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest. The study was conducted at Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Makassar and Universitas Megarezky.Sampling is done with the Purposive Sampling Technique which is as many as 45 samples. Data is analyzed using statistical analysis, namely byconducting a data normality test and then followed by the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The effectiveness of using a web-based competency test model found that the average level of confidence of students before the intervention was 78% in the high confidence category and the average confidence of students after the intervention was 84% in the category of very high trust. Based on the analysis of pretest and posttest results there is an increase in student confidence before and after the intervention. Furthermore, the Wilcoxon Test has obtained a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05 which means there is asignificant difference between the pretest and posttest grades of students so that the web-based competency test model is effective in increasing theconfidence of students facing competency tests

National treatment is one of the fundamental standards in the implementation of foreign direct investment. An important element determining the applicability of national treatment standard is the existence of ‘like circumstances’ between foreign and domestic investors. However, the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept is often inconsistent, due to the absence of touchstones necessary to determine the ‘like circumstances’ itself. This study analyzes the significance of the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept in national treatment standard and its regulation in national treatment clauses in international investment agreements, showing that the absence of provisions on the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ might contribute to the inconsistency of the application of national treatment standard, thus the insertion of the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ is necessary.

Central Kalimantan Province has potential in the agricultural sector. The contribution of the agricultural sector, particularly from plantations, makes a significant contribution to the economy of the Central Kalimantan region. Despite having an abundant supply of raw materials, the processing industry's ability to increase the added value of agricultural and plantation commodities is still not optimal due to limited processing facilities. Therefore, to accurately determine the contribution of the industrial sector, especially the agro industry to the regional economy in Central Kalimantan, an analysis can be carried out using the 2016 input-output table. The results of the study show that two sub-sectors of the agro industry, namely the food and beverage the chemical, pharmaceutical and traditional medicine industries are the leading industrial sectors in Central Kalimantan. This explains that the agro-industrial sector can become a leading sector because it is able to improve the regional economy and develop other sectors.

The existence of organizations such as Islamic financial institutions that help improve the welfare of society according to their function, namely saving money and providing loan assistance for business capital and comsumtions. There are various types of LKM, one of which is cooperatives. This study aims to determine the..influence of social factors and./personal factors on people’s decisions to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, either partially or simultaneously. This Study used a quantitative method using 50 samples taken by purposive sampling method from the KSU Surya Muhammadiyah customer population. Data collection technique were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentations. Then, the questionnaires were tested with validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy of the questionnaires. Furthermore, classical asumption tests and hypothesis tests were carried out including multiple,,linearregression tests, the coefficient of determination (R2), t-tes, .and F-test. The results of this study are as.follows: (1) social factors have effect on people’s decitions to use services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, with a t .count of 2,254 while .t table of 2,012 or t count < t table..and a significance level of 0,026 > 0,05. (2) personal factors influence people’s decitions to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah, with a t count of 3,093 while t table is 2,012 or tcount > t table and asignificance level of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) social and personal factors simultaneously influence the community’s decition to use the services of KSU Surya Muhammadiyah. Where the sigvalue is 0,000 < 0,005 and F count is 79,385 > F table 3,20. It can be concluded fromthe test results, namely: (1) H1 is accepted,,and H0 is rejected, (2) H2 is a accepted and H0 isrejected, (3) H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. If the number of customers decreases, it is necessary topay attention tothese factors anything that can influence customer interest in choosing at KSU Surya Muhammadiyah Pematang Kolim Village

The research was conducted since there were many problems in reading ability which were correlated with students critical thinking. Some students who had critical thinking but their reading ability was low. It can be proved by the teacher given as test reading some students with critical thinking are able to understand a reading text well, but some students who do not think critically do not understand the reading text. Some students had good reading ability but critical thinking was low. It can be proved when students are given a reading test, there are some students who are able to read the reading text well, but their critical thinking is low so they can not do the exercises well. The design of this research was correlational research. The researcher was use the quantitative approach. The population of this research was all at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan which consist of 113. The sample was 23 students taken by class X IPA Pi. The research was carried out in May 2022. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and test for measuring students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade. To find out that the students critical thinking and students reading ability correlate or not, the researcher used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. There were two finding of this research. The first finding was a positive and significant correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. It means that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Second finding was a enough direction correlation between students’ critical thinking and students’ reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan. The researcher found that the coefficient of correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade of PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan was 0.603. In conclusion, this research was done for finding the correlation between students critical thinking and students reading ability at the tenth grade in PPTQ Muallimin Pakan Sinayan.

Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are that partially the skill variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey, partially the work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and product quality on customer loyalty through customer engagement with Toyota car users in Medan City. The research was conducted on Toyota car users in Medan City. The population of all Toyota brand car users in Medan City. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula of 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using path analysis in the SPSS program. The results of the sub-1 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. The results of the sub-2 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

At this time, the development of various kinds of cosmetic brands is increasing and very diverse from time to time and products circulating are increasing rapidly, causing market competition. Everyone has their own choice in making a purchase decision. Brand equity and halal labels are one of the factors influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity and halal labels on purchasing decisions for wardah products in the people of Muaro Jambi Regency, especially consumers at the 6666 beauty cosmetic shop. The number of samples in this study were 88 people using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires, observations, interviews as well as documentation. The results of the study show that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah products. The halal label shows that there is a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to purchase wardah products. Brand equity and halal labels together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah products. This illustrates that the value of Adjusted R2 Square is 0.165, that the contribution of the independent variables and the dependent variable is 16.5% and 83.5% is influenced by other factors that are not part of this study.

In Indonesia, online motorcycle taxis are the largest public transportation with a very large number of partners and fleets, covering all parts of Indonesia. As a profit-oriented mode of public transportation, paying attention to customer satisfaction is a necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to provide quality services. In fact, this study aims to find out how online transportation users respond by looking at the service elements provided by service providers. Scientific studies are used as a logical way to prove reliable research results, and in this study using quantitative methods and statistical analysis of linear regression. The subjects of this study were users of the online ojek public transportation mode in the student MPLM UNJ 2022,Jakarta. The results of the study provide an overview, in general, respondents are satisfied with the presence of nline motorcycle taxis. This is very helpful and facilitates user activities. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as comfort and safety standards. Statistically, service has a significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction.

This study aims to describe the impact of looting on a person's civic character or Civic disposition in the context of people's lives. Looting refers to the act of appropriating other people's property for personal gain. By combining qualitative data from various sources, including related literature, research reports, and interviews with individuals involved in looting, this study yielded significant findings. The results of the analysis show that looting negatively affects a person's Civic disposition. The act of looting violates the moral and ethical values ​​that underlie active and responsible participation in society. Individuals who are involved in acts of stealing tend to show a lack of sense of responsibility, integrity, and empathy towards victims and the wider community. Looting destroys social ties that are necessary for a harmonious life in society. Overall, this research highlights the importance of awareness of the negative impact of looting on Civic disposition. Education, prevention and rehabilitation are needed to improve behavior and rebuild strong civic character, with the aim of promoting a just and civilized society.

Business must have value and benefits where this can be done through the application of the concept of social entrepreneurship. Research objectives: Provide opportunities to create business activities through analysis of market needs and opportunities. The form of learning is in the form of direct entrepreneurial practice carried out in a planned and programmed manner. The MBKM Entrepreneurial Program also makes a significant contribution as a research program that provides SME innovation and business performance growth that is currently developing.

Over time, Islamic banking is growing more rapidly, this phenomenon also affects the economic system in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and exchange rates on mudharabah financing in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study using time series data. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The samples used in this study are inflation, exchange rates and mudharabah which are annual historical data starting from 2013-2021. The data analysis technique is using multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. This study shows the results that inflation has a significant negative effect on mudharabah financing. Meanwhile, the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on mudharabah financing. 

As the world of technology develops, various kinds of smartphones appear on the market, so that this makes competition even tighter. The research aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions. The population used in this study were students who are domiciled in Magelang Regency with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is concluded that price (X1) has a positive but not significant influence on purchasing decisions. While it is known that the product quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

GRDP is the total value of final goods and services produced by all economic units in a region. The GRDP level can describe the economic growth of a region. The high level of economic growth as indicated by the high GRDP value indicates that the region is experiencing progress in the economy. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence Taxes and the Labor Force have on GRDP in North Sumatra Province. The research method uses panel data analysis using data spanning 4 years starting from 2018 to 2021. Based on the research results, the results of Tax and Labor have a positive and significant effect on GRDP in North Sumatra.

In this KKN-UMJ 2022 activity, our group took the theme of health in organizing a work program "Increasing Health Awareness in the Community through Checking Tension and Blood Sugar in RT 04 / RW 08 Rempoa Village", in this work program we chose partners in RT 04 / RW 08 Rempoa Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, because they saw the rise of hypertension and diabetes in the community. The method of implementation carried out in this activity is carried out by offering an examination of blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar then followed by the presentation of material about blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar. After the check was carried out, the test post was given by distributing a questionnaire that tested public knowledge about blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar. After this work program was carried out, there was a significant increase in public knowledge about blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar.

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penelitian dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya air yang berkelanjutan secara efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci: Sumber Daya Air; Lingkungan; Bibliometrik; Biblioshiny;     ABSTRACT   The management of water resources is crucial for the survival of both humans and the environment. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe. Hydration of the epidermis refers to the maintenance of the skin's natural moisture balance. This is accomplished by providing and sustaining an adequate level of moisture in the skin layer. Hydration of the skin is essential for sustaining healthy and beautiful skin, as well as preventing skin issues like dryness, redness, irritation, and premature aging. The Skin Hydration Counseling and Screening activities seek to prevent dry skin issues by educating the public on the significance of maintaining skin hydration. Through this activity, participants learned about the risk factors for dry skin, the significance of using the proper moisturizer, and how to keep the skin nourished. In addition, screenings are conducted to detect skin hydration issues early on and provide treatment recommendations. It is hoped that by increasing people's knowledge and understanding of skin hydration, they will adopt appropriate care practices and prevent dry skin from occurring. This activity contributes significantly to participants' improved skin health and quality of life.
