Trauma requires immediate and appropriate treatment. Because if the handling is not right or wrong it will result in further complications, such as infection, damage to nerves and blood vessels so that it can result in further soft tissue damage. Knowledge is the result of knowing and this has happened after a person runs his senses on a certain object. This sensory process occurs based on the five senses of every human being, namely the sense of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch (Notoadmodjo, 2014).

This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

Tea is a plantation commodity that is in great demand and needed. Day by day, there are more connoisseurs and requests regarding the types and forms of tea. In the process, tea processing requires expertise in processing each quality. The purpose of this study is to identify what factors influence human error during the milling process, find out the type of work that gets the highest HEP value, and provide suggestions for improvements to reduce human errors that occur in the processing process. This research was conducted at the Wonosari Tea Plantation Factory. From the results of observations, it was obtained that the largest human error probability was obtained at the Wonosari Garden Tea Factory in the milling process with a probability of 0.7997584. And the lowest HEP is on the task of maintaining a max temperature of 27oC with a value of 0.00000681. The thing that is proposed to the company to reduce the human error that occurs is to provide an understanding of the SOP and emphasize the SOP that applies to the processing process. Companies can also use the HEP value as a reference to reduce human error that can harm the company.

Education through entreprise is functioned to help students to bacome more entrepreneurial by facilitating real experience of managing entrepreneurial tasks or project (Pepin, 2012). Project-based assignments has become the means of entrepreneurial competence enhancement which is iterative, experimental, and treated as a process of practice (Man, 2012; Neck & Greene, 2011).

The hope for the ASN mental revolution is motivated by the gap between the expected performance (intended performance) and the actual performance produced (actual performance) by ASN. There are still many levels of inefficiency in carrying out tasks which is clear evidence of low competence. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of internalizing core values ​​on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus, 2) the effect of employer branding on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus, and 3) the effect of internalizing core values ​​and employer branding on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus at the District Secretariat. Cilacap. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Meanwhile, data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is an influence between the internalization of core values ​​on mental revolution, there is an influence between employer branding on mental revolution, and there is an influence of internalization of core values ​​and employer branding on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Cilacap Regency. This means that the more successful the internalization of core values ​​and employer branding, the higher the level of success of the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus.

Umbawa gandang langngan tanete is a unique tradition in the Toraja area, to be precise, in Lembang Ratte, Masanda District. This tradition is said to be unique because in the Toraja area it is only found in the Masanda area. The umbawa gandang langngan tanete tradition is one of the last forms of respect for the Ma'dika people who have died. The purpose of this study was to analyze phenomenologically the tradition of the umbawa gandang langngan tanete by using a qualitative descriptive research method with interview techniques with informants to obtain data related to the facts found in the research process of the umbawa gandang langngan tanete tradition in Lembang Ratte. . After researching the umbawa gandang langgan aunttete, the results found by the researchers were that there was a unique tradition that was applied to the Ma'dika people in Lembang Ratte Kec. Masanda who carried out a series of Ramnbu Solo ceremonies, namely umbawa gandang langngan tanete. The research method used in this study is the causality method with a survey approach. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study used Acidental Sampling with a total sample of 100 people who were Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya consumers. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Promotion and Product Completeness simultaneously influenced Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Product Completeness partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Brand Experience and E-Service Quality on Brand Loyalty in Anthelabel Tasikmalaya Shop Consumers. Descriptive research method with a survey approach. The population in this research is Ansthelabel consumers as many as 100 consumers. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Brand Experience and E-Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store consumers. Partially, Brand Experience has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store. Partially, E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store.

The background of this research is that the incentives given are not in accordance with the wishes of the employees. Inadequate amount of incentives given, sometimes the timing of the incentives is not in accordance with a predetermined date. organizational climate is still not optimal. Leaders are still not consistent in giving assignments. sometimes the tasks given by the leadership are far outside the employee's working hours. Employees face many job risks that are not taken into account the causes and consequences. employee job satisfaction has not been achieved, where there are still many employees who feel dissatisfied. Employee work discipline is still not optimal. not a few employees who come to work outside the hours that have been set. many employees are not yet committed to their work, service orientation is still not optimal. Employee integrity is still not optimal. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives, organizational climate and job satisfaction on the work commitment of UPTD employees at the Manonjaya Health Center, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method is descriptive quantitative, with the results of incentive research tending to be good as well as job satisfaction tending to be good. However, incentives have no significant effect on the work commitment of UPTD Manonjaya Health Center employees. This means that if the provision of incentives is increased, it will not have a significant effect on employee work commitment. The smallest value of the respondent's response to the incentive variable is an indicator of social incentives, while the highest value is found in the non-material incentives indicator. Organizational climate tends to be good as well as job satisfaction tends to be good. Thus, organizational climate has a significant effect on the work commitment of UPTD Manonjaya Health Center employees. This means that if the organizational climate is improved, it will have an impact on increasing work commitment. The smallest value of the respondent's response to the organizational climate variable is an indicator of conflict, while the highest value is found in the indicator of warmth between employees. . Job satisfaction tends to be good as well as job satisfaction tends to be good. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on the work commitment of UPTD Manonjaya Health Center employees. This means that if job satisfaction is increased, it will not have a significant impact on increasing work commitment. The smallest value of the respondent's response to the variable job satisfaction is an indicator of turnover, while the highest value is found in the indicator of responsibility. Providing incentives, organizational climate and job satisfaction affect the work commitment of UPTD Manonjaya Health Center employees. This means that if the provision of incentives, organizational climate and job satisfaction is increased then work commitment will also increase

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees of production division of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cencus approach to 65 respondents who are employees of the production division of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study prove that the work environment has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on the work productivity of employees of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya.

According to Amstron and Baron, performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship to the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and makes an economic contribution. This research focuses on "The Role of Leadership in Motivating and Improving the Performance of Employees of PT Sambu Island, Kuala Enok Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency". The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the role of leadership in motivating and improving the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. 2). To find out the obstacles faced by leadership in motivating the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. This type of research when viewed from the research plan can be classified into qualitative research. Based on the results of my research in chapter IV, it can be concluded, 1. That the leader or leader at PT.Pulau Sambu always strives so that in his leadership he can make employees always enthusiastic in carrying out the assigned tasks, the performance of employees at PT.Pulau Sambu has not yet reached the expected target because there are still employees who cannot complete their work according to the given target. 2. The obstacles faced by the leader or leader when motivating employees are that each employee has a different type or character. In overcoming the problem of motivating the leader or leader must further improve personal relationships with employees. By understanding the character and personality of employees, it will make it easier for the leader or leader to provide motivation.

The focus of research which became the main study in this study was about the acceleration program to read the yellow book in Islamic Boarding Schools. The learning acceleration program is a program to improve the quality of learning for students, especially students who live in Islamic boarding schools. In this study, researchers want to explain two topics regarding the acceleration of reading the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools and the quality of students with the acceleration program and focused on students at the Tasanawiyah Madrasah level. The existence of an acceleration program aims to increase the causality and validity of student learning in working on the yellow book which is the main material of teaching. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques are interviews, conservation and documentation. Data analysis techniques that researchers use is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this research was that Santri, who was initially somewhat difficult to learn and understand the book of Turats, became easier to understand. Thus, in accordance with the target set by the pesantren within two years, students can graduate and move to a more challenging level, namely the Takhassus program.    

The background of this research is the not yet optimal work performance of employees which can be seen from the fact that there are still several criteria that have not reached the targets that have been set, although there are some that have achieved the target for example in 2020 on high dedication in carrying out tasks and disclosing cases of prostitution. This is thought to be caused by the not optimal need for self-actualization and appreciation which can be seen from the lack of initiative from employees and the decline. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of self-actualization needs on employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City; 2) The effect of appreciation on employee performance in the Banjar City Purwaharja Sector Police; 3) The effect of self-actualization needs and appreciation on employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City. In this study used a survey method with a quantitative data approach. The population in this study were the Purwaharja Sector Police of the City of Banjar as many as 30 people, so the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 30 people. Analysis was carried out on the data collected both from the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The stages of data analysis begin with validity, reliability and verification/quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) The need for self-actualization in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City has been good so far, because it is in accordance with the indicators of the need for actualization which show it is good. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of self-actualization needs on employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City; 2) The award for the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City has been good so far, because it has been in accordance with the award indicators which show it has been good. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Banjar City Purwaharja Sector Police; 3) The performance of employees in the Purwaharja Sector Police of the City of Banjar so far is high, because it is in accordance with work performance indicators which show it is already good. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence on the need for self-actualization and respect for employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City. This means that the better self-actualization and appreciation, the work performance of the Police will increase.

Chronic disease in children requires long-term care because of the prognosis and development of the disease. Chronic illness is not an easy thing for children and parents to deal with. Children undergoing medical and nursing care are scary things, these conditions require them to adapt to new routines that are part of their lives every day. This condition can be categorized as a traumatic event, which can affect psychological changes. These psychological changes are called post traumatic growth. Changes in these conditions become one of the factors that affect the quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between post traumatic growth and the quality of life of school-age children who are undergoing palliative care. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 63 respondents. Based on the results of the Sperm- rank statistical test, a p-value of 0.013 was obtained with a positive correlation with a result of 0.312, so that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between post traumatic growth and the quality of life of school-age children undergoing palliative care. Suggestions to parents or families are expected to always pay attention to physical and psychological conditions, as well as provide motivation and enthusiasm in undergoing palliative care so as to improve the quality of life in patients after experiencing a post traumatic growth process.

One effort to improve poetry writing skills in grade 4 students is to choose the rightmethod. In learning Indonesian, there is a lack of students' skills in writing poetry, low learning outcomes in poetry writing skills using inappropriate methods. The method used in this study is the image media method, which is a method for conveying material with a fun activity. This study aims to improve the poetry writing skills of grade 4 students at SDN 2 Cimanggu. This type of research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles which include planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. The research subjects were 20 grade 4 students at SDN 2 Cimanggu. Sources of data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, written tests and documentation. The data collection instruments used were lesson plans, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and poetry writing assessment rubik. There is an increase in student learning outcomes after using media images. The results of the pre-action research showed that the average value of writing poetry was 58.25 with 20% student completeness, then cycle I learning activities with an average of 69 with 60% student completeness. Furthermore, in cycle II, students' learning abilities increased by an average of 76.25 with 85% student mastery. Thus image media can improve writing poetry for grade 4 students at SDN 2 Cimanggu.

The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census approach. The population in this study amounted to 40 teachers at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance of the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency, and work experience partially has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance of the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Research on the Identification of Drug Related Problems (DRPS) has been carried out in Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patients at the Outpatient Installation of RSUD dr. Soekardjo City of Tasikmalaya used a descriptive method of medical record data of CHF patients retrospectively. This study aims to determine the frequency and categories of DRPs that occur based on the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe V9.0 classification. The results showed that out of 80 patients, 288 DRPs were found consisting of 4 symptoms (indications) that were not treated (1.4%), adverse drug events may occur as much as 1 event (0.3%), inappropriate drug combinations or drug interactions as many as 279 events (96.9%), and the dose was too high in 4 incidents (1.4%), so that it can be concluded that the categories of causes and problems of DRPs that most often occur in RSUD dr. Soekardjo City of Tasikmalaya in 2022, namely drug interactions.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Lifestyle and Brand Equity on the Purchase Decision of Nike Brand Shoes (Survey on Students of the University of Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya). The research method used in this research is to use a descriptive quantitative research method with a survey approach. Respondents in this study were 101 students of the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that Lifestyle and Brand Equity simultaneously had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Lifestyle partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision. Brand Equity partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

This study discusses the management audit on the function of procurement of goods and services. Management audit is a tool for management audit is a tool that can be used by companies to measure the economy, effectiveness, and efficiency or evaluation of management activity programs. This study aims to assess the economization, efficiency, and effectiveness of the function of the procurement of goods and services at PT PLN ULP Ruteng. The scope of the procurement function includes the procurement organization, the procurement process which consists of: procurement planning, procurement implementation, payment and reporting. In this study, it is more specifically discussed about the audit of goods and services procurement organizations. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 states that the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, hereinafter referred to as LKPP, is an institution tasked with developing and formulating policies for the Government's procurement of goods/services. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on the procurement function in the organization of procurement of goods and services PT PLN ULP Ruteng it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

The development of technology today makes humans coexist with technology. Many human activities can be carried out through the internet network. One of them is the presence of the metaverse which is a technology that contains virtual interactions, digital objects, and decentralized humans from various platforms. Metaverse is used by many people as a medium for buying and selling transactions. Metaverse users generally sell their products in the form of NFTs. Various well-known brands have started promoting their products through the metaverse. The emergence of well-known brands in the metaverse is an opportunity for irresponsible parties to infringe brand rights. As was the case in Ryder Ripps v. Yuga Labs. Pollution, imitation, obscuration, and so forth of well-known trademarks are carried out by irresponsible parties. One of them is the doctrine of Trademark Dilution. Trademark dilution is the unauthorized use by other parties that can weaken the quality or characteristics of a trademark. This makes the question of how the protection of trademarks in the virtual space of the metaverse and what legal action can be taken when there is a violation of trademark rights. Not many countries have regulated the protection of digital trademarks specifically against trademark dilution, as well as Indonesia. This research will be conducted using a non-native juridical approach method with legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, international agreements, theories, and legal rules. The focus of this research is how metaverse with the platform in it can protect the trademark with the terms and conditions agreement of account users in the platform. The result of this research is that brands can be protected against infringement of rights to the brand as well as brand dilution by referring to the terms and conditions of account users listed in the platform. In addition, the legal action that can be taken is to file a lawsuit as determined by the platform and the removal of related content.
