This study aims to determine the effect of Obedience Pressure, Independence, and Audit Expertise on Audit Judgment at Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Surabaya Region which consists of 28 Public Accounting Firms that are registered in the Public Accounting Firm Information System at the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Secretariat General of the Center for Financial Professional Development. These are 40 auditors who work at 9 Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to test the previously proposed hypotheses. PLS analysis was tested using SmartPLS version 2.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: that Obedience Pressure on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant negative effect. Independence from Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect. Audit expertise on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect.

Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

This design aims to determine the cash receipts system for new student registration in order to support the effectiveness of cash receipts for new student registration at SMP KARTIKA XI Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach while the software development method uses the water fall method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and library studies. Design information system using visual studio and ms.access. Based on the observations made, it turns out that the accounting information system for cash receipts for new student registration is still not perfect. The problems that occur are that the system used is still manual, the reports produced have not been presented quickly and accurately, the files presented are still in the form of hard files. The suggestions that the author gives, it is hoped that the school can manage finances using a good internet network and server. Thus, prospective students can access the software and servers more optimally.

Peristiwa kebakaran merupakan kejadian yang sangat umum terjadi, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, di antaranya ialah; hubung pendek arus listrik, kebocoran gas, putung rokok. Kebakaran yang terjadi pasti akan berujung pada kerugian baik itu kerugian materil maupun korban jiwa. Pencegahan sejak dini sangat diperlukan yaitu dengan penerapa sitem pendeteksi kebakaran atau alarm kebakaran. Rancangan alat pendeteksi kebakaran terdiri dari flame sensor sebagai pendeteksi api, sensor MQ-2 sebagai mendeteksi adanya asap dalam ruangan. Serta dilengkapi dengan mikrokontroler Arduino. Berdasarkan kedua sensor indikator kebakaran ini akan ditampilkan melalui LCD dan apabila terjadi kebakaran akan di iringi dengan suara peringatan dari buzzer. Uji coba sistem terlebih dahulu melalui software proteus 8 profesional dengan tujuan membangun suatu alat pendeteksi kebakaran secara otomatis menggunakan flame sensor dan sensor asap MQ2, yang dilengkapi dengan LCD LM016L berbasis mikrokontroller arduino. Hailnya mampu memberikan gambara kepada kalayak umum bagaimana sistem kerja dari alat pendeteksi kebakaran/ alarm kebakaran yang dapat di representasikan memalui software proteus.

Tax aggressiveness is the way to minimize the tax expense by tax avoidance and tax evasion. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of good corporate governance as proxied by institutional ownership and managerial ownership, as well as corporate social responsibility on the tax aggressiveness of mining companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 through earnings management as an intervention variable. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 7 companies with 35 observational data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual mining company reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with PLS 6.0 software program. The results prove that institutional ownership has a negative effect on tax aggressiveness, while managerial ownership, CSR, and earnings management have no effect on tax aggressiveness. CSR has a positive effect on management earnings, while institutional ownership and managerial ownership do not have effect on earnings management. Institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and CSR do not have effect on tax aggressiveness through earnings management

The profit sharing rate for mudharabah deposits is a type of investment in rupiah or foreign currency which withdrawals are made at payment due date using the mudharabah (profit sharing) principle. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) on the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits in Islamic commercial banks registered with the OJK in 2015-2019 through ROA as an intervening variable. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 12 Islamic banks with 60 observation data. The type of data used is secondary data from the annual reports of Islamic Commercial Banks. Data analysis using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software program. The results of the study prove that BOPO has a significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, BOPO and ROA do not have effect on the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits, and BOPO does not have effect on the profit sharing rate of mudharabah deposits through ROA.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of hexagon fraud which is proxied by financial stability, financial targets, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, turnover of auditors, the ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the company's existence towards fraudulent financial statements in banks listed on the BEI 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 29 companies with 145 data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual banking reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results prove that financial stability, financial targets, and ineffectiveness of monitoring have an effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, change of auditors, ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the existence of companies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on accounting understanding. The sampling method is purposive sampling and the sample used is 134 students from the Semarang University in 2018. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study with linear regression with software smartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a simultaneous effect on Accounting Understanding. Partially, Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence have no effect on Accounting Understanding, while Spiritual Intelligence has no effect on Accounting Understanding.  

The existence of Marana geothermal manifestations of hot springs scattered in Masaingi Sub-district, Donggala District, Central Sulawesi Province, indicates geothermal prospect zone. Therefore, in order to obtain the subsurface model and to interpret the prospect zone, has been conducted an interpretation of Marana geothermal subsurface area based on magnetic anomaly data. The research uses secondary data of magnetic anomaly obtained from Centre for Geological Resources, Bandung, Indonesia. The research area is located on UTM zone system 50 which close to the magnetic equator, therefore the reduction to equator (RTE) process is applied to the IGRF corrected dan diurnal variations. The Upward Continuation is conducted to obtain a regional magnetic anomaly on 600 meters. Furthermore, 2.5-dimensional modeling on subsurface had done by the Talwani method using Software Oasis Montaj. The 2.5-dimensional modeling results show that the contrast of magnetic susceptibility value of Marana Geothermal rocks. Medium magnetic susceptibility value are metamorphic rock complex and Tinombo Alhburg Formation with values ranging from 0,69-0,8 (x10-2SI). Formation of Molasa Celebes Sarasin and Sarasin have low magnetic susceptibility with values 0,007-0,01 (x10-2SI), whereas high magnetic susceptibility value are granite and granodiorite (1,2x10-2SI). The new intrusion is found in the body of granite and granodiorite with magnetic susceptibility value 2,1 (x10-2SI). Based on the result of Marana geothermal modelling, the prospect zone (reservoir) is estimated in the West of research area which near the Masaingi hot spring. The prospect zone is estimated to be sandstone at a depth of ± 1200 metre. The heat source is the new intrusion thought to be a heat source (diorite) with a depth of> 4500 m. Clay cap is predicted to be an altered sandstone of argillitic alteration. The Masaingi hot spring is indicated to be an upflow zone just above the heat source, while the outflow zone is estimated to be in the southern of the research area.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress either partially working, and the simultaneous of the employee performance at PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with  sample 72 employee. Data collection methods used were purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS 25. The result of the research showed that variable of  work conflict influence significant positive for employee performance with thitung score amounted 4,261 > ttabel 1,995 and significant score 0,000 ˂ 0,05, variable of work stress influence significant positive for employee performance with thitung score amounted 3,215 >ttabel 1,995 and significant score 0,002 ˂ 0,05, then variable of work conflict and work stress simultant influence significant positive for employee performance Fhitung score amounted 22.044 > Ftabel 3,13 and significant score 0,000 ˂ 0,05. Result for koefisien determinasi (R2) amounted 0,390 or amounted 39%

Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.

Fintech utilizes technology to improve banking and financial services performed by companies by utilizing software technology. Along with the development, Fintech began to have a negative impact, especially from the money loan service or Fintech Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). the problem is how is the protection for debtors / customers, such as attempts to intimidate customers who have difficulty paying. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research based on secondary data, which is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative form.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that protection for debtors or customers who feel disadvantaged can take 5 (five) ways, which are regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, OJK Regulation, ITE Law, BI and Government Regulations. Safeguards in the Consumer Protection Law are accommodated in Article 4. OJK's efforts, in collaboration with Kominfo and AFPI, are that if there is intimidation that is detrimental to the debtor, the debtor can submit a complaint report through the website page provided by the OJK and AFPI. Debtors can also report to the authorities. The ITE Law can be seen in Article 26 of the ITE Law. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

This technology also allows users to freely manage and access information available on cloud storage which is of course connected to the internet network. The craft produces various types of souvenirs such as bags, key chains, women’s robes, men’s shirts, caps, bracelets, wallets, prayer mats, tablecloths, pillowcases, cellphone covers, and women’s and men’s traditional clothes, skirts, and scarves.
