Iron is a some nutrient deficiency or anemia is a frequent nutritional problem in adolescents, especially the girls. Anemia is a condition in which the hemoglobin level in the blood is less than normal values (12-16 g/dl). One solution to preventing iron deficiency is by administering green bean juice. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of Giving green bean juice on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic adolescent girls at MAN Model Manado. The research was pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample taken 16 Subjekts using purposive sampling. Data collection uses observation sheets. The data collected processed using SPSS 16.0. Statistical tests use the Paired Sample T-test with a significance level of ≤ 0.05. The research results obtained a p value = 0.000 (α ≤ 0.05) it means Ha was accepted  and  giving green bean juice on increasing the hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls in MAN Model Manado Effectiviness. The conclusion based on the research results there were an effect of giving green bean juice on increasing the hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls in MAN Model Manado. Advice to young women to always consume green bean juice to increase hemoglobin levels.

Latar Belakang : Merawat orang dengan gangguan jiwa memang tidak mudah. Pasalnya, selain harus membantu pasien untuk melakukan kegiatannya sehari-hari, pasien juga sering menunjukkan perilaku yang agresif dan emosi yang tidak terkendali. Orang yang merawat pasien gangguan jiwa bisa mengalami stress, bahkan terganggu mentalnya. Stres keluarga yang muncul bisa berupa rasa malu, isolasi sosial, dan juga rasa kebingungan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan treatment anggota keluarga yang sakit yang harus dilakukan secara terus menerus. Tujuan umum dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat stress pada keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan gangguan jiwa  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 1 Tegallalng. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu simpel random sampling.   Populasi penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang merawat pasien gangguan jiwa, dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 41 keluarga. Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai yaitu berupa kuesioner PSS-10, untuk mengukur tingkat stress. Kemudian dijumlahkan. Jangka skor PSS-10 antara 0- 40. pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Data  kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan uji univariat. Hasil : Hasil penelitian keluarga di Puskesmas 1 Tegallalang memiliki tingkat stress dalam kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 37 responden (90.2%), dari karakteristik usia bahwa dari 41 responden, karakteristik responden sebagian besar berumur 18 – 40 tahun sebanyak 23 responden (56.1%), berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dari 41 responden Sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki – laki sebanyak 22 responden (53.7%). Simpulan : Tingkat Stress keluarga yang merawat yang  merawat pasien gangguan jiwa di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 1 Tegallalng dominan memiliki tingkat stress sedang.

Latar belakang: Asma merupakan penyakit heterogen dengan gejala peradangan pada saluran pernapasan, secara terus menerus serta gejala batuk yang bervariasi, sesak dada, sesak nafas, dan mengi. Tingkat kontrol asma mengacu pada seberapa baik karakteristik asma dapat diamati pada pasien penderita asma dan seberapa baik gejalanya berkurang atau tidak muncul setelah pengobatan diberikan. Kualitas hidup adalah tingkat kemampuan, keterbatasan, gejala, dan karakteristik psikososial seseorang untuk berfungsi dengan baik dan merasa puas dengan peran mereka dalam masyarakat. Tujuan: Mengetahui korelasi tingkat kontrol asma dengan kualitas hidup pasien di poli paru RS Lavalette Malang. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental ini menggunakan pendekatan korelatif. Subjek pada penelitian 50 responden Penelitian ini mengguakan teknik sampling accidental sampling. Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Asthma control test dan Mini-Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bivariate SPSS, Rank Spearman. Hasil: Menunjukan bahwa18 responden (36%) asma tidak terkontrol, 27 responden (54%) memiliki kontrol sebagian, 5 responden (10%) asma terkontrol penuh dan responden dengan kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 37 (74%), kualitas hidup kurang baik 13 responden (26%). Terdapat korelasi antara tingkat kontrol asma dan kualitas hidup pasien asma di Poli Paru RS Lavalette Malang, dengan nilai p = 0.026 (< 0.05).  Simpulan: terdapat korelasi tingkat kontrol asma dengan kualitas hidup pasien asma

This study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the Collaborative Strategic Reading (CSR) technique in enhancing reading comprehension among the eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Keruak during the academic year 2023-2024. A pre-experimental research design was employed, with 33 students from a single class serving as the sample. Data was collected through pre- and post-tests in the form of objective assessments, and analyzed for mean scores, standard deviation, normality, and homogeneity using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The findings revealed that the mean score for the pre-test was 14.12, which improved to 17.18 for the post-test. The two-tailed t-test resulted in t(df=32) = -15.750 with p=0.000, indicating a significant improvement. This suggests that the Collaborative Strategic Reading technique had a noteworthy impact in enhancing reading comprehension for the eleventh graders of SMKN 1 Keruak in the academic year 2023-2024.

This research was written to find out the Effect of Service Excellent Check-In Counter Officers on Lion Air Passenger Satisfaction at Yogyakaeta International Airport. This research was written to find out how much influence service excellent has on customer satisfaction at Lion Air at the Yogyakarta International Airport. Excellent service in the service sector is taken into account, because the excellent service of the check-in counter staff has an impact on the satisfaction felt by customers. The results of this study can be used as input in order to improve service excellence on the performance of check-in counter officers for Lion Air so that it can reflect the quality of the products produced, especially for guaranteeing customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire in which the questionnaire was distributed to passengers who had used Lion air flight services at the Yogyakarta International airport. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. and data selected using probability sampling or (simple random sampling) the results of data collection will be processed using SPSS to obtain results. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between service excellent on Lion air airline customer satisfaction at Yogyakarta International airport. The t test was carried out which produced t count (9.622) greater than t table (1.660) and R square or a coefficient of determination of 48.6%, so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is an influence of excellent service on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is 34 companies that are included in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with certain criteria, so that the final sample that can be used is 13 companies. Research results obtained using SPSS version 17. The results of the study using the F test showed that the Fcount was 11.503> he F table was 3.267 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05 and it could be concluded that simultaneously it was accepted. The results of ui t calculate the investment decision (X1) of 4.673 > 2.030 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.050, t calculate the funding decision (X2) of 2.034 > 2.030 and a significant value of 0.050 <0.050, and t calculate the dividend policy (X3) of -0.484 <2.030 and a significant value of 0.631 0.050. This shows that X1 and X2 have an effect and are significant while X3 has no effect and is not significant on the value of the Company.

This research aims to determine the influence of independence, audit expertise and experience on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. The population in this research is all auditors who work at the Semarang Public Accounting Firm. There were 85 auditors in the sample in this study. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling method, while the analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method and is processed using the SPSS version 24 program application. The research results show that independence has no effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. However, audit expertise and experience have a positive and significant effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

Omega Farm is a business engaged in agriculture and its business is selling hydroponic attributes. The research objective was to analyze consumer satisfaction with hydroponic vegetables. The basic method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Sampling using interview method with a total of 30 respondents. This study uses primary and secondary data sources, primary data obtained from interviews, questionnaires, documentation and others. While secondary data obtained from related research. The research respondents are customers who often buy at Omega Farm, this study conducted validity and reliability tests using the help of SPSS version 25. The analytical method uses the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) results show that the level of customer satisfaction for hydroponic vegetables based on the calculated value of the Customer Satisfaction Index is 81.74 which is included in the satisfied category. The variables that gave the highest satisfaction were cleanliness, freshness of vegetables and packaging design.

This research aims to determine the clarity of influence, responsiveness and empathy on the quality of service at the Rezki Sinaga Midwife Clinic. Meanwhile, the research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were clinic patients. The number of samples known using the Slovin Formula is 99 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation studies and observations. Data analysis techniques were analyzed using statistical tools using SPSS. The research results show that the Reliability Variable has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality with a sig value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05 and the t-count > t-table value, namely 19.999 ˃ 1.98525. The Responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality with a sig value of 0.004 ˂ 0.05 and the t-count > t-table value, namely 2.922 ˃ 1.98525. The Empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality with a sig value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05 and the t-count > t-table value, namely 2.254 ˃ 1.98525. The results simultaneously show that there is an influence of noise, responsiveness and empathy which together influence the quality of service, the calculated f value is 261.939 ˃ f-table 2.70 and the Sig value is 0.000 ˂ 0.05. It is recommended for future researchers to involve a larger sample, expand the scope of research, apart from the variables that have been studied, which can also influence service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Erablue Electronic Shop in Tangerang City. This research uses quantitative methods using SPSS 25 software as a hypothesis test. This study uses a measurement instrument in the form of an interval scale which requires respondents to express the effect of service quality on their satisfaction in shopping, using a Likert scale. The data collection technique used a judgmental sampling method with a sample size of 120. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at Erablue Electronic Stores in Tangerang City.

This research aims to investigate the influence of product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for contemporary beverage products, Haus! in the Karawang area. The three main problems that are the focus of this research are: consumer preferences that are more inclined towards contemporary beverage products other than Haus!, lack of optimization of promotions for Haus! compared to other competitors, so that the brand image of Haus! not yet well known among the public, and changes in consumer tastes due to innovations in similar contemporary beverage products, which reduce the tendency to buy Haus! in the Karawang area. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 247 respondents. The instrument used by researchers is a questionnaire. Quality testing of the instruments used by researchers is validity and reliability testing. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application. The test results show that respondents strongly agree that product quality and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this research is that product quality and brand image influence the decision to purchase thirst drink products! In Galuhmas Karawang.

This research aims to determine the satisfaction of MICE participants at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. This research focuses on MICE activities in the form meeting and conference. This research is entitled The Influence of Services and Facilities on the Satisfaction of Participants in MICE at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center. The data collection technique for this research is indirect communication by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to meeting and conference participants then the data processed using the SPSS program. This research is a quantitative descriptive with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were people who had participated in meeting and conference activities at the UNP Hotel & ConventionCenter in the period July-December 2022 with a sample of 98 people, and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a minimum age of 18 years. There are 2 types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that service is in the very good category (80,61%), facilities are in the very good category (74,50%), and participant satisfaction is in the very satisfied category (87,75%). It was found that the R square value was 0.464 with an F count of 41,072 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05 and the t value was 11,529 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05 meaning that variable X influenced variable Y significantly by 46.4%. It was found that the regression coefficient value of the service variable was 0.346 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that every increase of 1 unit of service will increase participant satisfaction by 0.346 units of satisfaction, and the coefficient value of the facility variable was 0.530 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means every increase of 1 facility units will increase participant satisfaction by 0.530 satisfaction units.

This research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, leverage,  and firm size on risk disclosure in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The population in this research are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and obtained 33 companies with a research period of 3 years. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis using SPSS software version 25.0. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that, (1) the Independent Board of Commissioners has no effect on risk disclosure, (2) the Audit Committee has a positive effect on risk disclosure, (3) Leverage has a positive effect on risk disclosure, (4) Firm Size has a positive effect on risk disclosure.

Each airport definitely has its own concept or characteristics, as is the case with Banyuwangi airport which has an architectural concept, namely the green airport concept which has a facility concept that is different from others, especially in the buildings at the airport terminal. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. Apart from that, it also aims to find out how much influence the concept of departure waiting room facilities has on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. In this research there is one independent variable, namely the concept of waiting room facilities (X) and the dependent variable, namely service user interest (Y). This research is quantitative research because the main focus of this research is to find out how much influence the independent variable (X) has on the dependent variable (Y) that will be studied. The population includes passengers in the Banyuwangi airport departure waiting room and a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) For Windows release 22.0. The research results prove that there is a significant influence between the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. The t test results prove that it is 0.000 < 0.05, which means the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.317 can be concluded that the concept of departure waiting room facilities influences service user interest by 31.7% while the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, communication and motivation on employee performance at Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The population in this study were all employees of Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company, numbering 190 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 128 people. The data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of the research showed that the three independent variables (work discipline, communication and motivation) had a significant positive influence on the performance of employees Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The coefficient of determination test shows that 63% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline, communication and motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka (2) The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka This research uses an approach with Quantitative methods, Data collection in this study using Observation, Literature Study and Questionnaire Distribution. The population of this research is customers and prospective customers who are in Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 98 people. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Promotion variable on Saving Interest, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 6,100 with a P-Value of 0.000 and the Service Quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on Brand loyalty, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2,042 with a P-Value of 0.021.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of consumer trust on decisions to purchase beauty products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Cosmetic Store in Kolaka Regency) and (2) The Influence of Product Knowledge on Decisions to Purchase Beauty Products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Store Cosmetics in Kolaka Regency). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all Muslim female consumers using Wardah in Kab. Kolaka with a sample size of 120 respondents using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. Research data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the t-count or t-statistic which is 2.664 which is higher than the t-table value > 1.657. With P-values ​​0.009. Meanwhile, Product Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions because the t-count or t-statistic value is 4.797 which is higher than the t-table value >1.657 with P-values ​​of 0.000. So Consumer Trust and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions by 92.7%.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of perceived supervisor support on employee burnout at PT XYZ in Kolaka Regency. (2) The effect of job demand on employee burnout at PT XYZ in Kolaka Regency. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation, literature study, questionnaires. The population of this study were employees of PT XYZ in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 55 people. Testing research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the model instrument test (outher model) and structural model testing (Inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a negative and significant influence between the variable perceived supervisor support on burnout as indicated by the T-statistic value of (1.977) with a P-value of (0.024). while the job demand variable has a positive and significant effect on burnout as indicated by the T-statistic value of (6.131) with a P-value of (0.000).

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the impact of consumer behavior on purchase decisions at The Scoop café in Kolaka district, and (2) the impact of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions in Kolaka district. This is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model that use a questionnaire as an instrument. In this study, the population consisted of all consumers who had purchased The Scoop café products, with a total sample of 70 respondents recruited by observation, documentation, and questionnaire procedures. There are two types of data collection techniques: primary data and secondary data. SPSS 25 was used to examine the study instrument's validity and reliability. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 was utilized to analyze the research data. The results show that Consumer Behavior has a favorable and significant impact on Consumer Purchase Decisions. This is demonstrated by the t-count or t-statistic of 2.816, which is more than the t-table value of > 1.66. P-values of 0.003. Meanwhile, because the t-count or t-statistic value is 7.619, which is greater than the t-table value > 1.66 with a P-value of 0.000, Store Atmosphere has a positive and substantial effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions. Consumer Behavior and Store Atmosphere then have a 92.7% favorable and substantial effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding whether there is an influence on workload, work stress and work morale employee performance of KUD Karya Bhakti Ngancar Kediri. This type of research using descriptive research with quantitative methods with techniques Sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive method sampling where the population was 57 employees and the sample was 34 permanent employees. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) as well coefficient of determination (R2) processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results show that Work Load (X1), Work Stress (X2) and Work Morale (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y). In this panel it is also known that coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square Work Load, Work Stress and Work Morale has an influence of 97.2% in influencing Employee performance, while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by variables others that were not discussed in this study so that they are for further research using variables outside this research. The study implies that The performance factors of an organization are influenced and can be improved through load work, work stress, and work morale.
