Drinks made from natural ingredients, especially those from family plants, have health benefits for improving the immune system in the body. Processing of family medicinal plants (TOGA) has different benefits such as turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, lime and honey. When combined, herbal plants provide more comprehensive health benefits compared to consuming one type of herbal alone. It is hoped that the combination can provide healing benefits for various diseases by processing it into herbal drinks such as infused water. Infusion is a liquid preparation made by extracting vegetable simplicia such as ginger, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, honey and lime with water at a temperature of 90˚C for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally. Socialization regarding the use of infused water needs to be carried out among the public, such as teenagers at high school level. With the existence of the KKN program "Save the Country through Education" at Abdurrab University in 2024, it is necessary to socialize the manufacture of infused water to students at the Pekanbaru Taruna Vocational School on Jalan Rajawali Sakti Keluran Delima, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This outreach is very important and must be carried out because of the many benefits of a combination of herbal plants for a naturally healthy young generation. The aim of this socialization activity is to find out the benefits of consuming infusion water for body health to increase body endurance.

This research aims to enhance the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through shape drawing activities at PAUD Nurul Ikhwan, Desa Mondang, Kab. Padang Lawas. Fine motor skills, which involve the coordination of small muscle movements, are crucial for activities such as writing and manipulating objects. Despite their importance, these skills are often less emphasized compared to gross motor skills. This study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) to address observed delays in fine motor development among children at the PAUDNurul Ikhwan. The research consists of two cycles, each incorporating shape drawing activities designed to stimulate and develop fine motor skills. In the initial observation (pratindakan), 11 out of 13 children were identified as having underdeveloped fine motor skills. The first cycle involved introducing drawing activities, but progress was limited. By the second cycle, improvements were noted, with 78% of children achieving satisfactory levels of fine motor development. The findings suggest that regular, engaging drawing activities can significantly enhance fine motor skills in young children. This research underscores the importance of incorporating creative activities like drawing in early childhood education to foster optimal motor development.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the socio-economic conditions of poor families on the formal education of children in Sialangmunggu Subdistrict, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The background of this research is based on the fact that education is an essential need for human survival, and the quality of life of an individual is greatly determined by the level of education they attain. However, access to quality education remains a challenge for families with low economic backgrounds. This research uses a qualitative approach with the theoretical framework of symbolic violence as explained by Pierre Bourdieu, which describes how social structures can create and maintain inequality in access to education. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with research subjects who are parents from poor families in the study location. The results of the study indicate that the family's economic limitations significantly affect the children's education, as seen from the low level of educational participation, difficulties in meeting educational needs, and the psychological impact on children. Parents from poor families often face difficult choices between meeting daily needs and ensuring their children remain in school. The conclusion of this study indicates that efforts to improve access and quality of education for poor families are essential to break the cycle of poverty and enhance social mobility.

This study aims to elaborate on the pattern of additional food as a risk factor for stunting in toddlers at the Pasar Prabumulih Health Center in 2023. Stunting is a condition where a child's height is shorter than the height of other children of the same age. Factors that can influence stunting include unhealthy eating patterns, low birth weight (LBW), lack of breastfeeding, due to infectious diseases during infancy, and failure to achieve perfect growth improvement in the following period. This study uses a case-control study approach with an analytical observational research design. Cases are toddlers diagnosed with stunting and controls are toddlers diagnosed as normal. The data collection technique uses primary data obtained directly from the research site by means of observation and interviews using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using binary logistic regression tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, parental education level, parental knowledge, and history of infectious diseases with stunting, but additional food patterns were related to stunting. The final multivariate model showed that only additional food patterns affected stunting.

Inflammation caused by diapers is one of the most common skin diseases in infants and children worldwide. Diaper rash disrupts the baby's (perineal) skin health and can also interfere with the baby's growth and development. This can occur because the baby becomes fussy, especially during urination or bowel movements, and has difficulty sleeping. To obtain a literature review on maternal knowledge regarding perineal care and the occurrence of diaper dermatitis in infants. Articles published on diaper dermatitis were searched in databases and search engines, including Irandoc, SID, Ovid, PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, SINTA, Garuda, and IranMedex, from 2019 to 2023, in both Indonesian full-text articles. Ten journals meet the research criteria based on 30 published and identified journals from 2019-2023. The researchers found that the mother's knowledge level is one-factor affecting perineal care and the occurrence of diaper dermatitis in infants. Based on the reviewed journals, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge is crucial in implementing proper perineal care as it is one of the factors that can influence the occurrence of diaper dermatitis in infants, classified by age, education, occupation, or experience. Therefore, health education is vital in improving maternal knowledge in this regard.
