Law enforcement within the TNI is carried out jointly in a military criminal justice system, which involves several elements, including: Investigators, Ankum, Prosecutors and Papera. Papera/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by TNI regulations. The desire and hope of a Papera/unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. The aim of this research is to show that superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum)/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by regulations within the TNI. The desire and hope of a unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that in the ongoing legal process, superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum) and Papera have 2 (two) paths in an effort to defend their service members from being punished or dishonorably dismissed (fired) due to considerations of military interests. with several considerations such as the TNI soldier having abilities that are really needed by the unit, the TNI soldier being assessed for good behavior on a daily basis or other considerations, so that Ankum can try through these 2 (two) paths, namely providing recommendations to be retained as a TNI soldier and submitting efforts law according to statutory regulations.

Water, one of the most important elements of the body and one of the macro substances, has the similar role as carbohydrates, fats and proteins for us humans. Humans cannot survive in few days without drinking. Toxins in human body can be cleansed by consuming water regularly. Infused water alternately becomes the another option to encourage people to drink much water. Furthermore, infused water can help out many people who do not have time or do not like eating fruits. However, many people do not drink water because of their personal reason although infused water might become the second opinion after pure water, and can increase an appetite because of the fruit color. Based on the reason above, the research purposes were appointed to examine the effect of the added date palm and soaking time towards the levels of anti-oxidant in apple-cinnamon infused water. The study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with 2 factors. In the first factor, the research media was added with dates (0, 10, and 20 grams), and the second factor, the media was measured from its soaking time (4, 8, and 12 hours). The research was initiated by creating of apple-cinnamon infused water with the aadditional various dates. Then, conducting various analyses like chemical analysis, total sugar content analysis, vitamin C, DPPH and FRAP antioxidant activity, total phenol, total solids, and pH. The optimum result was emerged when the additional 10 gram of dates and 4 hours of immersion time were combined. The characteristics of infused water are total sugar 24.37%, vitamin C 11.39 mg / 100 ml, 34.82% RSA DPPH, FRAP value 5.15%, total phenol 18.51 mg gallic acid / 100 ml, total solids 4.75oBrix, and the degree of acidity (pH) 5.65.

This research aims to determine the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses descriptive data. Meanwhile, the validity of the data uses Validity, Reliability, Extended Observations, Triangulation, and Reference Materials. The results of the research show that the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency, is that the management of savings funds is clearly carried out in matters related to good transactions and is managed by taking into account the profits that will be obtained later. Some savers believe that they don't know directly what their savings are used for. Most of them don't feel comfortable asking this because it is sensitive and private. Judging from sharia economic law, the implementation of Eid savings fund management according to Wahbah Zuhaili is halal for the manager (service provider) and according to Imam Abu Hanifah, he believes that the profit is shodaqoh. From this opinion, the researcher concluded that the Eid savings fund management transaction was permissible because the essence of Eid savings fund management was appropriate and fulfilled the elements of the wadiah yad dhamanah contract.

The determination of cost of goods sold aims to determine the price of product sales by a company. Calculation of basic price in a company to reduce the number of losses in the company. Because often the company suffered losses due to the large cost of production does not match the product selling price. The background of this study is how the calculation of cost of goods sold on manufacturing companies and how to determine the method of selling prices of products in manufacturing companies. In collecting this research data using descriptive research with quantitative qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collection method used is method of documentation and interview method. The data collected in the form of production data, sales, raw materials and others. The method used in determining cost of goods sold is using the approach of calculation method of full costing and method of variable costing.The calculation of cost of goods sold is a method of determining the price of products that charge elements of different production costs between the method of full costing with variable costing. In 2013 - 2015 UD. Eternal Blessing using Full Costing method in getting the results of 2013 amounted to Rp. 280.573.00. Year 2014 of Rp. 236.789.00. Year 2015 of Rp. 350.931,00. Meanwhile, when using Variable Costing method in getting the results in 2013 of Rp. 233701.00. Year 2014 of Rp. 209.398.00. Year 2015 of Rp. 323.299,00. Thus in knowing that between using method of full costing with variable costing happened difference. This difference is because the full costing method imposes all production costs, whereas the variable costing method does not impose fixed overhead costs. Fixed overhead costs exclude production costs. From this research it can be concluded that UD. Kedungpring Lamongan Eternal Blessings experience ups and downs of total profits per year and this study proves that cost of goods sold should pay attention to cost issues affecting the sale price.

Competition in the business world is increasingly diverse, encouraging companies to compete in competing markets and consumers. This is what happened to the Takoto UMKM. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by UMKM Takoto to increase sales. This type of research is conducted using descriptive qualitative methods in the form of case studies on the Takoto UMKM business. This study aims: (1) to study the marketing strategy (marketing mix) of products at UMKM Takoto. (2) provide alternative marketing suggestions for UMKM Takoto products. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the product is considered good by consumers and already has 5 elements of product strategy such as product attributes, brand, packaging, and labels, but the product does not last long because it uses ingredients that do not contain preservatives; (2) the pricing strategy is oriented towards production costs so that in the future it can be considered for pricing by looking at the prices of competitors' products; (3) the promotion strategy of Takoto's UMKM pastries is still limited because it uses more personal selling rather than intense promotion through advertising; (4) Takoto's UMKM pastry products are marketed directly to consumers and through retailers, however the dominant marketing is direct to consumers so that the bargaining position is stronger because it does not depend on retailers.

Fixed assets are one of the elements in the financial statements, the value of fixed assets in companies tends to be in large amounts. Investments in fixed assets by the company are intended to support the company's business activities. Every transaction that affects changes in fixed assets must be managed in order to produce information in the form of financial statements. Improper handling of fixed assets will have an impact on finances and improper handling of fixed assets because they still practice a manual system that allows for various problems in financial reporting. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

The delivery of learning messages from teachers to students is currently still using teaching aids in the form of books. This makes students less interested and feel bored when absorbing lessons, so that it gives the effect of being lazy to learn. This study designed mobile based 2D animation as an interactive learning tool for learning materials for human organs based on mobile android. This study uses the waterfall method in conducting research which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Based on the research results, this 2D animation learning media makes it easy for students to study material about human organs that cannot be seen directly. This animation has several elements such as text, audio, video and animated images so that it attracts students' attention to feel happy in learning compared to conventional ways

The shift in global paradigm and threat perspective has led to a wide variety of possible risks and uncertainties. This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

In line with the development of science and technology today, a job that is done requires fast-paced data and information. By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

This article aims to describe the review of Islamic law on the obligations of a father who abandoned the maintenance of the child in the decision of the Supreme Court number 608/K/AG/2003 and describing a living madliyah children after divorce based on the protection of children's rights in Law Number 23 Year 2002 on the Protection of Children. This research is included in the type of normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The processing of legal materials in normative legal research is by means of literature studies which are described and then linked between one legal material and other legal materials, especially the relationship between the elements covered in the research problem. So it is presented in a systematic writing form to answer the problems that have been formulated in this research. The result showed that the duty of a father to meet child support does not become payable if the elapsed time, but it could be due to maintenance if there is a decision of the judge. This imposition on the grounds that the father in condition to be able to work deliberately remiss. Supreme Court Decision No. 608/K/AG/2003 does not conflict with Islamic law. Every parent has an obligation to be responsible for nurturing, nurture, educate, and protect children. Deliberateness of a father neglects the obligation to provide maintenance, so that children can not get their rights and suffer a loss, then it can be described as acts of negligence as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 on the Protection of Children

Transplantation is a medical procedure performed by moving healthy organs to replace damaged organs. Currently, transplantation has been very developed and used in various countries including Indonesia. Indonesia prohibits the sale and purchase of organs because the principle of freedom of contract in Indonesia is faced with ethics, religion and culture that influence it. Indonesia also has regulations related to transplantation, namely Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health and Government Regulation No. 18 of 1981 concerning Clinical Cadaveric Surgery and Anatomical Cadaveric Surgery and Transplantation of Human Body Organs or Tissues and several other Ministerial regulations, but some of these regulations are known to be incomplete and tend to be unclear because there is a blurring of norms in them. Until these regulations are no longer efficient to use anymore. So the government recently issued a regulation related to transplantation, namely PP No. 53 of 2021 concerning Organ and Tissue Transplantation. Learning from some of the previous problems and also the fact that transplantation is not only problematic in its regulation but also due to Islamic law factors. The questions raised in this research are first, how is the regulation of human organ transplantation in National law and Islamic law. Second, how is the legal expediency of human organ transplantation in the perspective of National law. This type of research is normative juridical with descriptive qualitative legal material analysis. With the results of the conclusion, first, Indonesia currently has regulations regarding transplants that are more complete and clear and have been correlated quite well even though not all provisions in Islamic law are adopted in it. Second, the current transplant regulation has also fulfilled the elements of expediency, the regulation does not conflict with the law above it.

The e-commerce market trend is taking place around the world. This trend encourages international trade be more intense. This can be an opportunity for Indonesia to be able to develop its exports rate using e-commerce. Based on this background, this program purposes to provide indeep information to industry and trade players about how to increase their potential and expand the market through international e-commerce. This international e-commerce should be a solution to improve its economic welfare. The method of this program is carried out through assessment and socialization at the location of service, as Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo. Exploration activities were to obtain detailed information about program targets, which are held in August and September 2018. Furthermore, a one-day socialization event is held on 28 October 2018. Fine motor is the child's ability in relation to physical skills involving small muscles, eye, and hand coordination. Decorative drawing is one of the methods that is used to improve children's fine motor skills by decorating images on paper that involve nerve muscle elements, the brain, and the ability of the child's fingers. The purpose of the study is to apply decorative drawing therapy towards the fine motor development of children aged 4-5  years  in  the  region  of  Puskesmas  Rowosari  Semarang.  This  study  belongs  to descriptive case studies. The subject of this case study used two respondents who had normal fine motor development. Data were collected by observation and measured by Denver II sheet before and after therapy. The results of the case study were found in subject I with normal fine motor development of 70% increasing to a high of 78%, while in subject II with normal fine motor development 73% increased to high by 82%. It is suggested to  Puskesmas Rowosari  Semarang to use  decorative  drawings to improve children's fine motor skills as playing therapy in toddler posyandu activities.

Article 67 of the Criminal Procedure Code states that defendants or public prosecutors have the right to appeal against decisions of the first level court except for acquittals, apart from all lawsuits concerning the problem of inaccurate application of the law and court decisions in rapid proceedings. Therefore, an appeal against a decision cannot be appealed, however, the fact is that there are prosecutors who appealed against the verdict as contained in the appeal deed number: 60 / Appeal / deed.Pid / 2006 / PN. As for the problems in this research are: (1) How can the decision to be released from lawsuits in terms of Law No. 31/1999 jo. Law no. 20 of 2001 (case study No. 942 / Pid.B / 2005 / PN.Smg)? (2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 which decided that Defendants I and II were to be freed from all legal charges, so based on article 67 of the Criminal Procedure Code a decision to release all lawsuits could only be legal remedies through cassation.   Keywords : Corruption, Legal Efforts, Release Decision.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) shows a significant increase, both globally and locally. The market for creative industries in Europe is also wide open. For Indonesia, the creative industry sector is also a leading sector. Unfortunately, many creative industry players do not understand the potential of this. Therefore, it is important to provide information about creative industry’s export potential to Europe. The method used in this program is through socialization and disccusion. The program has been held with participants in creative industries, located in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The socialization program was held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 located in Batik Laweyan Village. Through this program, it can be useful for: (1) creative industry players, to get an overview of the potential of the creative industry in the European market; (2) for the region, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional economic development; (3) for universities, as a fulfillment of the Tri Dharma elements of Higher Education. Selection of samples by using purposive sampling.The method is a descriptive to explore Marketing Model and application of financial records Riau SMEs based on systemweb 2.0. This study examines the mechanism of corporate governance and financial distress conditions on the voluntary disclosure in the annual report. Elements of mechanism corporate governance that are used consist of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, board of commissioners, and audit committees. Research using secondary data from 2010 – 2012 annual reports of various companies manufacturing industrial sectors and consumer goods contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample consists of 47 companies. The results show that the independent commissioners, board of commissioners, and financial distress condition have a significant effect on voluntary disclosure. While managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committees does not significantly influence voluntary disclosure.
