E-Government and Digital Governance serve as crucial foundations in the transformation of public services, leveraging information and communication technology. The primary focus is to provide easy and efficient access for the community. Through innovations such as the "Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan" (Administration Retrieval Initiative) within the Kalimasada program, the Surabaya city government expedites administrative processes by utilizing the Klampid New Generation (KNG) website. This research aims to optimize this innovation in the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district of Surabaya. Standards of public service regulated by laws serve as benchmarks for enhancing service quality, covering procedures, processing time, costs, service offerings, infrastructure, and staff competencies. The research findings indicate that service procedures run smoothly, processing times are relatively fast, services are provided free of charge, service offerings include various citizenship documents, and infrastructure is adequate. This innovation reflects the integration of technology into governance, accelerating and streamlining public administration processes.

Life change is an inevitable process in every individual's journey. This paper explores how the principles of spirituality and biblical teachings can provide guidance and meaning in experiencing positive and meaningful life change. Spirituality is viewed as a search for a higher purpose in life, both from a philosophical and Christian religious perspective. The Bible contains many narratives of characters who underwent significant life transformations, such as Paul and Mary Magdalene. Biblical teachings emphasize principles such as repentance, renewing of the mind, living in the Spirit, and sanctification to achieve true life transformation. Philosophy also offers interpretations that enrich the understanding of spirituality and life change, such as the concept of self-denial, achieving higher consciousness, and the pursuit of a more noble life purpose. To experience positive life change, steps such as self-evaluation, goal setting, action planning, self-discipline, and support from a faith community are necessary. The faith community plays a crucial role in providing moral support, accountability, role models, guidance, and resources for its members going through the process of life transformation.

One of the roles of technology in learning activities is to make it easier for teachers and students to access various educational resources. Technology integration in learning activities is a planned activity of using or combining technology in classroom learning activities to improve the quality of the learning process. In the era of digital transformation, conventional learning media became less practical to use. For instance, when learning how to make fashion designs, there were not many digital handouts available to study the use of drawing applications for learning activities to create fashion designs. To address this gap, this research aims to develop digital handouts based on Ibis Paint X. The research follows the ADDIE research design as part of its research and development (R&D) process. The results of the feasibility test by two media validators obtains an average score of 86.25% with very feasible criteria. The results of the feasibility test by two material validators obtains an average score of 95% with very feasible criteria. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the digital handouts developed are very suitable for use in learning to make fashion designs.

This research aims to determine Renewable Energy, Emission Intensity, Life Expectancy, and Unemployment Rate on Gross National Income (GNI) in Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, and Norway. The variables in this research are Renewable Energy, Emission Intensity, Life Expectancy, and Unemployment Rate as independent variables, while the Gross National Income variable is the dependent variable. This research uses secondary data taken from the OECD from 2011-2023. The data analysis technique used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) panel. The research results from the ARDL model analysis show that the country that is able to become a leading indicator for the stability of the GNI rate is only Norway. This is because all the variables or indicators in the research, namely (Renewable Energy, Life Expectancy, and Unemployment Rate), this country has a significant effect on GNI. while the Emission Intensity variable does not have a significant effect on GNI. If we look at the stability of the short run and long run, the Unemployment Rate variable, both in the short and long term, significantly controls the stability of GNI.

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the intersection of transformational leadership with visionary and situational leadership. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the transformative leadership model is a leadership model that can be an alternative to be applied in the current organizational system with various organizational dynamics and changes in line with the increasingly high demands of society. This is in line with the need for leaders who are able to bring about change. Transformative leadership is a leadership model that is different from traditional leadership models which view the relationship between leaders and employees (leadership and followership) as based solely on reward and punishment. A visionary leader is also understood as a leader who has a clear vision and mission in the organization. He has the ability to predict future events and express them in a clear and measurable vision and mission. Visionary leaders are able to raise the enthusiasm of their members with their motivation and imagination, to make the organization more alive and growing. Another situational leadership model is known as the Situational Contingency leadership model which revises the behavioral approach which is considered unable to explain ideal leadership. This approach illustrates that the style developed depends on the leader himself, the support of his followers, and a conducive situation. By analyzing the basic motivations of their subordinates, leaders can place them in appropriate situations. Transformative, visionary and situational leadership models have several elements in common, both in terms of systems, processes and objectives of Islamic Education Management. From the system side, there are elements of education unit leaders, educators, education staff, and various other elements; It is hoped that they can synergize in a process that is conducive to achieving goals.
