One of the benefits of the semiotic approach is being able to examine in more detail the communication conveyed by works of art. In the current digital era, works of art can take the form of photography, videography, and so on, where these works of art can provide meaning or representation of a communication message. One of the works of art in the form of videography is video clips. One example of a video clip is a song entitled "Perfect My Day" sung by Rey Mbayang, which used to be trending 1 on YouTube in the music category. The background of this video is Dinda Hauw's documentary film when she is going through the process leading up to childbirth, this makes the writer interested in analyzing Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotics because the writer also has personal experience in dealing with the birth process. In this research, the researcher uses Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic analysis method and examines the signs that refer to the video clip for the song "Sempurnaka Hariku" sung by Rey Mbayang. These signs are data such as images and other visual elements, as well as other supporting data, which will be studied and interpreted in the form of words and language. The results of the research on the video clip for the song "Perfect my day" sung by Rey Mbayang has signifiers and signifieds. It can be analyzed that the overall meaning of the various signs in the semiotic analysis is an explanation that the video clip tells about the struggles of the process of giving birth to Rey Mbayang and Dinda Hauw's first child from the beginning of the process full of anxiety, resignation, and pain until after birth it changes with a feeling of emotion, relieved and happy also grateful to have been given the mandate and gift in the form of a son from Allah SWT. The sign is that in the process of struggling to give birth, there is the role of the husband and family which are very important to support the success of the process.

This is evident from the velocity values found in the concrete pieces. It varies between > 3000 m/s and When the compressive strength of concrete is greater than fc' 28 MPa, the amount of reinforcement in the beam and column elements examined exceeds the reinforcement requirement in the beam and column structural elements of the building, in terms of cracks that occur in the beam and column structural elements. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of solvency ratio, capital structure, and social responsibility on financial performance. This research uses 20 samples consisting of 5 companies in the cigarette industry subsector based on the time period 2018-2021. Data is collected from annual reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis in this research uses 3 (three) approaches, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that of the six elements, including ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, WC, and CSR, show good financial performance. In addition, DER and DAR measures negatively affect ROA and ROE. This is because the increase in solvency value causes the company's profit to decrease, it means that the company's high debt ownership makes the company pay higher interest so that the company's profit is small. WC and CSR have no impact on ROA and ROE. This is because the company's asset ownership can cover their current debt and CSR implementation can help convince interested parties to invest in the company. Based on the research conducted, the company should minimize the use of debt as funding in its operational activities, because it can affect the profitability of the company which causes a decrease in the value of ROA and ROE. In addition, the company should reconsider the implementation of CSR because it can help create a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public, even though the company's expenses will increase

The development of the era, which has experienced many changes from time to time, does not necessarily change the heritage that exists in the lives of people in Indonesia. The evolution of generation does not cause changes to the legacy system that exists in Indonesia. In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. This research will use a normative legal research method that uses literature review as an effort to find the required data. Reviewing legal documents that focus on Legislation.
