This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of hexagon fraud which is proxied by financial stability, financial targets, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, turnover of auditors, the ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the company's existence towards fraudulent financial statements in banks listed on the BEI 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 29 companies with 145 data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual banking reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results prove that financial stability, financial targets, and ineffectiveness of monitoring have an effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, change of auditors, ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the existence of companies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

The purpose of early detection and prevention of Osteoporosis is to increase public understanding of Osteoporosis. Security is an aspect that is needed by all circles today. With security, it can reduce the risk of crime and worry about the crime. This study discusses a room monitoring camera system using a PIR sensor, if a movement occurs it will be detected by this sensor. To process it, NodeMCU is used, then using the Telegram Bot as a notification if a movement occurs. The way this system works is that the PIR sensor will detect the presence of people or not in the room that is given this security system, then NodeMCU will process the data to send notifications in the form of messages and the IP Camera will display live video broadcasts.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Bagaimana Pola Penyusunan Rencana RPJMD Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2). Lokus Penelitian pada 3 Instansi di ProvinsiJawa Tengah. yaitu Bappeda, Dinas Pendidikan dan Dinas Bina Marga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu mendeskripsikan peristiwa sosial kemasyarakatan untuk mengungkapkan peristiwa-peristiwa riil di lapangan dan mengungkapkan nilai-nilai yang tersembunyi (hidden value), lebih peka terhadap informasi-informasi yang bersifat deskriptif dan berusaha mempertahankan keutuhan obyek yang diteliti. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi.pada Bappeda, Dinas Pendidikan dan Dinas Bina Marga sebagai unit analisis yang dipilih secara purposive (sengaja). Kesimpulan hasil penelitian : postur RKPD  tahun 2016  untuk mencapai Visi dan Misi RPJMD 2013-1018 perlu diformulasikan ulang guna  menjaga keselarasan kebijakan RKPD dengan Kebijakan RPJMD Tahun 2013-2018, sehingga kegiatan pengendalian, monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan RKPD sangat penting untuk dilakukan.

The problem that is being handled is the problem of the loss of livelihoods of the tobacco farming community due to restrictions on tobacco farming and tobacco products. This activity is also an implementation  of  the   Regulation   of  the  Minister  of   Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 28 / PMK.07 / 2016 concerning the Use, Monitoring and Evaluation of Tobacco Excise Production Sharing Funds. The model used is a community-based tourism development model as a form of the tourism sector's creative economy that provides optimal benefits to the community. The service process is carried out by means of efforts to empower the people's economy in the tourism sector with a community-based tourism (CBT) approach or community-based tourism by involving local communities in activities, which include the introduction of tourism potential and training on the utilization of local non-tobacco agricultural potentials to be processed into culinary products and by by tours. The local community is motivated to become the main actor in the management of tourism activities that arise from the utilization of the local potential that exists in the service location. The result of this activity is the achievement of community understanding of tourism as an alternative to activities other than tobacco farming, understanding of local tourism potential, development of tourism activities and tourism support activities in the location.

Early childhood development has an important role in the development of an individual. In order for a child to have good development, it is necessary to carry out early detection of the child's growth and development with the aim of achieving optimization of a child's development. Data shows an increase in the prevalence of parents who do not regularly monitor their children's growth and development. Monitoring the growth and development of toddlers is carried out in conjunction with early detection of developmental disorders in toddlers so that intervention and simulation can provide optimal results. This community service activity aims to determine children's developmental growth and deviations that occur as well as providing education to parents, especially about the growth and development of pre-school children and the factors that support children's growth and development. The target of the activity is pre-school children and mothers/parents of Prima Bhakti Kindergarten students. The method used in the activity is the KPSP child growth and development detection instrument and to increase parents' knowledge about growth and development, it is carried out through counseling, question and answer discussions and demonstrations on how to stimulate children's growth and development. The results of early detection of growth assessment using the WHO curve showed that 95% had normal stature and normal nutrition and 5% were malnourished. Examination of children's development with the KPSP instrument was 100% developmentally appropriate. The education provided to parents shows that they are active participants in question and answer discussion activities and demonstrations of growth and development stimulation.

Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.

This tool can be used to open the irrigation door if the water supply in the rice fields is below the minimum limit and will close the water gate when the water supply has reached the maximum limit, the servo motor is used to open and close the floodgates. . . The monitoring results obtained will be displayed to users in real time through the android application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file on the storage media.

Monitoring nutrition and health during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in Pacellekang Village is very important to prevent stunting. However, during the pandemic, many posyandu were forced to stop their activities because they were in the red zone. The assistance program for malnourished pregnant women (KEK) aims to improve the health and nutritional status of KEK pregnant women in Makassar City. Community service activities are carried out online using Zoom meetings, WhatsApp groups and Google Forms. The results of the service show that most of the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and health are classified as good. The majority (85.2%) of pregnant women had carried out pregnancy checks at least four times with a midwife or doctor during pregnancy. Apart from that, 88.9% of pregnant women regularly take blood supplement tablets. Around 85.2% of pregnant women follow the principles of balanced nutrition in their daily diet. However, 55.6% of pregnant women who frequently experience nausea and vomiting tend to lose their appetite and skip meals and snacks. Based on program monitoring in October, there were records that two pregnant women were unable to provide exclusive breastfeeding (IMD) due to premature birth (separation care), and young mothers (under 20 years) felt anxious when breast milk did not come immediately after delivery, so they gave Formula milk.    

The world of education in indonesia is currently experiencing a change in services due to the covid 19 pandemic and is required to make changes to the way of teaching, and other administrative services in the context of the indonesia education world, the massive changes in services resulting from the impact of the covid 19 pandemic have greatly disturbed students, teachers and parents. They are required to make changes to the way of teaching and learning and guide quickly and accurately.The role of the teacher is now very important because the learning prosess cannot be faceto-face anymore. The teacher must really do everything possible so that students can understand the material presented online.This study aims to determine:( 1) the role of teachers in improving PAI learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak for the 2019/2020 school year, (2) learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak 2019/2020 academic year, (3) inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of online learning in Islamic education subjects during the covid 19 pandemic at SD No. 1 Seminyak in the school year 2019/2020.This type of research is descriptive kwalitatif, the informan is determined by purposive method, while the key informants are the principel, religion teacher, home room teacher, students, student guardians and the data committee is analyzed by data reconstruction stages, data presentation, and verification conclusion.The results showed; (1) teachers are require to play a deeper role in online learning during the covid 19 pandemi, the online learning process delivered material through learning videos in the whatsap grop, make google absences from monitoring students to memorize short surahs via whatsapp or video calls to provide motivation and encouragement to students. (2) Pai's study results during the covid-19 pandemic are less than maximal because teachers cannot monitor students directly and many obstacles in online learning. (3) supporting factors in the implementation of online learning, namely, the availability of mobile quota and internet networks. While the inhibiting factor in online learning, namely, aconomi limitations, internet network is sometimes not as stable.

Pengabidan Kepada Masyarakat ini diadakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendalaman kreativitas pendidik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013. Pengbdian ini sebagai tindak lanjut dari penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dilaksanakan  tentang peningkatan kreatifitas guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013. Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini didahului dengan koordinasi kepada pimpinan lembaga dan melakukan perjanjian kerja sama dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya pelatihan melalui pengabdian pada masyarakat ini.Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di RA Al Islam 3 Gebang, pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kolaboratif dengan melakukan pengalian informasi untuk mengetahuai pemahaman guru tentang kreativitas pendidik dalam pembelajaran saintifik pada implementasi kurikulum 2013. Dilanjut dengan memberikan materi mengenai kreativitas pendidik dalam pembelajaran saintifik pada implementasi kurikulum 2013. Kemudian mempraktekan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran santifik. Tindak lanjutnya akan dilakukan monitoring oleh mahasiswa seberapa luas penyebaran IPTEK yang telah diberikanHasil dari Pengabidan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang perlunya peningkatan kreativitas guru dalam melaskanakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis kurikulum 2013. Sehingga guru dapat merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik yang kreatif, harapanya Iptek yang telah disampaikan dapat di sebarkan oleh mitra.Kata Kunci : Saintifik, Kreativitas guru.

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

AbstrakSebagai tugas akhir mata kuliah PAR, mahasiswa melakukan penelitian langsung ke lapangan untuk mengimplementasikan keilmuan yang telah didapat terpada masyarakat. Mereka melakukan penelitian di TPQ AL-Magfiroh di Denpasar. Kondisi TPQ yang terletak di Mushola Al-Magfiroh telah berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dengan jumlah peserta didik 145 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan acuan teori Zuber dan pendekatan metode PAR, dengan tahapan observasi, pengumpulan data, monitoring/aksi, dan evaluasi. PAR bersifat transformatif dan memberdayakan komunitas lokus penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan program kerja, yaitu mengajar di TPQ tersebut dengan metode Yanbua dan bersama wali murid memberikan semangat pada siswa berupa buku dan alat tulis, padakegiatan kenaikan jilid. Evaluasi penelitian adalah menemukan kondisi kelas kurang kondusif dan kurangnya tenaga pengajar. Sebagai bahan tindaklanjut, mengkondisikan penambahan dan meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pengajar. Abstract As a final assignment for PAR subject, students have done conduct research directly into the field to implement the knowledge they have gained in the community. They conducted research at the AL-Magfiroh TPQ in Denpasar. The condition of TPQ which is located in Al- Magfiroh Mosque has been established since 2019 with 145 students. This research uses Zuber's theory reference and PAR method approach, with stages of observation, data collection, monitoring / action, and evaluation. PAR is transformative and empowers the research locus community, so that it produces a work program, which is teaching at the TPQ with the Yanbua method and together with the guardians of students encourages students in the form of books and stationery, on the activities of increasing volumes. The evaluation of the research is finding the condition of the class is less conducive and the lack of teaching staff. As follow-ups are material, condition the addition and increase the quality of the teaching staff.

Kehamilan merupakan bagian dari proses maturasi perempuan yang memiliki berbagai risiko kesehatan. Kehamilan risiko tinggi menjadi faktor utama peningkatan AKI dan AKB di Indonesia. Kelurahan Bandarharjo Semarang Utara terdapat mempunyai warga dengan kondisi hamil  risiko tinggi. Ibu memeriksakan kehamilannya di Puskesmas, namun pelayana yang diberikan masih sebatas Antenatal Care yang dilakukan rutin setiap bulannya. Karakteristik keluarga ibu hamil juga  tidak memahami cara perawatan sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan program pendampingan yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan. Program tersebut berupa Kelompok Pendamping Kehamilan Resiko Tinggi (KP-KRT) berbasis  continuity of care untuk menurunkan resiko –resiko yang terjadi pada Ibu hamil. Methode pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dalam 4 tahap yaitu yaitu (1) Sosialisasi, (2) Peningkatan kompetensi, (3) Latihan ketrampilan atau pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan (4 ) Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM dapat teridentifikasi ibu hamil yang mengalami resiko tinggi, didirikannya rumah kehamilan sejahtera, meningkatkan kompetensi kader melalui pelatihan, dan terbentuknya alur rujukan ibu hamil resiko tinggi. Kesimpulan, pentingnya pendampingan pada ibu hamil untuk menurunkan resiko yang terjadi pada kehamilan. Saran, diperlukannya pemantauan dan follow up dari pemerintah khususnya puskesmas setempat untuk menjaga keberlangsungan dari program KP-KRT.

Inovasi teknologi untuk pendidikan mutlak dibutuhkan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, karena teknologi digital dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan masyarakat di sektor pendidikan. Fleksibilitas, efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan teknologi yang tepat dapat menembus ruang dan waktu dalam menjembatani komunikasi antar para pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pendidikan. Penerapan sistem monitoring pembelajaran online sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Departemen Teknik Kelautan FTK-ITS dengan mitra sekolah Al Uswah Surabaya, menjadi solusi terhadap sistem yang masih konvensional yang kurang efektif dan efisien serta rentan terhadap ketidakakuratan akibat kesalahan manusia. Pada akhirnya, dengan sistem ini dapat memperbaiki pelayanan dan kinerja, sehingga efektivitas dan efisiensi proses tersebut meningkat. Parameter penting yang direkam menjadi database oleh sistem monitoring pembelajaran terkait kehadiran siswa, kehadiran guru dan durasi waktu proses belajar mengajar dapat dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Fitur sistem yang mampu diakses orang tua siswa, bahkan dapat menjadi media promosi untuk meningkatkan reputasi sekolah serta peran serta orang tua/wali siswa dalam mendukung kesuksesan kegiatan pendidikan. Sistem elektronik ini tidak akan memberikan hasil optimum jika tidak diiringi dengan perubahan pemahaman dan perbaikan budaya belajar mengajar guru, siswa, serta manajemen sekolah. Atau sebaliknya, dengan kehadiran sistem ini secara tidak langsung dapat memaksa untuk terjadinya perubahan budaya belajar-mengajar ke arah yang lebih baik secara bertahap. Dalam penelitian ini parameter penting terkait kegiatan proses belajar mengajar selanjutnya dianalisis untuk menemukan hubungan yang mendukung hipotesis terkait peningkatan budaya belajar mengajar dan reputasi sekolah melalui penggunaan sistem berbasis teknologi komunikasi dan informasi ini.

The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.
