The capital market is an important part of representing the country's economic conditions. In the capital market there are several instruments that are traded, one of which is mutual funds. Mutual funds are quite an attractive option for the community, but there are cases of default that make mutual fund investors suffer losses. This research uses a normative juridical approach method, namely library legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data as a basis for research by conducting a search for laws and literature related to the problems studied. Legal protection can be done by using preventive and repressive legal protection in mutual fund investment cases as a form of protection to investors from the government. The losses suffered by investors due to the default of PT TDPM to MMI, indicate that TDPM has a responsibility that can be in the form of paying all obligations and compensation and accepting all sanctions that can be in the form of administrative, civil, to criminal. Preventive legal protection can be seen in the existence of laws and regulations such as the Capital Market Law, P2SK Law, POJK 48/2015, POJK 31/2015, and others. Repressive legal protection is in the form of enforcement of sanctions from administrative even to bankruptcy. Responsibility must be carried out by TDPM, namely paying obligations along with interest according to the debt restructuring agreement until the imposition of sanctions. And it is necessary to see the form of MMI's responsibility as the Investment Manager in this case.

This research investigates the implications of not reading out the legal consequences of a sale and purchase deed prepared by a Notary/PPAT in front of the concerned parties. It employs a descriptive approach, drawing from various literature sources such as books, research findings, journals, and articles. The study underscores the Notary/PPAT's responsibility to orally communicate the deed's content to the involved parties. Failure to do so diminishes the deed's authenticity. Although the deed remains legally valid regarding the transaction, its authenticity suffers, likening it to an underhand deed. Consequently, Notaries/PPATs who overlook this obligation may face sanctions as per the relevant ethical codes for their negligence.

Environmental crimes committed by corporations cause broad ecological, social, and economic impacts on society and environmental sustainability. However, the system of corporate criminal liability in Indonesia still tends to rely on a retributive approach through fines and imprisonment of corporate managers. This approach is considered ineffective because it has not been able to restore environmental damage and fulfill the rights of affected communities. This study aims to analyze the weaknesses of corporate criminal liability in environmental crimes and reconstruct a restorative justice-based model of criminal responsibility. This research employs normative legal research using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that the reconstruction of corporate criminal liability should focus on environmental restoration through ecological rehabilitation mechanisms, compensation for affected communities, ecological penal mediation, and independent environmental audits. The restorative justice approach provides opportunities for corporations to take concrete responsibility for the environmental damage they cause so that environmental law enforcement is not merely punishment-oriented, but also aimed at environmental recovery and social justice.

The law of kamma is a core Buddhist doctrine explaining moral causality grounded in intentional action (cetana). Amid contemporary moral challenges dishonesty, aggression, low self-control, and weakened character education Buddhist moral education requires an internal basis that is both ethically clear and psychologically workable. This article examines how understanding kamma functions as a conceptual foundation for moral transformation, self-regulation, and behavioral improvement in Buddhist character education. Using a qualitative literature review, the study synthesizes canonical teachings and peer‑reviewed research in Buddhist ethics and moral psychology. Findings indicate that a non‑fatalistic understanding of kamma strengthens moral awareness, personal responsibility, reflective judgment, shame and moral dread (hiri–ottappa), and sustained self‑control. Integrating kamma within character education supports disciplined conduct (sīla), mindfulness‑based self‑management, and prosocial behavior that remains stable across contexts.

This community service program was motivated by the suboptimal role of Dasawisma as a grassroots community organization in improving family welfare. Several Dasawisma groups still faced challenges in organizational management, low member participation, and limited understanding of productive and sustainable activity management. The objective of this program was to strengthen the organizational capacity of Dasawisma, increase member participation, and foster a spirit of solidarity and independence toward family welfare. The methods applied included a participatory approach through counseling sessions, group discussions, simple organizational management practices, and mentoring of Dasawisma activities. The results indicated an improvement in members’ understanding of organizational functions and the importance of structured activity planning. Members became more actively involved in preparing work programs, maintaining simple administrative records, and implementing productive and social activities. Behavioral changes were also observed, including increased collective responsibility, stronger cooperation among members, and the emergence of several local leaders. Furthermore, the program fostered a new awareness that Dasawisma is not merely a routine meeting forum, but a platform for empowering women and families toward sustainable welfare improvement.
