Science and technology continue to develop in a more sophisticated direction. One of the technological advances in the era of globalization is marked by the Dana e-wallet. The Dana e-wallet is one of the popular alternative digital payment transactions in Indonesia because of its ease of use, benefits, risks and privacy security. The impact offered in terms of user convenience, benefits, risks and privacy security makes people interested in using this e-wallet. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of user convenience, benefits and risks on interest in using the Dana e-wallet with privacy security as an intervening variable. This research uses a causality research design with a quantitative approach and a sampling technique using Non-Probability Sampling. The population in this research is the people in Semarang City. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used are regression analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The data obtained in this research was then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of location, online promotion and price perception on purchasing decisions at the Trening Reza Store Cikalang Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a survey approach. The respondents in this research were 100 consumers of the Trening Reza Store Cikalang Tasikmalaya. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that Location, Online Promotion and Price Perception simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Location partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online promotions partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price perception partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the Vo2Max condition of Persebaya Putri football players at the 2021 Pertiwi Cup, which from the results of this analysis can be used as a reference for performance during the match. This is also based on the results of the 2021 Pertiwi Cup where Persebaya Putri failed and did not qualify in the grub phase, and in every match they always conceded in the second half and were able to play stably in the first 45 minutes. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze the data using the Statistical Program for Social Science or called SPSS. It will be carried out by the Persebaya Putri team in 2022 at the Ngelom Sepanjang Sidoarjo Rusunawa Field, with a population of 29 players. With a sample of 20 athletes from the age range of 17 years and over. From the results of the analysis, as many as 8 players fall into the less category, 8 players fall into the medium category and 4 players fall into the good category. From this study, the average Vo2Max of Persebaya Putri players was 30 and there were 10 players who had Vo2Max below the team's average. This is a factor that hinders the players from continuing to play stablyx until the end of the match, so that it can trigger the failure of the Persebaya Putri team in the 2021 Pertiwi Cup.

Job satisfaction has the potential to increase company productivity and emphasizes the importance of developing concepts to measure human resources. Each individual has varying levels of job satisfaction, influenced by the values they hold and their unique characteristics. Satisfaction is also related to the extent to which individuals feel their needs, wants and aspirations are met, which ultimately depends on the goals they want to achieve in their lives. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the variables of Performance Management, Enthusiasm, Motivation, and Training to Employee Job Satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This research is a deductive type of research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 145 respondents using data collection techniques using purposive sumpling. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods using SPSS. Based on the test results, it is known that the variables of performance management, enthusiasm, motivation, and training simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, leadership and work discipline and its impact on employee performance. Population in this search is 36 employee of PT. Daxen Indonesia. The sample used is the entire of population. The sampling method uses saturated sampling because the population is <100 respondents. Data collection methods using survey methods with research instruments is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS23 program assistance. This study proves that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

This aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work culture and workload on employee performance at PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk. The population in this study were employees who worked in Hangar 3 Unit PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk as many as 320 employees, this study used the Proportional Sampling Sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 22. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The study evaluates the effectiveness of implementing a pickleball training model for middle-aged journalists in Surabaya, focusing on those aged 45-54. The research utilizes a quantitative one-group pretest-posttest design, with 33 male journalists participating. Over three weeks, participants engaged in eight pickleball training sessions. The study measures improvements in executing forehand, backhand, and serve shots using observational criteria. IBM SPSS Statistics 26 was employed for data analysis, using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test due to the non-normal distribution of data. Results indicate significant improvements in all measured skills, evidenced by a p-value < 0.05. The average skill improvement was 65.53%, with specific gains in forehand, backhand, and serve skills noted. These findings suggest that pickleball not only enhances physical fitness but also contributes positively to emotional well-being, thanks to the enjoyable and social nature of the sport. The study highlights pickleball's low injury risk and its suitability for middle-aged individuals, promoting both physical health and social interaction. However, the absence of a control group is a limitation; future research should consider comparative studies to validate these findings further. Overall, pickleball appears to be an effective, enjoyable form of exercise for middle-aged professionals, enhancing both physical and psychological health.

This research aims to determine the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions on the use of Bank BSI KCP Kampung Tax Labuhan Batu Utara customers in using digital banking services. (BSI mobile deposits). This type of research is quantitative. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through questionnaires with variable instruments using a Likert scale which were distributed to respondents totaling approximately 100 people. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis test consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, and also using multiple linear analysis, which consists of F test, T test, and test the coefficient of determination (R²) using the SPSS version 22 data processing application. The results of this study show that performance expectancy has no effect, effort expectancy has a significant positive effect, social influence has a significant positive effect, and condition Facilitating conditions do not have a positive effect on Bank BSI KCP Kampung Tax Labuhan Batu Utara customers in using digital banking services (BSI Mobile Deposits).    

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size on Firm Value. The independent variable is Profitability as measured by Return On Assets, Liquidity measured by the Current Ratio, and the size of the company which is measured by Size, while the dependent variable is the value of the company which is measured by using Price To Book Value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2021. The sample in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method so that a sample of 19 companies was obtained with a total of 65 data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 as a tool in the calculation. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value with a p-value significance of 0.019 (<0.05). Liquidity has no significant negative effect on firm value with a p-value of 0.268 (> 0.05). Firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a p-value of 0.009 (<0.05). Together based on simultaneous tests of Profitability, Liquidity, and Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data, with a research sample of 76 respondents from CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim and uses the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used in this research is SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The Work Environment partially has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Early Breastfeeding Initiation is the process of allowing the baby to breastfeed on its own immediately after birth. This is nature and a gift from God that has been arranged for us. Doing it is also not difficult, it only takes about one to two hours. IMD must be carried out immediately at birth, without delaying weighing or measuring the baby. Babies should also not be cleaned, only dried except for their hands. This process must take place skin to skin between baby and mother. This research uses an analytical type of research with a retrospective research design. The research aims to determine the relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center. Based on the data in table 4.3, it can be seen that 5 respondents (38.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and 8 respondents (61.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding was 21 respondents (95.5%). The statistical test results of the chi square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding, namely Ha received. The importance of giving birth in a health service is to avoid sudden emergencies that can cause complications and to provide care according to procedures. This is in line with research by Norhana, Arifin and Yulidasari (2016) that mothers who give birth in health facilities are 15,167 times more likely to carry out IMD. Of the 20 respondents who successfully carried out IMD, 19 respondents (95%) were accompanied by their husbands and family when giving birth and 17 respondents (84%) of them succeeded in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Husband and family support play an important role in managing IMD and building maternal self-confidence. The relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center in 2022" with a total of 35 respondents and data processing that has been carried out using SPSS, it can be concluded that the chi square test value is p < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted: Based on the research results, the majority of respondents who carried out Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) were 22 respondents (62.9%). Based on the research results, the majority who gave exclusive breastfeeding were 26 respondents (74.3%). Based on the research results, there is a relationship between carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding. The statistical test results obtained a chi square test value (p < 0.05) with a value of 0.000.

Disadari bahwa kebijakan pendayagunaan aparatur negara khususnya memperhatikan tuntutan dan dinamika masyarakat yang berada dalam suasana euphoria reformasi, demokratisasi, desentralisasi, otonomi daerah dan penegakan Hak Azazi Manusia, termasuk antisipasi terhadap kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan upaya terus-menerus, berkelanjutan dan dilaksanakan oleh semua jajaran aparatur pemerintah. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu bagaiamana prinsip pelayanan yang diaktualisasi dan bagaimana konfigurasi konkret aktualisasi prinsip pelayanan. Adapun metode penelitan yaitu kuantitatif, Data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisa dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows.  Untuk menyajikan data yang sistematis berdasarkan quisioner yang diberikan kepada responden dan diperkuat oleh observasi langsung kemudian jumlah responden sebanyak 39 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu mayoritas atau dominan responden menjawab baik dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan tanggapan baik sebanyak 20 orang dari 39 responden atau mencapai 51,28 %. kurang baik dengan jumlah responden yang memberikan tanggapan kurang baik sebanyak 20 orang dari 39 responden atau mencapai 51,18 %.          

This study aims to identify the service attributes that are important to consumers using the servqual integration method and cartesian diagrams. With the help of the SPSS tool, 120 respondents were surveyed. The results show that the quality of service provided by Tirta Moedal Water Company is good, with an average performance score of 3.5 on a scale of 1 to 5. The dimensions that need to be improved are responsiveness and empathy. These attributes include the process of handling complaints, providing information during maintenance, the speed of responding to customer complaints, the ability of employees to listen to customer complaints, and the availability of consultation and complaint services for consumers. This study is expected to help improve service quality and maintain existing attributes.

This research aims to determine the influence of brand trust, word of mouth and sales promotion on purchasing decisions of Pristine mineral water in Semarang City. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the people of Semarang City who have purchased Pristine mineral water with a sample of 136 respondents. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. Collection and research techniques were carried out through questionnaires and processed using SPSS 24. The results of this research show that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were employees of the SPBE operator PT. Buana Energi Raya partners are 45 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the research show that Rewards and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Rewards partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya.

This research aims to determine the simultanes and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Assutarbiyyah Foundation Middle School teachers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 42 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance.

The company’s value is evidence that the entity has tried to run the company’s operation well with maximum profit and is a useful indicator for investors and shareholders, as it describes the success of an entity that can be seen from the price of shares. From that understanding it was decided to testing and proving the significance of profitability (ROE), company size (SIZE), leverage (DER), and liquidity (CR) towards company’s value (PBV). This type of research is the entire property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and sampling using purposive sampling with the final sample of 90 surveys. Double linear regression for data analysis methods using the help of SPSS software. From this study obtained results and proved that profitability (ROE) and leverage (DER) have an influence towards company’s value. Whereas, company’s size (SIZE) and liquidity (CR) proved to have no influence towards company’s value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on financial management behavior in FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi students. The method used is quantitative method, using SPSS 29. The sample in this study were 95 samples of students from class 2020, 2021, and 2022 by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that there was no significant influence between Islamic financial literacy on financial management behavior, with a tcount < ttable value, namely (1.498 < 1.986) or Sig> a (0.05) value, namely 0.137> 0.05. There is a significant influence between lifestyle on financial management behavior, with a tcount> ttable value, namely (2.645> 1.986) or Sig value < a (0.05), namely 0.010 < 0.05. There is a significant influence between self control on financial management behavior, with a tcount> ttable value, namely (5.090> 1.986) or Sig value < a (0.05), namely 0.000 < 0.05. There is a joint influence between the variables of Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle and self control simultaneously on financial management behavior with a value of 0.001 <0.05 and a value of fcount> ftabel (36.916> 3.10.).

This research aims to explain the influence of financial report transparency and accountability on the level of donor trust in the Yarhima Orphanage. This research method is quantitative research. The population of this study was 44 regular donors and 9 orphan guardian donors with a total of 53 donors and the sample in this study was 53 donors using a census sample. The data source in this research is primary data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The statistical tool used to test the hypothesis is regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the analysis show that the variables of transparency and accountability have a significant effect on the level of donor trust.
