In these modern days, it is very difficult to find a person who is far from the internet or from their smartphone devices. The phenomenon that arises is that almost everyone now has more than one social media account. Social media itself, besides functioning as a space for socializing, is also used as a business platform, like online stores, due to the increasing number of users. However, when this opportunity exists, cybercriminals also prowl in search of easy ways to profit from unsuspecting users. One of the methods they rely on is phishing techniques. Phishing is a scenario designed to deceive people into unknowingly handing over their personal data to the trapper. By providing education about threats and ways to prevent this type of attack on social networking platforms, it is hoped that the public can become more critical and suspicious of suspicious signs on accounts or other web pages, as well as take appropriate preventive measures.

Kampung Wisata Batik Okra Surabaya which is located in the central area of Surabaya, has a great opportunity to be developed into one of the leading tourist destination centers as well as a cultural education center. Tourists who visit can participate in the process of making written batik which is the main attraction. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with the theory of community participation by Marschall (2006) to analyze the impact of community participation on the family economy in Kampung Wisata Batik Okra Surabaya. The results obtained through the research found that the Kampung Wisata Batik Okra Surabaya has not been optimal in meeting one of the three main indicators in the success of community participation stated by Marschall, namely the ability of the community to be involved in the process. The researcher's suggestion is to give awards to residents who actively contribute so that participation becomes more sustainable and develop sustainable training programs such as digital marketing, packaging of tourism products, or the management of batik galleries that are more attractive for tourists to visit.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Public Internet Program in Tanjungpinang City in supporting digital inclusion. Based on the 2018-2023 Strategic Plan document from the target of 100 points, only 34 public wifi points were realized. The evaluation was carried out using the theory of William N Dunn (2003), using six indicators, namely, effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of 12 informants. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the program has been running but not optimal. This can be seen in the effectiveness indicator where the placement of access points is less strategic, because it is located in upper-class housing which generally already has its own internet access, then the network quality is less stable with the bandwidth provided of 20 Mbps through a scramble system where the ideal standard according to the IT perspective is 2 Mbps per user outside watching YouTube. In the efficiency indicator, from 2013-2023 the realization did not reach the target set at the beginning, then the lack of maintenance resulted in 8 internet points not working. The adequacy indicator has not been said to be optimal in meeting needs through value, opportunity, and method adjustment as evidenced by the fact that there is no national standard as a reference in program implementation and unclear location data collection. In the equity indicator, there is a mismatch in infrastructure facilities, small areas have not been reached, and there is 1 location point that is locked. The responsiveness indicator is good, but there is still low participation from the community. Finally, the accuracy indicator is directed towards the community, but the implementation is not in accordance with the needs, and has not reached the initial target.

The performance of the Hajj pilgrimage is one of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled by Muslims who possess the ability (istita'ah). Due to the overwhelming number of applicants and the restrictions on the number of pilgrims allowed to depart each year imposed by the Saudi Arabian government, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has limited the departure of prospective Hajj pilgrims through a quota system and the allocation of waiting numbers known as "nomor porsi" (quota numbers). One consequence of this situation is that some prospective Hajj pilgrims who have registered and received their quota numbers may pass away before their departure. To address this issue, the Director General of Hajj and Umrah Implementation has issued Decree Number 130 of 2020, which allows for the transfer of quota numbers to one of the heirs of a deceased prospective Hajj pilgrim who did not have the opportunity to perform the pilgrimage. The findings of the study indicate that the Hajj quota of a deceased prospective pilgrim is part of their rights that fall into the category of inheritance. When such a right falls into this category, it can become an inheritance that must be divided among heirs who meet the requirements.

Lake Toba, designated as a National Tourism Strategic Area, faces ecological disruption due to the invasive Red Devil fish (Amphilophus labiatus), which threatens the sustainability of native aquatic species. This study aims to enhance the knowledge of the Tapian Nauli farmer group in Hariara Pohan Village, Samosir Regency, in utilizing the Red Devil fish as Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) and processed food. Methods employed include agricultural extension activities, practical demonstrations, pre-tests and post-tests, and evaluation through questionnaires. Results showed a significant improvement in farmers' knowledge after the extension, with 70% moving from the "poor" to "good" category. The Red Devil fish was successfully processed into LOF through fermentation using molasses, starbio, and pineapple, and into shredded fish (abon) as a food product. Farmers responded positively to the idea of Red Devil abon as a potential household business opportunity, given the fish's abundance and low cost. Evaluation of the extension activities revealed a high level of suitability with an average score of 96.33%, covering material content, delivery methods, and instructional media. This study demonstrates that locally based extension approaches can effectively empower farmers to convert invasive pests into value-added products, while fostering economic opportunities rooted in local resources.

Youth is the driving force of all civilizations born in the culture of society. The state of maturity affects the mindset and behavior. Sensitivity is very high in sniffing out various problems of the surrounding reality. The effectiveness of this sense is what drives the sensitivity to make changes to overcome various conditions. Based on this phenomenon, researchers use Benedict Anderson's Imagined Communities as a tool for analysis. Anderson said that collective imagination or imagination will bring into a shared awareness. In addition, youth are the driving force, because they have the opportunity to change the conditions of their society. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. This is in line with the analysis that seeks to describe and explain the reality that exists within a scope of society.

This research is motivated by the limited workforce at Risse Convection, where this convection has not been able to increase income significantly due to limited production capacity caused by a lack of qualified workforce. The aim of this research is to provide concrete recommendations for Risse Convection in developing an effective human resource development strategy to deal with workforce limitations and meet demand for sharia clothing products. The following is the essence of the research based on the problem formulation for copra entrepreneurs in Nagari Lansek Kadok: the majority of copra entrepreneurs in Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency, prioritize excellent service to customers and analyze the growth of their business to increase people's income. Because most of the residents of Nagari Lansek Kadok have lower middle class incomes, the community still views the purchase price given by the seller (copra entrepreneur) as reasonable. The business strategies of Nagari Lansek Kadok copra entrepreneurs, the factors that hinder these entrepreneurs, and the development strategies carried out by traders in this area are things that need to be improved if the residents of Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency can make improvements. to see an increase in their income. The reason behind this is that they continuously incorporate new ideas into the development of their company. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the human resource development strategy to overcome the limited workforce in Risse Convection Sungai Pua, Agam Regency is: 1. Lack of workforce at Risse Konveksi resulted in reduced production of sharia clothing on the market, workforce competency occurred due to the lack of special training for employees, resulting in the work being completed more slowly or not on time. To overcome this problem, Risse Convection implements an annual reward system, and employee training is carried out personally. For new employees, Risse Convection uses its convection advantages in innovative sharia clothing designs to be able to recruit employees from the surrounding area or outside the village/nagari as well as the use of social media to promote new design innovations to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility. 2. By using the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy method, namely optimizing existing strengths by taking advantage of existing opportunities. The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy that can be applied in increasing employment at Risse Convection is: utilizing excellence in innovative sharia clothing design to recruit employees from the surrounding area or outside the village/nagari and maintaining an annual reward system for employees who work hard to improve motivation and productivity.

The Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice Sistem (SPPA Law) established Diversion and Restorative Justice as core pillars for handling Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL). The Public Prosecutor (JPU) plays a mandatory role in attempting Diversion, as stated in Article 7(1) of the SPPA Law. However, the implementation of Diversion is hindered by judicial limitations, such as restrictions on crimes with a prison sentence of less than seven years and the lack of specific government regulations (PP). These barriers often deny children the opportunity for Diversion, exposing them to the formal justice process and stigmatization. This study analyzes the challenges within the JPU’s authority regarding Diversion and proposes legal reforms to strengthen their role. Using normative legal research and a conceptual approach, the study examines primary and secondary legal materials and suggests the implementation of a Digital Decision Support Sistem (DSS) to guide prosecutorial discretion. The findings reveal that restrictive penal criteria and the absence of a review mechanism for rejected Diversion cases undermine Restorative Justice efforts. The paper argues that legal reforms are necessary to revise penal limitations, develop a detailed regulatory framework, and implement an integrated information sistem to support rehabilitation programs, ensuring the best interests of children and reducing reoffending.
