The crime of corruption is one part of a special crime in addition to having certain specifications that are different from general crimes. White Collar Crime is a term applied to people who wear ties who have high intelligence and commit criminal acts of corruption. As we all know, corruption is an extraordinary crime. Not only because it costs the state money, but it has an impact on all development programs, the low quality and quality of education, the low quality of facilities, equipment and infrastructure, as well as the problem of poverty that has not been addressed. Corruptors have taken away people's rights, human rights, and are against humanity. The principles of democracy which uphold transparency, accountability and integrity, as well as the security and stability of the Indonesian nation are threatened due to corruption crimes. Many corruptors who have been found guilty by the court and undergoing training in correctional institutions can quickly return to society because they have obtained their rights as correctional inmates, one of which is obtaining the conditional release program. The role of the Medan Class I Correctional Center is needed to realize the effectiveness of mentoring clients for criminal acts of corruption who are undergoing conditional release so that they can be accepted in society. Guidance provided to clients who have committed criminal acts of corruption must be carried out under supervision to determine the effectiveness of each guidance program provided until the guidance is finally terminated.

This study examines the impact of audit lag, audit quality, prior audit opinion, opinion shopping, and audit client tenure on the going concern audit opinion of Consumer & Cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2023. A going concern audit opinion reflects the auditor's concerns about a company's ability to sustain operations in the future. The population consists of 163 companies, with 103 selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 309 data points over three years. This quantitative research relies on secondary data from independent audit reports available on the IDX. Logistic regression analysis, performed using SPSS 23.0, reveals that audit quality significantly and negatively influences the likelihood of a going concern audit opinion and prior audit opinions have a significant positive impact. Conversely, audit lag, opinion shopping, and audit client tenure do not significantly affect going concern audit opinions. These findings provide insights for auditors, regulators, and stakeholders regarding factors that influence auditors’ assessments of a company’s financial stability in the Consumer & Cyclical sector.

Youth face complex psychosocial challenges amid rapid social, economic, and technological changes. One key strategy for addressing these challenges is strengthening resilience, particularly spiritual resilience. Spiritual resilience refers to an individual’s ability to endure and recover from life’s difficulties through the power of faith, life meaning, and spiritual values. This study aims to examine the concept of spiritual resilience in youth through a cognitive-behavioral psychology (CBT) approach using a literature review method. The analysis draws upon various scholarly sources that explore the relationship between CBT mechanisms and the development of spirituality. The findings indicate that integrating CBT with spiritual values, including within a Christian context, can enhance youth’s mental endurance, assist in restructuring negative cognitions, and support mental health and spiritual growth. This approach offers a holistic and contextual intervention framework to help youth more effectively cope with stress, anxiety, and identity crises.

This paper examined the role of social media on mental health amidst the acceleration of digital transformation. The increasing engagement of young people in social media platforms has raised major concerns regarding its impact on psychological well-being. This study investigates that there is a strong correspondence of social media consumption and the emergence of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety and social isolation among adolescents. Data shows a significant increase in screen/mobile time among Indonesian adolescents, with average daily use exceeding global recommendations and correlating with high incidence of mental health disorders. This study utilized a comprehensive review of the existing literature, as well as engaging multiple academic sources to assess the cumulative impact of the digital Effect. Key findings suggest that excessive interaction with digital platforms potentially increases risk of cyberbullying, body image problems, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal tendencies and substance consumption. Another finding, that exposure to sexual content or pornographic sites on the internet, is a predictor of increased sexual activity and premarital sex. This is an important concern, highlighting the adverse impact of prolonged digital effects on adolescents' mental resilience and life satisfaction. This research underscores the urgent need for strategic interventions and policy frameworks to mitigate the negative effects of social media on mental health holistically.

The 2009 Narcotics Law, also known as Law 35, demonstrates a clear intention to deter people from committing drug-related offences. To achieve this, the law applies stricter penalties, including the possibility of the death penalty, with minimum and maximum sentences set based on the severity of the threat posed by drug abuse and illicit trafficking. These measures are crucial in maintaining national security and safeguarding the resilience of our society. This research consists of a legal review of the criminal offence of drug trafficking and the eradication of drug trafficking in Indonesia. This includes an analysis of Supreme Court Decision Number 5832 K/Pid.Sus/2022. The research methodology used is normative legal research, with a descriptive approach. The data for this research is collected from primary and secondary sources through the literature research method. The death penalty is expressly mentioned as an appropriate punishment for serious drug offenders in Law Number 35 Year 2009 on Narcotics. The implementation of this punishment in Indonesia is essential to protect the state, society, and public interest. The act of trafficking narcotics poses a great threat to these three interests so it is justifiable to impose the death penalty on the perpetrators. In line with Supreme Court Decision Number 5832 K/Pid.Sus/2022, the author agrees with the decision of the panel of judges who revoked the defendant's acquittal and imposed the death penalty. This decision is very appropriate for drug dealers who continue to carry out illegal activities even though they have been imprisoned.

Transparency of financial reports today is very wide open with advances in technological development. Openness of financial report information allows the public to assess the quality of financial reports. The quality of good financial reports can be seen from the results of opinions by the public accounting profession who provide services to assess the fairness of financial reports. Fairness of financial reports provides the assumption that the financial reports have been prepared in accordance with the financial accounting standards applicable in Indonesia. Financial Accounting Standards provide guidance on the process of recording, measuring and presenting financial reports. A good financial report must start first with recording the accounting cycle. Understanding an entity's accounting cycle makes the auditor understand the recording and reporting model of a client entity. An accounting cycle that is understood by the auditor will be useful in providing adjustments or audit correction journals if recording errors occur. The community service program carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dian Nuswantoro University with auditors at KAP Sarastanto and Pekan Kota Semarang provides several trainings related to basic accounting knowledge. This activity is expected to provide knowledge and skills in preparing financial reports in accordance with standards
