Problems faced by partners related to the role of cadres in attaching P4K stickers at the Babirik Health Center include the lack of community understanding of the importance of the health information provided. Although cadres have tried to attach stickers in strategic locations, community response is often minimal, so that the information is not effective in raising awareness. In addition, cadres also face challenges of limited time and resources, which prevent them from conducting further socialization. The solutions carried out are educating cadres to conduct pregnant women screening; documenting high-risk pregnant women; educating high-risk pregnant women on knowledge; attaching P4K stickers in the homes of high-risk pregnant women. The conclusion from the results of community service activities related to the role of cadres in attaching P4K stickers at the Babirik Health Center shows that this initiative has succeeded in increasing community awareness of maternal and child health. Through the attachment of stickers in strategic locations and the active involvement of cadres, important information about health services becomes more easily accessible and understood by the community. More intensive interaction between cadres and the community shows an increase in requests for information and participation in health programs.

Cancer is a chronic disease that poses a major challenge to global health, with increasing mortality rates. Although conventional chemotherapy has been the mainstay of treatment, this approach has limitations, including non-selectivity leading to severe side effects. Therefore, the development of longer-term cancer therapies, such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy, is of great importance. Medicinal chemistry plays a role in the discovery of bioactive compounds, including xanthones from Garcinia mangostana, which exhibit anticancer activity. This article reviews the contribution of medicinal chemistry to cancer therapy through the analysis of molecular signaling pathways and ligand-target interactions, as well as the use of computational techniques in drug design. With this approach, it is expected to improve the effectiveness of therapy and the quality of life of cancer patients.

This review analyzes 47 studies (N=12,487 refugees) published between 2010-2024 to compare the effectiveness of adaptive and maladaptive coping strategies in addressing trauma and stress among Middle Eastern refugees. The results of the analysis, utilizing a random effects model, affirm that adaptive coping strategies are positively correlated with psychological well-being (r = 0.62, p < 0.001) and social adjustment (r = 0.58, p < 0.001) of Middle Eastern refugees. Conversely, maladaptive strategies are associated with an increase in symptoms of depression (r = 0.45, p < 0.001) and anxiety (r = 0.52, p < 0.001). Furthermore, the moderator analysis reveals that social support enhances the positive effects of adaptive strategies (β = 0.34, p < 0.01). At the same time, trauma conditions exacerbate the negative impact of maladaptive strategies among refugees (β = 0.41, p < 0.001). Thus, these findings extend prior research by Alzoubi et al. (2019) and Paudyal et al. (2021), which focused solely on a single type of coping strategy, by providing insights into the complex interactions between various strategies and contextual factors affecting the coping mechanisms of Middle Eastern refugees as a novel contribution. Additionally, this research uniquely emphasizes, lacking in previous literature, that a combination of problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies can result in better adaptation outcomes for trauma-affected Middle Eastern refugees compared to the use of a singular strategy (d = 0.76, p < 0.001).

This study used a pure experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design, namely 3 levels of kersen puree (40%, 50%, and 60%) and 2 levels of carrots (25% and 50%). The panelists is school-age children at MI Tarbiyatush Shibyan, totaling 45 students. The hedonic test data were analyzed using two-way anova with Duncan's further test to determine the real difference. Interaction of kersen puree substitution and carrot addition affected the color, but not affect the aroma, taste, and elasticity of jelly candy. Jelly candy with F3G2 formula with 60% kersen puree substitution and 50% carrot addition was most preferred. In 100 grams of F3G2 formula, jelly candy contains 318 kcal energy, 62.10% glucose, 3.05% fiber, 88.60 mg beta-carotene, and 78.60% antioxidant activity. Based on these results, jelly candy with kersen puree substitution and carrot addition is beneficial for school-age children because contains high antioxidants and vitamin A.

Adolescence is an important developmental phase for individuals. During this phase, teenagers require direct interaction with their environment. However, faceto-face interactions have decreased due to the rise of social media. One of the social media platforms that can be used is Instagram. Instagram offers engaging features such as photo and video sharing, allowing teenagers to express themselves. The process through which teenagers express themselves on social media is called selfpresentation. Teenagers’ self-presentation can be positive, authentic, or negative, inauthentic, and is influenced by their self-esteem. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between self-esteem and self-presentation among Instagram users. This research employs a quantitative method with 337 adolescent Instagram users as respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation testing. The findings indicate a positive relationship between self-esteem and selfpresentation among Instagram users, with the relationship between self-esteem and real self-presentation showing the strongest contribution, with a correlation coefficient of 0.573. This suggests that the higher the self-esteem, the more positive the self-presentation by the teenage Instagram users. The implications of this study are that teenagers' self-esteem can enhance their self-presentation in a positive way, aligned with their true selves.
