The problem of medication adherence in individuals with hypertension remains a challenge, even in developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emo demo education on adherence to taking medication in hypertensive patients enrolled in the Prolanis program at Puskesmas Sumbersari Lumajang. This study was conducted at Sumbersari Health Center in March 2023. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-post test design. The purposive sampling technique was chosen to select a sample of 50 respondents. This study used the MMAS-8-4 (Morisky Medication Adherence Scale) questionnaire as a measuring tool for medication adherence. Statistical tests using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. Before the emo-demo, most of the 22 (44%) respondents were at a low level of compliance. After emo-demo education, most of the respondents were in moderate compliance 33 (66%) and high compliance 14 (28%).  The results of bivariate analysis show that Emo demo education has a significant effect on drug compliance in hypertensive patients participating in Prolanis, with a p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than the predetermined level of significance of 0.05. The provision of Emo Demo in health education with a focus on the target group is expected to be facilitated by the puskesmas. Effective medication adherence among hypertensive patients can improve control of blood pressure and prevent complications of the disease.

Cervical cancer is the second largest cancer in women with an estimated 445,000 new cases (84% of new cases in the world) and causes 87% of deaths in women in developing countries. This is due to the behavior of women who do not routinely detect cervical cancer, one of which is the IVA method. The coverage of IVA examinations in West Java province until 2016 was 205,421 people (3%). In Cirebon Regency from 2015-2016, 289 people were recorded who had been examined for early detection of cervical cancer, which means that the coverage of early detection examinations in Cirebon district was still below 1%. This research is a type of analytic observational research. The design used is cross sectional. The sample of this research is 40 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, age characteristics and employment status with early detection of cervical cancer. There is no significant relationship between education and parity with early detection of cervical cancer. The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and characteristics of WUS with early detection behavior. It is hoped that midwives can carry out health promotion efforts to increase knowledge so that women of childbearing age carry out early detection of cervical cancer to prevent cervical cancer.

Mathematics is one of the subjects taught at all levels from basic education to higher education, which has a significant role in preparing students to have the ability to think logically, analytically, systematically, critically and creatively, as well as have the ability to work together. One of the activities in learning mathematics at school is through problem solving. Problem solving aims to see students' understanding of a material. Mathematical problem solving ability is a very important part of learning mathematics. However, in reality, the problem-solving ability of junior high school students' mathematics is still very low. From these problems, then one of the lessons that can improve the ability to solve mathematical problems is Problem Solving learning. One of the factors that influence differences in problem solving ability is learning style. Learning styles have a close relationship and influence on the learning process in order to achieve learning goals. With students knowing their learning style, learning Problem Solving can be done easily. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A MTs Plus Sunan Drajat Kedungsantren Bojonegoro. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Problem Solving learning on mathematics learning outcomes when viewed from students' learning styles. The type of research used is quantitative research with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results showed that testing the data on mathematics learning outcomes with the Paired Sample T-Test stated that the t_count value was -9.726. The t_count value is negative, because the pretest average value is lower than the posttest average value. In this case, the t_count value can be positive so that it becomes 9.726. Meanwhile, the value of t_table with α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk=n-1) with 24 students is 1.714. Then it can be seen that t_count > t_table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference. So it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Solving learning model is quite effectively carried out in the teaching and learning process for class VIII A students of MTs Plus Sunan Drajat Kedungsantren on the material of geometric shapes on the flat sides of cubes and blocks.

The progress of a nation is greatly influenced by the contribution to education. Education is expected to be able to make a truly intelligent society, so it will gives the nuances of intelligent life and will progressively shape independence. Such a nation community is a big investment to struggle out of the crisis in the face of a globalized world. In facing today's global world, the task of educators as professional teachers is not only to carry out learning in the classroom, but besides educating, nurturing and guiding the most important thing is to shape the personality of students who have the ability to prepare and develop themselves as critical and creative human resources. . most important is to educate and As educators, teachers convey knowledge and skills to students using certain methods so that knowledge or skills can belong to these students, therefore professional educators are educators who are always trying to improve their performance, by increasing their competence as educators. The embodiment of the competence of these educators is the responsibility of education, especially to prepare students to become intelligent and creative subjects in order to achieve maximum learning achievement. One indicator of the achievement of learning objectives can be identified by looking at the level of learning achievement obtained by students. Purwanto stated that learning achievement is a change in student behavior as a result of learning. The change in behavior was caused because he achieved the use of a number of materials provided in the teaching and learning process. This achievement is based on predetermined teaching objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational capital on the firm life cycle. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2017 period, with a total of 580 observations of data from 116 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses the independent variable organization capital which is proxied by OC/TA and the dependent variable company life cycle which is proxied by the dummy life cycle classification based on cash flow, retained earnings to total assets, and retained earnings to total equity. In addition, the control variables used are company size, market-to-book ratio, leverage, return on equity, company sales growth, capital expenditure, and asset turnover ratio. The analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that organizational capital has a significant effect on the firm life cycle, where companies with high organizational capital are in the introduction and decline stages, while companies with low organizational capital are in the growth and maturity stages. Development requires quality human resources (HR). This human resource can act as a factor of labor production that can master technology so as to increase economic productivity. To achieve quality human resources requires the formation of human capital (human capital). The formation of this human capital is a way to obtain a number of people who have strong characters who can be used as important capital in development. This character can be in the form of level of expertise and level of community education. The concept of human capital investment that supports economic growth has existed since the days of Adam Smith (1776), Heinrich Von Thunen (1875) and other classical theorists before the 19th century who emphasized the importance of investment. human skills. Schultz (1961) and Deninson (1962) then showed that the development of the education sector with human resources as its core focus has contributed directly to a country's economic growth, through increasing the skills and productive capabilities of the workforce.  These findings and perspectives have stimulated the interest of a number of experts to research the economic value of education (Nurulpaik, 2005). Human capital is a stock of productive abilities and knowledge found in society. Alfred Marshal once said "the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings" (Becker, 1975). In this case human capital is a long-term investment in the development of human resources to increase productivity. The importance of human capital is that the knowledge that exists in human resources is the driving base in increasing productivity. Human capital can be distinguished from human resources management, but can also synergize. Human capital views humans more as intangible assets and human resources management views humans as costs or costs that are detrimental to the company. The concept of human capital emerged, due to a shift in the role of human resources. Human capital arises from the idea that humans are assets that have many advantages, namely human capabilities when used and disseminated will not decrease but increase both for the individual concerned and for the organization, humans are able to transform data into meaningful information. The concept of innovation has been continuously developed by a number of experts and institutions in the last 50 years. This is based on Resource Based Theory (Barney, 1991). In the perspective of Resource Based View (RBV), internal resources and the internal environment are the main keys for determining strategies to achieve high performance (Hitt et al., 2011). Resource Based Theory (RBT) focuses on the concept of attributes of excellence that are difficult to imitate as a source of superior performance and competitive advantage (Barney, 1991). Resources based theory is the company's resources as the main driver behind the company's performance and competitiveness. Based on this resources based theory, an organization can be assessed as a collection of physical resources, human resources, and organizational resources (Barney, 1991). Barney (1991) categorizes three types of resources: Physical capital resources (technology, plant and equipment) Human capital capital (training, experience, and insight), and Organizational resource capital (formal structure)

Along with the development of increasingly advanced technology, the sense of nationalism of the millennial generation is decreasing because it is influenced by western culture. To overcome this, it is necessary to have a solution. To overcome this, Indonesian citizens, especially the millennial generation, need to be given more understanding of the archipelago's insight by means of Citizenship Education at every level of education, even up to universities in which they learn about the archipelago. The role of insight into the archipelago is as a guide, motivation, encouragement, and signs in finding all policies, decisions, actions, and actions for state administrators at the central and regional levels as well as for all Indonesian people in the life of society, nation and state. In addition, it can shape the nation's mental attitude which includes creativity, taste and initiative in an integrated manner. The insight of the archipelago as a unifying tool for the nation is proven in its function of fostering a sense of nationalism based on socio-cultural diversity and the geographical location of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. With an increased understanding of the archipelago's insight, millennials are more tolerant and appreciate the services of the heroes.
