This study analyzes the system of signs and meanings of Colombian culture in the animated film "Encanto" from Disney Animation. The film takes inspiration from Latin American culture, specifically Colombia, focusing on the Madrigal family who have magical powers and live in a hidden village. A qualitative approach with descriptive-interpretative methods is used with content analysis, based on Charles Sander Pierce's semiotic concept which includes icons, indexes, and symbols. Data obtained through observation and literature study. The results of the study show that elements of Colombian culture, such as language, clothing, food, and traditions, are reflected in film characters and scenes. Examples of representation include the Arepa dining area, Cali salsa dancing, Colombian music, and Colombian-style mountain scenery. Thus, Encanto succeeded in communicating Colombian cultural messages through visual cues in the animated film.

Airlines must always improve passenger services on the ground. One of its services is the determination of time or On Time Performance which is a benchmark for the trust of service users who are the choice to travel. There are obstacles that become obstacles in achieving On Time Performance, namely worsening uaca, inadequate airport facilities, traffic and others. This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. All jobs such as, helping cabin crew pick up garbage from the plane, communicating with pilots, and communicating with engineers to ensure the condition of the engine to raise passengers into the plane.

This Bottled Drinking Water Factory (AMDK) is drinking water that is packaged and processed through electronic machines and is safe to drink. It is processed according to quality standards and in accordance with applicable techniques and meets the specified requirements so that bottled drinking water is safe for consumption by the public. This study aims to determine the service quality strategy carried out by the Abillaits AMDK factory in the Ambunten subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. Which was carried out using a qualitative approach method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. With 1 key informant and 6 supporting informants. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.  The results of research conducted at the Abillaits AMDK factory show 2  strategies implemented by the Abillaits AMDK factory in Ambunten in an effort to meet customer satisfaction, namely the basic and main strategy. Basic service strategies such as thanking customers, communicating with customers. Listening to customer complints and neat appearance. The main strategy is the services provided in accordance with SOP, fast and responsive, competitive advantage, building good relationships with customers, and timeliness.

SDK Mardiwiyata II Malang like nowadays education institutions has shared the same difficulties using Google Classroom as a learning platform during the pandemic. Some problem identified as follows: parents have confusion on 1) joining the class either using a code or an invitation from the teachers 2) reply the thread announcement 3) accessing the materials 4) submitting the assignments and quizzes 5) communicating using a Google Meet. The results of these training activities indicated that most of the parents can understand the basic features of Google Classroom. These results were obtained from the Google Form of the post-training questionnaire that been responded from 151 respondents.

Corona virus disease 2019 or Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) is a respiratory tract infection caused by a type of corona virus. Another name for this disease is Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-COV2). In just a few months, the spread of this disease has spread to various countries, both in Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East and Africa. The increase in the number of Covid-19 cases is increasing because it spreads so quickly, Covid-19 spreads and can infect a person regardless of age, therefore a communication strategy is needed to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 by the central government, regional governments and the government village. The importance of this communication strategy in tackling the corona virus is to minimize and prevent the spread of the virus in affected areas.Panjeng Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency, is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In communicating with the Panjeng village community, the Covid-19 Task Force has an effective communication strategy in carrying out the process of handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy of the Covid-19 task force in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Panjeng Village. In this study, researchers used communication strategy theory according to Mintzberg and Waters, regarding the stages of communication strategy, namely communication strategy planning, communication strategy implementation, and communication strategy evaluation. The research method used in writing this thesis is using a descriptive qualitative research method and the type of research in the field, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the researcher analyzed the data using the reduction method, data presentation, and verification (conclusion) to obtain the expected data.

Manners or manners are one of the most important and influential things in social life. For example, when a student talks to someone with a cell phone or gadget. So to avoid unwanted activities when a student contacts the lecturer via gadget, a standard is made regarding the rules for communicating through gadgets properly and politely. This research generally discusses the problem of students' lack of understanding about the rules of communicating with lecturers using gadgets. Based on these problems, a design was made that aims to provide information and understanding to students about the rules for communicating between students and lecturers using gadgets. In this design, the media that will be used as a media campaign is a poster. This study uses observations on how students communicate with lecturers using gadgets as well as literature studies on the theory of visual design communication media campaigns in the form of posters. With the results of research based on the aspects and theories used, it is hoped that it can enrich the repertoire of visual communication science in the design of social campaigns as a reference for subsequent studies. Education plays an important role in efforts to improve human quality, both social, spiritual and intellectual. Apart from that, education is not only burdened with the task of making the nation's life more intelligent, but it is also burdened with the task of fostering the nation's morals, namely upholding human values, all of which will be realized if it is based on religious beliefs. Meanwhile, religious belief will only be obtained with a deep understanding of the basics of religion itself. Judging from its function, language is a means of communication and liaison in everyday human interactions, both between individuals and individuals, individuals and society and society and certain nations. Likewise in Arabic, which has a special function compared to other languages. Not only does Arabic have high quality literature for those who know and understand it, but Arabic is also destined to be the language of the Koran, namely communicating the words of Allah (Yusuf, 1997: 187). Arabic language teaching has been implemented in formal and non-formal institutions, where the teaching is almost the same as the language as a whole. In fact, Arabic has become a special identity and characteristic of Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, which differentiates them from other institutions. This is an important reason to research. Likewise with the existence of the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic Boarding School whose vision and mission refer to the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school. The Vision and Mission, among other things, seeks to develop students to become Muslims so that they become Muslims who are ready for life. For operationalization to achieve the output expected by the vision and mission, there needs to be a program realization at the girls' Islamic boarding school that must support it. One of the programs of the women's Islamic boarding school is the development of improving muhadatsah skills. From this program it is hoped that students will be able to speak Arabic actively. Because basically female students are able to perform muhadatsah optimally. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the problems of improving muhadatsah skills at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic boarding school both in terms of implementation and evaluation. The research method used in this research is approach, determining research subjects, data collection methods (observation, interviews and data analysis.

Basically, a good organization needs good management to achieve its goals. To get the best management requires people who are able to work together in teams. Therefore, the organization and management must work well together, the use of existing resources and time can be carried out more precisely and regularly in accordance with the provisions given to achieve more effective and efficient results. The purpose of this research is to find out the organizational management in the Education Village of the Faculty of Social Sciences UNJ. The research methods used are interviews and observations. This study concludes that the efforts made to manage the organization are managing, controlling, communicating and utilizing all the resources contained in an organization. The organizational management carried out by the Education Village board is by forming several divisions that function to organize and structure the organization, identify the main tasks of each division, establish rules and responsibilities, and build an organizational culture.

In this study, the data that will be used as research objects are Regular Indonesian Language Education Students E 2020. This study aims to find out Indonesian language errors in WhatsApp group conversations for regular students E 2020. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique comes from screenshots of text from the WhatsApp group application for Indonesian Language and Literature Education Regular E 2020. The research method contains an explanation of the methods used by researchers in conducting research. In this section the researcher explains the scientific procedures carried out by the researcher to produce a conclusion. The method contains research approaches and methods, data sources/populations and samples, methods for selecting samples/determining data sources, instruments, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. This section contains a description of the procedure and research steps according to the topic being studied. The results of this study are that there are many mistakes made by students in communicating in groups such as using incorrect spelling, using non-standard words and using forgotten punctuation marks.

Language is a tool used by humans in communicating. The theory of language develops and becomes the talk of experts. Pragmatics, as a linguistic discipline, has clear differences from other linguistic disciplines, both in terms of terminology and research focus. Pragmatics focuses on the goals that speakers want to achieve through their communication. Pragmatics has another derivative, one of which exists. The research entitled “Analysis of Diexis in Writing Opinion Columns on the Mojok.co Site aims to analyze the use of diexist in the form of persona diexist, place or space diexist, time diexist and discourse diexist. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was reading and taking notes. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is the use of persona diexis, place or space diexis, time diexis and discourse diexis in writing uploaded in the Opinion Column of Mojok.co

Community Service (PKM) was held in Meramun Hamlet, Janjang Village, Tayan Hulu District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. The methods used by the service team are field observation and library research. The implementation of this PKM aims to offer ideas on the problems found by the PKM service team at the place where the activity was carried out, namely: Some early childhood children in the Meramun hamlet have begun to experience moral degradation, such as not respecting their parents, swearing at them, and not having good manners when communicating. So as a contribution of thought from the PKM service team, namely, providing educative-pedagogical education to early childhood in the Meramun hamlet about eight important points of moral intelligence that they must know and apply, namely: Empathy, conscience, self-control, love, respect , tolerance, fairness, and courtesy. The final conclusion of the PKM service team is that moral intelligence is one of the main indicators that is able to form generations of noble character and fear of God.

The more rapid development of information technology, this has an impact and can cause changes in people's thinking patterns in communicating. In the past, the way people used to communicate remotely was still manual, namely by using letters. The lack of efficiency in sending letters encourages people's mindsets to create innovations that facilitate long-distance communication, namely via SMS, email, WhatsApp and the internet. One of the impacts of the development of message delivery technology is the tapping of data which makes the user feel insecure. One way to secure data breaches is by securing the sender's and recipient's email passwords using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) cryptography. We conclude that the AES algorithm can be applied to encrypt passwords, so that passwords cannot be easily read by other users. In addition, the password will not be easily cracked.

This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.  

With its diverse tourism potentials, Rinding Allo village has passed the top 75 of Indonesian Tourism Village Award in 2023 and is developing into an international tourist destination. The English language competences of people in an international tourist destination are very important to provide good service to foreign tourists. This training aims to provide the knowledge and skills of English for tourism for the people of Rinding Allo village. The method used in this community service program is Asset Based Community-driven Development which consists of six stages. The method was applied by integrating the needs analysis stages and the English for specific purposes learning approach. At the asset mobilization stage, English for tourism training was carried out for five meetings. Each meeting discussed one unit of the English for tourism module which had been specially compiled in the previous stages. English for tourism training for the people of Rinding Allo village run well and provided useful material for the participants. During the training, the participants seemed enthusiastic in learning and practicing tourism English conversation. The participants’ mastery of English vocabulary and expressions in the tourism context as well as their confidence in using the language in communicating increased through this training.

The development of the world’s beauty business in Indonesia continues to grow, supported by beauty culture originating from abroad and within the country. Beauty salons in Semarang offer quality service and care experiences, making it easier for consumers who need quality and fast service. The community service activity program concluded that business plan assistance training was conducted by providing an understanding of the importance of a business plan for beauty salons in Semarang. The business plan created is written evidence; the entrepreneur is able to create a business plan and apply the business opportunities that arise, and is ready to implement the business ideas that have been planned at the beginning, by determining the policy direction that he wants to achieve. A business plan is created with the aim of making it easier for the business to run according to targets and make it easier to achieve as a means of communicating with consumers and increasing capital.

The language of song lyrics is often used as a means of expression in music. Lyric language has special characteristics that distinguish it from everyday language, because lyrical language can combine artistic elements such as rhyme, rhythm, and repetition to create sounds and that touch the listener's feelings.The use of lyrical language in songs is very important to convey an emotional or narrative message in a way that is easy for listeners to remember and absorb. Lyrical language can be used to create nuance, describe situations or feelings, and to describe the character or personality of someone or something.Songs can also carry different tones meanings for listeners, depending on how they interpret the lyrical language used. This makes the use of lyrical language a very effective tool for communicating important messages that may be difficult to explain in ordinary words. In the context of popular music, lyrical language can also help in creating an artist's or band's identity, and can be a determining factor in the success of a song or album. For example, strong and memorable song lyrics can help the song become a hit and make the artist or band famous. However, the use of lyrical language in songs can also be controversial. Some lyrics may be considered to contain inappropriate or unethical messages, and may cause controversy or protest from the public.

This study focuses on the Analysis of Code Mixing in the Video of Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura (Sociolinguistic Studies). The purpose of this study is to describe the code mixing contained in the video. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, that is, this method simply concludes narrative words. The data collection technique is; observing videos, obtaining data by recording speech included in code mixing, identifying data, then drawing conclusions. The results of the study describe that in the video that has a duration of 31.46, the researcher only recorded 23 code mixing. Because it is clear from some of the code mixing that has been described. In the podcast video, speakers use two languages when speaking. Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura are bilinguals, because they can use two languages in a conversation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that code mixing occurs in every speaker in communicating. The use of code mixing is due to the variety of languages and the bilingualism of speakers who master two languages. In the video it is clear that speakers use two languages, namely Indonesian and English when communicating.

Background : The period of breastfeeding in children aged 0-6 months is one part of the first 1,000 days of life (golden period). Exclusive breastfeeding aims to guarantee the right to exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months by taking into account the growth and development of the baby. Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach.This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production.It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.

Cultural changes will continue to develop in every era, with the emergence of new technologies, one of which is social media. Social media aims to provide convenience in terms of communicating so that it has an impact on its users, both positive and negative. One of the most widely used applications from other social media is the Tik Tok application where each user can make various videos and interact via private chat. The app, launched in September 2016, shows how important its influence on culture is. Where tick tock has become the most widely used social media, one of which is among students. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that cause changes in the culture of communication and how changes in the culture of communication in the use of social media tick tok by IAIN Bukittinggi students who live in Al Maizy's boarding house, Gurun Aua Nagari Kubang Putiah.

The rapidly growing influences of globalization unknowingly already mushed in the commynity. This is evidenced by the use of language Indonesian that is shifted with the use of traditional foreign languages. Technology development through modern communication tools become one of the important things in communicating in the globalization. The use of communication tools is usually utilized in daily life, both parents and children. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is a community aged 7-12 years. The used is a poll given to respondents. Test of normality and homogenity test is used as test hypotheses.The research shows that there is an influence of globalization on the use of language Indonesian. It is seen from the tcount> ttable is 6,675 > 2,10092.
