Indonesia has great potential in horticulture, including floriculture, because it is one of the world's centers of biodiversity. The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategies used by the Ibal Flower Flower Shop in Medan, North Sumatra, to sell their decorative flower products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. As a result of this research, Ibal Flower Flower Shop has succeeded in building a business that focuses on high quality products and services. However, to face increasing competition, these businesses must step up their digital marketing campaigns through e-commerce and social media platforms, hold promotional events, and collaborate with plant-loving communities. Supplier diversification, improving packaging quality, optimizing pricing, and effective inventory management are some of the suggestions for product development. Ibal Flower Flower Shop is expected to increase sales and maintain its sustainability in a dynamic market by using creative and effective marketing strategies.  

Komunikasi efektif merupakan proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh komunikator dan komunikan sehingga terjalin hubungan baik agar informasi yang disampaikan dapat dimengerti. Komunikasi efektif yang dimaksud didalam jurnal ini adalah komunikasi yang terjadi antara pendidik dengan anak didik di Tk An Nizam yang beralamat di Jl. Tuba II No.62, Tegal Sari Mandala III, Kec. Medan Denai, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan kemampuan komunikasi anak-anak usia dini di TK An Nizam . Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk  meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi anak-anak usia dini di TK An Nizam. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif, kemudian teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan komunikasi efektif yang dilakukan para pendidik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi pada anak usia dini . Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pembiasaan, metode bercerita dan metode nasehat.

Poverty is an issue that is often discussed by society. This research aims to analyze the influence of the level of open poverty, human development index, and level of education on poverty in North Sumatra Province. Using the panel data regression method, the research results show that the human development index and education level have a significant influence on poverty, while the level of open poverty does not have a significant influence. These findings provide important insights for policy makers in designing more effective and sustainable poverty alleviation programs in North Sumatra.

The determination of changes in the land surface is an event caused by changes in the volume of the rock layer below. and geological processes such as tectonic and volcanic activity, removal of material from the subsurface such as mining and natural causes such as the occurrence of holes in limestone. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of land surface changes that occur in the Nias Island area caused by earthquakes. The data used in the processing stage with the DinSAR method in 2022 recording, with specifications of dual polarization VV + VH, beam mode IW (interferometric wide) and flight direction ascending. Sentinel 1 data used in this study are 4 pairs of scans, where each pair of scans consists of one scans being the master and another scans being the slave. The master image is the SAR image before the earthquake, while the slave image is after the earthquake. The magnitude of land surface changes that occurred on Nias Island, based on the 2022 earthquake, the largest uplift was the earthquake on December 30, 2022, with a range of values (1.012042) mm with an area of 72,641,981 Hectares. The largest subsidence occurred in the earthquake on December 30, 2022, with a range of values ranging from (-1.373125) mm to (-1.235427) mm with an area of 61347,891 Hectares.

Poverty is a serious problem in Indonesia, including in North Sumatra. Various factors include the human development index (HDI) and unemployment rate. This research aims to analyze the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI) and unemployment on the poverty rate in North Sumatra using the method multiple linear regression to analyze secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra. The variables used in this research are the HDI and unemployment, while the dependent variable is the poverty level. The results of the research show that the HDI and the unemployment rate have a significant influence on the poverty level. These findings show that to reduce poverty in North Sumatra, efforts are needed to increase the HDI through improving the quality of education, health and living standards of the community by increasing the HDI which provides efforts to prevent poverty from occurring.

Violence, especially domestic violence, is a violation of human rights and a crime against human dignity and is a form of discrimination. Violence in any form and committed for any reason is a form of crime that cannot be justified. Recently, cases of domestic violence have often occurred and spread in various media. Of course this affects the mindset of women in their readiness to get married and build a household. The purpose of this study will look at the effect of the issue of domestic violence on women's readiness to get married. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This study aims to determine the effect of teaching style on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Sorkam North Sumatra. The type of research used is quantitative approach research which is correlation. In collecting data, the researcher used documents for student learning outcomes and a closed questionnaire for the teacher's teaching style with a statement of 20 statement items. The population in this study was the entire class XI SMAN 1 Sorkam North Sumatra which amounted to 121 people while the sample used in this study was 75 respondents. then the conclusion that can be put forward in this study there is an influence of the teacher's teaching style on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects SMAN 1 Sorkam North Sumatra.

The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between inflation and crime rates in North Sumatra and assess the impact of inflation on crime. The search utilizes secondary data collected from 2016 to 2020, obtained from BPS. The primary analytical method used is linear regression. The study results indicate that there is no statistically significant association between the inflation rate and the crime rate in North Sumatra. Despite the modest correlation coefficient between the two variables, the ANOVA analysis indicates that the entire regression model lacks statistical significance. The regression coefficient for the inflation variable is likewise non-significant, suggesting that inflation does not have a substantial influence on the crime rate in the region.

The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.  

The purposes of this study are to find out the types of language style and explain the meaning of them which are used in promoting tourism objects of North Sumatera by the instagram account of @travellingsumut. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. The data of this research was the captions which are posted by the instagram account of @travellingsumut in promoting tourism objects of North Sumatera. Based on the analysis data, there was found two kinds of language styles in promoting tourism objects of North Sumatera. The two types of language style are comparative language style/figure of speech with 23 sentences and affirmative language style/figure of speech with 2 sentences. In comparative language/figure of speech styles, four types of figures of speech were found, namely personification, metaphor, hyperbole and simile. In the language style/figure of speech of affirmation, one type of language style is found, namely repetition. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the language styles that used by the instagram account of @travellingsumut in promoting tourism objects of North Sumatera have function to persuade people to visit North Sumatera and enjoy the natural beauty and tourism objects in there.

Neonatal maternal emergencies are a contributing cause of maternal mortality, including hypertension disorders, namely preeclampsia/eclampsia (33.07%), obstetric hemorrhage (27.03%), other obstetric complications 12.04%, infections in pregnancy (6.06%) (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019). Maternal mortality and morbidity can actually be reduced or prevented with various improvements in the field of obstetric health services. In Indonesia, obstetric emergency problems occur due to four delays, namely being late in recognizing danger signs and risks, being late in making a decision to seek help, being late in getting transportation to reach a more capable health service facility, and being late in getting help at a referral facility. Bangun Rejo Village is one of the villages in the Tanjung Morawa Community Health Center which has the highest risk of pregnant women compared to other villages. Involvement in decision making regarding referrals is still predominantly obtained from the family, so that family knowledge regarding emergency problems and pregnancy complications experienced by the mother greatly influences the accuracy of decision making to refer/contact a midwife/health worker so that treatment can be obtained more quickly. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of health workers, namely village midwives and cadres, in providing excellent maternal and neonatal emergency services in Bangun Rejo Village. This activity was attended by 9 midwives and 11 cadres from 11 hamlets in Bnagun Rejo Village. The results of this activity were that there was an increase in partners' knowledge before and after the intervention in the "good" category, which increased by 53% and in the "poor" category, which decreased by 53%. The initial pretest score was 45% which increased in the post test to 98%.  It is necessary to increase the knowledge and abilities of village midwives and cadres in Bnagun Rejo Village regarding maternal and neonatal emergency services.

The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase the implementation of effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. The methods used include 1) identifying toddlers about Speech Delay); 2) preparation of materials and steps for implementing effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers); 3) implementation of education on the Implementation of Effective Communication and Family towards Prevention of Speech Delay in Toddlers). Results Based on the results of implementing community service for toddlers in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, there are a total of 19 toddlers, where the majority are 1-3 years old, 10 toddlers (53%), 3-5 years old, 9 toddlers (43%). %), all parents are enthusiastic about implementing effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers

Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study using a retrospective case control study design that aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of oxytocin injection in the treatment of post partum bleeding at Latersia Hospital Binjai District Binjai, Binjai City North Sumatra Province  In 2024. part of the entire object under study and is considered to represent the entire population. In other words, the elements of the population are selected based on their ability to represent them (Setiadi 2016). This sampling uses a total sampling of 30 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique used the Mann Whitney Test. Results: Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test, it was obtained that p-value was 0.000 because p-value <0.05, it can be concluded that oxytocin injection is more effective in handling Post Partum Bleeding compared to no injection. This article aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the security of the Indonesian National Police Intelligence in the execution of disputed objects. Study in the Legal Area of the Batahan Police, Mandailing Natal Police (Madina), North Sumatra Police and to determine and analyze the factors that influence the security of police intelligence at the Batahan Police, Polda. North Sumatra regarding the execution of disputed objects. This type of research uses a Sociological Juridical Approach, namely a sociological juridical approach which is based on applicable statutory provisions linked to legal theory and looks at the reality that occurs in society by studying the law and reality in the field. The effectiveness of security at the Mandailing Natal (Madina) Police Department of North Sumatra Police regarding the execution process for disputed objects in North Sumatra Province based on Perkap BIN No. 2 of 2013. The implementation of security carried out by police personnel regarding the land dispute execution process based on obtaining data from all indicators based on security aspects of the North Sumatra Regional Police's Ditintelkam and Banlahan Police showed less effective results. On the other hand, the police have a role as law enforcers, so they must try to mediate in every conflict that occurs in society, especially in efforts to handle land execution cases. In an effort to increase the effectiveness of the police in securing land executions, they must adhere firmly to the law so as not to violate the role and function of the police, namely as protectors of the community, sometimes they are negligent and violate provisions.

Poverty is a fundamental problem that is the center of attention of the government in any country. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of education, unemployment, the Covid-19 pandemic and the human development index on poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this research is secondary data based on time series available on the official website of the Central Statistics Agency in North Sumatra. This research data processing uses the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The research analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling which shows that the variables education, unemployment, the Covid 19 pandemic and the human development index are exogenous variables and poverty is an endogenous variable. The research results obtained an R-Square value of 0.511 or 51.1%. The large value of the coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables consisting of education, unemployment, the Covid-19 pandemic and the human development index are able to explain the dependent variable, namely the poverty percentage of 51.1%. Meanwhile, the remaining 48.9% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. The human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty of 0.678. For the Covid 19 Pandemic variable, it has a negative and significant effect on poverty of 0.267.

Income plays a very important role in determining individual consumption patterns, reflecting consumers' purchasing power towards goods and services. This study investigated the impact of average income on consumption levels in North Sumatra, focusing on the relationship between income and shopping behavior in the region. The purpose of this study was to study how variations in average income affected consumer spending habits and general economic activity in North Sumatra from 2020 to 2022. This study used secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) North Sumatra, which included per capita consumption levels and average income. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between average income and consumption levels in North Sumatra in 2020–2022; In other words, the higher the average income, the greater the per capita consumption. The research highlights the importance of stability and income growth in stimulating consumer spending, thereby boosting economic growth.

This article investigates how Islamic tales might be used to teach moral lessons to young children. The research hinges on the idea that Islamic storytellers can effectively teach religious morals to primary school students by using relatable, real-world examples. class absences, class lists, class decisions, and classes that will be awarded are just some of the activities carried out by MI educators in the Panyabungan Model. Researchers play integral roles throughout the entire process, from ideation to implementation to data collecting and analysis and finally report writing, in this method of conducting qualitative research. Methods of information gathering that include keeping detailed notes and conducting interviews. Secondary statistics come from the documentation of Grade III A in the MI Model of Cooperative Education, while primary data come from teachers and students in that grade. According to the results of this research, there is a multi-step process involved in integrating the Islamic storytelling technique into the third-year curriculum of Akidah Akhlak at the MI Model Panyabungan. First and foremost, a person's upbringing, environment, and access to educational materials can all strengthen or weaken Islamic worldviews. This research aims to develop an efficient and reliable information system for the financial report sorting process at the Office of the Provincial Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra, using a comprehensive project management approach. The research methodology involves user needs analysis, designing a responsive web-based system, development using the latest technology, and thorough testing to ensure system security and performance. The expected outcome is improved efficiency and accuracy in financial report sorting, with the potential for synergistic integration with existing systems for better public financial management in the region.

The Regional Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province still uses a manual file management system for financial reports, namely by using physical folders. This system is considered to be ineffective and inefficient, and has a high risk of file damage or loss. This can lead to delays in the preparation of financial reports. This study aims to design a computerized file management information system for financial reports. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of financial file management in BKAD. This system is designed using a structured database to store financial file information. Stakeholders can easily find the information they need through this system.
