Pregnant women are prone to anemia, because during pregnancy, especially at the end of pregnancy, the process of hemodilution occurs. This process is due to the increase in blood plasma volume in the body which is not proportional to the increase in red blood cell volume, resulting in a decrease in hemoglobin levels in the blood (Ali, 2020). A decrease in hemoglobin levels during pregnancy will cause a decrease in oxygen transport to the body and result in anemia (Percy, et al., 2017). Anemia during pregnancy has long-term and short-term impacts. In the short term, a fetus with an anemic mother in the first trimester is at risk of small for gestational age (SGA) and fetal distress. In Trimester II, the fetus is at risk for macrosomia (Sun et al., 2021), and in Trimester III in the long term it will have an impact on neurocognitive in childhood. Long-term effects include autism, schizophrenia, brain structural abnormalities, impaired thinking memory, and delays in responding to things (Georgieff, 2020; Malinowski et al., 2021). The impact of anemia on mothers during pregnancy in the short term includes infectious shock during inpartum and postpartum (Getahun, et al., 2017), cardiac decompensation (Stephen et al., 2018), and postpartum hemorrhage (Getahun, et al., 2017). In the long term, postpartum hemorrhage leads to death. Meanwhile, postpartum hemorrhage is the first cause of high maternal mortality rates (MMR) in Indonesia in 2020.

In Indonesia, there were 35,985 postpartum mothers who experienced ASI dams or (15.60%) postpartum mothers, and in 2015 postpartum mothers who experienced ASI dams were 77,231 or (37.12%). The increasing incidence of ASI dams is one of the health problems in Indonesia. Where this greatly affects the postpartum period, namely the failure to provide breast milk to infants and one of the failures to achieve coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the determinants that influence the occurrence of breast milk dams in postpartum mothers in Bulukumba Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 30 postpartum mothers using total sampling. The results showed that the nipple length was the most influential factor among the five factors causing breast milk dams in the working area of the Ujung Loe Health Center, Bulukumba Regency. This is based on a simple linear regression test obtained a p value of 0.04. Conclusion: From the results of the research conducted, it is known that all respondents who experienced breast milk retention were 19 mothers and 11 mothers who did not experience breast milk retention. After statistical tests were carried out using a simple linear regression test, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the causal factors, namely the nipples being too long and the occurrence of breast milk dams with a p value of 0.001.

Measurement of haemoglobin (Hb) is a standard examination in pregnant women at the first prenatal visit that is used to evaluate physical status and anemia. One of the health conditions that often occurs and is important to note in reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality is anemia in pregnancy, which can increase the risk of infection, preeclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, low birth weight babies, preterm birth, to death for both mother and child. fetus. This cross-sectional study aims to determine the difference in mean haemoglobin levels with the incidence of mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia and eclampsia which were selected according to the criteria by total sampling using medical record data in the period January 2020 - December 2020. The variables in this study consisted of the basic characteristics of the respondents (age mother and parity status), gestational age (weeks), and medical condition of the mother divided into three groups (mild, severe preeclampsia, and eclampsia). Statistical analysis using the Kruskall Wallis test. This study included 190 respondents with an average maternal age of 32 years and an average haemoglobin level of 10.86 with medical conditions dominated by severe preeclampsia (85.3%). The results of the study found that there was no significant difference in mean hemoglobin levels between the three groups of pregnant women (p-value: 0.235). To improve the quality of life of the mother and fetus, it is recommended that primary health services should be strengthened, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of anemia in pregnancy should be prioritized.

Anemia is one of the conditions in which the body lacks enough red blood cells or hemoglobin to meet its physiological needs depending on the person's age, gender, age, pregnancy stage and breastfeeding stage because at the breastfeeding stage, the mother is susceptible to experiencing anemia due to iron depletion during breastfeeding and the occurrence of postpartum blood loss. Beetroot (Beta Vulgaris) is a fruit that contains quite high iron and has many nutrients. Beetroot can be used as an alternative to anemia treatment and can also be used as a prevention of anemia. The purpose of this community service activity is to give beets to breastfeeding mothers, namely to increase the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about the benefits of beets in preventing and treating anemia. The method used in this activity is counseling by means of socialization first then followed by observation using questionnaires and blood sampling for hemoglobin examination. This activity took place at the Posyandu Sukasari Kaler Village, Majalengka Regency on April 14 – 21, 2023. Based on the results of community service activities, we can know that consuming beets for 7 days can prevent anemia and increase hemoglobin levels in breastfeeding mothers.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.

Background : The period of breastfeeding in children aged 0-6 months is one part of the first 1,000 days of life (golden period). Exclusive breastfeeding aims to guarantee the right to exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months by taking into account the growth and development of the baby. Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach. This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production. It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.

The postpartum period is a crisis for mothers due to various changes that occur physically, psychologically, and in family structures that require an adaptation or adjustment process. From the records of the Jepara District Health Office in 2021, data obtained from 127 of 392 maternity mothers (32.4%) experienced postpartum blues symptoms between the ages of 17 and 19. This study aimed to determine the relationship of adolescent postpartum mothers to the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were teenage mothers who gave birth in July 2022 at the Nalumsari Health Center Jepara. The sample is 35 respondents utilizing total sampling. The research instrument used the EPDS questionnaire and was analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that (1) most of the respondents, as many as 20 people (57.1%), were in their late teens (16-19). (2) The incidence of Postpartum Blues in postpartum mothers who did not experience postpartum blues was 14 people (40%), mild postpartum blues were nine people (25.7%), and severe postpartum blues were 12 people (34.3%). (3) the results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between postpartum teenage mothers and the incidence of postpartum blues in the District of Nalumsari Jepara (p-value 0.254 > 0.05). The result showed that age was not the main factor in the incidence of postpartum blues; however, it was caused by other factors such as social, psychological, and emotional factors. In addition, a person's maturity level cannot be determined merely by age. It is suggested that mothers who will undergo childbirth should enrich their knowledge about postpartum period psychological adaptation and factors influencing the incidence of postpartum blues by carrying out activities during antenatal care so that there is preparation to undergo the delivery process until postpartum care and baby care appropriately.   Keywords: Teenage postpartum mother, Postpartum Blues Occurrence

It is estimated that 60% of deaths in pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of deaths postpartum within the first 24 hours. After the baby is born, the uterus which during labor contracts and retracts will become hard so that it can close the large blood vessels that lead to the former implantation of the placenta. If the involution process does not go well, a condition called uterine sub involution will arise. If the sub involution of the uterus is not handled properly, it will result in bleeding, for that the mother needs certain exercises that can accelerate the process of involution. According to several studies, to speed up the process of uterine involution, one of the recommended exercises is postpartum gymnastics, an integration model of relaxation techniques and exercises for the 'Otaria' abdominis muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether postpartum exercise model integration of relaxation techniques and 'Otaria' abdominis muscle exercises had an effect on the speed of uterine involution in post partum mothers at PKM Sayung 2, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The design used in this study was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that respondents who did puerperal exercise 'otaria' experienced uterine involution faster than respondents who did postpartum exercise with a value of (p-value <0.05) at TFU and (p-value <0.05) at lochia.   Keywords: Otaria Postpartum Gymnastics, Uterine Involution Speed

Health is a basic right of all people. The main priority at this time is health services for pregnant women. The selection of birth attendants for pregnant women is something that must be considered. Prior to the tripartite partnership, many people chose to give birth with the help of a dukun than to give birth with a health worker. The process of forming a tripartite partnership, namely collaboration between cadres, traditional birth attendants and midwives, began with the signing of the MoU which was directly supervised by the camat, babinsa and lurah. The existence of cadres and traditional birth attendants who continuously accompany pregnant women makes them trust them to use the services of health workers and give birth at health facilities. There was an increase in the number of birth mothers assisted by midwives who partnered with traditional birth attendants at Poskesdes with an average increase of 2. 8% for the past 2 years. The obstacles in implementing this tripartite partnership are the very low level of education of cadres and traditional birth attendants, the remote location of health services and the financial capacity of postpartum mothers.

BACKGROUND: According to afifah (2013), The postpartum period is still a vulnerable period for the survival of new mothers giving birth. Most maternal deaths occur during the postpartum period, so postpartum health services play an important role in efforts to reduce maternal mortality. Postpartum services are health services provided to mothers during the period from 6 hours to 42 days after giving birth. The proportion of health service coverage during the postpartum period decreases over the period of time after giving birth. Births that received complete postpartum health services included KF1 at 81.9%, KF2 at 51.8%, and KF3 at only 32.1%. Considering the importance of bounding attachment between mother and baby and the lack of knowledge regarding this matter, it is important to realize this love. The attraction of affection can be manifested from the fetus that is still in the womb and to strengthen the newborn baby can be done using IMD, the aim of which is very beneficial for changes in the psychology of the mother and baby because affection begins with a mother's touch and hug to her baby when carrying out IMD ( early initiation of breastfeeding).   OBJECTIVE: Analyzing the Relationship between Knowledge of Postpartum Mothers and the Implementation of Bounding Attchment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 202. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers and the implementation of Bounding Attachment at the Rasminkita Ginting Clinic, Tanjung Morawa District in 2022. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding Bounding Attachment.

The post partum period is a sensitive period for mothers which will affect newborn care. Mother's anxiety and fear because she is afraid of stitches that arise causes her not to mobilize early. The most important thing at this time is that midwives provide support on an ongoing basis according to the mother's needs to reduce physical and psychological tension during the postpartum period. This study aims to prove the anxiety level of perineal suture pain in post partum mothers regarding mobilization. This study used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. The data collection technique was carried out by observation, namely data collection on anxiety levels was taken using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Axsiety (HRS-A) while data for perineal suture pain was obtained from a pain level questionnaire. The population was taken with a total of 37 post partum mothers and a total sample of 22 post partum mothers.
