Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a cross-sectional imaging technique based on the principle of magnetic resonance of hydrogen atoms due to radio frequency (RF) signals with the same frequency as the precession frequency (lamor frequency). MRI at the beginning of its development used a semiconductor magnetic field with a power of 0.5-1.5 Tesla, but now MRI uses a superconductor magnetic field with a power of 1.5-3 Tesla. One of the advantages of brain MRI in epilepsy cases is that it can display clear information about the anatomy and pathology of the head in general in the temporal lobe area. The use of 3D sequences with isotropic voxels such as SPACE (Sampling Perfection With Application Optimized Contrasts With Varying Flip Angle Evolution) is very useful for generating images with high resolution, thinner cuts, and multi-level reconstruction can be performed in several fragments that allow the acquisition of 3D sequences at one time. Methods: The type used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach by conducting interviews with 2 radiology specialists, 1 neurology specialist and 3 radiographers related to MRI brain examinations with clinical epilepsy in August-September 2023 in the Radiology Unit of Prof. Dr. I. G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital. G. N. G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Results and Conclusion: This study used five (5) patient data who had clinical epilepsy. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the radiology unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital, it can be seen that the procedure for examining MRI Brain with clinical epilepsy is that there is no special preparation, only filling out inform consent. The patient is positioned supine on the examination table with a head fixation device with a head first body position and hands beside the body. Radiographers put the patient into the gantry by setting the isocenter i n the middle of the glabella. After positioning the patient the radiographer sets the parameters using axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), sagittal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), coronal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) dark fluit, axial T1 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) axial Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) and coronal T1 SPACE IR isotropic sequences.In addition, the role of coronal slice T1 SPACE sequences is to clearly see the presence of partical dystrophy, to see the thickening or irregularity of the cortex cerebri clearly. In addition, it is also to see the calcification of the temporal lobe and to measure the volume of the hippocampus.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Role of Amil Zakat Hidayatullah City of Medan in Improving Small and Medium Enterprises for Mustahik This study uses a qualitative research method. The research method used is in-depth interviews on research subjects, observation and documentation. As for the research location, namely the Amil Zakat Hidayatullah Institute, Medan City, the data collection used in this study was Interview, Observation, Documentation The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, where the aim of this analysis is to describe systematically, factually and accurately the facts and the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. The results of the role of amil zakat Baitul Maal Hidaytullah in utilizing zakat through the Indonesian cart and mosque program by increasing SMEs in the city of Medan have yielded quite good results. Given that programs or activities to improve SMEs to the community will provide more ways or opportunities and knowledge to them, not provide fish or money as working capital. Pendidikan vokasional memiliki peranan penting dalam membekali para siswa dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang relevan untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Di dalam lingkungan Pendidikan vokasional, pengelolaan pengetahuan memainkan peran penting dalam mengakuisi pengetahuan dan penggunaan pengetahuan dari berbagai sumber. Namun keberhasilan akuisisi pengetahuan tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek akademik, melainkan juga memiliki implikasi signifikan terhadap kesadaran karir siswa. Dalam teori pengembangan karir mengidentifikasi lima tahap perkembangan karir yaitu growth, exploration, establishment, maintenance and decline. Teori ini menekankan pada tahapan dan peran hidup dalam perkembangan karir namun tidak menjelaskan bagaimana mengelola karir individu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengidentifikasi apakah proses pengelolaan pengetahuan memiliki peran antara kesadaran karir dan kinerja akademik pada siswa pendidikan vokasional dibidang perkeretaapian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structure Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Populasi pada penelitian adalah taruna pada tingkat III sebanyak 66 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Teknik Non Probality Sampling yaitu dengan Sampling Jenuh (Sensus) dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja akademik siswa dapat dibangun jika siswa memiliki kesadaran karir berbasis pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan memberikan pemahaman kepada para manajer di bidang akademik tentang apa yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja akademik.

Supraspinatus is a tear or rupture of the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus is part of the shoulder rotator cuff. Most of the time, it is accompanied by another rotator cuff muscle tear. This can occur due to trauma or repeated microtrauma and appears as a partial or full thickness tear. The rotator cuff is a fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the top of the humerus bone and functions to maintain the stability of the glenohumeral joint by pulling the humerus towards the scapula. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out from 08 August 2023 to 07 September 2023 using the Mri Philips Achieva 1.5 Hestia aircraft. The patient sample used in this study was a patient with shoulder complaints. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The aim of this research is to describe the role of village government in developing tourist villages. The village government ratifies the plan to develop a tourist village, forms a tourism management and clean water facilities, toilets and parking lots and creates public order at tourist sites.

Peranan Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dan strategis di dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan. Sumber daya manusia sangat penting bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola, mengatur, dan memanfaatkan karyawan, sehingga dapat berfungsi secara produktif untuk tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil atau prestasi kerja karyawan yang dinilai dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas berdasarkan standar kerja yang ditentukan oleh pihak organisasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan buruh harian di Trans Studio Mini Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi dan angket (kuesioner). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan buruh harian lepas di Trans Studio Mini Kota Jambi (Y). Ada pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan buruh harian lepas di Trans Studio Mini Kota Jambi (Y). Ada pengaruh variabel gaji dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan buruh harian lepas di Trans Studio Mini Kota Jambi (Y). Dan implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dengan meningkatkan gaji dan lingkungan kerja dapat memperbaiki kinerja karyawan

Abstrak. Teknologi input/output (I/O) memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer modern. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi I/O telah memungkinkan komputer menjadi lebih interaktif, lebih cepat, dan lebih efisien dalam memproses informasi. Pada proses I/O terdapat perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang berfungsi sebagai media menghasilkan data. Perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak saling terkait dan saling mendukung dalam operasi komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak berdasarkan perkembangannya. Teknologi I/O merujuk pada cara komputer berinteraksi dengan dunia luar melalui masukan dan keluaran. Data diperoleh beradasarkan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan referensi dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kerangka pengetahuan yang sudah ada tentang judu, mengidentifikasi dan mendukung atau merinci argument. Berdasarkan literatur yang sudah ada, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangannya dapat dilihat dari kinerja perangkat keras yang lebih baik, inovasi dalam perangkat keras yang terus berkembang dan perkembangan perangkat lunak yang lebih maju.   Abstract. Input/output (I/O) technology plays an important role in the development of modern computer hardware and software. The rapid development of I/O technology has allowed computers to become more interactive, faster, and more efficient in processing information. In the I/O process, there are hardware and software that function as a medium to produce data. Hardware and software are interrelated and support each other in computer operations. This study aims to analyze the role of I/O technology in hardware and software based on its development. I/O technology refers to the way a computer interacts with the outside world through inputs and outputs. Data is obtained based on literature studies using references from various sources. This research method aims to understand the existing framework of knowledge about judu, identify and support or detail arguments. Based on existing literature, the results show the role of I/O technology in hardware and software is very influential on its development can be seen from better hardware performance, innovation in hardware that continues to develop and more advanced software developments.

The background to this research is that companies consist of a number of individuals who work together to achieve various goals in the fields of business, profession, social, and so on. One important thing is to provide the best service to external parties by carrying out written communication between agencies related to the company. The importance of the employee's role in managing employee activities cannot be ignored. This can be done in large or small scale companies, or even in the company's activities themselves. Communication between employees, involving planning, organizing, determining, distributing and delivering activities, is a very important factor for the success of a company, one of which is in terms of correspondence. The aim of this research is to understand, identify and analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in managing correspondence at the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. The results can be concluded that the effectiveness of employee performance in the role of employee skills in managing correspondence in the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has indicators in assessing it, including work performance results, discipline, coordination, skills, responsibility, Employee understanding of the tasks/fields to be carried out, Receive complaints from superiors regarding the results of the work carried out.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of knowledge played by Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome students' learning difficulties in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year is > 75% of what was expected. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 102 people. The research sample was determined by random sampling at 35% from 102 people, namely 36 people. This research method is a descriptive quantitative inferential method with a research instrument using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula obtained a value of tcount=10.576>ttable=2.042. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the accepted research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara Belajar in 2023/2024 is > 75% of the expected 84.84%. However, there are several teacher roles that must be improved, including: 1) The role of providing reinforcement in the form of enthusiasm, with a value of 3.22. 2) Role in helping students to make good friends with other friends, with a value of 3.08. 3) Role in providing feedback to students who are slow in learning, with a value of 3.19. 4) Role in using media or learning tools, with a value of 3.17. Some of these roles are in the good category and it is hoped that teachers will be able to achieve their achievements so that they become very good.

Magnetic Resonance   Imaging  (MRI)  is  a  medical  diagnostic  imaging  technique  that  works  on  the  principle  of  nuclear  magnetic  resonance.    MRI  aircraft  can  produce  internal  diagnostic  images  of human  needs  both  in sagittal, coronal,  and transverse  cuts  by not using  ionizing  radiation  (X-rays)  and also  not  using     radioactive  substances  but  based  on  the  principle of magnetic  resonance of hydrogen  atomic  nuclei   to reveal  anatomically  and  pathologically  to  establish  clinical  diagnoses,  one    of     which  is  Intraosseus  hemangioma  in  the  wrist  joint.  Intraosseous  hemangioma  is  classified  as   a   benign  tumor  of  a  vascular  nature.  The  use of dixon  sequences  is  proposed  for the assessment of   the  water  content    of   metaphysical  bone  marrow,  with  a  short  scan  time.    Dixon  sequence  imaging  can  be  used for suppression of fat in the  extremities,  but  also  for  quantification  of  fat  in  bones. The   research method  used  is  descriptive  research  with  an  observational  approach.  Data  collection  was  carried  out  from  November 7, 2022   to  February  7,     2023  using  a  3  Tesla  Mri  Siemens  Magnetom  Vida  aircraft.  The   patient sample  used  in  this  study  was  a  patient  with  complaints  of  the  wrist  joint.  Data  collection  is  carried  out  through  observation,  interviews  and  documentation Wrist  Joint  Examination  in  Intraosseus  Hemangioma  Cases  using  Siemens  Magnetom  Vida  3  Tesla  MRI  aircraft  has  an  examination  procedure  with  sequence  designs  Localizer_tra, Localizer_sag  +  cor+tra, t1_tse_tra_2mm, t2_tse_dixon_fs_cor_2mm, t2_tse_dixon_fs_sag_2mm   ,  t1_vibe_wo_cor_ iso,Pd_tse_fs_tra_2,   5_mm 

The Role of SWI (Susceptibility Weighted Imaging) Sequence in Clinical Parkinson’s MRI Brain Imaging. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a technique for imaging body crossings based on the principle of magnetic resonance of hydrogen atoms. Brain MRI examination aims to see anatomy and abnormalities within the brain to establish clinical diagnosis, pathological abnormalities, tumors, and surrounding abnormalities. Imaging examinations are also conducted to find other causes of Parkinsonism. Head MRI is one of the non-invasive examinations performed to help confirm the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. This study aims to determine the procedure for Brain MRI examination with Parkinson's clinical and to determine the sequence information SWI (Susceptibility Weighted Imaging) can establish clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's. This study is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The subject consists of three patients with clinical Parkinson's. All subjects performed MRI brain 3 tesla examinations to determine the procedure and sequence information used. The research results were obtained according to the theory using an additional 2 mm sequence, while in the field using 0.9 mm sequence the examination was conducted using the head coil of the patient's position, namely supine, head first. Sequences used in field inspections are AAHead Scout, t1 fl2d transversal, t2 tse (time spin echo) dark fluid transversal, t2 tse (time spin echo)  transversal, ep2d diff (diffusion) 4scan trace, asl 3d transversal, tof cs carotids, flow pc3d MRV (magnetic resonance venography), tof brain MRA (magnetic resonance angiography), t2 swi (susceptibility weighted imaging) 3d transversal 0.9 mm. The thin axial sequence of 0.9 mm is more likely to see Parkinson's anatomical abnormalities, higher SNR and better spatial resolution than using a 2 mm slice thickness.

Because in organization, what is very important to pay attention to is how individuals in the organizations create and develop good ways of communicating with each other. So that all organizational works can be carried out well and produce the best results. Apart from being a good goal for the organization itself, knowledge of Public Relations can also be useful for individual Dharma Wanita members to continue to improve their own quality and empower themselves even more, so that they can continue to carry out activities with other individuals in public. This increase in capability correlates with an increase in the quality of human resources, in this case Dharma Wanita members.

Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan kebijakan fiskal yaitu meningkatkan laju investasi, Untuk Mendorong Investasi Optimal Secara Sosial, Untuk Meningkatkan Kesempatan Kerja, Untuk Meningkatkan Stabilitas Ekonomi Ditengah Ketidakstabilan Internasional, Untuk Menanggulangi Inflasi, Untuk Meningkatkan Dan Mendistribusikan Pendapatan Nasional. Kemudian adapun peran dari kebijakan fiskal dalam perekonomian yaitu: peranan dari tindakan fiskal pemerintah dalam turut menentukan tingkat pendapatan nasional lebih besar. Dengan demikian diharapkan bahwa dengan adanya kebijakan fiskal, pemerintah dapat mengusahakan terhindarnya perekonomian dari keadaan-keadaan yang tidak diinginkan seperti misalnya keadaan dimana banyak pengangguran, inflasi, neraca pembayaran internasional yang terus menerus defisit, dan sebagainya.

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a means of application in the development of science and technology, which are carried out outside the university campus within certain time limits, work methods and requirements. The community service offered at the undergraduate level is an effort to increase the content and quality of education for students and to achieve added value in higher education. With the implementation of this community service program, it is hoped that it can develop the role of students in improving their social skills and personality. The purpose of this research is to reveal the role of field studies in developing students' skills. The population and sample of this study were students who participated in the KKN and the community around where the students were held. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. This interview method aims to gather information about the social conditions of the community and the potential that exists in the Tapaan Village. From the research results, it was found that the role of KKN is part of developing student competencies as a form of service to the community, especially in Tapaan Village.

The use of the Dixon sequence was proposed for the assessment of metaphyseal bone marrow water water content,with a short scan time. Dixon sequence imaging can be used for fat suppression in the extremities and spine, but also quantification of fat in the bones.. The research method used is descriptive research with an observation approach. Data collection was carried out from 01 January 2022 to 28 February 2023 using a Mr. Philips aircraft with a power of 3 Tesla. The sample of patients used in this study were 5 patients with vertebral complaints. Data collection was carried  out  through observation,interviews and documentation. Cervical MRI examination with clinical Hernia Nucleus Pulposus using a Philips 3 Tesla MRI machine has an examination procedure with a Survey sequence design, Myelo, Sagittal TSE T2 dixon, Sagittal TSE T1, Coronal TSE STIR, Axial TSE TA, and axial mFFE

Pertanian  merupakan  salah  satu  produk  yang  sangat  penting di         Negara Indonesia. Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang mempunyai peranan strategis dalam struktur pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Pembangunan pertanian tidak akan bergerak maju apabila tidak  didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana pertanian yang yang memadai. Salah satu  permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani adalah akses untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi. Dalam rangka mewujudkan ketahanan pangan nasional, salah satu faktor sarana produksi yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan produksi adalah pupuk.Pemerintah sangat berkepentingan untuk melakukan berbagai resolusi/ deregulasi kebijakan di bidang pupuk untuk menciptakan iklim yang kondusif bagi penyediaan pupuk di Indonesia, sehingga petani mudah mendapatkan pupuk sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Prosedur pengusulan untuk mendapatkan pupuk bersubsidi oleh petani melalui penyusunan elektronik rencana definitive kebutuhan kelompok (E- RDKK) masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami serta masih dilakukan secara manual baik oleh petani  maupun pengurus kelompok tani. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan prosedur penyusunan E-RDKK dan pelatihan penyusunan E-RDKK dengan menggunakan goole formulir.

Data sekunder berasal dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber pendukung dan pelengkap lainnya, seperti artikel website.Dalam hal ini, pengawasan dan perizinan usaha koperasi yang modelnya terbatas dari, oleh, dan untuk anggota saja atau koperasi close-loop, akan berada di bawah kewenangan Kemenkop UKM. Artinya, pengawasan OJK pada koperasi open-loop itu baru akan efektif dimulai dua tahun setelah UU P2SK diundangkan atau Januari 2025. Hal ini diharappkan agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) supaya menjadi pengawas koperasi open-loop.

Based on the research results, it shows that the role of Religious Education Teachers as a leadership role is very important in increasing students' interest in learning and the level of Religious Education Teachers' role as leadership towards students' interest in learning.               

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline. Factors and factors that hinder and support the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This research was carried out in Takalar, where it was at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency, which took place from May 27 2023 to July 27 2023. The method of collecting data in this study used interviews, documentation and observation. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. The results of research conducted by researchers, that the role of the principal in improving teacher discipline, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Principal's Managerial Competence in Improving Teacher Discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This is very important for teacher independence through various forms of training, namely with the guidance and motivation of the Principal towards the teacher and also from the awareness of the teacher himself in developing the mandate and responsibility as educators who should be an example, a role model for their students, self-discipline training so that Principals, fellow teachers and students can carry out their obligations wholeheartedly, namely arriving on time, being disciplined from various aspects of the school environment so as to create an effective and time-disciplined school. This research uses qualitative research methods.

The drugs problem in Indonesia is still complex and urgent. This is important because, in the last 10 years, this drug problem has been rife and has become news in various media so it has become widespread. Evidence that can be seen together is the continued increase in the number of drug abusers or addicts significantly, accompanied by an increase in the number of disclosures of drug crime cases, which have increasingly varied patterns and the larger and more complex the networks or syndicates. Drug trafficking has spread to many groups, ranging from adults, teenagers, students, and even children. The purpose of carrying out Community Service Activities is to build an introduction and understanding of the types and dangers of drugs and what role schools can play in preventing drug abuse among students. PkM activities are carried out for 1 day, namely on Wednesday 12 July 2023, and are carried out using the method of raising awareness or increasing understanding of a problem in the form of activities in the form of counseling or material lectures aimed at students and the school with the title "The Role of Schools in Efforts Prevention of Drug Abuse among Students". The counseling or lecture method interspersed with discussions was chosen by the team as the most effective method for introducing and strengthening understanding of the dangers of drugs to school officials and students. Narkoba is an abbreviation of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Addictive Materials. In various kinds of literature, it is explained that the notion of narcotics is a substance/substance that can affect a person's psychological/psychological condition (thoughts, feelings, and behavior) and can cause physical and psychological dependence. Regarding the role of the school in efforts to prevent drug abuse among students, it is divided into two forms, namely the role of the school (the school) and the role of students who can collaborate with the school.
