Perkembangan teknologi ke arah serba digital saat ini semakin pesat, teknologi menjadi alat yang mampu membantu sebagaian besar kebutuhan manusia. Teknologi telah dapat digunakan oleh manusia untuk mempermudah melakukan apapun tugas dan pekerjaan. Peran penting teknologi inilah yang membawa peradaban maunsia memasuki era digital. Hasil Penelitian ini  menyatakan bahwa perkembangan Ekonomi Digital mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, cara pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi.

Success in carrying out work duties serving the community can be achieved with the quality of community satisfaction. Improving the quality of performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Serdang Bedagai Regency will be achieved by continuously improving the quality of Human Resources and work facilities which are always oriented towards improving the quality and quality of services. The objectives of this research are (1) To analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (2) To analyze the influence of work facilities on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (3) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. (4) To analyze the influence of work discipline, work facilities and compensation on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population was 70 employees, the sample taken was 64 employees. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show that partially it can be concluded that work discipline (X1), work facilities (X2) and compensation (X3) have a positive and significant influence on performance (Y) . From the results of this research, it can be concluded that work discipline, work facilities and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and physical work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency so that it can serve as input for the leadership of the Bima Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. This research is quantitative research. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency with a total of 204 employees based on work fields in the Public Works and Space Management Office of Bima Regency. The sample used in this study was ASN employees, totaling 89 employees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling based on criteria. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study are: 1) work motivation has no significant effect on employee work productivity in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency. 2) the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency. 3) there is a significant simultaneous influence between work motivation and physical work environment on employee work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency.

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk Dampak kekerasan terhadap istri yang bersangkutan adalah: mengalami sakit fisik, tekanan mental, menurunnya rasa percaya diri dan harga diri, mengalami rasa tidak berdaya, mengalami ketergantungan pada suami yang sudah menyiksa dirinya, mengalami stress pasca trauma, mengalami depresi, dan keinginan untuk bunuh diri. Dampak kekerasan terhadap pekerjaan si istri adalah kinerja menjadi buruk, lebih banyak waktu dihabiskan untuk mencari bantuan pada Psikolog ataupun Psikiater, dan merasa takut kehilangan pekerjaan. Dampaknya bagi anak adalah: kemungkinan kehidupan anak akan dibimbing dengan kekerasan, peluang terjadinya perilaku yang kejam pada anak-anak akan lebih tinggi, anak dapat mengalami depresi, dan anak berpotensi untuk melakukan kekerasan pada pasangannya apabila telah menikah karena anak mengimitasi perilaku dan cara memperlakukan orang lain sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh orang tuanya..

Agencies or companies consider that an organization's success can be achieved only by having employees who have high competence. However, in reality, many highly competent employees cannot work optimally. This can be seen from the lack of employee enthusiasm for working (dedication) and low enthusiasm for completing work (vigor), so employee engagement with the organization is weak. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and job characteristics on employee engagement. Data collection was carried out using the perceived organizational support scale created by Eisenberg (1986), the Hackman & Oldham (1976) job characteristics scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale created by Schaufeli et al. (2003). The results of this research show that perceptions of organizational support and job characteristics simultaneously influence employee engagement of Civil Servants in District X amounted to 61.6%, while changes in employee engagement were caused by other factors amounting to 38.4%.

Findings-The research conducted was more specific through the external context compared to intrinsic values. This happens because many incidents in the discovery are covered in a subjective discussion and are accompanied by various realities of digitalization events and obstacles that are the main object. This discovery is the answer to everything directly related to diversity and inclusion in the digital sphere. Original/value-This paper covers the literature review by conveying the topics discussed, but also covers more broadly with many thoughts that are in line with the topics discussed regarding digital diversity and inclusion. Coupled with experience as a technology user who also feels the same way during the process of using it.

Transportation is one part of human needs and interests caused by the movement of objects from one place to another, both in the form of people and goods, which is increasing every day. Roads are land transportation infrastructure that plays an important role in human life. Good road conditions will facilitate the flow of goods and services. Therefore, it is necessary to build and improve roads to facilitate traffic around.

The Bunda Jombang Housing development project is a project that has a land area of ​​31,401 hectares, where this housing development project was previously located on a former quarry land (Andim Rendy S, 2022), therefore it is necessary to carry out land work (land clearing) to restore the existing land structure. damaged as a result of previous mining activities. Researchers schedule earthworks so that there are no deviations from the planned schedule. An appropriate scheduling method is needed for efficient and effective utilization of the resources used. Research using the Precedence Diagram Method has the aim of analyzing implementation time and being able to determine effective scheduling for continuous work in housing development projects. Dokter praktek merupakan pelayanan perorangan yang mampu menangani pasien secara komprehensif yaitu promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative dan palliative care. Pelayanan dokter praktek dituntut untuk mampu menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkulaitas. Salah satunya dengan pelayanan rekam medis elektronik untuk menghasilkan data dan informasi yang berkualitas. Salah satu dokter praktek yang memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan adalah Dr praktek Sriningsih. Isi dari rekam medis rawat jalan ini adalah nomor rekam medis pasien, nama, alamat, usia, pekerjaan, anamnesis diagnosis dan Tindakan. Formulir masih manual dan belum ada space tanda tangan pemberi asuhan. Implementasi rekam medis rawat jalan di Praktek Dokter melalui lima tahapan. Tahapan tersebut adalah penyusunan materi dan Customize Software, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan monitoring evaluasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mengkonsumsi Kopi Robusta. Lokasi penelitian dan responden ditentukan secara purposive. Ada 45 responden yang dipilih secara acak di Café Mozila Jember. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2023. Data yang digunakan adalah informasi primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Chi Square untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas rasa, harga, kualitas produk, dan status pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumsi kopi robusta.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of personality traits and individual competencies on knowledge sharing and employee performance. This research was Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Pasuruan. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that’s been released online through Google Forms. Selection of research samples using sampling jenuh was 76 respondents. For statistical and data processing, Partial Least Square (WarpPLS 7.0). This result showed: (1) Personality traits (X1) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (2) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (3) Personality traits (X1) do not affect employee performance (Y2). (4) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2). (5) Knowledge sharing (Y1) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2).  

Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

. In the shipbuilding industry, the repair process is a series of jobs that require a relatively short time. Delays in repairs can occur due to weak management and also caused by less than optimal empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the risks found in four divisions, namely the Production Division, Warehouse Division, Finance Division and Purchasing Division. The study found 31 risk events. Determining the value of each risk is carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis method. There were 13 risks that had the highest Risk Priority Number, namely the length of approval for requests for goods (RPN = 522.88), delays in payment processes by customers (RPN = 504.64), requests for additional work from the owner (RPN = 477.128), fluctuations in the number of manpower (RPN = 454.08), Changes in material use related to the availability of materials in the warehouse (RPN = 411.768), Changes in material calculations related to design (RPN = 389.017), Length of decision making by the owner (RPN = 388.36), Long material delivery process (RPN = 388.36), Insufficient stock material (RPN = 357,588), Writing the amount on the Request for Goods Bill is not detailed (RPN = 357.71), Lack of availability of stock material (RPN = 349,524), Making and submitting late payment requests (RPN = 316.8), Placement of materials that are less efficient (RPN = 296.8) Risk mitigation is carried out using the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the main cause / basic event of each risk. And the mitigation step that needs to be done is by making changes to the warehouse layout. If the layout design of the warehouse is changed to be more efficient it will speed up the material retrieval process which has an impact on the ship repair process time.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Bima Regency. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this study was 89 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. Partially, The results of the study show that communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction and motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency. The results of the study show that communication and motivation simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Bima Regency. by 64.2%.

Work accidents that occur on ships often occur in various cases, one of which is a work accident that occurs in an enclosed space. This is often experienced by a crew member who is unable to understand the proper methods and procedures for working in an enclosed space. Against this background, the researcher conducted a risk assessment of personal safety when working in an enclosed space to find out the causes, impacts and controls of the crew members' lack of understanding and knowledge of personal safety when working in an enclosed space. In this descriptive study using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and the Bowtie method, the researchers obtained very high/extreme (E) scores in carrying out work in closed spaces, namely the ship's crew inhaled poisoned air/gas while checking in the cofferdam tank where these results obtained an likelihood value of 66% and a severity value of 71%. By holding routine drills regarding the application of safety principles in an enclosed space in more detail to all Ship's Crew and at the end of the drill closing displays a training video that displays shows about various accidents that occurred in an enclosed space and the causes of these events are reviewed in detail. So with a more detailed drill on the application of safety principles regarding enclosed space material to all Ship's Crew, it is hoped that it can minimize the occurrence of work accidents in an enclosed space.

Tunneling construction is important to get more attention because considering the magnitude of the risks from this work such as the instability of the carrying capacity of the soil around the construction which can cause collapse during dredging or installation of tunneling walls, or and other problems such as lack of oxygen intake for workers who are carrying out tunneling excavations , the presence of toxic and flammable gases, or falling objects that can result in minor accidents or even death. The purpose of this study is to make a visual assessment through certain media (photos/videos) that can be done quickly regarding the existing conditions of the environment/work, whether the work carried out meets work safety standards, work safety regulations and so on. Rapid assessment can assume that what happened in the field at that time was a reflection of previous work. From the results of the study there were 58 variables which were divided into 4 main variables which were assessed based on the WBS and 26 photos of the environment of the Manikin Dam Tunneling development project taken from several sides. Calculations were made using the results of data from 6 informants, resulting in a P(H | Ecomb) value of 0.932 or a probability of 93.2%, which means that the tunnel work according to the 6 informants was carried out safely. The final value obtained from the analysis is almost close to 1 and all the results of the analysis from the 6 informants are more than 67%.

This study aims to identify, analyze and mitigate the risks of work accidents at PT Dewa Ruci Agung. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is very important to be implemented by every company. Prevention of work accidents can be done by knowing the existing risks, one of which is through the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) method. The data collection method used in this study uses primary and secondary data. From the results of the study it was found that there were 15 potential hazard risks including the Lifting Process of moving blocks/goods using a crane, the Cutting Process lifting material and placing it on the cutting machine, preparing the cutting machine, the Grinding Process lifting material and placing it in the grinding area, preparing grinding tools, Fitting Process and Working at Height plate installation process, Main Engine (ME) Overhaul Process, New metal seat removal process (ME) using manual tools, Removal process (ME) with Chain block, Cylinder liner (ME) removal process with chain block, Process Welding, Sandblasting and Painting Process, Zinc Anode Process, B3 Waste Disposal Process. Based on the results of the risk analysis, risk identification is then carried out using the HIRADC method which is most likely to reduce the level of risk severity. The risk identification proposed by the researcher is that it is recommended that every worker carrying out the task wear PPE in accordance with the provisions given by the company and the person in charge of the company's K3. So that unwanted events do not occur. Always check tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regarding their eligibility for worker safety.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak budaya kerja dan kinerja kerja perangkat Desa Samparong, Kecamatan Alok, Kabupaten Sikka dengan menggukanakan  metode kualitatif. Kinerja kerja pemerintah Desa Samparong belum mencapai target yang diinginkan dilihat dari sub indikator dan indikator kinerja kerja. hal ini timbul karena Budaya kerja pemerintah Desa Samparong kurang maksimal dilihat dari sub indikator dan indikator dari Angaapan dasar tentang kerja kurang baik, sikap terhadap pekerjaan kurang baik, perilaku ketika bekerja kurang baik, lingkungan dan alat kerja kurang baik, serta etos kerja kurang baik. Hal ini terjadi karena gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan evaluasi kinerja kerja belum maksimal dilakukan.
