The main objective of this research is to determine the role of turnover intention in mediating the adaptation of green culture on the work productivity of lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The population comes from 5 private universities in Medan City, totaling 728 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling, where 258 educational staff were used as research samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which aims to carry out path analysis with latent variables. The results of data analysis show that the adaptation of green culture directly has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then, turnover intention hurts employee work productivity. Finally, indirect turnover intention does not significantly mediate the adaptation of green culture on employee work productivity. The implications of the findings in this research show that green cultural adaptation currently needs to be carried out by private universities. The provision of green open space and green cultural values at the private higher education level in Medan City has yet to be consistently and sustainably implemented.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 84 orang karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Subregional Jawa Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

This research was related to the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance PT. Armada Financial Magelang with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to: determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction partially. Knowing the influence of compensation on job satisfaction partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment simultaneously, knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance partially determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction the performance of employees simultaneously, and knowing where greater direct influence organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto with indirect and direct influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto through organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were 58 employees of PT Mega Finance Mojokerto. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in analyzing the data using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there was partial significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there was significant effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. Then simultaneously significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. In addition, the indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Indirectly influence compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct effect of compensation on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Design and Process Design on Product Quality at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey, while the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya numbered 60 people. By taking total/census sampling, the data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that good product design has a significant impact on product quality. Aspects such as aesthetics, functionality, and product usability have a positive influence on consumer perceptions of product quality. In addition, effective process design also contributes to product quality. Structured and standardized processes can reduce product defects and improve reliability. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of product design and process design in achieving the desired product quality. The results of this research can be used by companies to improve their design processes and ensure that the resulting products are of good quality. By paying attention to product design and process design holistically, the company can meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Beauty Vlogger Review, Self Congruity on Purchase Decision and Repurchase Intention. This research was conducted on Scarlett Whitening Users. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The selection of this research sample uses Purpose Sampling. The method of analysis and data processing is carried out using the path analysis method. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the Beauty Vlogger Review has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Self Congruity has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Beauty Vlogger Review has a positive and insignificant effect on Repurchase Intention, Self Congruity has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention , and Purchase Decision has a positive and significant impact on Repurchase Intention.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the paylater and hedonic shopping motivation features on impulse buying and repurchase intention in Generation Z e-commerce Shopee users in Pasuruan Regency. This research was conducted on generation Z in Pasuruan district using the Shopee e-commerce, in 2023. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire which was distributed online via the Google form. Current technological developments can develop very rapidly and this causes changes in people's lifestyles. With the presence of the internet, not only marketing- based businesses but also developing online transportation services such as Grab, which provides online transportation services to consumers. This needs to be considered as a service provider to maintain the loyalty of service users. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Self-Efficacy and Emotional Intelligence on the Independence in Learning Economics of Class XI Social Sciences Students of SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023 with Achievement Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is ex post facto research. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Siantar, totaling 128 students. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 students who were taken based on simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Then the classic assumption test in this study is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was carried out by linear regression analysis for hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, path analysis and Sobel test for hypotheses 6 and 7 through the SPSS.25 program. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student achievement motivation with tcount(2.461) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.016 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and sig. between emotional intelligence on student achievement motivation with tcount(7.111) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student learning independence with tcount(2.135) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.035 <0.05. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on student learning independence tcount(3.967) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. (5) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on student learning independence with a value of tcount(9.369) > ttable(1.661) with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. (6) Achievement motivation is able to mediate the influence of self-efficacy on student learning independence with a Sobel test statistic score of 2.427 > 1.96 (5% level) and a one-tailed probability value of 0.007 <0.05. (7) achievement motivation is able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on student learning independence, with a Sobel test statistic score of 5.925 > 1.96 (5% level) and a one-tailed probability value of 0.0 <0.05.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and work environment on organizational commitment through satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with sampling or data sources using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% as a processing tool to measure sample size because it is known that the population is more than 100 respondents. The results of research on PT Solusindo Kreasi Jayatech employees using the SmartPLS 3 calculator and with quantitative research methods, it can be seen that organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on organizational warnings, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the speculative choices made by funders to increase company self-esteem considering the presentation of LQ45 organizations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 by looking at the impact of financial proportions. When deciding to invest in the capital market, an investor must choose the right company. so investors can choose the company with the help of market ratio analysis. Dividend Policy and Profitability become mediating variables for this ratio. The inspection strategy used in this exploration is quantitative exploration and uses additional information gathering procedures as an annual report. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling strategy consisting of 20 LQ45 businesses that met the sample criteria. Path analysis and linear regression analysis are the methods used for data analysis. Testing is done either bit or intercession. The consequence of this study reveals that the side effect of this study states that profit and profit strategies affect firm value. Meanwhile, Profit Strategy has a significant effect on Benefit. The study aims to determine the influence viral marketing on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable on MS Glow. This type of research is quantitative and uses descriptive analysis method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 98 respondents who knew the social media instagram MS Glow, and once bought and consumed MS Glow by using purposive sampling. In this study using data collection techniques with questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The conclusion of this study is (1) the Viral Marketing have a significant effect on Consumer Trust with a value of 10,890 , (2) the Viral Marketing have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a value of 8,137, (3) Consumer Trust have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a value of 3,555, and (4) consumer trust is not able to mediate viral marketing on purchasing decisions with a Z value of 1,389.

Abstract. Organizational culture is very important for the progress of an organization or company. A good organizational culture is expected to be able to influence employee performance and organizational behavior. Maximum performance is also expected to have an impact on organizational behavior. This research was carried out at the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Service. This research aims to find out whether the organizational culture in the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Service has an influence on organizational performance and behavior. The research method used is quantitative, where data is collected through questionnaires with the sampling method used is saturated sampling, the sample used is all employees in the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and UKM Service, totaling 40 people. Apart from using a questionnaire, researchers also conducted interviews to gain more information about the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Department. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of this research provide the conclusion that the organizational culture used by the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and UKM Service is the "SATRIYA" culture, through existing culture and through tests that have been carried out it is concluded that there is an influence between organizational culture on organizational behavior, there is no influence between organizational culture on performance, there is an influence between organizational behavior on performance, and there is no influence between organizational culture through performance on organizational behavior.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how a servant leader is an honest, responsible leader and can delegate tasks to his subordinates. Higher education rectors in implementing servant leadership can also increase the satisfaction and performance of the lecturers they lead. Work discipline can encourage the creation of satisfaction and performance of lecturers in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of work discipline, compensation, servant leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the Indonesian Muslim University. This study used a quantitative approach with a total of 52 respondents as research subjects. Methods of data processing using path analysis (path analysis) and descriptive statistical methods. From the results of the study it was concluded that servant leadership does not have an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, the greater the compensation, the greater the employee morale, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive effect on lecturer performance, discipline work has a positive effect on lecturer performance, and job satisfaction has no effect on lecturer performance..

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives and organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable in Semarang amil zakat institutions. The population of this study is 265 people and the samples taken as many as 159 people. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and product quality on customer loyalty through customer engagement with Toyota car users in Medan City. The research was conducted on Toyota car users in Medan City. The population of all Toyota brand car users in Medan City. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula of 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using path analysis in the SPSS program. The results of the sub-1 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. The results of the sub-2 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

This research on teacher performance aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and career development on teacher performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in the Education Coordination Unit, Mlonggo District, Jepara Regency, amounting to 298 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study based on Isaac's table and with an error rate of 5%, obtained 158, and the data processed were 125. The method of analysis used path analysis with multiple regression models. The results of hypothesis testing show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the organizational commitment. Career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the better the career development, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the better the teacher's performance. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the better the teacher's performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance so that it can be interpreted that the better the career development carried out, the better the teacher's performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of career development on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of career development on teacher performance.
