By making the best employee decision support system in a grocery store using the simple additive weighting method. assist managers in making the best employee decisions and admins in editing, deleting and adding values in each of the existing criteria and directly connected to the system database. This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. This online exam system was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database and XAMPP web server

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

Transaction management at Hijab Nafisa used to be done manually, causing errors in record keeping and periodic inventory checks, resulting in inefficient service. The author designed an information system using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This paper described the analysis and design of a store management information system (point of sales) that has successfully facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. After that, a system test was carried out and compared with the old method of manual and ineffective information transaction processes, resulting in a proposed system that facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. Additionally, there was also ease in data reporting that could be printed out for easy reading.  

SDS (Private Elementary School) Duri Indah Jakarta is one of the educational institutions which until now has not been computerized. Both in terms of payment and in terms of financial activities. Inputting and other activities are still done manually and recorded in a book as processing of student data. Data storage that is being carried out at this time is also still archived in a ledger, causing teachers and principals to have to record one by one the names of their students as a whole who have paid so that this can result in erroneous information regarding student payment and savings data and makes it difficult for teachers to find and provide the necessary data. Based on this, a web-based SPP and Savings payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the prototyping method which starts from the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage, in the future it is hoped that the system created will make it easier for schools to control tuition payments and student savings.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Cafe Sentani Garden Madiun) dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data informasi pemesanan dan penyewaan tempat pada restoran. Dengan adanya sistem ini pelayanan dan informasi terhadap konsumen akan lebih optimal dan mudah diakses. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui cara merancang dan membangun sistem informasi reservasi dan pelayanan berbasis web pada cafe sentani garden. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem ini adalah metode waterfall serta menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem terstruktur seperti DFD dan ERD. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web Cafe Sentani Garden Madiun. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor.

Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.

Komputer dan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan untuk setiap pekerjaan baik di organisasi swasta maupun pemerintah. kegiatan di Badan Pusat Statistik mengakibatkan banyaknya surat masuk dan surat keluar, sehingga sulit untuk mengarsipkan surat-surat tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis website.. Mengingat arsip adalah segala bentuk catatan aktivitas yang dilakukan organisasi maupun lembaga seperti dokumen, rekaman dan sebagainya, maka keberadaannya perlu dijaga dengan baik. Sistem arsip dibangun dengan menggunakan metode prototype, yaitu suatu pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang meliputi dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Communication, Quick plan, Modelling Quick Design, pembentukan Prototype dan Deployement Delivery & Feddback Selain itu menggunakan PHP serta MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dengan framework laravel. Sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar yang tersimpan secara digital dikembangkan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pencarian surat. Dengan mengakses aplikasi arsip ini dengan user login yang sesuai,  petugas administrasi dapat menambah, mengedit, menghapus, dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, mencari berdasarkan nomor surat, subjek, pengirim, tujuan, dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian.  Sistem arsip surat yang telah dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar secara cepat dan efisien.

Rancang bangun aplikasi e-commerce toko KUD Tani Jaya kabupaten Madiun berbasis website dibangun dengan tujuan untuk memasarkan produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menambahkan beberapa fitur tambahan yang dapat memudahkan dalam proses memasarkan dan menjual produk. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pemasaran dan penjualan produk serta pengelolaan laporan penjualan.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara merancang dan membuat aplikasi e-commerce toko KUD Tani Jaya kabupaten Madiun berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi e-commerce toko KUD Tani Jaya  kabupaten Madiun berbasis website, dibuat dengan menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman.  Menggunakan PHP, CSS dan menggunakan database MySQL, serta menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor.

Kualitas merupakan salah satu faktor penentu harga suatu barang. Apabila kualitas suatu barang baik maka harga jual barang tersebut semakin tinggi. Apabila harga jual yang ditetapkan terlalu tinggi dengan kualitas hasil produksi yang sedang dibandingkan dengan pesaing, akan dapat mengakibatkan konsumen lari ke produk sejenis dengan harga yang cenderung lebih rendah. Masalah yang dihadapi Magobatam Group adalah kurangnya ketelitian tentang spesifikasi dari bahan dan proses dalam memproduksi goni. Magobatam Group selain mengutamakan pemenuhan order juga kurang memperhitungkan faktor – faktor produksi, dalam menentukan kualitas produk. Dalam membuat keputusan menentukan kualitas produk goni diperlukan sebuah sistem yang tepat bertujuan untuk lebih meningkatkan daya saing pengusaha. Subyek dalam penelitian yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kualitas produk goni menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti ketebalan, tingkat kecacatan, kerumitan jahitan, dan ukuran.  Pada penelitian  ini penulis menggunakan bahasa pemerograman PHP dan tempat penyimpanan data menggunakan database Mysql , sehingga aplikasi yang akan jadi berupa webview berbasis mobile tujuannya agar lebih mudah diakses dan digunakan  oleh  intansi terkait dalam menentukan kualitas produk goni.

Seiring dengan merebaknya penyakit yang banyak menyerang sapi maka penulis mengangkat judul Sistem pakar dengan metode forward chainning. sistem pakar adalah ilmu informasi yang berisi  seorang pakar sehingga  layak menjadi seorang pakar,  aplikasi ini dirancang dengan basis pengetahuan  fakta dan  penalaran,  dari kumpulan data - data faktual dengan mencari aturan atau gejala gejala yang sesuai hipotesis dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penentuan gejala yang sudah diidentifikasi. Perancangan aplikasi ini  berbasis mobile dengan bahasa pemrograman Java pada Android sebagai client dan database MySQL sebagai server dengan  PHP sebagai link login sehingga aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan cepat saat ingin mengakses aplikasi tersebut.  expert sistem (sistem pakar) juga dikenal sebagai sistem yang berusaha menerapkan     pemikiran manusia untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dalam  perangkat lunak, sehingga komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah Topik seperti yang biasanya dilakukan oleh seorang profesional dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward chainning  forward chainning ini menggunakan aturan  (if) kemudian dilanjutkan pada kesimpulan atau informasi turunan (then) sehingga menemukan fakta yang dapat ditarik sebagai kesimpulan. Forward chaining berarti menggunakan set aturan tindakan bersyarat. Teknik ini menggunakan data untuk menentukan aturan mana yang akan dieksekusi, atau  menambahkan data ke memori  untuk diproses guna menemukan hasilnya.

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

Pada pembangunan sistem tersebut dibutuhkan data pendukung yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti: observasi, wawancara dan pustaka, sedangkan dalam pembangunan sistem menerapkan metode pengembangan software RAD (Rapid application Development). Metode ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan sistem. Sistem tersebut dirancang menggunakan php dan mysql. untuk tahap akhir pengujian menggunakan black box testing yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem yang dibangun sudah sesuai dengan analisa kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah Website dengan nama domain kedaigeulish.com yang mana Website Kedai Geulish berisi tentang informasi yang ada pada Kedai Geulish tersebut dengan memiliki halaman yang saling untuk meningkatkan pelayanan informasi dan promosi pada Kedai Geulish.

Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

In this study a web-based expert system was designed using the Naïve bayes method which was intended to help farmers diagnose chili plants. The system development method used is extreme programming which consists of planning, design, coding, testing. A web-based chilli plant disease diagnostic expert system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This expert system is capable of diagnosing chili plants by submitting disease symptoms at the time of inspection. Based on the selected symptoms, this system will provide diagnostic results and then display the disease and solutions for the chili plant disease. The results in this study concluded that there was compatibility between the results of the expert system diagnosis using the Naïve bayes method with experts.

To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. PG in the process of procuring heavy equipment data, and can also help the administration in searching for data that is in the procurement of heavy equipment.

Tempat penyimpanan barang disuatu tempat sangat dibutuhkan untuk beberapa orang yang ingin menyimpan barang yang dimiliki selama beberapa waktu, begitupun di kampus ESQ Business School juga menyediakan peminjaman tempat untuk para mahasiswa untuk menyimpan barang. Sebelumnya proses peminjaman barang masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan adanya platform berbasis website ini diharapkan bisa memfasilitasi peminjaman loker agar bisa memudahkan pengurus loker maupun seluruh mahasiswa dan bisa diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Pembuatan menggunakan manajemen basis data MySQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP native dengan konsep Object Oriented Programming(OOP).
