Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a long-term metabolic disorder caused by the body's insulin hormone which cannot be used properly to regulate blood sugar balance, resulting in hyperglycemia (Zakiudin et al., 2023). There are two factors that can affect a person's glucose levels, the first is endogenous factors such as insulin, glucagon, and cortisol which act as receptor systems in liver and muscle cells. The second factor is the amount and type of food consumed, which is an exogenous factor. Blood glucose levels are also influenced by a person's character (gender, family history of diabetes, and age), dietary factors (high energy, high carbohydrates, high fat, high protein, and low fiber), lack of physical activity, nutritional status, hypertension and knowledge about nutrition (Viera Valencia & Garcia Giraldo, 2019).

The level of family welfare is the key to meeting children's nutritional needs. Parents need to identify nutritional problems experienced by children. Specifically, we want to know how family income affects children's caloric intake. The study used a cross-sectional analytical design. A total of seventy-four youngsters were sampled using the Simple Random Sampling approach. We used a questionnaire to collect data on family welfare levels, measured height and weight to calculate body mass index (BMI), and then ran the numbers through the Chi-Square Test. Among the families surveyed, 43.2% fell into the second group of wealthy, while 51.4% were classified as having normal nutrition. There is a statistically significant correlation between family welfare and children's nutritional status (p = 0.023, r(s) = 0.016, according to the Chi-Square test). The statistics indicate that children's nutritional status is adequate, although there is room for improvement. A child's nutritional condition may be affected by their family's degree of welfare. A child's dietary requirements are better met in families with greater levels of welfare. For optimal growth and development, it is expected that parents would attend to their children's dietary requirements

A person's nutritional status may be used as a gauge to illustrate how their body functions based on the foods they eat. There are five categories into which nutritional status can be categorized: less, less, good, more, and obese. A number of factors, including physical activity, snacking habits, and patterns of vegetable and fruit eating, might contribute to problems with nutritional status. To determine what elements affect the nutritional state of high school pupils in classes X and XI, a cross-sectional observational study design is used. The Bogor Pharmacy Vocational School was the location of the research. For this study, a sample of 101 people was selected using simple random selection as the sampling strategy. Nutritional status (BMI/U), fruit and vegetable consumption (FFQ interview), snacking habits (FFQ interview), and physical activity (PAQ-Q questionnaire) were used to gather data. A chi-square test was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that 65.3% of students at the Bogor Pharmacy Vocational School have adequate nutritional conditions. Additionally, the bivariate data demonstrate a substantial correlation (p = 0.020) between fruit and vegetable intake. snacking patterns on teenage nutritional status (p = 0.018). There is no statistically significant correlation (p = 0.1000) between teenage dietary status and physical activity.

Neonatal mortality consists of early neonatal death and late neonatal death. Neonatal mortality rate is the number of neonatal deaths per 1,000 live births. Low Birth Weight is one of the risk factors that contributes to infant mortality, especially during the neonatal period. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of low birth weight babies at RSKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar in 2024. This study is analytical with a case control approach used to determine the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The type of research is retrospective which tries to look back. This means collecting data starting from the effects or consequences that have occurred. Then from these effects the causes or variables that influence these consequences are traced. The population in this study were all babies born in January-June 2018, totaling 759 babies. The sample in this study were babies born in the delivery room of RSKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar in 2024 with a birth weight of > 2500 grams. Based on the research results, a p value of 0.002 was obtained, thus it can be concluded that this figure means that there is an influence of maternal age on the incidence of LBW, and the p value ρ = 0.001 means that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence between nutritional status and the incidence of Low Birth Weight.

Posyandu is expected to be able to detect any deviations in growth and development early and provide recommendations to immediately visit related health services. Stimulation recommendations are also given if the detection results show that there is dysfunction in growth and development, so that the dysfunction does not experience more severe disorders. Delays in growth and development in children that are detected early are very important and are part of the duties of posyandu cadres. There are several applications that can be accessed by the community at home, such as the "Nutritional Status Check", "Nutrition Calculator", and "PRIMAKU" applications, where these applications can be downloaded using a smartphone on the Google Playstore, these applications can be used to help parents monitor their children's growth and development while at home. 5 The Ministry of Health has launched the book Stimulation, Detection and Early Intervention of Growth and Development (SDIDTK) (Karima et al., 2021; N et al., 2019).

Pregnancy is the most important period in a woman's life cycle. During pregnancy, a woman provides nutrition not only herself, but also herself and the fetus. Pregnant women should be careful with their food intake. You not only need to consume enough food and drinks, but they also need to be balanced and contain enough nutrients. Non-compliance with nutrition during pregnancy causes malnutrition, the worst impact of which is incomplete fetal growth, low birth weight (LBW), and fetal abnormalities. The aim of this activity is to increase respondents' knowledge regarding the nutrition of pregnant women. It was found that respondents were very enthusiastic about listening to the material presented by the presenters. The nutritional status of a pregnant woman before and during pregnancy can affect the development of the fetus she is carrying.  If a mother's nutritional status is normal before and during pregnancy, she will most likely give birth to a healthy adult child with a normal weight
