Data and information play a strategic role in organizational systems theory, particularly in supporting fact-based decision-making processes. In this theory, organizations are viewed as open systems that continuously interact with their environments. Data serves as raw material that, through analysis, is transformed into actionable information to understand the internal and external dynamics of organizations. Accurate and relevant information helps organizations manage complexity, identify opportunities, and address challenges in ever-changing environments. The data management process encompasses collection, storage, analysis, and distribution, enabling integration across organizational units and enhancing synergy. Additionally, information-based feedback systems are vital for measuring organizational performance and driving continuous innovation. The effective use of data and information not only improves operational efficiency but also supports strategic planning and adaptation to market changes. In the context of digitalization, the role of data and information has become increasingly critical, as technology enables the processing of large-scale data more quickly and accurately. This article explores how data and information, as core components of organizational systems theory, can be utilized to create added value and support organizational sustainability in the modern era.

Oligopoly is a market structure controlled by a small number of companies that dominate market share. This research examines the impact of oligopoly on society and industrial growth, with a focus on economic, social and structural aspects. Economically, oligopoly can reduce price competition and lead to price regulation that is detrimental to consumers. Socially, this market structure can exacerbate economic inequality and limit the opportunities of small entrepreneurs. In terms of industrial growth, oligopoly can provide stability, but also reduce incentives for innovation. This research also discusses the role of government policies, such as antitrust regulations, in reducing the negative impacts of oligopolies.  This research will also discuss the role of government policy in regulating oligopolies to ensure that the negative impacts of this market structure can be minimized. Policies such as antitrust and price regulation need to be implemented to maintain a balance between industrial stability and societal welfare.

The Internet advancement in Indonesia has created significant opportunities for digital business, particularly in marketing. Digital marketing encompasses promoting products and services through online platforms, such as social media, which facilitate connections among individuals globally. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are anticipated to play a crucial role in bolstering economic growth, especially within the food and beverage sector, alleviating unemployment. Despite many MSMEs needing to leverage social media entirely, they are progressively adapting their promotional strategies and discount offerings in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service initiative employs digital marketing as a strategic approach to facilitate market penetration for MSMEs in the culinary field, thereby enhancing sales. It is anticipated that this initiative will address the difficulties encountered by culinary partners, particularly the lack of marketing innovation due to inadequate skills in managing social media marketing. Furthermore, the pursuit of business volume targets is complicated by escalating competition within the culinary sector. The proposed short-term solutions include promoting the use of social media for product marketing and encouraging product innovation.

Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field that combines biology, computer science and statistics to analyze biological data and translate it into effective therapies. With technological advances, such as next-generation genetic sequencing, bioinformatics enables the development of personalized therapies based on an individual's genetic profile. This approach provides more effective treatment and reduces the risk of side effects. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates big data analysis, predicts therapy response and identifies disease biomarkers. Despite challenges such as the need for big data infrastructure and ethical privacy issues, the outlook for bioinformatics is bright. Through global collaboration and a multi-omics approach, bioinformatics is expected to become a key foundation in future medical therapy innovation.

The issue of waste, especially plastic waste, has become a crucial problem in Indonesia, leading to ecosystem damage and environmental pollution. SDN 2 Cikalang, located in Tasikmalaya City, is one of the schools that has not yet implemented optimal plastic waste management. An Ecobrick outreach program was conducted to enhance the knowledge of fifth-grade students about plastic waste management through Ecobrick innovation. An Ecobrick is a plastic bottle filled tightly with plastic waste, which can be used as a construction material to replace bricks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Ecobrick outreach program in increasing students' knowledge of plastic waste management. The research methods included pre-test, material delivery, hands-on practice, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a 45% increase in students' knowledge, with a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p value = 0.000). This indicates that a hands-on education approach is effective in improving students' understanding of plastic waste management through Ecobrick.

This study highlights the importance of implementing human relations principles in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Open communication, empathy, and constructive conflict management were found to be key factors in building positive work relationships between employees and managers. Employees who feel valued and listened to tend to be more engaged in their work, increasing motivation and morale, which ultimately impacts the performance of the team and the organization as a whole. In addition, effective conflict management can strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a work atmosphere that is more conducive to collaboration and innovation. This study also shows that poorly managed conflict can damage work relationships and reduce productivity. In such situations, a tense work environment can lower employee morale, increase turnover rates, and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to actively develop strategies that support clear and effective communication, as well as pay attention to employee emotional well-being. Building an inclusive work culture and providing constructive conflict resolution mechanisms are essential to maintaining the stability and sustainability of productivity in the long term.

Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is a high-value export commodity with strong demand in local and international markets. This shrimp species excels due to its adaptability, disease resistance, and delicious taste. However, white feces disease poses a serious threat, affecting the shrimp's digestive system, appetite, and growth. To prevent this, the recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) technology is a crucial innovation. This system maintains water quality and oxygen levels through continuous water and oxygen circulation, ensuring the health and productivity of vannamei shrimp.
