Penelitian ini mengkaji perspektif guru MA terhadap ketidaksetaraan akses pendidikan di sekolah MA Pulau Midai, Kabupaten Natuna. Pulau Midai menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait infrastruktur pendidikan, sumber daya, dan aksesibilitas akibat lokasinya yang terpencil dan dukungan pemerintah yang terbatas untuk sekolah swasta. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru. Temuan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan besar dalam fasilitas pendidikan, terutama di sekolah MA swasta yang sangat bergantung pada dana BOS yang terbatas. Guru memainkan peran penting dalam mengatasi ketidaksetaraan ini dengan beradaptasi terhadap keterbatasan sumber daya dan berupaya memberikan pendidikan berkualitas. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan infrastruktur pendidikan, sumber daya teknologi, dan akses internet yang stabil untuk memastikan pendidikan yang setara bagi semua siswa di Pulau Midai.

The aim of this research is to analyze how corporate criminal liability which is realized in the form of hospitals and/or emergency hospitals is linked to criminal acts of disposal of medical solid waste during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to determine the factors that influence this. creation of damage. implementing regulations. this criminal liability. The research results show that in this case the company and the administrative official who gave the order (manager) to commit a criminal act can be held criminally responsible. There are several factors that influence the realization of criminal responsibility, for example the lack of optimal supervision by law enforcement officers. Unclear provisions, particularly those relating to emergency hospital accommodation, require updating of the law.

Housing is a collection of houses as part of settlements, both urban and rural, which are equipped with public infrastructure, facilities and utilities as a result of efforts to provide livable houses. If you look at the definition of housing, you can see that infrastructure, facilities and public utilities are requirements that must be completed in housing. In fact, when the housing is still under construction, housing marketing through a preliminary sale and purchase agreement system can only be carried out after there is certainty about several things, one of which is the availability of infrastructure, facilities and public utilities. Quantitative data from interview results is described in a frequency table qualitatively and descriptively. The data that has been obtained through research activities is analyzed qualitatively. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the data obtained, both primary data and secondary data, which is then followed by interpretation and conclusions. Implementation of the procurement of public facilities and social facilities is a mandatory requirement that must be provided by the developer/developer to obtain a building construction permit (IMB) from the Spatial Planning and Building Service. Dalam membantu mobilitas masyarakat besar, transportasi umum yang memadai menjadi salah satu langkah tepat untuk memfasilitasinya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk pelayanan mengetahui bersama PT. Kereta Api Indonesia melalui kepuasan pengguna Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) di stasiun transit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner secara personal untuk mendapatkan respon para pengguna terhadap pelayanan pada tasiun transit. Kuisioner ini berisi pertanyaan seputar kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan di stasiun transit. hasil penelitian yang didapat dari 63 orang responden rata-rata memberikan nilai cukup baik pada fasilitas yang disediakan yang diberikan penyedia layanan, dengan nilai sebesar 7,4 poin untuk total pelayanan pada stasiun transit. Dengan diadakannya penelitian ini, diharapkan mutu pelayanan yang disediakan pada transportasi umum semakin meningkat, sehingga akan memberikan kepuasan pada lebih banyak pengguna transportasi.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi, sementara membawa banyak manfaat, juga membawa tantangan baru. Salah satu contohnya adalah munculnya ideologi Islam transnasional yang dapat memunculkan radikalisme dan ekstremisme di kalangan masyarakat. pesantren juga masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengadaptasi diri terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Masalah infrastruktur yang kurang memadai, manajemen yang lemah, dan kurangnya SDM menjadi kendala utama, termasuk di Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam artikel ini adalah Bagaimana pengaturan penyelenggaraan pondok pesantern di Kabupaten Penukal Adab Lematang Ilir untuk mewujudkan  kepastian hukum. Metode yuridis normatif selain studi kepustakaan juga melibatkan wawancara dan focus group discussion (FGD). Peraturan tentang fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Penukal abad Lematang Ilir telah memenuhi tatacara penyusunan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 yang telah dirubah dua kali. Penyusunan naskah akademik sebagai langkah awal yang harus dilakukan sebelum dilakukannya pembahasan sampai pengesahan. Dengan pengaturan fasilitasi penyelenggaraan pondok pesantren ini, maka kepastian hukum  akan dapat diwujudkan, yang berujung terciptanya penyelenggaraan pondok pesantren yang berkualitas yang mendasarkan pada Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945.

This study aims to explain the influence of accessibility and facilities on traders' income at Pada Lewoleba Market. This research is quantitative research with the data used obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents. The analytical method used is instrument testing and multiple linear regression which is processed using Eviews 12 software. The results of this study show that partially the accessibility variable influences the income of traders in the market on Lewoleba and the facility variable influences the income of traders in the market on Lewoleba, this is due to renovations carried out in stages by the Lembata Regency Regional Government which are continuously being improved. Simultaneously, the variables of accessibility and facilities influence the income of traders in the market on Lewoleba

Legal metrology has the role of providing assurance of the correctness of measurement results and legal certainty in the process of trade transactions that use Measuring, Measuring, Weighing, and Equipment (UTTP) tools for determining quantities as a basis for determining the price of goods and services.  The implementation of legal metrology activities to ensure the correctness of measurement results is regulated in Law Number 2 of 1981 concerning Legal Metrology which aims to protect the public interest / consumers through guaranteeing the correctness of measurement results as well as order and legal certainty in the use of units of measure, unit standards, measurement methods and measuring, measuring, weighing and weighing equipment. Therefore, a study was conducted entitled Risk Analysis of OHS Hazards in the Facilitation of Tera / Retest Work and Repair of Mechanical Non-Automatic Scales (TBOM) Using the JSA and HIRARC Methods with a case study of the Tera Tera Retest Facilitation work at BSML Regional IV. Testing is done manually using scales up to 150 kg to ensure the correctness of the measurements. With the high risk experienced in testing and repair, risk mitigation is carried out with the HIRARC method with the results of 3 Medium Risk (medium risk) down to none, as well as 5 Low Risk (light risk) to 11 Very Low Risk to 11 risks from the initial 6 risks in the Tera Tera Re-facilitation of the Tera Session in the Market.

Airport Operation Landside and Terminal (Aolt) officers still often find field inspections and find findings stating that the facilities in the airport terminal area are functioning normally, the facilities are normal and the toilets are clean and fragrant and dry, all findings are documented to be reported and repairs are carried out by the relevant units to carry out checks and all activities and findings regarding damage to facilities are reported in the manual log book recording and the my inspection application. This researcher aims 1). Knowing the performance of AOLT officers at Adisutjipto Yogyakarta International Airport.2). Find out what the role of officers is in inspecting facilities at the Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport terminal. 3). Knowing the efforts of AOLT officers in overcoming obstacles to inspection of facilities at Adisutjipto International Airport. This research uses qualitative methods. Research subjects and objects, researchers are supported by data collectors using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods with supporting documents at the Airport Operation Landside and Terminal (Aolt) units to answer the research problem formulation, the researchers carried out 3 stages of data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of this research show that 1) AOLT officers have compliance with good inspection procedures, adequate abilities in identifying problems, and effective reporting and communication processes, 2) Airport Operation Lanside and Terminal officers at Adisutjipto Yogyakarta International Airport have a major role in monitoring facility conditions, reporting findings, corrective actions, and coordinating with related parties. 3) In handling facilities, the solutions implemented must focus on expanding facilities, regular maintenance, improving services, and collaborating with related parties. In this way, airport toilets can become more comfortable facilities and meet higher standards.

Apotek merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang bertanggungjawab atas pemenuhan kebutuhan obat-obatan di masyarakat. Pasca pandemi covid-19 penurunan layanan dirasakan oleh seluruh apotek, sehingga banyak unit usaha apotek yang saat ini tidak hanya memberikan pelayanan di bidang obat-obatan. Beberapa apotek kini menyediakan perlengkapan kesehatan, produk kecantikan, dan praktik dokter spesialis. Salah satunya adalah apotek Sugih Waras yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Namun masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh apotek Sugih Waras saat ini menitik beratkan pada penggunaan teknologi yang masih kurang untuk pengelolaan di berbagai lini aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang ruang kosong yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh apotek Sugih Waras dan mengisinya dengan teknologi e-commerce untuk memperkuat posisi di pasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Alat yang digunakan yakni analisis SWOT dengan penilaian Internal Factor Analysis Strategic (IFAS) dan Eksternal Factor Analysis Strategic (EFAS). Today's business developments are increasingly diverse, including retail businesses. Retail in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly. In every corner of the city, it cannot be denied that many retail shops have been built, not only to make a profit but also to provide facilities to the community which is also growing and has more and more needs that must be met. Retail is one of the retail stores in Indonesia which is currently developing. To make work and activities easier, the Blue Green Line Shop needs to improve its spatial layout. The spatial layout that the shop has designed is still considered less effective and efficient. Due to the placement of the freezer which is not visible to customers and the refrigerator which blocks the cashier, it disturbs customers in the payment process. The methods used are the ARC (Activity Relationship Chart) and TCR (Total Closeness Rating) methods. The results of this research show that the cashier has the highest score from the TCR calculation results, namely 168 and has an influence on the course of shop activities using the TCR worksheet, as well as the proposed placement of the freezer right next to the entrance so it is not visible and the refrigerator blocks the cashier from being moved to another row of refrigerators, so that work and activities can run as they should.

The Constitutional Court of Indonesia Decision Number 65/PUU-XXI/2023 has significant implications for the social norms of political campaigns in educational facilities and government buildings. This research aims to explore the implications of the decision and the responses from various stakeholders. A literature review approach is employed, collecting and analyzing various sources including books, academic journals, and online resources related to law, politics, and education in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that the Constitutional Court's decision alters the landscape of political campaigns by allowing campaigning in educational institutions while still maintaining the ban in places of worship. Responses from various stakeholders, including academics, activists, and Civil Servants, highlight issues of neutrality, security, and education quality. The implications of this decision provoke intense debate concerning freedom of speech, institutional neutrality, and the balance between political participation and social stability. This research provides a deeper understanding of the political and legal dynamics in Indonesia, offering insights for the formulation of more effective policies in the context of political campaigns and education.

Efficiency problems in spatial planning at LSU Farm have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the production process. The proximity of raw material storage warehouses to sorting and packaging zones results in congestion that disrupts product flow and quality, as well as triggering backtracking and line crossings that are detrimental to materials management. To overcome this, the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method was applied which considers interactions between critical areas such as inbound, sort & repack, outbound, warehouse, employees, cold storage and outdoor offices. ARC's analysis compares the importance of connections between facilities for easier access and consumer convenience, as well as reducing unnecessary movements and improving quality control. The analysis results show that the sort & repack area with the highest Total Closeness Rating (TCR) value (117) is a priority in layout reorganization. Based on these findings, it is recommended that production input warehouses be positioned further away from sorting and packaging areas to maintain product quality and avoid chemical contamination, in line with improving overall operational efficiency.

Cahaya Grosir Indah is a retailer that sells various foodstuffs, clothing, electronics and other general goods. In this research, Cahaya Grosir Indah is the retail store we chose, whether there is an inappropriate layout of the store facilities. This research aims to help optimize the layout design of retail facilities using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method which focuses on analyzing the relationship between activities in retail stores and Total Closeness (TCR) which focuses on the degree of closeness of each room facility in the Cahaya retail business. Indah Wholesale to set top priorities in retail development. Based on the results of the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) calculation at Cahaya Grosir Indah, the first facility that was prioritized because the results were the highest was the cashier with a TCR (Total Closeness Rating) score of 162, product shelves with a score of 126, warehouse with a score of 34, facility center with a value of 94, and toilets with a value of 18. Therefore, for retail it is important to place other facilities with high value results and are prioritized so that they can be close to each other and facilitate operational processes. The layout has a strategic impact in the longer term. A strategic and comfortable layout provides benefits for retailers to make it easier to organize efficient layout positions and can reduce the density of activity in retail and make it easier for customers to shop.

Layout has an important role in improving the quality of life and productivity of cows. Placing the right layout of space or facilities can make it easier to carry out daily maintenance and upkeep activities. This research was conducted to analyze the layout of facilities at Sapi Juara Farm. Sapi Juara Farm is a privately owned dairy farm located in Kec. Pamijahan, Bogor Regency, West Java. This farm provides fresh cow's milk to meet the demands of the cow's milk processing industry and the community's demand for milk. The layout of this farm needs to be reviewed in order to increase operational efficiency and optimal milk yield. This research aims to investigate and analyze the layout of facilities at Sapi Juara Farm using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. The results of the analysis of the two methods showed that the highest score was in the feed warehouse with a total score of 331 and the lowest score was in the owner's house with a total score of 15. The equipment warehouse underwent changes to be placed adjacent to the sterilization room to make it easier to clean the equipment and the process of transporting the milk out.

Learning in the digital era needs to be supported by various supporting facilities. Variations in student needs and school capabilities affect the differences in the procurement of relevant supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze learning support facilities in public and private schools in West Java. Data was collected by interviewing teachers from each school. The results of this study show that both schools have different facilities and facilities to support the digita era. SDIT Titian Ilmu has more equitable and complete digital facilities compared to SDN 087 Rancabolang. This shows that schools in Indonesia are uneven in terms of digital facilities, especially in public schools. Nevertheless, both schools have realized the importance of keeping up with the times to support the learning process. These schools have used digital learning to support the learning process. However, SDN 087 Rancabolang still has limited digital facilities due to the uneven distribution of facilities within the school which only provides one infocus that is used alternately and the internet (WIFI), while SDIT Titian Ilmu, the facilities and facilities are evenly distributed, namely infocus in each class and a computer lab. However, teachers at SDN 097 Rancabolang do not just let this digital-based learning continue, but they try to familiarize themselves with the use of this technology.

WiFi facilities as a learning medium are very helpful for teaching staff and students in the teaching and learning process. It is hoped that the use of WiFi facilities as a learning medium can increase students' learning motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of wifi facilities in the school environment on students' learning motivation at Ibnurusyd Islamic High School, Kotabumi, North Lampung with a sample of 100 students from several levels. Data collection was carried out using the TAM (technology Acceptance Model) method. Data collection techniques can be carried out by distributing questionnaires to students at Ibnurusyd Islamic High School, Kotabumi. The results of the analysis from this research are that the wifi facilities in the learning environment at Ibnurusyd Islamic High School Kotabumi are good for implementing learning activities, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire which obtained a percentage of 31.3%. The greater the use of WiFi facilities for learning activities as a learning medium, the greater the influence on student learning motivation.

Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya kemampuan dan minat membaca siswa kelas tiga di SDN 101765 Bandar Setia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus. Hasil wawancara dengan guru mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca dan kurangnya pengenalan alfabet. Faktor-faktor seperti kebiasaan membaca yang buruk, kurangnya fasilitas membaca, lingkungan yang tidak mendukung, dan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua berkontribusi pada rendahnya minat membaca. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi kegiatan literasi, pelatihan keterampilan membaca dasar dengan menggunakan berbagai media, dan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung literasi di sekolah. Rekomendasi lainnya adalah meningkatkan ketersediaan buku menarik, memasukkan kegiatan literasi dalam pengajaran, dan menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik untuk membaca di kalangan siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini meluas ke pendidik, orang tua, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mempromosikan lingkungan ramah membaca bagi siswa.

(2) How do paramedic facilities affect patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital? (3) How does the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities affect patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of nurse service quality on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. (2) The effect of paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. (3) The effect of the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital.The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis techniques, namely validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The quality of nurse services has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of service is improved, then patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (2) Paramedic facilities have a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. (3) The quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities is improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase.

Transportation is a service system in which vehicles and infrastructure are used by the community to facilitate travel between cities and countries. One of the modes of transportation at this time that is developing is air transportation. In the changing transportation industry, there is also a need to maintain, develop and provide airport transportation facilities. With the provision of these facilities, passengers are expected to feel comfortable and safe when traveling by plane. Therefore, airport facilities have now been improved with free wi-fi specifically for air transportation service users so that passengers feel comfortable while waiting for the plane to arrive at the airport lounge. Room temperatures that are too hot or too cold can cause interference. A hot or humid room can cause a psychological reaction in humans. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the availability of facilities in the waiting room on passenger satisfaction and to determine how much influence the availability of facilities in the waiting room on passenger satisfaction. The research method that the researchers used in this study is a quantitative method whose processing was tested using the SPSS Version 26 application. Some of these tests include descriptive analysis, simple classical assumptions, coefficients of determination, and hypotheses. Based on the results of the test carried out, a significance test value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained and a calculated t value of 16,273 > t table of 1,660 so that it can be said that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Judging from the R square value of 0.730, which means that the variable availability of waiting room facilities (X) affects the variable of passenger satisfaction (Y) at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang by 73.0%.
