MSMEs Sale Pisang "Mawar” is one of the superior potentials in Jabalsari Village which is increasingly developing amidst intense competition between MSMEs products. The marketing has also succeeded in reaching outside cities such as Kediri and Malang. This condition cannot be separated from the high customer satisfaction factor. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price perception and brand image on customer satisfaction at Sale Pisang "Mawar" Jabalsari Tulungagung. This research uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased Jabalsari Tulungagung "Mawar" Banana Sale products taken using accidental sampling technique. Samples were taken using the Lemeshow formula so that a sample size of 100 respondents was obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data results were then analyzed using statistical tests with the help of the IBM SPSS 16 program. The results of this research show that product quality, price perception and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, partially, product quality and perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, partial brand image does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence between Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction which has an impact on Julietta Fried Chicken's business in North Bekasi. The population in this study were all buyers at the Julietta Fried Chicken business in North Bekasi. This research method is quantitative research and to obtain samples in this study the authors used purposive sampling method and hair formula. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 105 customers at the Julietta Fried Chicken business in North Bekasi. Data is processed using SPSS data analysis software version 26. This can be seen that the sig value is 0,002 <0,05 and the t-count value is 3,118> t-table 1,98326. The Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. It can be seen that the sig value is 0,000 <0,05 and the t-count value is 10,066> t-table 1,98326. The Price Perception variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. This can be seen that the sig value is 0,024 <0.05 and the t-count value is 2,298> t-table 1,98326. From the research results obtained that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables are proven to be significant and have an effect on the Y variable. Therefore, the application of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception provided by the company can minimize the level of customer satisfaction at the Julietta Fried Chicken Business in North Bekasi.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of religiosity and public perception on interest in saving at sharia banks with a sample of respondents from the Rukun Warga 06 West Cilandak community. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the level of religiosity and public perception have a positive and significant influence on interest in saving. So these two variables are believed to increase interest in saving at sharia banks, therefore to increase the number of customers of a sharia bank it is necessary to increase outreach programs to the public so that their understanding and knowledge increases regarding the products and characteristics of sharia banks which are different from conventional banks.

The digital age is evolving quickly right now. The surge in electronic transactions has also caused customers to migrate to online shopping, specifically e-commerce. Customers are interested in purchasing when engaging marketing content is available, and they are also less likely to hesitate when purchasing from well-known brands. This study looks at factors related to content marketing, brand perception, decisions, and purchases that are influenced by purchase intention. Data was gathered via a Google Form survey from 100 respondents. analysis of data with the SEM smartPLS 3.0 program. The study's findings indicate that while brand image has no effect on decisions to buy, marketing content does affect interest and interest in buying influences decisions to buy. Purchase interest is not a mediator between decisions and the impact of marketing information.

This study aims to analyze consumer responses to the queue phenomenon that occurs at Cipatik Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU). Queues at gas stations are often a major concern for consumers, affecting customer satisfaction and the operational performance of gas stations. This study identifies the main factors that influence consumer response to queues, focusing on queue cases, waiting time, and consumer feelings regarding service. The research method used a quantitative approach through a consumer survey involving a representative sample of Cipatik gas station users. Data was collected through a questionnaire covering aspects such as consumer perception of service speed, queue efficiency, and overall satisfaction level. The results of data analysis show that there is a lack of consumer satisfaction with the queues that occur at Cipatik Service Station, West Bandung Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to improve queue management by the gas station. The addition of filling pump lines needs to be addressed so that the service level can increase. In addition, shorter waiting times and a more efficient service experience are considered by consumers as key factors in increasing their satisfaction. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Cipatik Service Station management and relevant stakeholders to improve queue management and increase customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study can assist policy makers in developing more effective operational strategies to address queuing issues and improve consumer experience at the gas station.

The aim of this research is to ascertain and assess the ways in which Asus laptop purchase decisions are influenced by brand image, product quality, and pricing. Through the use of the Google Form platform, questionnaires were sent in order to gather data. In the analytical method, multiple linear regression was used in addition to evaluating traditional assumptions. Additionally, IBM SPSS 25 software was used to evaluate the hypotheses both partially (t-test) and concurrently (f-test). The findings demonstrated that while price had no discernible effect on decisions to buy, brand perception and product quality did positively and significantly influence decisions to buy. These findings suggest that while price has little bearing on customer choice, brand perception and product quality are important factors when it comes to Asus laptop purchases.

Objective of this study: To determine the influence of product quality on customer loyalty. To determine the influence of price perception on customer loyalty. To determine  the  influence  of  advertising  on  customer  loyalty.  This  research  uses  a quantitative approach.  Sampling techniques used are  nonprobability sampling with random samplings, while the researcher deliberately determine their sample according to the area and qualified by some requirements. Population of this study is all gender aged 15 - 45 years and customer of Liyanti Beauty Store in Blora City, Central Java, sample of this research amounted to 90 respondents. Data collection method used is a scale with a dependent variable is customer loyalty and its independent variables, i.e., product quality, price perception, and advertising. Data analysis techniques use a double linear regression analysis test with application of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows program. The result of this research : Product quality has the most influence over customer loyalty. Price perception has no influence on customer loyalty. Advertising has no influence on customer loyalty. While the results of research simultaneously show that product quality, price perception, and advertising influence over customer loyalty.

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

This research aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the use of microcredit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Kampung Baru. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the sample through observation, interviews and document analysis of the sample's perceptions of the product using Murabahah principles. In this context, research examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected customer responses from BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru, while qualitative data analysis was carried out to identify customer views in more detail. It is hoped that the findings of this research will help in understanding the effectiveness of implementing the Murabahah model in micro product development and how it affects customer needs and expectations. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their ties with customers, especially at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru.

The development of information technology in a digital-based economy supports business actors in aspects of marketing, procurement, distribution, and consumer service. This research aims to determine the influence of price perceptions, online customer reviews, and promotions on purchasing decisions for Heylook Official Shop products on the Shopee marketplace. The population in the research is Heylook Official Shop consumers on the Shopee marketplace the number of which is unknown (infinite). The number of samples in this study was 97 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire applied on Google Forms, and measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The findings in this research show that price perceptions and promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews do not influence Heylook Official Shop Purchase Decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Companies are expected to maintain competitive prices and continue to carry out promotional activities effectively. Companies need to push consumers to provide reviews of the products they purchase so that they become input for other consumers and the company itself.

A business actor to maintain its extension in order to enter and attract customers by creating good relationships with customers. Creating a good relationship is the goal of business actors to have loyal customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of packaging quality, price perception and brand image on consumer loyalty of Oreo biscuits. This research includes quantitative research. The population of this study is visitors from May 2023 as many as 564 buyers. The sampling technique used in this study was the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% obtained by 85 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that packaging quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Packaging quality, price perception, and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty of Oreo products at the Sarimulya Limbangan store.

In the current era of globalization, the rapid growth and development of sharia banking in Indonesia has given rise to competition between sharia financial institutions which is getting tighter from year to year, therefore both state and private banks are launching various strategies to attract potential customers or existing customers. Are interested so that they remain loyal customers. Service quality and customer satisfaction are one of several factors that influence customer loyalty. Service quality is expected to provide encouragement to customers to maintain a strong relationship with the bank. Customer satisfaction shapes customer perceptions and can then position the product in their minds. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of customer service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Caash Office, Jambi City. The Number ofsamples in this research was 100 people and used a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The research result show that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valis and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occour.

The development of information technology is currently changing the minds of customers or consumers in carrying out various transaction activities in the banking world, where customers prioritize aspects of convenience, flexibility, efficiency and simplicity. Mobile banking technology is a type of service provided by banks to their customers so that they can carry out their banking activities at any time without having to come to the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benefits and convenience on the interest in using BSI Mobile in the community in Sungai Tering Village, Nipah Panjang District. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses a random sampling technique, namely taking the population based on the area of the object of this research. The data analysis technique used to answer all the problem formulations uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the t test show that the benefits variable has a tcount value of 1.870 > ttable 1.660 Then H1 is accepted, the convenience variable has a tcount value of 5.676 > ttable 1.660 then H2 is accepted, and the R2 test is 0.678, this means that the interest variable can be explained by the perception variable convenience, benefits and safety. The t test results of the variable that is very influential in using mobile banking, namely the convenience variable, has a t value of 5.676.

This research aims to analyze how E-Trust and E-Service Quality influence E-Loyalty in mobile banking services, as well as the role of customer satisfaction as a variable that mediates the relationship between E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-Loyalty. This research was conducted as a case study on FEBI UINSU students in 2019 who used mobile banking services. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to FEBI UINSU students who had used mobile banking services. The questionnaire contains questions about their perceptions of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, customer satisfaction, and their level of E-Loyalty towards mobile banking services. The collected data is analyzed using relevant statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, path analysis, or other appropriate methods to test the relationship between the variables in this research.

Financial institutions have played a very large role in the development and growth of modern industrial society. BMT is included in the Sharia Financial Institutions which are operated on the principle of profit sharing, trying to grow and develop micro, small and medium enterprises, in order to raise the level and dignity and defend the interests of the poor. The aim of this research is to determine the role of BMT in empowering micro businesses and the potential of businesses financed at Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT) to develop economic activities so that they provide positive, prosperous and of course more independent results. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive research type, and the research data is taken from first-hand data, namely customer perceptions and second-hand statements that can be trusted. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and information from books, articles, journals and theses. Research findings show that BMT plays an important role in empowering micro businesses by providing financing in accordance with sharia and cooperative work operational agreements. That way, MSMEs will become more advanced and able to absorb workers, which of course will help a lot in economic development and alleviating poverty due to reduced employment opportunities.
