The rapid development of the digital era has significantly impacted adolescents by increasing academic stress due to academic demands, performance pressure, and technological distractions. This condition is often exacerbated by low levels of emotion regulation, which negatively affect students’ learning focus and psychological well-being. Therefore, effective interventions are needed to help students manage their emotions adaptively. This community service program aims to enhance emotional balance and reduce academic stress through a mindfulness-based intervention at MA Plus Nururrohmah. The program employed a participatory approach with stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. It was conducted in two main sessions: a mindfulness session delivered by Erlin Kurnia Sri Rejeki, M.Pd.I, and an interactive stress-release session facilitated by Estria Solihatun Nurjannah, M.Pd. Data were collected qualitatively through observation, documentation, and analysis of students’ responses and participation. The results show improved emotional awareness, better recognition of stress conditions, and increased student engagement. Additionally, students demonstrated more positive emotional states after the program. Thus, mindfulness implementation contributes positively to enhancing emotion regulation and reducing academic stress and has potential as a sustainable school-based mental health intervention model.

Mangrove forests are high-value coastal ecosystems that have the potential to be developed as sustainable ecotourism destinations. This study aims to analyze the development of Mangrove Forest Tourism in Kampung Kayu Ara Permai, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency based on the three pillars of sustainable tourism of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), namely environmental, economic, and socio-cultural sustainability. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies and semi-structured interviews with regional managers. The results of the study show that this area has a good mangrove ecosystem with nine species and an average Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) of 76.89% (Suitable/S2 category). From an economic perspective, eight non-timber forest products (NTFPs) downstream products and community-based homestay models have created an equitable distribution of benefits for residents. The socio-cultural dimension is supported by the authenticity of the coastal Malay tradition that is still preserved. However, the three dimensions face challenges in the form of the absence of protection regulations, the absence of a government fixed budget, and low public participation in management evaluation. This study recommends the issuance of regional regulations, the establishment of tourism BUMDes, and the strengthening of community participation as the foundation for sustainable ecotourism development.

This research investigates the integration of Sound Governance principles within the sustainable tourism policy cycle as a mechanism to mitigate institutional fragmentation and evaluation inefficiencies in developing economies. Adopting a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the study establishes a multidimensional evaluation framework congruent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Policy performance is rigorously analyzed across five strategic domains: Economy, Social-Welfare, Culture-Education, Environment, and Governance. The quantitative methodology employs 17 adapted SDG indicators to assess policy efficacy, while the subsequent qualitative phase utilizes semi-structured interviews and stakeholder mapping to deconstruct complex power dynamics within multi-actor co-management structures. The empirical findings demonstrate that Sound Governance—predicated on transparency and accountability—acts as a fundamental catalyst for policy effectiveness. It significantly enhances destination sustainability through a structured input-process-output-outcome-impact pathway. Evidence from the case study of Penglipuran Village, Bali, validates these results, showing that while indigenous institutional legitimacy bolsters social responsiveness, it remains susceptible to economic dependencies driven by overtourism. Ultimately, this study asserts that embedding SDGs into the policy evaluation cycle elevates assessments from perfunctory administrative exercises to strategic instruments essential for ecosystem preservation and long-term demand stability. These insights establish Sound Governance as a strategic intangible asset, providing significant theoretical contributions to development administration and offering pragmatic frameworks for policy-makers managing sustainable destinations in competitive global markets.

The development of digital services by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan through the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application has triggered a surge in large-scale and unstructured user reviews on the Google Play Store, thereby complicating manual analysis and conventional sentiment analysis in accurately identifying specific issues. This research aims to implement the Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) method to granularly evaluate JMO application reviews based on specific aspects, while simultaneously addressing class imbalance and computational efficiency issues. The proposed method combines the pretrained IndoBERT model as a contextual feature extractor, the SMOTE technique to balance the training data, and an artificial neural network (Neural Network) as the classification layer without performing full fine-tuning. The dataset used consists of 90,268 unique reviews categorized into five main aspects through keyword matching, namely General Satisfaction/Complaints, Performance & Stability, Service & Support, Feature Quality, and UI/UX, with initial lexicon-based labeling using the InSet Lexicon. The research results indicate that the proposed model successfully achieves highly optimal performance with an accuracy rate of 91.81% and a weighted F1-score of 92%. Furthermore, the implementation of SMOTE proved effective in enhancing model reliability on the minority class (negative sentiment), achieving an F1-score of 89%. The implications of this research contribute an accurate and efficient aspect-based sentiment analysis framework for developers, and serve as a strategic evaluation tool for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in mapping specific user complaints to accelerate continuous improvements in the performance, stability, and service quality of the JMO application.

Package C equivalency education is a strategic non-formal education policy designed to provide senior secondary education access for citizens who are not served by the formal schooling system. This study evaluates the implementation of the Package C Equivalency Education Policy at the Non-Formal Education Unit Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar in Batudaa District, Gorontalo Regency, Indonesia. The study addresses the gap between the policy objective of expanding equitable access to secondary education and the practical constraints found in local implementation. Using a qualitative evaluative case study design, the research applies the Context, Input, Process, and Product evaluation model. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving program managers, tutors, learners, parents, alumni, and non-formal education supervisors. The findings show that the policy is contextually relevant to learners who face economic barriers, employment demands, age constraints, and limited access to formal schooling. However, input capacity remains insufficient due to limited tutor availability, inadequate andragogical competence, insufficient learning media, and learning modules that are not yet fully contextualized. The process dimension reveals inconsistent learning schedules, lecture-dominated instruction, weak adult-learning practices, and suboptimal monitoring. Product evaluation indicates positive outcomes in graduation, academic confidence, and access to administrative requirements for work or further study, but practical skills and socio-economic impacts remain limited. The study concludes that Package C policy implementation requires stronger socialization, tutor capacity development, contextual learning resources, flexible learning management, and local policy support to generate sustainable public value.

Geographic tongue or benign migratory glossitis is a benign disorder of the oral mucosa that is relatively common in dental practice. This condition is characterized by erythematous areas caused by the loss of filiform papillae surrounded by irregular white borders. To understand the clinical characteristics of geographic tongue and the contributing factors involved in the development of the lesion in order to establish an appropriate diagnosis and provide adequate patient education. A 25-year-old female patient presented with complaints of patches on the tongue for approximately two months. The patient had been following an OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet for one year and reported an allergy to white rice. The patient also had a history of psoriasis. Nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin B complex, vitamin B12, folic acid, iron, and zinc may affect the integrity of the oral mucosa and disrupt the regeneration of the lingual epithelium. These conditions may lead to atrophy of the filiform papillae, resulting in the characteristic erythematous appearance of geographic tongue. In addition, immunological and inflammatory factors associated with psoriasis are also suspected to contribute to lesion development. Geographic tongue is a benign inflammatory condition with a multifactorial etiology, including nutritional deficiencies and immunological factors such as psoriasis. Evaluation of systemic conditions and nutritional status is important to support accurate diagnosis and proper patient management.
