Diarrhea has the potential to cause an Extraordinary Event (KLB) and is currently a leading cause of mortality in Indonesia, especially in children. Antibiotics are necessary for diarrhea caused by bacteria, but irrational antibiotic prescribing can increase the risk of antibiotic resistance. This literature review was conducted to provide an overview of the level of rationality of antibiotic use in pediatric patients with diarrhea in several Indonesian health facilities. The literature review was conducted by reviewing articles obtained through a Google Scholar search using the keywords "rationality of antibiotic use," "diarrhea," "children," and "evaluation of antibiotic use." Articles were selected using inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 10 suitable articles. The study results indicate that the evaluation methods for antibiotic use include the Gyssens criteria, World Health Organization criteria, Ministry of Health Decree Standards, the 2012 World Gastroenterology Organization Guidelines, and the Rational Drug Use Module. Commonly used evaluation parameters include appropriate indication, appropriate drug, appropriate dose, and appropriate patient. Most parameters have obtained rational results, but there are several studies that are not rational in the appropriate indication, appropriate drug, and appropriate dose categories. Variations in the results of rational antibiotic use at each health facility are influenced by patient characteristics, policies at the health care facility, and the level of compliance of health workers with therapy guidelines.

Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan suatu program pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengajarkan prinsip-prinsip pragmatis dan prosedural yang berusaha untuk mengembangkan sifat kemanusiaan, budaya, serta memberikan kekuatan kepada individu, hususnya siswa, agar mereka dapat menjadi warga negara yang baik sesuai dengan tuntutan yang diakui secara moral dan konstitusional oleh  negara. Pada pembelajaran kewarganegaraan ada tiga yang menjadi dasar dalam pembelajaran yang salah satunya adalah mengembangkan kecerdasan warga negara, membina tanggung jawab warga negara, serta mendorong partisipasi warga negara dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Permasalahan Prioritas yang dihadapi adalah di SD Negeri 095207 Sorba Tonduhan, yaitu keterbatasan pembelajaran berbasisi proyek, tidak tersedianya fasilitas pendukung seperti computer yang ada di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Kompetensi Guru dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran kurang Kreatif: Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang interaktif dan berbasis konteks lokal masih terbatas. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran tradisional cenderung mendominasi, sehingga kurang menarik bagi siswa. Solusi yang diberikan adalah berupa pembelajaran proyek penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, Dimana pembelajaran berbasis proyek melibatkan antara guru dengan siswa. Guru berperan aktif dalam memotivasi siswa dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Guru mempunyai masukan dan kreativitas yang besar serta dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar untuk membantu siswa mencapai hasil belajar yang baik, (Magdalena et al., 2024). Menurut (Norhikmah et al., 2022), Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek menuntut siswa untuk membuat proyek yang berkaitan dengan mata pelajaran terkait. Proyek pada pembelajaran ini dibangun berdasar ide-ide para siswa yang berasal dari keresahan permasalahan riil, sehingga peserta didik terjun secara langsung dalam memecahkan masalah.

PT. X is a textile company that produces greige fabric. One of the crucial stages in the greige fabric production process is inspection. Currently, the facility layout of the inspection area at PT X is still suboptimal. This results in longer fabric movement distances and increased time, leading to delivery delays and higher material handling costs. This study aims to design an optimal facility layout in the inspection area using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method and to determine the distances, times, and costs for the proposed layout. In the initial production layout, the fabric movement distance reached 26,130 meters in one working day, and the fabric movement time was 936 minutes. Furthermore, the initial production layout generated a relatively high OMH of Rp 13,742,980 per month. After designing the facility layout using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Blockplan methods, the proposed layout was arranged according to the production process sequence, resulting in a smoother material flow. The proposed layout yields 16,830 meters of fabric movement per workday, 660 minutes of required time, and a monthly OMH of Rp 7,945,622, with an efficiency of 39.32%.

Proyek konstruksi Rumah Sakit Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (RSPTN) Universitas X menghasilkan berbagai jenis Limbah B3 dari aktivitas pembangunan, operasional lapangan, dan perawatan peralatan. Limbah tersebut memiliki sifat berbahaya sehingga memerlukan pengelolaan sesuai regulasi untuk mencegah pencemaran dan risiko kesehatan. Studi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis Limbah B3 yang timbul serta menilai kesesuaian pengelolaannya di Tempat Penyimpanan Sementara (TPS) dengan PP No. 22 Tahun 2021, Permen LH No. 14 Tahun 2013, dan Permen LHK No. 20 Tahun 2020. Limbah yang dihasilkan meliputi oli bekas, cat beserta wadahnya, solar bekas, bahan pelapis kedap air, dan thinner. Pengemasan dan pelabelan sudah sesuai ketentuan, namun fasilitas TPS masih perlu ditingkatkan seperti penutupan bangunan, ketahanan lantai, fasilitas keselamatan, dan kerapian penyimpanan. Pemindahan limbah dilakukan melalui pihak berizin seperti DLH. Secara umum, pengelolaan Limbah B3 cukup baik, tetapi masih diperlukan peningkatan sarana TPS agar lebih aman dan sesuai persyaratan.

Public facilities play an important role in supporting community activities, especially in sports and social interaction. However, inadequate maintenance can reduce their functionality and user comfort. This study aims to improve the function of public facilities through the revitalization of a badminton court area at the Technical Implementation Unit for Road and Bridge Management in Surabaya, making it more feasible, safe, and comfortable for use. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach combined with Participatory Action Research (PAR), with data collected through direct observation of facility conditions before and after revitalization. The results show a significant improvement in the quality of infrastructure, both in physical condition and environmental comfort. The revitalized court supports better sports activities and increases user participation. These findings indicate that revitalization not only enhances facility quality but also promotes greater utilization, improved social interaction, and a more productive environment, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing public facility functions.

The Karanggawang, Demak location, service quality, and facilities offered by Jaya Abadi Motor Workshop are all examined in this study in connection to customer satisfaction. The study used quantitative methods to choose hundreds of volunteers. SPSS version 26 was utilized for the analysis, which employed multiple linear regression. Service quality, location, and resources all affect customer satisfaction, the results showed. An Adjusted R2 score of 0.440 indicates that these three factors explain 44% of the variation in customer satisfaction.

Permasalahan sampah memerlukan penangan yang serius, karena jika sampah tidak dikelola dengan baik maka akan menyebabkan masalah estetika, pencemaran bahkan kesehatan penghuni lingkungan tersebut. Pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Telukan yang tak bisa lepas dari sampah hasil kegiatan perdagangan memerlukan penyelesaikan terutama dari pedagang itu sendiri dalam hal sikap dan perilakunya dalam mengelola sampah. Ketersediaan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana pembuangan sampah juga menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan sampah pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Telukan di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengambilan data pada 111 pedagang di Pasar Telukan Sukoharjo.  Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dan metode analisa data menggunakan uji chi square.  Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan pengetahuan terhadap perilaku pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah, terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan sikap terhadap perilaku pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah, dan fasilitas sarana prasarana terhadap perilaku pedagang dalam pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Telukan Grogol Sukoharo menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.

Healthcare is an integral part of health development in Indonesia, which aims to optimally improve public health. Hospitals, as healthcare facilities, are required to provide quality, safe, and patient-centered services. Service quality is a key indicator of service success, as good service impacts patient satisfaction. One of the most important services in hospitals is obstetrics, which directly relates to maternal and infant health, making patient satisfaction a crucial aspect. Midwives, as professional healthcare workers, play a strategic role in providing comprehensive, sustainable, and patient-centered midwifery care. This study aims to analyze the influence of healthcare facilities and midwife performance on patient satisfaction through service quality. The method used is a quantitative study with an analytical approach and a cross-sectional design. The results of the multiple linear regression test indicate that midwife performance has a more dominant influence on service quality than healthcare facilities. Meanwhile, regarding patient satisfaction, service quality is the most dominant factor, followed by midwife performance and healthcare facilities. The conclusion of this study is that service quality reflects the overall patient experience and is a key factor in improving patient satisfaction.

This study is motivated by the growing public demand for reliable and high-quality public transportation services such as the Trans Solo Bus on corridor 4. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Facilities, Innovation, and Service Quality on User Interest, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents who are users of the Trans Solo Bus on corridor 4. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics through several tests, including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results revealed that Facilities, Innovation, and Service Quality significantly influence User Interest, either individually or simultaneously. These findings imply that improving facilities, implementing continuous innovation, and ensuring high service quality can increase public interest in using Trans Solo Bus services, thus supporting the development of sustainable urban transportation.

This research aims to develop an information system for the Imam Malik Koppe Mosque in Darma Village, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, utilizing the eMasjid platform as a solution for digitally managing mosque activities. The problem faced was the suboptimal recording of activity data, financial data, and service information for the congregation. The system development method used the Waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a mosque information system capable of presenting information on activities, financial data, reports, and communication between administrators more efficiently, transparently, and accountably. This system is expected to be an effective and user-friendly means of digitizing mosque management.

Transformasi digital menuntut organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan melalui program pelatihan, namun tingkat partisipasi karyawan sering kali masih rendah meskipun fasilitas telah tersedia secara memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Nudge Theory sebagai strategi dalam memengaruhi perilaku karyawan terhadap partisipasi program pelatihan, dengan fokus pada penerapan Choice Architecture dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur dengan strategi integrative review yang mengkaji berbagai publikasi ilmiah bereputasi terkait Behavioral Economics, human resource development, dan pembelajaran karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis nudge, seperti pengaturan default, penyederhanaan pilihan, dan penggunaan pengingat kontekstual, secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan partisipasi pelatihan karyawan secara sukarela. Selain itu, efektivitas intervensi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh integrasi dengan faktor motivasi intrinsik yang selaras dengan prinsip Self-Determination Theory. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual berupa kerangka integratif yang menggabungkan perspektif Behavioral Economics dan human resource development, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi HR leaders dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, adaptif, dan berbasis perilaku.

The development of MSMEs in the traditional food sector requires business actors to increase production capacity. MSME Gethuk Lindri Niki Eco plans to build a larger facility to meet increasing demand. However, the layout planning is still based on rough drawings and experience, which can lead to inefficient material movement. This study aims to provide an overview of recommendations for a more efficient production facility layout using the CRAFT method. The research method involves collecting data on production processes, departmental areas, and material movement frequency. Moreover, an Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) is compiled to identify the close relationships among departments. The results of the analysis are visualized with a Block Plan. Furthermore, the layout is optimized using the CRAFT method. The results show that the recommended layout reduces the total material movement distance from 60.96 meters to 58.19 meters or a reduction of 4.53%. In addition, material handling costs also decreased from Rp. 780.64 to Rp. 766.19 or a savings of 1.85%. Thus, the application of the CRAFT method resulted in a more efficient production layout at the Gethuk Lindri Niki Eco MSME.

Martial arts training centers are essential facilities that support the technical, physical, and mental development of athletes. This study aims to identify the facility requirements and architectural design criteria for martial arts training centers in Surabaya. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing literature reviews, field observations, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that the required facilities include a main training area, supporting spaces, and operational support facilities, all of which must be designed in accordance with the specific characteristics of each martial art discipline. Furthermore, the implementation of appropriate zoning systems and design criteria—such as flexibility, safety, comfort, and functional integration—plays a significant role in enhancing the effectiveness of the training environment. Properly designed facilities not only accommodate diverse training needs but also contribute to optimizing athlete performance. Therefore, a comprehensive architectural approach is necessary to ensure that martial arts training centers can function efficiently and sustainably in supporting long-term athlete development.

The elderly population in Indonesia, particularly in Surabaya, has been growing significantly, making the need for facilities serving the elderly increasingly urgent. Elderly rehabilitation services must be provided holistically, covering four main aspects: social, health, psychological, and spiritual. However, the implementation of holistic services in some nursing homes still shows differences in quality and has not fully met the expected standards. This study aims to analyze and compare holistic services in two nursing homes, namely Griya Lansia Husnul Khatimah in Malang and UPTD Griya Wreda Jambangan in Surabaya. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative comparison, with a field observation approach and a literature review to establish assessment criteria based on the four aspects of holistic services. The research results show that both nursing homes analyzed have shortcomings in the social and psychological service aspects. This indicates a gap in the quality of services received by the elderly in both homes, which needs attention to ensure that holistic services can be applied more effectively and in line with the established standards. This study is expected to provide recommendations for improving the quality of services in nursing homes in Indonesia.

Transformasi digital menuntut pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memiliki kesiapan pemasaran digital agar mampu bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Namun, kesiapan tersebut pada UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan masih bervariasi terutama pada aspek literasi digital, pemanfaatan infrastruktur, strategi pemasaran, sikap dan motivasi digital, serta dukungan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kesiapan pemasaran digital dengan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh anggota UMKM binaan kelurahan sebanyak 34 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur digital, strategi pemasaran digital, sikap dan motivasi digital, serta dukungan kelembagaan memiliki hubungan positif dengan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM, sedangkan literasi digital pemasaran tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Dukungan kelembagaan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi pemasaran digital terbukti memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk promosi dan perluasan pasar. Kesiapan pemasaran digital yang lebih baik berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan visibilitas produk, akses pasar, dan keberlanjutan usaha lokal. Disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan pemasaran digital merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan program pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis digital melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan infrastruktur digital, serta pendampingan kelembagaan yang terintegrasi di tingkat kelurahan

The Work Practice Program (KKP) is an academic activity aimed at providing students with real work experience while connecting the theories learned in campus with practical application in the field. This study was conducted at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Serang City, focusing on analyzing the implementation of partnership facilitation, investment achievements, encountered challenges, and efforts to enhance the effectiveness of investment activities. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation and interviews. The results indicate that partnership facilitation has been effective in strengthening cooperation between large businesses and SMEs, as well as supporting regional investment realization. However, some challenges remain, such as limited understanding, data access, and coordination. Efforts to overcome these challenges include improving communication, task comprehension, discipline, and continuous evaluation. This activity plays a crucial role in creating a conducive investment climate, promoting economic growth, and enhancing students’ competencies in facing the workforce.
