This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Inventory Turnover on Earning Per Share (EPS). This research employs a quantitative method with a causal-comparative ex-post facto approach. The population includes food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 10 companies with a total of 40 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression utilizing SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that partially, CR, DAR, and Inventory Turnover each have a significant effect on EPS. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly affect EPS with a determination coefficient of 83.7%. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of liquidity management, solvency, and inventory efficiency in improving corporate share profitability.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the health level of PT Bank Mega Tbk during the 2016–2023 period using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RGEC) method. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with an evaluative design. The data used are secondary data obtained from audited annual financial statements published by PT Bank Mega Tbk and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method refers to regulatory provisions by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority, covering four assessment factors: Risk Profile (measured by Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio), Good Corporate Governance (based on self-assessment reports), Earnings (measured by Return on Assets, Return on Equity, BOPO, and Net Interest Margin), and Capital (measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio). Each indicator is assessed according to regulatory criteria and integrated to determine the Composite Rating (PK). The results show that PT Bank Mega Tbk consistently achieved Composite Rating 1 (PK-1), categorized as “Very Healthy,” throughout the observation period. The Risk Profile, Capital, and most Earnings indicators demonstrate strong and stable performance, while Good Corporate Governance remains consistently in the “Healthy” category. However, the Return on Equity indicator shows relatively lower performance compared to other profitability ratios, indicating the need for more optimal utilization of equity. Overall, the findings confirm the bank’s strong financial resilience while highlighting managerial implications related to capital efficiency.

This study aims to explore the process of digital transformation and innovative strategies adopted by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the context of the digital economy. The research focuses on understanding how micro MSME actors adopt digital technology, the challenges they face, and the implications for business independence and competitiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach with a single case study design was employed, focusing on one micro culinary MSME in Medan City. Data were collected through in depth interviews, direct observation, and digital documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the use of social media for marketing purposes has increased business visibility and expanded customer reach at the local level. However, digital transformation remains at an early stage, constrained by limited capital, low digital literacy, and the lack of integrated digital business systems. These results suggest that digital transformation in micro MSMEs is a gradual and context dependent process that requires strong ecosystem support to enhance sustainable business independence and competitiveness. This study contributes to the literature by providing qualitative empirical insights into digital transformation at the micro enterprise level.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product differentiation, social media promotion, and service quality on consumer purchase intention at Tea Break Sambi Kediri. The research employed an associative quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 88 respondents selected through an accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results revealed that both partially and simultaneously, product differentiation, social media promotion, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Social media promotion is the most dominant variable influencing consumer buying interest, followed by service quality and product differentiation. These findings highlight the importance of creative digital promotion strategies and high service quality in enhancing consumer attraction and loyalty. This research provides practical implications for business owners in designing digital-based marketing strategies and academic contributions to the development of consumer behavior and marketing strategy literature within modern beverage SMEs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, café atmosphere, and trust on customer loyalty at Omah Petoeng Tulungagung. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of customers who had made at least two purchases, with a sample of 112 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that service quality, café atmosphere, and trust have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on customer loyalty. Among these variables, trust shows the most dominant influence on loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.540 indicates that 54% of customer loyalty variation is explained by the three independent variables. These findings highlight the importance of integrating quality service, pleasant café ambiance, and customer trust in fostering long-term loyalty. The study provides practical implications for local café managers to enhance competitiveness through trust-based service strategies and customer experience management.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, green knowledge, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention toward electric bicycles in Kediri City. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 112 respondents familiar with electric vehicle concepts, using purposive sampling. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results reveal that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with an R² value of 0.893. Among them, eWOM has the most dominant influence compared to price and green knowledge. These findings indicate that reasonable price perception, adequate environmental knowledge, and positive online reviews simultaneously enhance consumers’ purchase intention for electric bicycles. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining eco-friendly purchasing behavior and provides strategic implications for companies to apply value-based pricing, environmental education campaigns, and effective digital promotion strategies.

This study aims to analyze the financial health of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the 2019–2023 period using eight financial ratios based on the Indonesian Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Decree No. KEP-100/MBU/2002. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with secondary data derived from annual financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the company’s official website. The findings reveal that Garuda Indonesia’s financial condition fluctuated, categorized as less healthy in 2019, deteriorated into unhealthy during 2020–2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and showed limited recovery in 2022–2023, returning to the less healthy category. The main weaknesses were observed in profitability, liquidity, and solvency, while activity ratios remained relatively sound. This study highlights that Garuda’s financial problems were driven not only by external shocks from the pandemic but also by internal factors such as high debt burden and weak governance. The results are expected to contribute academically by enriching the literature on SOE financial health analysis in the post-pandemic context and provide practical implications for management, policymakers, and investors.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Market Value Added (MVA), Price Book Value (PBV), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on stock prices of telecommunication subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of three companies, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, and PT XL Axiata Tbk, selected through purposive sampling. The results show that MVA and PBV have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while TATO has no significant effect. Simultaneously, MVA, PBV, and TATO significantly influence stock prices with a determination coefficient of 68.3%. These findings indicate that investors place greater emphasis on value-added and market perception indicators rather than asset efficiency in making investment decisions within the telecommunication subsector. This study provides practical implications for company management to enhance value creation through innovation and strategic asset management, as well as academic contributions to enrich the literature on stock price determinants in the Indonesian capital market.

This study aims to analyze the effect of store layout and product display on computer spare part sales at Bandung Trade Mall. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition in the computer retail business, which requires effective visual merchandising strategies to attract consumers. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 20 respondents selected purposively. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and informal interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that store layout and product display have a significant simultaneous effect on sales with an F value of 12.43; sig. < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.62 indicates that both variables explain 62% of the variation in sales, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings reinforce the S-O-R theory that visual stimuli can increase consumer comfort, interest, and impulse buying. This study has practical implications for computer retailers to optimize store layout and product display as a strategy to improve sales performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee productivity at the Semarak Dana Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative.  The problem of low discipline and performance of marketing staff is an important background, given the limited empirical studies on human resource factors in micro cooperatives in Indonesia.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique on 35 respondents.  The instrument, in the form of a questionnaire, consisted of 28 statement items measured on a 1–5 Likert scale, with validity and reliability tests showing good results (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on productivity (β = 0.723, p < 0.05), as does organizational commitment (β = 0.555, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these two variables contribute to an increase in employee productivity with a coefficient of determination of 77.8%.  These findings support the theories of Locke (1976) and Meyer & Allen (1991) and are in line with previous studies, although the context of micro cooperatives provides unique characteristics. The practical implications of this study encourage cooperatives to strengthen their reward systems, provide training, and improve work SOPs, particularly in marketing services. The limitations of this study lie in the small sample size and cross-sectional design. Future research is recommended to use a larger sample, a longitudinal approach, and include moderator variables such as work motivation or organizational culture.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference in stock returns before and after stock splits among companies listed in the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. A stock split is a corporate action believed to provide a positive signal to investors. This research uses a quantitative approach with an event study method. The sample consists of 14 companies that carried out stock splits while being listed in the LQ-45 Index. Stock returns are calculated using an 11-day event window and a 60-day estimation period. The data analysis technique employed is the paired sample t-test to examine the difference in returns. The results show a significant difference, with a p-value of 0.006 < 0.05. However, the difference is negative, as most companies experienced a decline in stock returns after the stock split. This decrease may be caused by investors engaging in profit-taking after the stock split euphoria, or due to the short observation period, which may not have fully captured the market’s response. The author recommends that companies carefully consider the timing and implications of stock splits and ensure transparent communication with investors.

This study aims to examine the influence of competence, job placement, and work discipline on employee performance at the Samsat Office of Bima Regency. The research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 civil servants selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that competence, placement, and work discipline each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 45.2% of the variance in performance is explained by the three variables. These findings suggest that improving employee competence through training, placing staff according to their skills, and consistently enforcing work discipline can enhance employee effectiveness and productivity. The study has important implications for human resource management in public institutions, particularly in improving service quality through better employee performance.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting regional economic development. However, inefficient inventory management remains a significant challenge in operational effectiveness. This study aims to analyze raw material inventory control at Kebab & Burger Foursist MSME in Tarakan City using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, utilizing annual sales data, ordering costs, and storage costs of main raw materials. The results indicate that the implementation of EOQ and ROP effectively determines the optimal purchase quantity and reorder timing, thereby minimizing total inventory costs and reducing the risk of stockouts or overstocking. The use of POM-QM for Windows software enhances the accuracy of the analysis. The implications of this study offer practical solutions for MSME actors in managing raw material procurement more efficiently and systematically.

This study intends to investigate the business model and product marketing strategy of BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The background of this research is rooted in the need for Islamic microfinance institutions to adapt amidst increasing competition, particularly in product development and marketing. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with BMT management. The findings suggest that BMT Dana Mentari has implemented the nine elements of the BMC comprehensively, including community-based customer segmentation, strong Sharia-compliant value propositions, and marketing strategies such as direct outreach and personal selling. However, challenges remain, particularly in service digitalization and promotional efforts. The implications of this study highlight the importance of continuous innovation in Sharia-based products and marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness and institutional sustainability.

  Abstract. The research investigates the principles and ethical codes in business, highlighting their critical role in today's competitive environment. As businesses face increasing pressure to balance financial success with ethical conduct, the study aims to define these concepts, explore their scope, and identify key ethical principles while examining their implementation in Islamic banking. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research analyzes literature and case studies to understand the frameworks guiding ethical business practices. Findings reveal that principles such as honesty, social responsibility, and fairness are essential for fostering trust among stakeholders and enhancing corporate reputation. The implications stress the necessity for businesses to integrate these ethical codes into their operations actively, as doing so not only builds a positive public image but also contributes to long-term sustainability. Furthermore, the study identifies challenges in applying these standards, emphasizing that overcoming such obstacles is vital for creating a fair business ecosystem that benefits all parties involved.

Lifestyle and fashion have become an inseparable part of modern society. Excessive public consumption of apparel products causes clothing manufacturers to speed up their production performance. The production and consumption processes of society are primarily the cause of much of the natural damage caused. Where the waste from the fabric/textile dyeing production process from upstream to downstream is not managed properly, as is the disposal of worn-out apparel and is not managed responsibly. Economic globalization and the media industry are one of the factors that shape this condition. Lifestyle growth is a reference for society that is considered good or bad, up to the date or expiration. The purpose of this paper is to provide an introduction to the awareness of the fashion industry which is experiencing rapid progress, but many of the fashion industry movers and players ignore the current environmental problems. Provides an introduction to how fashion waste that is disposed of irresponsibly will cause environmental damage over time. The implications for producers, consumers and policy choices are to increase sustainable development goals with the aim of building an environmentally friendly fashion industry. This is followed by research illustrations regarding how to make bag products using the concept of sustainable fashion. A brief review of one of the fashion designers who pioneered the sustainable fashion/ ecofashion movement. This paper will also explain how sustainable fashion production and consumption is from an Islamic economic perspective.

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Product packaging is an important element in creating the identity and attractiveness of a product, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research aims to develop an online-based packaging design service through the PackDe platform that offers easy access, transparent pricing, and a variety of customizable design options. The methods used include literature study, competitor observation, and social media analysis to understand market needs and current design trends. The results show that PackDe is able to provide functional and aesthetic packaging design solutions, supporting SME product branding effectively. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited human resources and marketing need to be overcome to reach a wider market. The implications of this research show that digital-based packaging design innovation can improve the competitiveness of SME products in national and global markets. PackDe is expected to be a strategic partner for SMEs in creating packaging that is not only visually appealing but also has added value to the packaged product.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.
