This study aims to analyze inventory control of catfish seeds at ABC Company by comparing the conventional inventory method represented by the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach and the Just In Time (JIT) system in order to improve cost efficiency. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with company management, and documentation of inventory and cost records for the 2024 operational period. The analysis method involved calculating optimal order quantities, ordering frequency, delivery frequency, and total inventory costs using EOQ and JIT formulas, followed by a comparative cost efficiency analysis. The results show that the conventional method resulted in a total inventory cost of Rp 75,050,000 per year with high ordering frequency. In contrast, the implementation of the JIT system reduced inventory costs to Rp 18,762,500 per year, achieving a cost efficiency of 72%. These findings indicate that the JIT system is more cost-efficient than the conventional method; however, its implementation requires careful consideration of supplier capacity, logistics readiness, and biological risks associated with live inventory. This study contributes empirical evidence on the applicability of JIT in the aquaculture sector, which has different characteristics from manufacturing industries.

This study aims to analyze and determine the optimal production capacity at Sekar Arum MSMEs to achieve maximum profit using the Linear Programming (LP) graphical approach. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used included primary data from interviews and observations, and secondary data from production and raw material records. The analysis was conducted by formulating a mathematical LP model consisting of an objective function and constraint functions based on the limited resources available to the enterprise. Data processing was carried out using POM-QM for Windows version 5 with the graphical method to identify the optimal solution point. The results indicate that the optimal production combination is 2 kilograms of red ginger and 3 kilograms of tamarind turmeric, yielding a maximum profit of Rp4,600,000 per production cycle. The implementation of Linear Programming proved effective in assisting MSME owners in making efficient production decisions, thereby enhancing profitability and the sustainable use of resources.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on stock prices at PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk during the 2014–2023 period. TATO is an activity ratio that measures how efficiently a company utilizes its total assets to generate sales. This research employs a quantitative associative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent variable (TATO) and the dependent variable (stock price). The results show that TATO has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, with a correlation coefficient of 0.859 and a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates that the more efficiently a company uses its assets to generate sales, the higher its stock price will be. The findings support the signaling theory and efficient market hypothesis, suggesting that asset efficiency serves as a positive signal for investors in evaluating firm performance.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting regional economic development. However, inefficient inventory management remains a significant challenge in operational effectiveness. This study aims to analyze raw material inventory control at Kebab & Burger Foursist MSME in Tarakan City using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, utilizing annual sales data, ordering costs, and storage costs of main raw materials. The results indicate that the implementation of EOQ and ROP effectively determines the optimal purchase quantity and reorder timing, thereby minimizing total inventory costs and reducing the risk of stockouts or overstocking. The use of POM-QM for Windows software enhances the accuracy of the analysis. The implications of this study offer practical solutions for MSME actors in managing raw material procurement more efficiently and systematically.

This study aims to analyze the business position of BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto using the McKinsey Matrix as a strategic analysis tool. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature studies, observations, and interviews with BMT managers. The data obtained were analyzed using the McKinsey Matrix to assess market attractiveness and business strength in each business unit. The study results indicate that most of the BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto business units are in the blue and yellow zones in the McKinsey Matrix, indicating the need for selective development and maintenance strategies. This analysis also recommends effective and efficient resource allocation to improve the competitiveness and performance of BMT in the Islamic microfinance market. Thus, the use of the McKinsey Matrix has been proven to help BMT in determining the priority of business strategies that are adaptive to market dynamics and competition.

This study aims to optimize sales profit at the MSME Batagor Bandung Tarakan by applying the Simplex method in linear programming, supported by the POM-QM for Windows software. Profit optimization plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making, particularly in determining the optimal daily production quantities to enhance operational efficiency, maximize the use of raw materials, and meet market demand effectively. The Simplex method was chosen for its ability to solve linear optimization problems involving multiple constraints and variables, providing accurate mathematical solutions to achieve maximum profit. This research utilizes daily production data as the basis for analysis, which is then processed using the Simplex method in POM-QM. The results show that implementing the Simplex method can increase daily profits from IDR 634,000 to IDR 831,408 through a more efficient production combination. The study concludes that the Simplex method, when applied via the POM-QM software, is an effective tool for daily production decision-making and can support MSMEs like Batagor Bandung Tarakan in improving their competitiveness and business sustainability.

Financial Technology (FinTech) is an innovation in financial services that uses digital technology to provide easier, more efficient and affordable access. This article discusses the development of FinTech in Indonesia, including its role in increasing financial inclusion, providing digital banking services, electronic payments, and peer-to-peer lending business models. Through literature analysis, this article shows that FinTech has driven significant changes in financial access and interactions, especially for those in remote areas or without access to traditional financial services. Although FinTech offers many advantages, such as efficiency and ease of transactions, challenges such as limited access to technology and security risks still need to be overcome. Adaptive regulations and collaboration with traditional financial institutions are needed to maximize the potential of FinTech in supporting financial inclusion and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

The implementation of MYOB Accounting at the Blue Campus Prosperous Employee Cooperative is a strategic step to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial management. Previously, this cooperative used a manual system which was prone to errors and took time in the process of recording transactions. By switching to MYOB Accounting, cooperatives can automate various financial processes, from recording daily transactions to monthly financial reports. This implementation not only speeds up the administrative process, but also increases the transparency and accountability of financial reports. As a result, the Biru Sejahtera Campus Employee Cooperative has experienced an increase in data-based decision making, as well as making it easier for members to access financial information. It is hoped that the implementation of this software-based accounting system can become a model for other cooperatives in improving financial management professionally and efficiently.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period from 2019 to 2022, with a focus on the company's financial statements. The evaluation is conducted by understanding the assets and liabilities of the company, especially current assets, non-current assets, and net exposure. The significant increase in cash and cash equivalents reflects efficient liquidity management, while fluctuations in trade receivables and inventory highlight operational challenges. Sustained investments in fixed assets signify a commitment to long-term growth, although fluctuations in trade payables and short-term liabilities demand caution. The consistently positive net exposure provides insight into potential growth and financial stability. However, the decrease in net exposure in 2021 indicates the impact of changing dynamics in the cigarette industry. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of financial statements is crucial for identifying opportunities and risks, providing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. Additionally, this research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of factors influencing financial performance. Focus on liquidity, fixed asset investment, and net exposure management provides a complete picture of the company's dynamics. In facing the changing dynamics of the cigarette industry, the company needs to maintain a balance between long-term growth and financial risk management. The results of this research can serve as a valuable guide for the company's strategic decision-making in the future.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. The company certainly has human resources as managers in organizing, managing and developing a strategic plan for the company's goals. In realizing these goals the most important thing is how the competence and performance of employees in the company. As an effort to improve employee performance, it must be supported by all components and the most important factor is increasing employee competence. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how work competence influences the performance of employees in the company. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that work competence greatly influences employee performance. The effect of competence on performance can be seen from the level of competence which has practical implications in human resource planning. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work competence on employee performance. The performance and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their duties is largely determined by competence. Companies are expected to always improve employee performance through training employees with their respective competency standards. This is because success in a company is influenced by the basic performance of employees obtained from the level of education, abilities and expertise possessed by these employees, so that they can contribute effectively and efficiently to the company.
