This study aims to analyze the operational and marketing strategies of UMKM Bolu Kambu Daeng Rosi in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional food products in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, through guided observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise's strengths lie in its culturallybased product differentiation and strong customer loyalty. However, the business still faces challenges in managerial aspects, digital promotion, and operational recording. SWOT analysis highlights the importance of strengthening production systems and applying simple marketing strategies to expand market reach. In addition, a daily profit and loss estimation shows a relatively high profit margin, though not yet supported by a documented financial system. The main recommendation is the need for gradual managerial transformation through simple financial record-keeping, basic visual promotion, and technology adaptation aligned with the owner's capacity. This research is expected to contribute to the development of local culinary-based MSMEs rooted in cultural heritage.

The growth of the digital economy has accelerated the development of online shops as part of digital MSMEs; however, this growth has not been fully supported by systematic financial management practices. This study aims to analyze financial management strategies applied by online shops in Parepare City based on four main indicators: financial planning, recording, reporting, and control. This research employed a qualitative approach within a postpositivist paradigm. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation from five online shops selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis followed an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that financial management practices have been implemented by all research objects but remain at a basic level. Financial planning is primarily short-term and experience-based, financial recording is predominantly manual, financial reporting does not yet include formal profit and loss analysis, and financial control lacks measurable quantitative indicators. These results indicate that the main challenge in online shop financial management lies not in the absence of financial practices, but in the quality of implementation and the use of financial data for strategic decision-making. This study is expected to contribute empirically to the literature on digital MSME financial management and provide practical guidance for online shop owners to improve sustainable financial management practices.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving service quality at KPUD Tani Wilis, particularly in the supply and distribution of livestock feed. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations involving cooperative management, employees, and customers. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that TQM implementation has been relatively effective, reflected through three key components: customer value strategy, organizational systems, and continuous quality improvement. Services are perceived as responsive, polite, and informative, supported by adequate delivery facilities. The main challenge lies in occasional delays in feed delivery caused by weather conditions, which affect customer perceptions of reliability. Overall, TQM contributes positively to service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness, although further improvements in risk management and service consistency are needed to achieve optimal quality.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of KSPPS BKK Purwokerto using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE), which consist of seven assessment categories: leadership, strategy, customer focus, measurement and knowledge management, workforce, operations, and organizational results. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman to identify strengths and weaknesses within the organization. The findings indicate that KSPPS achieved a total score of 825, placing it in the Excellent – Benchmark Leader category. The strongest performance appears in customer focus, leadership, and operational quality, reflecting strong service orientation and solid interpersonal relationships. However, the lowest score in measurement, analysis, and knowledge management suggests that the data and information system is not yet fully integrated. These results highlight the need for improving information systems, digitalizing processes, and strengthening performance measurement to support continuous improvement. This study contributes to the literature on Islamic microfinance performance evaluation and provides strategic recommendations for enhancing organizational management.

This study intends to investigate the business model and product marketing strategy of BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The background of this research is rooted in the need for Islamic microfinance institutions to adapt amidst increasing competition, particularly in product development and marketing. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with BMT management. The findings suggest that BMT Dana Mentari has implemented the nine elements of the BMC comprehensively, including community-based customer segmentation, strong Sharia-compliant value propositions, and marketing strategies such as direct outreach and personal selling. However, challenges remain, particularly in service digitalization and promotional efforts. The implications of this study highlight the importance of continuous innovation in Sharia-based products and marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness and institutional sustainability.

The study analyzes the business strategy of UPC Pegadaian Pasar Bumiayu using the SERVO approach (Strategy, Environment, Resources, Values, Organization). The findings indicate that Pegadaian has developed adaptive and innovative strategies through service digitalization, sharia-based products, as well as public education and strategic partnerships. Both internal and external environments are managed responsively, utilizing human resources and technology effectively. Organizational values promote a collaborative work culture and inclusive leadership. The evaluation shows that the SERVO approach helps Pegadaian remain competitive and relevant in the modern financial industry.

This study aims to analyze the product diversification strategy implemented by Pegadaian Purwokerto Branch and its impact on the company's financial stability. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied using a case study method through structured interviews, direct observations, and internal document analysis. The research also integrates the General Electric (GE) Matrix to map the business strength and market attractiveness of each diversified product. The findings reveal that Pegadaian’s diversified products—such as gold savings, vehicle financing, and Hajj/Umrah financing—have significantly contributed to expanding market reach and increasing revenue. This success is supported by comprehensive feasibility studies, structured risk management systems, and the operational role of branch-level human resources. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly in service digitalization and HR readiness. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to product development strategies in financial services, especially for state-owned enterprises seeking sustainable business growth through data-driven diversification.

The rise of digital transformation and increasing competition in the Islamic financial sector require microfinance institutions such as KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Bumiayu to implement innovative strategies to build competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the development of innovative services through the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) framework, which focuses on value creation and the discovery of untapped market space. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving management and active customers. The findings indicate that based on external analysis (PEST and Five Forces) and internal evaluation, the institution holds strong potential to develop service strategies driven by innovation. The application of the ERRC Grid led to several strategic actions, including eliminating administrative fees, simplifying procedures, enhancing service quality and technology, and developing the digital application BMT Mobile. The study concludes that BOS is an effective strategic framework for expanding inclusive, community-based Islamic finance. The results contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of adaptive and competitive Islamic microfinance service models.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) at the Purwokerto branch of PT Jamkrindo Syariah in addressing competitiveness within the Islamic finance sector. The BMC is a strategic framework consisting of nine building blocks: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, utilizing observation and unstructured interviews with relevant stakeholders as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the application of BMC at PT Jamkrindo Syariah has been optimal and has positively impacted the company’s operations, particularly in market penetration, customer relationship management, and cost efficiency. Furthermore, partnerships with both private and governmental institutions serve as critical elements for ensuring business sustainability. The study recommends that the company continuously pursue product innovation, strengthen digital channels, enhance human resources, and regularly evaluate its business model to remain responsive to market changes. Effective implementation of BMC can serve as a strategic tool to boost the company’s competitive advantage.

Cloud-Based Accounting Systems (CBAS) are technological innovations that support digital transformation in financial management by increasing efficiency, transparency, and real-time data access. This system helps companies reduce manual recording errors, improve reporting accuracy, and accelerate data-based decision-making processes. In addition, CBAS also has advantages in terms of flexibility of use and compliance with accounting standards, making it a relevant solution for modern companies. Although CBAS offers many benefits, its implementation can also create a perception of technological superiority that does not fully reflect reality if it is not balanced with organizational and human resource readiness. Challenges often faced in implementing CBAS include dependence on cloud services, data security threats, and errors in system input or configuration that can lead to inaccurate financial reports. In addition, overly high expectations for automation can lead to neglect of manual supervision that is still needed to maintain the reliability of financial information. The success of CBAS implementation is highly dependent on a well-designed implementation strategy, adequate user training, and appropriate risk mitigation measures. With careful planning and a strategic approach, CBAS can serve as a tool that increases financial transparency and efficiency, not just a technology trend that provides no real benefits.

Inhiven Design is a company that combines graphic design with interior design to provide creative and integrated solutions in various fields such as housing, offices, and commercial. The author's purpose in conducting this study is to analyze the history of the early formation of Inhiven Design? Then what are the problems faced during the establishment of Inhiven Design? And how does Inhiven Design optimize sales in its marketing? The method used in this study is qualitative observation with primary data collection through direct interviews. This study examines the development of Inhiven Design, including the company profile, history of its establishment, and marketing and management strategies implemented. Data were collected through qualitative observation and direct interviews with team members to understand the marketing strategy carried out by Inhiven Design by applying contemporary trends in interior design. The results of the analysis show that the success of Inhiven Design depends not only on technical skills and creativity, but also on the ability to adapt to market changes and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

The focus of research in writing this thesis is (1) What is the tourism development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (2) What is the strategy for developing human resources to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (3) What is the most effective role of media in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, especially in the context of digitalization and developments in information technology? This type of research is field research using a descriptive method approach. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers double-checked to obtain the data obtained and used triangulation techniques, with the aim of obtaining data validity. After that, analyzing it through data reduction and making conclusionsng the validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the research results show that (1) tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction are carried out in various ways, including strategies including adding tourist attractions, developing accessibility, developing amenities, developing public facilities. the role of government. (2) human resource development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction by implementing a capacity building strategy which includes Human Resource (HR) Development, Strengthening organization, Institutional reform (institutional reform) (3) Media strategy that most effective in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, by referring to technical and practical means. by implementing promotions on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to influence the audience of data tourists to Puncak Jowim tourism.

This research is in the background that a balanced scorecard is a management system used to implement strategies, evaluate performance not only from financial aspects, but also involving non-financial aspects. In addition, a balanced scorecard is used to convey the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Prambon Health Center seen using the balanced scorecard method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and is conducted at the Prambon Health Center. The results of this study show that the performance of the Prambon Health Center is measured by the balanced scorecard method from a financial perspective on the economic and efficiency ratios in 2021 to 2023 showing good results, and on the effectiveness ratio seen in 2021 to 2023 showing poor results. From a customer perspective, measured using customer satisfaction from 2021 to 2023, it shows good results. From an internal business perspective measured using the ALOS indicator seen from 2021 to 2023 shows good results, The BOR indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, the TOI indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows poor results, and the BTO indicator seen in 2021 to 2023 shows good results. The conclusion from the data analysis from the Prambon Health Center measured using a balanced scorecard for the period from 2021 to 2023 is always increasing every year. In 2021 it showed quite good results, in 2022 it showed good results, and in 2023 it showed good results.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Human resource management is one of the most important aspect in the course of a agency to achieve its vision, mission, strategy and the creation of agency goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.

Healthy financial conditions are key to reducing risks and ensuring business continuity. Company management must carry out wise management in making decisions and preparing budget policies carefully. This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performance through profitability, liquidity and solvency of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT. Indosat 2018-2021. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all PT financial reports. Telkom and PT. Indosat published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia shows a superior position when compared to PT. Indosat. The trend graph illustrates that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has better performance compared to PT. Indosat. (1) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's Profitability Ratio is superior to PT Indosat in generating profits. (2) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Liquidity Ratio is far superior to PT. Indosat. (3) Solvency Ratio of PT. Indonesian Telecommunication is superior compared to PT. Indosat. Based on the research results, PT Indosat and PT. Telecommunication needs to make better strategy or policy changes to manage its assets, assets and debts so that it can provide better profits in the future.

In the ever-evolving digital era, disruption challenges face Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including STIE Ganesha students who are preparing to enter the business world. This research explores management strategies that can help MSMEs face disruption in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, this research aims to identify disruption trends, challenges faced, and effective management strategies. The research was conducted over six months, involving in-depth interviews with MSME owners who have experienced digital disruption. Data analysis used a qualitative approach by formulating patterns of findings that emerged from the interviews. The results showed that the strategy of STIE Ganesha students in facing disruption is the adoption of MSME digital technology, understanding of data and analytics, continuous innovation, focus on customer experience, collaboration and partnerships, increasing cyber security, increasing human resource capacity, flexibility and adaptability of creative marketing understanding of business legal aspects. The implication of this research is to provide practical guidance for STIE Ganesha students who will later run or support MSMEs. Research limitations include limitations in the number of samples and focus on local cases.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.
