This study aims to analyze the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bima City. The research was motivated by the low level of employee productivity, limited budget allocation for development programs, and the tendency of some employees to delay task completion. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consists of 59 employees, with a sample of 35 civil servants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The findings show that both training and human resource development have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Training improves employee skills, while development efforts enhance competencies to meet organizational demands. The study suggests that structured training and development programs should be optimized to improve public service performance.

Human resources are the driving force of animal husbandry in Indonesia, because the role of human resources is important and aligned with qualified work skills will create sustainable dairy farms. This Literature Review aims to examine the effect of increasing productivity and sustainability of dairy farms through optimizing human resource management. This study used a systematic review method. After collecting information from 13 SINTA accredited journals and SCOPUS indexed journals, it was found that optimizing human resource management plays an important role in realizing productivity and sustainability of dairy cows, as found in this literature review that empowering farmers by providing training, knowledge and skills is a key factor in increasing production yields that support business sustainability.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kendala dalam pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM, mengevaluasi efektivitas program pemberdayaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan sektor swasta, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan yang mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, serta fasilitasi akses pasar dan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM secara signifikan. Selain itu, peningkatan proses pembelajaran dalam UMKM sangat penting untuk mendorong inovasi produk dan perbaikan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan UMKM harus terintegrasi dengan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akses permodalan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dukungan kebijakan yang memudahkan akses pembiayaan dan regulasi yang ramah terhadap UMKM juga menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan pengembangan sektor ini. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam perumusan kebijakan dan program pemberdayaan UMKM yang lebih efektif, sehingga UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap perekonomian nasional.

Inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan sosial telah menjadi strategi utama dalam menciptakan solusi berkelanjutan bagi tantangan sosial dan ekonomi yang tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh pendekatan bisnis konvensional. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis inovasi sosial dan perannya dalam kewirausahaan sosial; 2) Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara inovasi sosial dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam konteks ekonomi berbasis dampak sosial; 3) Menjelaskan faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi sosial berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan UMKM melalui penerapan model bisnis berbasis dampak sosial, ekonomi sirkular, serta digitalisasi bisnis. Keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti kepemimpinan yang visioner, strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif, serta model bisnis yang adaptif dan inovatif. Sementara itu, faktor eksternal yang berperan mencakup dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, akses terhadap pendanaan berbasis dampak sosial, serta kemitraan strategis dengan sektor swasta dan akademisi. Indikator utama keberhasilan kewirausahaan sosial mencakup pengukuran dampak sosial dan ekonomi, keberlanjutan finansial dan operasional, serta efektivitas model bisnis dalam menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas. Sebagai implikasi, makalah ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan publik yang mendukung bisnis sosial, peningkatan akses pendanaan berbasis dampak, serta integrasi inovasi sosial dalam strategi pengembangan UMKM. Dengan menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih mendukung bagi kewirausahaan sosial, diharapkan inovasi sosial dapat menjadi pilar utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

By leveraging the expertise and creativity of both HR professionals and entrepreneurs, companies can cultivate a culture of innovation and adaptability. This collaboration can lead to the development of cutting-edge products and services, as well as the implementation of forward-thinking HR practices that attract and retain top talent. However, integrating HR and entrepreneurship may also present challenges, such as balancing risk-taking with employee well-being and ensuring that organizational goals align with individual aspirations. In the dynamic era of globalization, Human Resource Management (HRM) has become key to success for companies in the global market. Global HRM involves an approach that considers global factors such as culture, labor regulations, and market demands. Challenges include adapting to cultural diversity, varying labor regulations, and managing dispersed teams. However, global HRM also presents opportunities, including broader access to global talent. Through detailed analysis, this journal aims to provide valuable insights for HRM practitioners and company leaders in managing human resources in the globalization era. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive, with literature studies as the data source. The research results highlight the importance of global human resource management in achieving organizational goals in diverse global markets. Proposed solutions include flexibility, effective resource management, cultural awareness enhancement, and employee engagement. With the implementation of effective HRM policies, organizations can enhance their performance and achieve their business goals in the global business era

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH), Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), dan Pengeluaran per Kapita (PPK) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di beberapa kota Jawa Tengah (Magelang, Surakarta, Salatiga, Pekalongan, Jepara, Kudus, dan Tegal) dari 2017 hingga 2022. Metode penelitian melibatkan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda. Data berasal dari sumber statistik demografi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembangunan manusia, serta mendukung kebijakan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Analisis regresi diharapkan mengidentifikasi kontribusi UHH, RLS, dan PPK terhadap IPM, memberikan gambaran peran kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi dalam pembangunan manusia. Implikasi kebijakan dari penelitian ini dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di kota yang menjadi ojek penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pengembangan manusia dan kebijakan daerah dengan menggabungkan variabel-variabel penting dan menganalisis dampaknya secara terpadu. Kesimpulan ini menjadi panduan bagi pengambil keputusan dalam merancang kebijakan untuk meningkatkan IPM di kota-kota Jawa Tengah.

The novel The Last Shoe tells the story of the life of a father named Pak Marwan. The character Pak Marwan in the novel The Last Shoe is the main character of the story. Mr, Marwan is a shoe craftsman whose name is known as the “father of shoes”. Pak Marwan opened a shoe business and made the name of his village known to many people. This type of research is qualitative research which aims to understand social phenomena, including the phenomenon being studied. The descriptive method of analysis is to describe the facts followed by content analysis. The data in this research is in the form of discourse related to the object of research is the novel The Last Shoe by Toni Tegar Sahidi. The primary data source in this research is the next of the novel The Last Shoe. Data collection techniques use heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The results of this research are to find out the characterizations contained in the novel The Last Shoes by Toni Tegar Sahidi, namely responsible, hardworking, business style, and teaching employees to be independent.

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05

Keputusan pembelian yaitu berupa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum melakukan pembelian suatu produk. Produk yang dicarinya serta mengevaluasi alternatif yang paling menguntungkan. pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis terhadap suatu masalah yang dihadapi. Masalah tersebut menyangkut pengetahuan tentang hakikat dari masalah yang dihadapi. Oleh karena itu pengambilan keputusan oleh konsumen didasari pada perbandingan sebagai referensi, peluang dan manfaat serta mudharat yang ada. Masalah yang terjadi terkait kualitas pelayanan adalah banyak pelanggan yang tidak puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini kepada para pelanggan. Masalah yang terjadi terkait pekerja adalah pelanggan menilai bahwa sumber daya manusia atau pekerja CV Mars Global Group masih kurang baik. Masalah dalam hal pendekatan diri terhadap para pelanggan sehingga para pelanggan tidak selalu memberikan keputusan untuk membeli produk CV Mars Global Group. Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS pada data Anova dalam kolom R Square = 0.879, maka seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 87.9% dan sisanya yaitu 12.1% dijelaskan oleh faktor variabel lain seperti harga, promosi, dan citra merek yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.

Based on the fundamental aspects of people's living standards, the measure of progress in human development is called the Human Development Index. As the basis for the development structure of a region, the Human Development Index (HDI) is the most significant benchmark or parameter. The purpose of this study is undoubtedly to ascertain whether poverty in DKI Jakarta Province is influenced by the Human Development Index (IPM) variable. To achieve the research objectives, tests were conducted using simple regression analysis and quantitative techniques. The test results show that poverty in DKI Jakarta Province is significantly affected by the Human Development Index (HDI) because the significance value is less than 0.05. Because the value of determination, or R2, is close to 1, and some of the other influence values are influenced by other variables that have not been analyzed or researched, the value of the results of the Variable Human Development Index (HDI) test has a strong positive influence on poverty in DKI Jakarta Province.

The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The Human Development Index (HDI) & expenditure inequality for each province in Indonesia need to be studied whether the Human Development Index (HDI) and expenditure inequality in each district/city in Banten Province have an influence or not. The independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI) and the dependent variable is expenditure inequality. The research method used is quantitative method using document data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Banten Province. The results showed that the Human Development Index (HDI) had no significant effect on expenditure inequality. Where if there is a decrease in the Human Development Index (IPM) it is not certain that it will reduce Inequality in Banten Province.

Human Development Index or HDI and Economic Growth in the Regency/City of Banten Province needsto be studied whether the Human Development Index and Economic Growth have influence or not. the studied variable are Independent Variable HDI and Dependent Variable Economic Growth . The research methods used is quantitative method using document data from Central Statistics Agency (CSA) with some literature review. The result showed that HDI had no significant effect on Economic Growth. Where if there is a decrease in the Human Development Index, it can’t be confirmed that it will reduce Economic Growth in Banten Province.   Keywords: HDI, Economic Growth, Banten

Salah satu hal yang dapat menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu negara dapat dilihat dari bagaimana proses pertumbuhan serta pembangunan ekonomi negara tersebut. Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan sebuah proses terjadinya peningkatan pendapatan perkapita dalam jangka waktu yang cukup panjang (Sadono Sukirno, 1996). Sedangkan pembangunan ekonomi merupakan sebuah proses dalam usaha-usaha dalam peningkatan taraf hidup suatu penduduk suatu negara yang sering diukur dengan jumlah pendapatan riil perkapita. Terdapat beberapa aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi yaitu, sumber daya alam, potensi manusia atau masyarakatnya, ilmu pengetahuan (pendidikan) dan teknologi, akumulasi modal, tenaga manajerial dan organisasi produksi, politik dan pemerintahan, dan sosial budaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat menganalisa dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tingkat partisipasi pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Riau pada tahun 2016-2020. Observasi yang dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau. Kemudian data dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisa regresi linear sederhana yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS.
