This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline, and job commitment on employee productivity at DP3AP2KB Kota Kediri. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 45 employees, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). The results indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant partial effect on employee productivity, while work discipline and job commitment show no significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect productivity with an Adjusted R² value of 0.846. These findings highlight that emotional intelligence is the dominant factor influencing productivity, whereas work discipline and job commitment function more as basic requirements already embedded within bureaucratic systems. The practical implication of this study suggests the need for soft skill development programs, emotional management training, and the improvement of employees’ interpersonal skills to enhance productivity in the public sector.

This study aims to explain and test hypotheses regarding the influence of customer experience and product variation on consumer purchase decisions at Mie Judes Sambi Kediri, with brand image as a mediating variable. This research uses an associative approach with a quantitative method. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, involving 100 respondents who are consumers of Mie Judes Sambi. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), processed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2, which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that customer experience and product variation have a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchase decisions. Brand image also has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image is proven to significantly mediate the influence of customer experience and product variation on purchase decisions. These findings affirm that enhancing customer experience and providing product variations that align with consumer preferences play a crucial role in building a strong brand image, which ultimately impacts consumer purchase decisions at Mie Judes Sambi Kediri.

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Bima City. The research was motivated by the low level of employee productivity, limited budget allocation for development programs, and the tendency of some employees to delay task completion. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consists of 59 employees, with a sample of 35 civil servants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The findings show that both training and human resource development have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Training improves employee skills, while development efforts enhance competencies to meet organizational demands. The study suggests that structured training and development programs should be optimized to improve public service performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit either simultaneously or partially. Questionnaires were distributed to 101 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicated that all questions were stated to be valid and reliable. The results of multiple correlation analysis stated that there were very strong relationships between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK, the result of the coefficient of determination can be explained by 70.8%. The multiple regression analysis F test (simultaneous) states that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT WISE. The results of the t (partial) test state that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit.

This study aims to determine how the independent variables, namely Operating Cost and Operating Income, Non Performing Loan, and Loan to Deposit Ratio, influence the dependent variable, namely Company Value (Price to Book Value) in BUMN Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach with a total population of 42 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained is 4 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques using the help of Eviews 10 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially operating cost and operating income affect company value (Price to Book Value), while non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios do not affect company value. Simultaneously operating cost and operating income, non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a significant effect on company value (Price to Book Value).

The aim of this research is to determine the role of IB Makbul smart savings in increasing DPK, which is located at PT Bank Sumut Capem Syariah HM Joni. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is all employees at Bank Sumut CAPEM Syariah HM JONI Medan, totaling 13 people. The sampling technique in this research was to use a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Based on the results of the Kendall's Tau B test above, the significant value is 0.114 > 0.05 which indicates that the relationship between the Smart Ib Makbul savings variable and the third party funds (DPK) variable is not significant or in other words there is no/sufficient relationship between the variables. The three interpretations in the Kendall's Tau-B correlation test above, a conclusion can be drawn that "the relationship between Smart Ib Makbul savings and third party funds (TPF) is not significant, sufficient, and in the same direction.

Fokus masalah dalam tulisan ialah menelusuri Paralelisme Prinsip Tauhid dengan Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Kab. Asahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang digolongkan kepada penelitian lapangan (field research), yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu metode yang berusaha mencari dan menyajikan data-data dari objek yang akan diteliti. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ialah; Pertama, pengaruh prinsip Tauhid dalam kehidupan pegawai tampak dalam sikap dan tingkah lakunya yang dilandaskan pada suatu keyakinan yaitu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, moral yang bersih, menghargai waktu, bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada produktivitas. Kedua, Prinsip Tauhid penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen kinerja pegawai PTPN IV Ashan, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempe-ngaruhi semnagat kerja di antaranya,  agama, motivasi, penilaian prestasi dan pembinaan. Prinsip Tauhid selalu mengambil posisi dan memainkan peranan positif, dinamis, dan kreatif dalam memajukan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract. This study aims to find out and analyze whether there are differences in financial performance before and after Covid-19 at Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Mechanical Brigif 16/Wira Yudha in the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique in this research is to use the technique of collecting financial report data documentation. Sampling in this study is the financial statements of Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, difference test and Wilcoxon test. The financial ratios used are Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, ROA and ROE. The results of the study indicate that there is no significant difference between the Current Ratio (X1), Quick Ratio (X2), Cash Ratio (X3), ROA (X4) and ROE (X5) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan setelah adanya Covid-19 pada Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha pada periode 2018-2021. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik pengumpulan dokumentasi data laporan keuangan. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian adalah laporan keuangan Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara beserta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif, Uji Beda dan Uji Wilcoxon. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, ROA dan ROE. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan secara seignifikan antara Current Ratio (X1), Quick Ratio (X2), Cash Ratio (X3), ROA (X4) dan ROE (X5) sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini disebabkan karena perusaahan masi efektif dalam mengelola aset perusaahan di masa Covid-19 dan juga masih dapat menghasilkan laba bersih pada koperasi. The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor prosedur bongkar muat terhadap keselamatan  pekerja  bongkar  muat  di  Pelabuhan  Tanjung  Intan Cilacap; untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fasiltas keselamatan terhadap keselamatan  pekerja  bongkar  muat  di  Pelabuhan  Tanjung  Intan Cilacap; dan  menganalisis pengaruh faktor pelatihan kerja terhadap keselamatan  pekerja  bongkar  muat  di  Pelabuhan  Tanjung  Intan Cilacap. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi dan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan: Y = 0.614+0,483X1+ 0,323X2+ 0,148X3 + μ. Menunjukan bahwa, H1 diterima karena variabel Prosedur Bongkar Muat (X1) mempengaruhi Keselamatan Pekerja dengan t hitung  > t tabel (4.613 > 1.99547), dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05; sedangkan H2 juga diterima karena variabel  Fasilitas  Keselamatan  (X2) mempengaruhi Keselamatan Pekerja dengan t hitung  > t tabel (3.914 > 1.99547), dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05; dan variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X3) juga mempengaruhi Keselamatan Pekerja dengan t hitung > t tabel  (2.986 > 1.99547), dan signifikan 0,007 < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukan bahwa secara persial variabel Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keselamatan Pekerja. Dengan demikian Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa Pelatihan Kerja di Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap.
