Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Therefore, the researcher was interested and conducted research as a result of an internship, with the title "The influence of the lack of office infrastructure on the effectiveness of employee performance

The aim of this research is to determine the role of IB Makbul smart savings in increasing DPK, which is located at PT Bank Sumut Capem Syariah HM Joni. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is all employees at Bank Sumut CAPEM Syariah HM JONI Medan, totaling 13 people. The sampling technique in this research was to use a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Based on the results of the Kendall's Tau B test above, the significant value is 0.114 > 0.05 which indicates that the relationship between the Smart Ib Makbul savings variable and the third party funds (DPK) variable is not significant or in other words there is no/sufficient relationship between the variables. The three interpretations in the Kendall's Tau-B correlation test above, a conclusion can be drawn that "the relationship between Smart Ib Makbul savings and third party funds (TPF) is not significant, sufficient, and in the same direction.

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence religious commitment and Islamic product attributes have on customer trust in using the services of a case study sharia financial institution at Bank Sumut, Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub Branch. This research uses a quantitative type of research with one dependent variable, namely customer trust and two independent variables, namely religious commitment and Islamic product attributes. This research uses primary data, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), partial significance test (t-test) , simultaneous significance test (f-test) and multiple linear regression test)). The results of this research reveal that religious commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer confidence in using the services of sharia financial institutions based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 19,245 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.915 or smaller than 5 % (0.05). And Islamic product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer trust based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 6,125 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.108, meaning it is smaller than 5% (0.05). Islamic product attributes and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. From the results of the F test with df(n1)=k-1=2 and df(n2)=n-k=32, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than the ttable value, namely 189.181 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000, it means it is smaller than 5% (0.05).

Human resource management is an important aspect in the business world, in a company the potential of human resources will determine the direction in achieving a goal set by the company. This study explains the effect of work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health on the work productivity of UD Mugi Lestari Papar employees. The number of samples taken in this study was 33 employees. In this study, it was found that work discipline had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity, work safety had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity and occupational health had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity. Furthermore, work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health have a silmutant and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.

Rachmadany Dea, 1961201032, Effects of Brand Trust, Fintech Convenience, and Risk on Purchase Decisions Using the Paylater Payment (Case Study in Gading Village Rt. 10 Rw. 07 Kota Surabaya). This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, fintech convenience, and risk variables on purchasing decisions using paylater payment feature in a case study in Gading Village, Rt. 10, Rw. 07 City of Surabaya. The sample in this study is 62. The variables of this study are brand trust, convenience, and risk. The model in this study uses multiple linear analysis, namely the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing which consists of the T test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Brand trust partially influences purchasing decisions. 2) Ease partially has no effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Partial risk has no effect on purchasing decisions.

There are factors such as price, location and service quality which greatly influence purchasing decisions. If these factors influence purchasing decisions, consumers tend to make repeat purchases. The aim of this research is to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of price, location and service quality on purchasing decisions for agricultural products at Mitra Tani Shop Ds.Gelang, Madiun Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 8,184 consumers using the Accidental Sampling technique. The calculation results from the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 99 respondents. Data processing uses the SPSS program. The results of this research show that the variables Price, Location and Service Quality have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for agricultural products at Mitra Tani Shop Ds.Gelang, Madiun Regency.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Fee Based Income and Minimum Statutory Reserves on the Profitability of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. The population used in this research is the financial statements of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. Meanwhile, samples were taken from the monthly financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia for 2020 - 2022 using purpusive sampling techniques. The results of this research show that the value of Tcount > Ttable or 5.865 > 2.03452 and the significant value of the Fee Based Income variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.050, stating that partially the Fee Based Income variable has a significant effect on Profitability. The value of Tcount > Ttable or 7.901 > 2.03452 and the significant value of the Minimum Statutory Reserve variable (X2) is 0.000 < 0.050. Minimum Statutory Reserves have a significant effect on Profitability. Fcount > Ftable or 51,929 > 2.90 with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.050, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Fee Based Income and Minimum Statutory Reserves simultaneously influence Profitability.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.

This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performance through profitability, liquidity and solvency of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT. Indosat 2018-2021. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all PT financial reports. Telkom and PT. Indosat published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia shows a superior position when compared to PT. Indosat. The trend graph illustrates that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has better performance compared to PT. Indosat. (1) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's Profitability Ratio is superior to PT Indosat in generating profits. (2) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Liquidity Ratio is far superior to PT. Indosat. (3) Solvency Ratio of PT. Indonesian Telecommunication is superior compared to PT. Indosat. Based on the research results, PT Indosat and PT. Telecommunication needs to make better strategy or policy changes to manage its assets, assets and debts so that it can provide better profits in the future.

This research was conducted to see the impact of personal relationships on job satisfaction at Cv Permata Karya Jaya. Researchers use quantitative techniques. Quantitative research, the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, all employees 64 workers from all departments as a sample. The results of the study show that personal relationships (X) have a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). In this case it proves that one way to increase employee satisfaction is by providing good interpersonal relationships. With good relationships and interactions, job satisfaction is created.

A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all MAN 2 Kediri City teachers. Saturated samples were used in sampling a total of 87 teachers obtained from questionnaires directly to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that transformational leadership and commitment positively influenced organizational citizenship behavior.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous effect of accessibility, effectiveness, promotion, and trust on passengers' decisions in choosing the Kamandaka Train. The population in this study were Kamandaka train passengers. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Software Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the variables Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust have a partial and simultaneous effect on Passenger Decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -2.766+ 0.357.X1 + 0.322.X2 + 0.181.X3 + 0.352.X4 + µ. The results of the equation show that the accessibility variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions (tcount 4.155 > ttable 1.98498), effectiveness on passenger decisions (tcount 3.258 > ttable 1.98498), promotion of passenger decisions (tcount 2.036 > ttable 1.98498 ), Trust in Passenger Decisions (tcount 4.750 > ttable 1.98498) As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.577. This means that 57.7% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Passenger Decisions, is explained by the independent variables, namely Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust. The remaining 100% - 57.7% = 42.3%, influenced by other variables outside the research.

The background of this research is that in an institution engaged in the health sector, because in an institution human resources are very important in achieving success. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 41 employees from a population of 71 Prambon Health Center employees. In this study, the results showed that work ethic and individual characteristics partially had a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees. While simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees.

The researcher chose Yamyam Restaurant based on several considerations. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of menu diversity, price, and location partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Yamyam. The research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,277 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The Slovin formula was used for the sample obtained which was 93 respondents. Data processing was conducted with the SPSS program. The results of this study show that menu diversity, prices, and locations have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Yamyam.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the use of Green Accounting in medical waste management at AMC Hospital. Bandung AMC Hospital is the subject of the study. The research methodology is qualitative. According to the study's findings, the hospital's spending for medical management waste. These expenses are reported in identical accounts, and the disclosure of incurred environmental costs has yet to be published in a distinct report from the parent report. Based on the notion of green accounting, this study reveals environmental cost reports and how to quantify the costs of environmental information supplied by hospitals for medical management. 

The problem of the level of consumer trust and satisfaction is important in the trade business. However, not all products that have been and have not been regulated have adequate after-sales service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of after-sales service, product quality and product warranty on customer satisfaction. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 consumers from a population of 180 consumers and are active consumers of PT Karya Bahari Abadi Jakarta. The sampling technique is by accidental sampling. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from the respondents through a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression and comparative analysis for data analysis with the help of SPSS Ver. 21, This study obtained the results that the quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a positive effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a partial positive effect on customer satisfaction. Through data processing, researchers can provide input or advice to companies, namely companies are expected to be able to maintain product quality that has been rated well by customers and pay more attention to after-purchase services to create satisfaction which ultimately impacts on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to determine the determinants of choice variables for MSME companies in Cimahi when it comes to using e-commerce. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a theoretical framework to construct research hypotheses. The earliest stages of the research began with the collection of primary data in the form of questionnaire responses from Cimahi chips SMEs, with a total of 148 respondents filling out the questionnaire. The acquired data will next be processed using various linear regression methods. According to the findings of the study, Cimahi chip SMEs have a favorable attitude toward e-commerce adoption. They also include the influence of social norms as a factor to consider when adopting e-commerce. Perceived behavioral control influences e-commerce adoption as well. Based on the findings of the research, footwear MSMEs that have not used e-commerce should analyze the benefits of e-commerce for business, while MSMEs that have used e-commerce can assess the benefits and restrictions of utilizing e-commerce. The government can also help MSMEs adopt e-commerce by giving training, constructing suitable infrastructure, and establishing applicable legislation.
