The problem of the level of consumer trust and satisfaction is important in the trade business. However, not all products that have been and have not been regulated have adequate after-sales service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of after-sales service, product quality and product warranty on customer satisfaction. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 consumers from a population of 180 consumers and are active consumers of PT Karya Bahari Abadi Jakarta. The sampling technique is by accidental sampling. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from the respondents through a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression and comparative analysis for data analysis with the help of SPSS Ver. 21, This study obtained the results that the quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a positive effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, quality product, after-sales service, product guarantee has a partial positive effect on customer satisfaction. Through data processing, researchers can provide input or advice to companies, namely companies are expected to be able to maintain product quality that has been rated well by customers and pay more attention to after-purchase services to create satisfaction which ultimately impacts on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to determine the determinants of choice variables for MSME companies in Cimahi when it comes to using e-commerce. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a theoretical framework to construct research hypotheses. The earliest stages of the research began with the collection of primary data in the form of questionnaire responses from Cimahi chips SMEs, with a total of 148 respondents filling out the questionnaire. The acquired data will next be processed using various linear regression methods. According to the findings of the study, Cimahi chip SMEs have a favorable attitude toward e-commerce adoption. They also include the influence of social norms as a factor to consider when adopting e-commerce. Perceived behavioral control influences e-commerce adoption as well. Based on the findings of the research, footwear MSMEs that have not used e-commerce should analyze the benefits of e-commerce for business, while MSMEs that have used e-commerce can assess the benefits and restrictions of utilizing e-commerce. The government can also help MSMEs adopt e-commerce by giving training, constructing suitable infrastructure, and establishing applicable legislation.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The term digital-based marketing has evolved from Initially marketing activities for goods and services using digital channels to broader understanding, namely the process of acquiring consumers, building preferences consumers, promote brands, maintain consumers, and increase sales.

Service quality is one of the main things that are considered in the company. Customer assessment of service quality is very important for service providers, because it affects the company's performance and position in the market. Service quality as a result of the perception of the comparison between customer expectations with the actual performance of services. In other words, there are two main factors that affect service quality, namely expected service (expected experience) and perceived service (service received). Meanwhile, the total quality of a service consists of 3 main components, namely: technical quality (consisting of: search quality, experience quality, credence quality), functional quality, and corporate image. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction and Consumer Loyalty. This type of research uses quantitative as many as 170 respondents. With the analysis technique in this study using SEM analysis. The results of this study partially show that the service quality variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand Image has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Brand image has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has no effect on Consumer Loyalty.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

In the ever-evolving digital era, disruption challenges face Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including STIE Ganesha students who are preparing to enter the business world. This research explores management strategies that can help MSMEs face disruption in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, this research aims to identify disruption trends, challenges faced, and effective management strategies. The research was conducted over six months, involving in-depth interviews with MSME owners who have experienced digital disruption. Data analysis used a qualitative approach by formulating patterns of findings that emerged from the interviews. The results showed that the strategy of STIE Ganesha students in facing disruption is the adoption of MSME digital technology, understanding of data and analytics, continuous innovation, focus on customer experience, collaboration and partnerships, increasing cyber security, increasing human resource capacity, flexibility and adaptability of creative marketing understanding of business legal aspects. The implication of this research is to provide practical guidance for STIE Ganesha students who will later run or support MSMEs. Research limitations include limitations in the number of samples and focus on local cases.

Teacher performance has the most important position in an effort to improve the quality of learning which will later affect the quality of graduates and will affect the achievement of national education goals. Some of the factors that can influence are self-efficacy and technostress. This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous technostress and self-efficacy on teacher performance.  The study used quantitative research. Data retrieval techniques with questionnaires. The study population of all teachers who teach at Tapos Sub-District State High School is 100 teachers. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 80 people was obtained. Instrument test data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, Determination Coefficient Tests, and Hypothesis Tests with t tests and F tests. These findings are consistent with previous research showing that technostress affects teacher performance and self-efficacy also plays a role in improving teacher performance. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and distance learning, these factors have an important role to play in overcoming challenges in improving the quality of learning.

Bina Usaha Sejahtera is still not optimal, one of the contributing factors is the double duty of the warehouse department.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gold price fluctuations, promotions, and manual gold investment risks on public interest in gold savings products at PT Pegadaian UPC Purwosari (Study on Communities in Purwosari District). This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the community in Purwosari District. The sample in this study amounted to 400 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with several criteria for respondents who lived in Purwosari District, were not yet customers and did not have a gold savings product at PT Pegadaian UPC Purwosari, and were over 17 years old. Source of data in this study is sourced from primary data. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that fluctuations in the price of gold have a positive but not significant effect on people's interest in gold savings products, promotions have a positive but not significant effect on people's interest in gold savings products, and investment risk has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in gold savings products. Fluctuations in gold prices, promotions, and investment risks affect people's interest in gold savings products.

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist facilities and service quality partially on customer satisfaction for travel services C.V Gass Adventure, Sidoarjo.  As well as to find out between the Tourism Facilities and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction of C.V Gass Adventure Travel Services, Sidoarjo.  This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a sampling technique on 100 customers who are or have used C.V Gass Adventure travel services, Sidoarjo.  The results of this study indicate that tourist facilities (X1) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.02 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.  Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.04 which is smaller than the significance value of α of 0.05.

This study aims to apply the concepts of ISAK 35 to the field of education. This study aims to determine the implementation of school financial management from the prespective of ISAK 35. This study also uses descriptively presented qualitative data types, uses primary and secondary data sourses, and uses data collection techniques in the form of interview and concluded that SMPN 32 Gresik’s management and financial records remained rudimentary, limited to recording school financial income and expenditure, and did not comply with ISAK 35 financila reporting.

Melikan Village area is part of Pegunungan Sewu area. This area is included in a national protected area and has been part of UNESCO's Global Geopark Network since 2015. As a karst areas, this area has potential natural resources, human resources, and socio-economic-culture. This research has mapped all of these potentials to become the basis for designing the Taman Budaya Banglipuran which is the focus of the development of the Melikan Village area. The approach used in this study is action research which is carried out in three stages. The research phase are: mapping, planning and development. The mapping is digital using Quantum GIS. Planning is carried out with FGD. And development includes area planning with 3D visuals. This research aims to assist the community in developing the Banglipuran area by producing area designs.

In this era of globalization, business organizations must continue to improve the level of professional services in their respective fields. The use of PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru has the potential to provide significant benefits in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.

The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan terhadapkinerja karyawan, (3) pengaruh displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian adalah para karyawan PT. Lemsi Triguna Abadi sebanyak 64 respoden. Teknik pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Sampel Jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diujikan validitas dan realibilitasnya terlebih dahulu. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial komunikasi internal terhadapn kinerja karyawan adalah 0,838 yang artinya > 0,05 dan nilai thitung < ttabel yaitu -0,035 < 2,00030, (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial deskripsi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,049 yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,196 > 2,00030, (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,008 yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai thitung < ttabel yaitu 2,752 > 2,00030, (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan komunikasi internal, deskripsi pekerjaan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,000 yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 10,261 > 2,76. Perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = 6,588 – 0,039X1 + 0,277X2 + 0,507X3.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh  gaya  kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh  etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pengaruh  kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) pengaruh  lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian adalah para karyawan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Kediri sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampel Jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan         data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diujikan validitas dan realibilitasnya terlebih dahulu. Pada Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial gaya  kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,000 yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 4,391 > 1,993, (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,006 yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 2,831 > 1.993, (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,000  yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 5,075 > 1,993, (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,000  yang artinya < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu sebesar 6,095 > 1,993, (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, etos kerja, kompensasi non finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 0,000 yang artinya nilai Fhitung > Ftabel  yaitu sebesar 76,500 > 2.50. Perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh dengan nilai  Y = 8,218 + 0,347X1 + 0,193X2 + 0,240X3 + 0,421 X4.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Current Ratio Terhadap Perubahan Laba (2) Pengaruh Return On Equity Terhadap Perubahan Laba (3) Pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan laporan tahunan dari tahun 2010-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakakan SPSS 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) . (1) Current Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba dan hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel 2,04523 dan thitung sebesar 0,296. (2) Return on Equity secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel sebesar 2, 04523 dan thitung sebesar 5,111. (3)  Dividend Payout Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba dan hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel 2, 04523 dan thitung sebesar -0,118. (4) Current Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Dividend Payout Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba hasil penelitian diperoleh uji Ftabel 2,93 dan Fhitung 9,875 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Perhitungan analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan linier regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = -2,628 + 0,337X1 + 29,764X2 - 0.056X3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2010-2020 yang berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan sampel yang terpilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu 3 perusahaan yang terdiri dari PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Medco Internasional Tbk, dan PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk.
