With the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Trunojoyo Madura University is holding an industrial internship program that provides students with direct experience in the world of work. This report provides an overview of the stages of cash receipt and recording, as well as the importance of the reconciliation and reporting process in maintaining the accuracy and transparency of the company's finances.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch. The population in this study is the company PT. Surabaya Wiyung Branch Pawnshop. The research method is assisted by the Partial Least Square program which is used with SmartPLS 4.0 software. This type of research used is quantitative research. Data taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and insignificant effect, and job satisfaction has employee performance has a negative and insignificant effect,work environment has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch, and workload has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch.

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of: 1) Digital marketing on purchase decisions at Tary Collection Banjarmasin stores. 2) Product quality on purchasing decisions at Tary Collection Banjarmasin stores. 3) Digital marketing and product quality on purchase decisions at Tary Collection Banjarmasin stores. This study applies a quantitative approach with secondary information. The population of this study is consumers buying Tary Collection Banjarmasin clothing products. The sampling technique used the Hair formula with a total of 75 respondents. The data analysis technique applies test methods: instruments, classical assumptions, and hypotheses, as well as multiple linear regression analysis. The test applies the SPSS statistics software application version 29. Based on the results of the research from the digital marketing test, the t-test was used with a sig of 0.63 > 0.05 so that the digital marketing variable did not have a per-instrumental effect on the purchase decision. Product quality testing uses a t-test with a sig of 0.001 < 0.05, so the purchase decision is influenced by product quality factors. Testing the f test (simultaneous) with a sig of 0.001 < 0.05, digital marketing and product quality affect the purchase decision.

This study aims to determine how the independent variables, namely Operating Cost and Operating Income, Non Performing Loan, and Loan to Deposit Ratio, influence the dependent variable, namely Company Value (Price to Book Value) in BUMN Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach with a total population of 42 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained is 4 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques using the help of Eviews 10 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially operating cost and operating income affect company value (Price to Book Value), while non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios do not affect company value. Simultaneously operating cost and operating income, non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a significant effect on company value (Price to Book Value).

The author will conduct research entitled "The Effect Of Taste And Service Quality On Buying Interest At The Black Bumbu Bebek Senjay Food House "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY (Seturan Branch Yogyakarta)" The research taken is using quantitative research. The research taken is information related to taste, service quality to consumer buying interest. This research is a causal relationship (Causal Explanatory) which proves the usual relationship. Taste, service quality is called the independent variable, buying interest is called the dependent variable. In this study the population is not limited, so the sampling uses 100 respondents. 1. Taste has a significance value of 0.008 0.05, these results indicate that the Taste variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY 2. Service Quality has a significance value of 0.000 0, 05, these results indicate that the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY 3. Taste and Service Quality have a significance of 0.000 0.05, these results indicate that the variables of Taste and Service Quality have a significant effect simultaneously on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY.

Dalam membantu mobilitas masyarakat besar, transportasi umum yang memadai menjadi salah satu langkah tepat untuk memfasilitasinya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk pelayanan mengetahui bersama PT. Kereta Api Indonesia melalui kepuasan pengguna Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) di stasiun transit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner secara personal untuk mendapatkan respon para pengguna terhadap pelayanan pada tasiun transit. Kuisioner ini berisi pertanyaan seputar kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan di stasiun transit. hasil penelitian yang didapat dari 63 orang responden rata-rata memberikan nilai cukup baik pada fasilitas yang disediakan yang diberikan penyedia layanan, dengan nilai sebesar 7,4 poin untuk total pelayanan pada stasiun transit. Dengan diadakannya penelitian ini, diharapkan mutu pelayanan yang disediakan pada transportasi umum semakin meningkat, sehingga akan memberikan kepuasan pada lebih banyak pengguna transportasi.

This study aims to analyze how much influence DER and ROA simultaneously and partially have on the Share Price of the Mustika Ratu Tbk company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. The F test shows that company performance measured by DER and ROA has no significant effect on Stock Price. The t test concluded that the DER variable had no significant effect on the stock price, but the ROA variable had a significant effect on the stock price. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 60.9% and there are still 39.1% explained by other factors not included in the study.

This study analyzes the characteristics, risk, and return of stocks and bonds in Indonesia. The data used is historical data on stock and bond prices traded on the IDX during a 10-year period, from 2014 to 2024. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that stocks offer the potential for higher returns than bonds, but also with higher risk. Bonds offer better income stability and lower risk than stocks. The investment decision between stocks and bonds depends on the individual's risk profile and investment goals. Diversification remains an important investment strategy, regardless of risk profile.

In the dynamic era of globalization, Human Resource Management (HRM) has become key to success for companies in the global market. Global HRM involves an approach that considers global factors such as culture, labor regulations, and market demands. Challenges include adapting to cultural diversity, varying labor regulations, and managing dispersed teams. However, global HRM also presents opportunities, including broader access to global talent. Through detailed analysis, this journal aims to provide valuable insights for HRM practitioners and company leaders in managing human resources in the globalization era. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive, with literature studies as the data source. The research results highlight the importance of global human resource management in achieving organizational goals in diverse global markets. Proposed solutions include flexibility, effective resource management, cultural awareness enhancement, and employee engagement. With the implementation of effective HRM policies, organizations can enhance their performance and achieve their business goals in the global business era

Poverty is a complex and ongoing social problem that requires an integrated and sustainable approach. The problem of poverty impacts various aspects of people's lives, so it is important to overcome the problem of poverty. The aim of this research is to describe public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the data used in the form of secondary data sourced from documents, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), research journals, articles and relevant sources. The data analysis technique is inductive based on the data obtained, then analyzed in relation to public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The results of this research show that public policy strategies have been successful and effective in reducing poverty levels through the leadership policies of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla including the Prosperous Family Savings Program (SKS), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), the Healthy Indonesia Program, then during Joko's leadership period Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin with the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program.

This study aims to analyze the solvency ratio at PT Bank Central Asia by looking at the percentage of the ability to pay debts against assets and equity with indicators of debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, capital adequacy ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, and long term debt to asset ratio. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual report data of PT Bank Central Asia in 2019-2022. The results of this study indicate that overall it is declared sovable. For 4 years (2019-2022) PT Bank Central Asia in the analysis of capital adequacy ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, long term debt to asset ratio is in accordance with established industry standards, although in the analysis of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio shows numbers above industry standards.

Business management is the science and practice that encompasses planning, organizing, directing, and controlling organizational resources to achieve established goals. It involves coordinating various aspects of business activities to ensure the sustainability, growth, and success of the organization. In the novel titled "Lupus N’Work" by Hilman, Lupus and his friends intend to establish a business that arises from their desire not to depend on others and to increase their allowances. However, as their business progresses, a new and more formidable business competitor emerges due to their seriousness. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of business management by Lupus in Lupus N’Work and to examine whether it aligns with the Business Management Process according to Sarinah. The research method used is the Qualitative Research method, involving a series of steps, including in-depth data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The results obtained using qualitative research methods indicate that the Management Process is in line with the business management process outlined in the book "Introduction to Management" by Sarinah.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service and attractiveness on the intention to visit tourist objects in Jombang district. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study is unlimited while the sample is 105 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using the questionnaire method, which were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the service variable had an influence on the interest in visiting religious tourism objects in Jombang district, while the partial attractiveness variable also there is an influence on interest in visiting religious tourism objects in Jombang district. Simultaneously, the service and attractiveness variables affect the interest in visiting religious tourism objects in Jombang district.

This study aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and live streaming features on the purchase decisions of fashion products on the Shopee marketplace in the Surakarta region. This research was conducted in October 2023. The number of samples in this study was 147 respondents from Shopee users in Surakarta. Sampling is done using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used in this study is the quantitative method of distributing questionnaires online through social media. Multiple regression is the analysis method used in this study. The results of this study show that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and live streaming features partially have a significant positive influence on the purchase decisions of fashion products in Surakarta.
