E-commerce competition in Indonesia makes e-commerce companies compete to develop strategies to win the competition. Customer loyalty is an important factor to lead in the competition. This research focuses on how much influence website service quality has on customer loyalty. This research is also to find out which website quality factors have the most influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. The factors that influence e-commerce customer loyalty are analyzed using concepts including the dimensions of service quality consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and Corporate Image as the variable that influences and Customer Satisfaction as the variable that is affected. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. With the sampling method using the purposive sampling method. The results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: E-commerce website, Service Interaction Quality, Customer Satisfaction

An application is usually used by several users where each user has access rights to certain forms in accordance with their authority or position. Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

A house for every human being is the main and most important need compared to others needs in general. A financial institution is an institution engaged in the financial sector where its customers are people from various walks of life with various behaviors. Lending is a business activity that carries a high risk and affects the business continuity of a banking company. The problem that is often faced in providing home loans is determining the decision to extend credit to prospective customers, while another problem is that not all home loan payments by customers can run well or commonly known as bad credit. One of the causes of bad credit is an assessment error in making credit decisions. Data mining is a process used to analyze cases in order to find the best performance of an algorithm being tested. One way to get information or patterns from a large data set is to use techniques in data mining. There are many classification methods that can be used to produce precise accuracy values. In this study, two classification algotihm methods are used in classifying the home crediting dataset, namely the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The comparison of the two algorithms produces an accuracy value fo the Naïve Bayes algorithm of 36.36% and the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 59.54%.

Maka dari itu diperlukan sistem aplikasi stok bahan bakar di dinas PUPR ini, agar pegawai mudah mengetahui data yang masuk maupun keluar menggunakan metode V untuk penerapan aplikasi ini. sehingga bisa membuat laporan dengan mudah membuat Aplikasi Stok bahan bakar di UPT

For blind people, assistive devices to carry out daily activities are needed. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. The validation test shows the value of 31.5 is between 31- 40 which means that it is located in a Very Good (Valid) value. Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. Untuk mengetahui produk yang sering terjual dalam periode bulan Januari sampai bulan Mei 2019 diperlukan algoritma apriori yang ada di data mining. Dengan melakukan analisa keranjang belanja menggunakan metode asosiasi dengan Algoritma Apriori, dimana kombinasi itemset transaksi penjualan barang pada meubel master borneo menghasilkan 6 rules dimana minimum confidence sebesar 41,6 % dan minimum support sebesar 0,08% berdasarkan 35 transaksi penjualan dari 63 jenis barang pada meubel Master Borneo.

From the results of the study it was found that the prototype design was made capable of producing palm kernel assessment calculations using AHP in the assessment process, while the prototype model used was to use the prototyping model method. Basically, population residence service activities are required to take care of application letters at the village office with the applicable procedures, so that in practice it will certainly take a long time and energy. For this reason the author made the Final Project concerning the Design of Demangharjo Village Website with the metedo Waterfall. Through this website, it is expected that information will be conveyed more quickly and accurately, maximum service and information transparency, village introduction process and population data storage to accelerate the work of village officials in serving the community and make it easier for citizens to submit services or find out village information.  

Over time, the Riau Kepualaun Provincial Tax Management Office which lives in Batam City underwent a name change to become a Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the Riau Islands Province (BP2RD). This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

The Madukoro gas station is one of the gas stations in Semarang where the payment and refueling systems are still done manually. In general, the manual payment and filling system has many obstacles, resulting in long queues because the service is not fast and effective, also triggering the exchange of counterfeit money because payment uses cash. The application of e-money technology based on microcontrollers is made to make a payment system using electronic money instead of cash that is integrated with fuel filling, this system aims to reduce the long queues that occur and also prevent the amount of counterfeit money circulating at gas stations and make services more fast and easy. The method used in the design of this system is to use the method of Research and Development (R&D) theory from Borg and Gill, starting with gathering information by interviewing Madukoro gas station supervisors and field surveys then designing and developing systems to overcome the problems obtained in research. The system design uses a microcontroller as a data processor that will retrieve data from a database that was previously inputted from the VB.Net application and e-money reader and outputs to instruct the pump to remove fuel from the tank in accordance with the calibration of fuel output per second. As information on the rest of the fuel in the tangka, this tool uses the help of a load sensor that will be displayed on the LCD. In general, this system will make services faster and easier, thereby reducing the number of long queues, but also to avoid the circulation of counterfeit money in gas stations Madukoro, Semarang.

In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.
