The main problem with the water heating system on offshore platforms is the absence of water level monitoring and automatic overflow detection. This has the potential to cause hot water spills that endanger workplace safety and operational efficiency. This research designs and implements a water level monitoring system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller with HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors. The system is equipped with LED indicators, a buzzer alarm, and a 16x2 LCD to display water level status in real-time. Water levels are classified into three zones (low, medium, high), and overflow is detected if the water is within 3 cm of the sensor. Testing was conducted on a 5-liter simulation tank representing actual 500-liter tank conditions. Test results showed a reading accuracy of 96% and a quick system response to overflow conditions (<1 second). This system is economical, easy to develop, and highly applicable for offshore environments. In addition, this system can be integrated with IoT technology for remote monitoring.

Induction motors are components that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and are very much in demand among industries, with low prices, sturdy construction and easy maintenance making these induction motors used for heavy industrial applications. However, the 3-phase induction motor at this time chooses a low torque and speed so that it affects the efficiency of the induction motor performance, which will decrease.  This study examines the effect of unsymmetrical 2-layer 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of 3-phase induction motors using the finite element method. This research was conducted using Ansys software, which aims to see the magnetic flux density and the effect of 6-phase induction motor design on the torque and speed of a 3-phase induction motor using the finite element method. The induction motor that is the reference for this research has specifications of a 3-phase induction motor: 0.75 KW, 1 HP, 220/380 V, 3.5/2 A, 50 Hz, 1390 rpm. This research aims to design and simulate a DC motor speed control system using integral state feedback (KISF) control. This control is designed to maintain DC motor speed stability with high accuracy despite disturbances or load changes. The research stages include mathematical modeling of the DC motor, PID control design, integral state feedback control design, simulation implementation and simulation results analysis. The show that althought integral state feedback control has a rise time 273.501 ms, slightly slower than PID 197.604 ms, integral state feedback compensates with higher slew rate of change 6.540 V/ms compared to PID 4.344 V/ms. Integral state feedback offers greater flexibility through pole placement values with Ackerman’s formula J3 = [-12 -100 -600], indicating that this system has good capability in responding to input changes, thus maintaining motor speed stably and efficiently. This indicates that integral state feedback control is superior in system adaptation and handling complex dynamics.

This study generally aims to design an information system that can handle problems in putting and sorting goods into warehouses at CV. Sekar Intan KIC Gatsu, Semarang. In terms of using the Information System, CV. Sekar Intan KIC Gatsu, Semarang. In the transfer and sort of goods in the warehouse still using a manual system when the implementation, warehouse employees must take and place the goods to the warehouse that has been determined each - each type of item, so employees must calculate the number of items when the goods take place, here various problems occur, because it requires some HR to manage the warehouse performance process at CV. Sekar Intan. To support the research, researchers used Research and Development (R & D) research methods through the microcontroller-based moving robot design simulation design stages that have been tested by experts declared valid with Valid validity levels and final product development design simulation prototypes carried out. goods transfer robot uses Arduino IDE development software that is integrated with Arduino Mega 2560, 6 pin line sensor, dc motor, motor driver, servo motor, motor driver, lcd, and has been tested in the field by General Adv. Administration and HRD as users / users and stated to be very effective. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the robot design system developed can overcome the problems in the old system on the CV. Sekar Intan KIC Gatsu Semarang, so as to produce a system that can facilitate work processes and parking processes for employees to be more effective and efficient.

This paper determines by simulation the temperature profiles of a thick carbon fiber/epoxy laminate during its cure process. The one-dimensional model of heat transfer is solved by using a finite difference numerical scheme. In the process, the same physical and thermal properties of materials used by ZhanSheng et al. are employed. The temperature is calculated through a judicious formulation and application of the Alternating Group Explicit (AGE) iterative method developed by Evans and Sahimi. A fourthorder Runge Kutta method is applied for the cure. The AGE scheme proves to be a viable iterative method with respect to stability, efficiency and rate of convergence.
