Relational databases store information in interconnected tables and are widely used for data management and retrieval. However, in certain environments, the original values stored in a relational database cannot be exposed during data retrieval. This limitation creates a challenge because common encryption methods only transform data for storage and do not support mathematical operations needed for value matching. Partially Homomorphic Encryption is a cryptographic approach that allows specific mathematical operations to be performed directly on transformed data without restoring it to its original form. This study proposes the use of Partially Homomorphic Encryption to enable value-based data retrieval while keeping all stored values in their transformed form throughout the entire process. The method relies on homomorphic properties that allow mathematical comparison to be conducted on encrypted data, making the retrieval process possible without revealing the original values. The results show that this approach can perform data retrieval operations in a relational database while preserving the transformed structure of the stored data. The proposed method offers an alternative for environments that require data retrieval without exposing original values and demonstrates the potential of homomorphic techniques in supporting secure and functional data processing in relational database contexts.

This study presents a machine learning approach for predicting the dimensions of microstrip antenna slots based on antenna performance parameters such as frequency, gain, directivity, return loss (S11), radiation efficiency, and VSWR. A two-phase methodology was employed. In the first phase, ten regression algorithms were evaluated, and Random Forest was identified as the most effective model based on Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and R-squared (R²) scores. In the second phase, hyperparameter tuning was conducted using Grid Search to further improve the model’s performance. The optimized Random Forest model demonstrated consistent improvements in predictive accuracy, with R² values increasing across all output variables. These results indicate that the combination of regression-based modeling and systematic hyperparameter tuning is effective for capturing complex relationships in antenna design tasks. The proposed approach offers a promising data-driven alternative for geometric prediction in microstrip antenna development, particularly when analytical models are insufficient.

Accurate rainfall prediction is needed to improve the performance of land that always uses rainfall data. Data mining or often called knowledge discovery in databases (KDD) is an activity that includes collecting, using historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data. In predicting rainfall, there are several conditions that can be observed as reference data to predict rainfall, namely wind speed, temperature, and air humidity. In this research, a backpropagation artificial neural network prediction method is developed that can be used in predicting future rainfall. The backpropogation artificial neural network method that was built produced an accuracy value of 95.36%, a precision value of 90.50%, a recall value of 97.50% and an f-measure value of 92.00%

Toko Eldi Komputer merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan produk alat komputer . Sampai saat ini Toko Eldi Komputer hanya menggunakan sistem penjualan dan transaksi secara manual, yang dalam hal ini memerlukan terobosan baru untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang sedang berkembang di era sekarang ini karena pada dasarnya hampir segala usia menuntut sesuatu yang praktis dan lebih mudah. Dengan melihat beberapa permasalahan yang ada, peneliti mencoba merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan barang pada Toko Eldi Komputer berbasis Web, maka dari itu, penulis memilih topik ini untuk skripsi yang berjudul “Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web Pada Toko Eldi Komputer Dengan Metode Pengembangan Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)” yang tentunya menyediakan kecepatan dan kemudahan masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi. Sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi Toko Eldi Komputer untuk mempromosikan produk, harga produk dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam membeli produk dan mencari tau harga produk. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web Toko Eldi Komputer dibangun menggunkan UML (Unifield Modelling Language) sebagai mode perancangannya dan Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) sebagai metode pengembangan sistem.

Digital marketing is an important part of promoting a business owned by an individual or an organization. Marketing is essential for startups to stay competitive and sustain their products on the market. For people who are computer novices, this is a challenge. One of them is the proprietor of Keripik Orang Kekinian, a chips company in Bekasi, Indonesia, which has limited sales capabilities for its product. Researchers help firms choose the best social media channels for promoting their products in order to overcome these difficulties. The methods involved are Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP). The results show that Instagram is the best social media platform for advertising products. The result obtained are expected to help business owners increase sales.

Media information related to the internship is still difficult to obtain, making it difficult for students and students to search for internships. Information about apprenticeships is sometimes incomplete in providing the required requirements as well as unclear registration methods. Sometimes there are students and students who don't have a place for paid internships according to their expertise and so far. This study aims to build a system that can be utilized to provide convenience for students and students in finding information on paid internships and searching data using sequential searching methods. The sequential searching method is used to search for the status of paid internship applications whether accepted or rejected based on the internship application number. From the results of testing the data search as much as 15 times out of 350 data using the sequential searching method, the average value of the search time is 15.336 ms, the fastest search process is 10.982 ms and the longest search process is 19.634 ms.

Lot of problems arise in selecting scholarship recipients in a large number of submissions, the existence of several searches used, and the selection of files for scholarship applicants is still manual, so a system is needed that can speed up, help, and make it easier in the decision-making process to lighten work. student section. In supporting decisions this system will use the Naïve Bayes Classifier Method to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable. The NBC method can analyze and make improvements to old data, and the resulting data will provide simpler probability values that can later be used to make decisions. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be realized that the application of the data mining algorithm using the Naïve Bayes Classifier can be carried out to select scholarship recipients at Stikubank University Semarang. The result of the selection of Unisbank Semarang scholarship recipients is the accuracy value. 72% of the 135 data which is divided into 100 training data and 35 test data.

Dokumen Teks adalah dokumen yang menyajikan informasi secara tertulis. Ada berbagai jenis dokumen teks, antara lain Plain Text ( .txt ), Microsoft Word Documents ( .docx ), Portable Document Format ( .pdf ) dan lain sebagainya. Dokumen teks ini sangat penting karena berisi data dan informasi dari pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan. Untuk meningkatkan keamanan dari kebocoran data atau informasi, diperlukan suatu teknik yang disebut Kriptografi. Kriptografi adalah ilmu yang mempelajari tentang keamanan pesan, sehingga membuat pesan tidak dapat dibaca oleh orang yang tidak berwenang. Oleh karena itu penulis menggunakan metode Kriptografi yang bernama Playfair Cipher untuk diimplementasikan pada sebuah aplikasi agar aplikasi tersebut mampu mengubah file teks menjadi file terenkripsi dan sebaliknya. Untuk menganalisa proses pada aplikasi, penulis menggunakan beberapa file diantaranya ( .txt ), ( .docx ), dan ( .pdf ). Sehingga dari hasil analisis tersebut dihasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa semakin besar ukuran file yang akan melalui proses enkripsi atau dekripsi maka akan semakin lama pula proses enkripsi atau dekripsinya. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan akan membantu mengubah file teks menjadi file terenkripsi dan sebaliknya.

Diamond Printing is one of the largest offset printing companies with 32 years of experience and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. Data from HRD managers explained that there was no report from observations related to employee work effectiveness in terms of coordination and synergy between employees as seen from the communication and collaboration relationships. Diamond Printing in terms of communication network mapping is one of the obstacles faced by HRD in determining KPI (key performance indicator). By using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with the help of UCINET 6 software, it is hoped that some employees will have advantages, especially in collaboration and communication in group network structures. There are three parameters used in SNA, including: degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The results of this study indicate that most of the collaboration and communication network interactions are dominated by manager level employees and department heads. Based on these findings, an innovation is needed from all stakeholders from CV. Diamond Printing in developing effective communication methods between its members.
