Relational databases store information in interconnected tables and are widely used for data management and retrieval. However, in certain environments, the original values stored in a relational database cannot be exposed during data retrieval. This limitation creates a challenge because common encryption methods only transform data for storage and do not support mathematical operations needed for value matching. Partially Homomorphic Encryption is a cryptographic approach that allows specific mathematical operations to be performed directly on transformed data without restoring it to its original form. This study proposes the use of Partially Homomorphic Encryption to enable value-based data retrieval while keeping all stored values in their transformed form throughout the entire process. The method relies on homomorphic properties that allow mathematical comparison to be conducted on encrypted data, making the retrieval process possible without revealing the original values. The results show that this approach can perform data retrieval operations in a relational database while preserving the transformed structure of the stored data. The proposed method offers an alternative for environments that require data retrieval without exposing original values and demonstrates the potential of homomorphic techniques in supporting secure and functional data processing in relational database contexts.

Information technology is currently developing and growing rapidly in all fields, supported by the advancement of computer technology. The application of information systems can also be applied to the financial services sector, including cooperatives like K.S.P Al Hudori. The loan service system remains ineffective due to the manual data management process, which involves writing data into ledgers, which are easily lost or damaged due to the paper-based nature of the data. This research aims to implement a loan information system at K.S.P Al Hudori that can assist with loan data verification, search, and report generation. This information system was designed using Embarcadero XE2 and Microsoft Access 2007 as its database. This system has been implemented at KSP Al Hudori. It is hoped that this information system will simplify the loan management process at K.S.P Al Hudori

The manual employee attendance process at the Perjuk Village government level often results in inaccurate data, delayed recapitulation, and difficulties in real-time attendance monitoring. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-based village employee attendance system to simplify the administrative process and improve the efficiency of attendance recording. The development method used is the Research and Development (R&D) model with stages including needs analysis, system design, validation, field trials, and product revisions. The system was built using an ESP32 microcontroller, an RC522 RFID module, and a Wi-Fi connection to transmit attendance data to a web-based server. Testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure all system features run according to design. The results of the black box test show that all features run according to design. The system records attendance automatically with 100% accuracy, saves data to the server database, and displays reports in the form of tables, graphs, and statistical cards. The study concludes that this IoT and RFID-based attendance system is able to improve the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of recording compared to manual methods, and is in accordance with operational needs at the Perjuk Village Office.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Mini PC dan pemeliharaan real-time di CV Permata Gemilang Jaya. Metodologi waterfall diterapkan menggunakanNodeMCU sebagai mikrokontroler utama, dilengkapi dengan sensor DHT22, DS18B20, dan INA219 untuk memantau parameter suhu, CPU, dan memori. Arsitektur sistem mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan database MySQL, menghasilkan aplikasi web responsif dengan kontrol akses berbasisperan untuk Admin Pusat, Admin Regional, dan Teknisi Cabang. Infrastrukturserver cloud dengan konektivitas GSM cadangan memfasilitasi pemantauanterpusat di wilayah Ciayumajakuning. Desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan diagram kasus penggunaan dan diagram aktivitas yang komprehensif. Penerapan sistem pemberitahuan otomatisdengan mekanisme peringatan berbasis ambang batas memungkinkan deteksidini anomali perangkat. Antarmuka yang dioptimalkan untuk selulermeningkatkan aksesibilitas teknisi untuk operasi lapangan. Validasi sistemmenunjukkan strategi pemeliharaan preventif yang sukses dalam mengurangiwaktu henti perangkat dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional infrastrukturteknologi informasi.

Produksi perhiasan emas PT Gemopia Indonesia melibatkan proses bombing, yang membutuhkan keakuratan tinggi untuk memastikan kualitas produk.  Beberapa kelemahan sistem pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel termasuk keterlambatan laporan, kurangnya keamanan data, dan kesalahan input yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan membangun sistem informasi bombing emas berbasis web yang akan mempercepat proses pencatatan, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan memperbaiki alur pelaporan.  Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, pengembangan dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL, dan pengujian dengan metode black box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dengan fitur seperti perhitungan otomatis, hak akses pengguna bertingkat, verifikasi dan koreksi data produksi, dan pembuatan laporan dalam format PDF. Sistem mampu menerima input, memproses data , dan menghasilkan output yang tepat dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi.Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dinyatakan layak untuk diimplementasikan secara penuh dalam rangka mendukung efisiensi dan transparansi pelaporan produksi di PT Gemopia Indonesia.

SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tabanan yang memiliki berbagai aset penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Proses pelaporan aset selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word, sehingga kurang efisien dan sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam pelaporan kepada Dinas Pendidikan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang dan dibangun sistem dengan judul Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Inventaris Sekolah Melalui Sistem Inventory Berbasis Web di SMA N 1 Baturiti. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dilengkapi fitur pencetakan laporan dengan PHP Word dan PHP Excel. Sistem ini mempermudah proses input data aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pelaporan aset sekolah kepada Dinas Pendidikan dapat dilakukan secara lebih tepat waktu dan efisien.

The food security program involving chili cultivation in Pentur Village is hindered by inefficiencies in water use and suboptimal plant growth, primarily due to traditional irrigation methods that fail to consistently maintain ideal soil moisture and temperature. This issue is exacerbated by unpredictable environmental shifts, such as fluctuating weather patterns, and a lack of precise irrigation control stemming from technological limitations. To address this, a system for monitoring and regulating chili plant irrigation using IoT technology was developed. This system employs humidity and temperature sensors connected to an IoT platform like Blynk, enabling real-time observation of plant and environmental conditions. Data on soil moisture, air temperature, and humidity are stored in a database, and irrigation is automated based on soil moisture levels. The goal is to enhance water efficiency, minimize risks associated with over or under-watering due to environmental variations, and improve both yield and quality of the chili crop. This IoT-based system aims to simplify chili plant management for Pentur Village farmers and significantly boost agricultural output.

State Senior High School 7 Surakarta is one of the public schools located in Surakarta City. The library activities, including member data management, book processing, and book borrowing and returning, are still conducted manually using physical logbooks. This manual process is considered inefficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop a book borrowing system at State Senior High School 7 Surakarta that serves as a tool to assist officers in recording, loans, and returning books. This system is designed using the CodeIgniter framework to support WEB displays, programming in PHP, and using MySQL for database management. This system is created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model that includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The Black-Box Testing results showed that all features and functions operated correctly. The SUS evaluation produced a score of 75.68%, indicating that users generally agreed with the implementation of the system, which falls under the "acceptable" classification.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

Pada saat ini, teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat. Pengguna dapat mengakses data atau informasi secara cepat, efisien, dan akurat. Pengolahan data merupakan proses untuk mengumpulkan, memproses, dan mengelolah data menjadi informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan. PT. Subur Sedaya Maju Prabumulih, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa service, sewa-menyewa, dan perawatan alat-alat berat, telah menggunakan komputer sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan kas. Namun, bagian keuangan yang mengolah penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas tetap menggunakan Ms. Excel, yang memerlukan waktu dan tenaga yang relatif lama. Diperlukan adanya aplikasi yang dapat mengolah data penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dengan cepat, mudah, dan akurat. Abstract -  Corn plants are one of the plants that are easy to grow and relatively fast to get results but also a plant that is vulnerable to pests and diseases. The symptoms that arise require an expert or agricultural expert to be able to diagnose. Limited time and expert labor is one of the causes of delayed diagnosis, causing a decrease in farmers' yields. This is the basis for making this expert system by adopting knowledge from agricultural experts about the symptoms of corn disease using the Forward Chaining method. To support the research conducted, researchers used the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the design used the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Software is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and Bootstrap as an interface design with a web-based system.

Accurate rainfall prediction is needed to improve the performance of land that always uses rainfall data. Data mining or often called knowledge discovery in databases (KDD) is an activity that includes collecting, using historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data. In predicting rainfall, there are several conditions that can be observed as reference data to predict rainfall, namely wind speed, temperature, and air humidity. In this research, a backpropagation artificial neural network prediction method is developed that can be used in predicting future rainfall. The backpropogation artificial neural network method that was built produced an accuracy value of 95.36%, a precision value of 90.50%, a recall value of 97.50% and an f-measure value of 92.00%

All PT Astra International BMW Semarang transactions are recorded in the database but the problem is that the stock management is  efficientless so  the part stock that buyers are interested is not available. This research aims to conduct a comparative mining results using the association rule with apriori algorithm for year 2021, 2022 and 2023 sales transaction dataset with total of 43.694 records using the Rstudio. Data mining process in each year uses the same parameters for each itemset combination. The best association pattern occurs in 2023 with support value 0.05913841 and confidence value 100%. This can be concluded that the rules formed from each year could be different eventhough using same parameters. The item that always appears in the association rule from 2021 – 2023is Z99000000333 (BMW Engine OIL) which is often purchased with items named “Set fil-oil” so it can be a recommendation for  item stocking  in the warehouse.

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

PT. Epsindo Jaya Pratama is a company engaged in manufacturing. This research contains web- based financial informasi processing applications, because they can help make it easier to work on. The problems that occurred at PT. Epsindo Jaya Pratama is currently still conventional or still manual, that is, it still uses the Ms. Excel. This study aims to help make it easier to input financial informasi for PT. Epsindo Jaya Pratama, by submitting suggestions for creating a web- based financial informasi processing application, it is hoped that later financial informasi processing will be easier, faster and more practical. In this financial informasi processing application, it is proposed to use the Xampp program with PHP and MySQL databases which will make workmanship easier in processing financial reports.

The combination of activities carried out by humans and technology is related to administrative systems that create information from organized work processes. PT. Farmhouse Production in the administration of data management is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and documents are written, and copied in the traditional way which results in the accumulation of accumulated paper resulting in complexity and difficulty in finding the required documents. Therefore, a balance of human resources, database, hardware, software, and a new strategy is needed to overcome the problems that can burden the company by realizing a website that is easy to apply so that any file is found quickly by paying attention to supervision, control, and methodical organization using PIESCES analysis as a method used to detect deficiencies and weakness in the old system. With this analysis, the new system is the right support in managing data that is collected in an orderly manner and stored neatly in large storage without being randomized and the work is more strategic because the information generated is valuable to the recipient or leader.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

Honey is a natural liquid that contains a lot of sugar produced by bees (genus Apis) from flower nectar and has a sweet taste. Honey contains a multitude of benefits that are good for the body, including being a source of nutrients, improving body metabolism, anti-bacterial, and others. The purpose of designing the Honey Harvest Monitoring System with ARDUINO-based IOT is to help breeders maximize honey harvesting results. This study aims to design an intelligent system for controlling the temperature in bee hives, humidity in bee hives, and monitoring honey yields, measuring the temperature and humidity of the storage room using DHT 11 sensors, and monitoring honey harvest time using Load Cell sensors. The temperature and humidity controller in the cage uses a blower/fan. Sensor data will be processed using the Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller and then sent to an Android application via the internet network using a real-time Firebase database so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The way this system works is that if the room temperature is >38 degrees Celsius, the blower/fan will turn on, and will turn off if the temperature is 40%, the artificial window will open and will close if the humidity is
