This study investigates the factors influencing accountability in the management of village funds by local governments in Kangkung District, Kendal Regency. The research is driven by the growing number of village fund mismanagement cases in Indonesia, highlighting the urgent need for improved governance. Key variables examined in this study include the use of the siskeudes application, staff competence, transparency, internal control systems, local wisdom, and organizational commitment. A quantitative approach was employed, with data gathered through questionnaires distributed to 63 respondents comprising village officials, BPD members, and community representatives. The results are expected to provide both theoretical contributions to the field of public sector accounting and practical insights for village governments to enhance financial accountability and transparency. Ultimately, the study aims to support the development of sustainable and participatory village governance.

The research conducted on this occasion was used by researchers to determine the influence of several variables which include: (1) understanding of accounting, (2) use of information technology, (3) HR competency on the quality of financial reports which in this research is moderated using implementation of the Minister of Cooperatives Regulation. This research has been supported by population data, namely all cooperatives in the Gianyar Regency area with data reaching 1,285 units. In carrying out the sampling process, this research used a purposive sampling technique, so that sample data was successfully obtained with a total of 171 cooperatives. The researchers have chosen a data collection technique using the process of distributing questionnaires. The data successfully obtained by the researchers will continue to be processed with the support of the SEM PLS version 4.0 application. The results of this research succeeded in providing proof that understanding accounting and also the use of information technology produces a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial reports, while the HR competency variable does not produce a significant influence on the quality of cooperative financial reports. This study was conducted to analyse effect of compensation, competence, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of PT. Pos Indonesia Erlangga Branch Semarang and the sample used is 102 employees. This study uses primary data and data collection methods using questionnaire. The results of data processing are in the form of respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity test results, reliability test results, F test results, coefficient of determination test results (R2), and hypothesis test results. The results show that compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of civil servants regarding the equalisation of structural positions into functional positions and their influence on work productivity at Ganesha University of Education. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 59 employees who have the position of head of section and subsection. Collection using interview techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis using a mixed method approach through qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using paired sample t-test. The results showed that (a) the implementation of equalisation of structural positions into functional positions at Ganesha University of Education is a bureaucratic reform in accordance with Permenpan-RB Number 17 of 2021 concerning Equalisation of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions; (b) the perception of civil servants towards the transfer of positions shows that the implementation of the transfer of positions has not optimally increased work productivity due to the determination of functional positions that are limited in number and type so that they do not match employee competence; (c) the results of the paired sample T-test test on there are differences in the work productivity of civil servants at Ganesha University of Education before and after equalisation of structural positions into functional positions

This research aims to determine the influence of time pressure, independence, professional skepticism, work experience, professional ethics, and competence on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. Many fraud cases occur in Indonesia, so it is necessary to know the magnitude of the influence of each variable. The population used in this research were auditors who worked at the BPKP Representative Office of Central Java Province. The sample processed by the researcher was 30 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire. This research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 software. The results of this research show that time pressure, independence, professional skepticism, work experience, professional ethics have no effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. while competency has a significant positive effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

Law Number 6 of 2014 states that Village Funds are funds sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget that are intended for villages and are used to finance the implementation of government activities, implementation, development, community development and also community empowerment. Fund management accountability is a form of village government accountability to the community. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of apparatus competence, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation on village fund management accountability in Sukolilo District, Pati Regency. This study uses primary data by giving questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is village officials and community representatives who are involved in the allocation of village funds in Sukolio District, Pati Regency, which consists of 16 villages with a total of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling or census sampling with the data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program.  The results showed that the competence of the apparatus, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation affected the accountability of village fund management.

Forensic audits and investigative audits are used to uncover, detect and prevent fraud. In preventing fraud, the auditor is required to have competence, professionalism and spiritual intelligence to maximize fraud prevention. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at BPKP Representatives of Central Java. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and obtained a sample of 40 respondents. The method of collecting data is through a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, and auditor competence have no significant effect on fraud prevention. while professionalism and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on fraud prevention

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.
