Conflict is an inseparable part of social interaction within organizational and educational life. When not properly managed, conflict can disrupt institutional stability and effectiveness. Therefore, understanding the definition of conflict and its management strategies is crucial for both academics and practitioners. This study aims to review recent literature on the definition of conflict and conflict management strategies in educational and organizational contexts, guided by two research questions: (1) how is conflict defined in the literature from 2020 to 2025, and (2) what conflict management strategies are most commonly applied across various contexts. The method used is a literature review, with data collected through Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish application using the keyword “definition of conflict.” From a total of 20 identified articles, 18 were selected through a screening process based on recency, open access, and topic relevance. The findings indicate that the definition of conflict is contextual and multidimensional, while the management strategies generally include communication, negotiation, and institutional policy.

Education is a procedure. Because, this affects everyone at some point in their lives. The interaction between individuals and their environment is what leads to the learning process. Thus, education can take place anywhere and at any time. Even though what is actually happening in the field is still critical because it has not yet achieved the expected level of success. Therefore, there are several aspects that a teacher needs to pay attention to in order to increase learning effectiveness. With the existing problems, it can be said that classroom management is a solution in the act of organizing or managing something so that it can run smoothly, successfully and efficiently. In teaching and learning activities, students need something that allows them to communicate effectively with each other, with the teacher, with other students, with the environment, with teaching materials, and with themselves. Therefore the aim of classroom management is to create a favorable classroom environment where each student can perform to the best of his ability.

Managemen of teaching staff and education staff is a complex and strategic process to improve the quality of education.In this context,the managemen of teaching and educational staff focuses on the effective and efficient development,managemen and use of human resources.In this way,the managemen of teaching staff and educational staff can improve the quality of educational,increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction,and improve the quality of educational services provided. In the managemen of teaching staff and educational sataff,several important factors that need to be considered are the development of teacher competency,time and resource management,and the use of technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Apart from that,management of teaching staff must also pay attetion to other aspects such as organizational culture,commonication and teacher job satisfaction.Thus,management of teaching staff and educational staff can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of education and increasing student achievement.
